whole body aches. fell trying to get out of the pool and hit my face against the metal railing you hold. chipped my tooth and it hurts if anything touches it, a nerve is probably fucked up or something.

scraped my knee really bad, my elbow, my foot, my ankle and got one leg caught behind the ladder while the other wasn't, so both legs are sore and one of my ankles hurts. all my scrapes were bleeding like hell and there was fucking puss coming out of the scrape on my knee, it was bleeding for like an hour.

i had to bite down on a towel crying for probably an hour straight because it hurt so badly. everyone at the pool saw and i looked like a fucking idiot and could hear people talking about stuff clearly related to me getting hurt, because i can't keep my emotions or pain in and started sobbing loudly like a little bitch.

i didn't even want to get up today, i wish i didn't.
