Help i need to make another decision

so like, im making a playlist full of every dream smp song i can find, then im organising that into separate arcs and the ordering that, but I have a dilemma.

There are some songs, that don't really fit perfectly, narratively, so Im wondering, do I remove those from the separate arc playlists (but keep it in the play list that has all the songs) and put it into a specific character playlist? actually, yes that's what im planning on doing that's not the question, the question is.

The song has a place narratively but is also about a specific character - Death Hole, by Precious Jewel Armour, (Its about Tubbo and also summarises a lot of/some of the Manburg half of Manburg-Pogtopia Arc)

Its not specifically about a character and it does have a place narratively, but I also consider it a character song - I don't remember the song, but it was a Techno song, but it was the speech he said to Tommy on November 16th, so, does it count as a c!Techno song? or a c!Tommy song? or not a character song at all?
