Robin would try to avoid Finney when he would get upset at him, but he is way too clingy for that so it would always just FAIL.

Like, Finney could be like "Oh you're stupid." As a joke and Robin would take it seriously, probably because Finney would say it with a straight face and then not add "Oh that was just a joke." Nah, he's just straight up going. "You're stupid."

So, Robin in response is just trying his best to avoid him. Seeing him in the hall? Nope, he's taking a different route. Lunch? Probably get himself lunch detention. It would probably only take one slip up of seeing Finney for him to absolutely fold. Like my second (?) Post when Vance and Bruce called Robin out for being petty and Arellano saw Finney and went to talk to him.

Add-on, Finney is most definitely extremely hard to read. He will probably look someone in their face and say "I fucked your mom." Straight face, obviously someone would assume he was joking, but how are they supposed to tell that when he said that straight face, eye contact, with no pause, stop. No "Jk." NOTHING.
