What would you think of a potential flower shop worker x tattoo artist au for AoiNene? Who is which can go either way, though tattoo artist Nene is a very fun idea to me personally

I LOVE the flower shop worker x tattoo artist trope. It works best with yuri imo and especially with a yuri ship like Aoinene where one of them is a plant-lover in canon. In general Aoinene is a very tropey wlw ship but I don’t see anything wrong with that, in fact it’s kind of refreshing because they do the tropes so well in a way that stays in line with their canon characterization (if it’s written well ofc)

Aoi would def be the flower shop worker, she would be super dedicated to her job and view it as an escape from all the expectations people have of her. The one place she can truly be herself, unbothered by the people she works so hard to please. For Nene, her tattoo artist job is a place to let her artistic talent roam free. She gets to meet and befriend all kinds of cool people and there’s no limit to what her kind can create. The mental image of her covered in tattoos is so unexpected yet it feels in line with some of her canon interests. I bet she has a mermaid and/or trident tattoo

Their shops are right across the street from each other ofc and they meet up for lunch breaks. They hit it off immediately and become best friends but oh no, they both have baggage they’re hiding from each other. Cue typical Aoinene miscommunication with an eventual major confession scene that leads to them talking things out. Nene gives Aoi her first tattoo and in true, Hallmark movie fashion, Aoi gifts Nene a plant when she asks her to be her girlfriend

The first one was just a concept of exorcists having some kind of family tattoo, and here's what came of that idea.

The translation is very approximate and is styled after a traditional Ofuda. "Minamoto" "Raijin-sama guards your life" "Heavenly skies" "Warding away disaster"

As for this one, it was just an idea of if Aoi stayed more of an antagonist since we really did enjoy her during the far shore arc. Also my attempt at the TBHK style. My mom actually has it hung up on her wall cause she thought it was pretty but I don't have the heart to tell her. Try and guess whats happening!

Have you heard the rumors?

This art gallery, now under new ownership and rebranded, was a hot tourist spot back in the day. Guertena’s works once covered every inch of the building. All came to fawn and ponder over his intentions and thoughts behind the pieces, letting themselves be drawn into the mystery of its beauty.

Well, that was until two people went missing. 

A young girl and man disappeared in a gallery with no back doors. Staff diligently received and escorted out guests, having members at the ready to take the next group. All claimed to have seen the girl come in with her mother and father, the man alone. None had seen them leave the “Fabricated World” exhibit. 

Oh? The “Fabricated World” is the other side of this gallery. It is a place of nightmares, art in motion attempting to steal from you which they do not have. A life. 

The man in charge promises all of Guertena’s works are all stored at another gallery, somewhere far away, yet… they have seen them. 

A beautiful painting of a girl caught the eyes of a group of rowdy teens that had separated from the rest of their class. It depicted her curled up, eyes gently gazing at the red rose blossoming in her hand, fingertips bent to caress the petals with care. Stems grew from her heart, wrapping around her body like an intricate tattoo. Various roses could be found growing among their garden.

They claimed to have seen her come alive. 

If you ever come across her painting, left all alone in a deserted corner of the gallery, know this. You are already halfway into their world. 

If you stay she will take your life just as hers was and turn you into one of her beautiful roses, just as she did to one of those silly boys. He has been declared missing, but that is not true, we know where he is. 

Is that all? Oh no, there is one more! Remember that man? Two went missing, how sad is it that he is always the forgotten of the duo. 

A horrid fate awaits at his hands. While beauty and innocence lure those to the girl, only fear and disgust seep into those that lay eyes on him.

Thorns protrude from his skin, tangled in his tattered coat and tight around his neck like a noose. His skin is charred and thorns blackened, body supporting clusters of wilted petals pressed into to skin of his face and hands, burnt traces suggest they were once on his neck as well. He holds his fist in front of him, attempting to crush the rose that lay in his palm. 

He has no sympathy for the living anymore. Once he has you in his grasp, there will be no escape. Whispers say that it is a painful ending, slow for his satisfaction. 

Now you know of the origins of our resident creatures, so I believe it is time for you to go home! You feel for them!? That won’t do! They have long since left behind their humanity, only monsters are left. 

Shoo now, it is almost closing time and I have a job to do. Stay safe? Why, how kind of them to say….

It is fine. I have long since learned how to avoid Ib and Gary.

I didn't do much revising and editing on this since it was a vague idea that is more of a drabble of what could be a much longer AU type writing.

The idea of Ib and Garry being supernaturals, bound by the horrible rumors that float around in that TBHK style is fun to think about.

Ib would never want to hurt anyone, so I imagined she would take them and turn them into roses(however that works), never angry enough to kill, finding a loophole through how they perceive her as someone too pure to kill another.

For Garry, with the patches of burnt skin and black thorns, I wanted it to seem like a punishment for when he went around burning things and using his lighter. Or I was leaning into another idea that, because he would obviously never hurt Ib, he attempted to burn all the growth off himself but all it would do was appear burnt, unable to be destroyed. The petals being pressed in areas, almost like scales here and there but rose petals, was me thinking back on how Mary and The Lady in his first room took to tearing apart the petals on his rose.

Gary would not kill either, but there is more of a loose canon type vibe with him because of his anger issues. Like Ib, it's the rumors but since his appearance is more frightening, horrible scenarios would come to mind and then birth into those said rumors.

Well sorry for the rambling! This is my first post and I am excited to be able to share some writing pieces and ideas. I hope I did tagging correctly. I sincerely hope you also enjoy this little bit of mine.

I really do recommend playing/or watching someone play Ib, the Remake came out last year and added in so much more dialogue! Toilet-bound Hanako-kun is the anime/manga where the rumor prompt came from, also a recommend.

-he could listen to you talk for hours upon hours. he would not get bored either, he would just stare at you with his intense yet comfortable eyes and urge you one to continue talking about whatever you’re talking about. he’d even ask questions or make connections to the things you’re talking about. it would be a pretty loud conversation between the both of you

-once he hears you speak another language he’s shocked at first, but then he becomes so intrigued and interested with it. he asks lots of questions about the language you speak and also asks what certain words are in said language. he mostly asks about words that he can use to compliment you. his pronunciation might not be too good but he’s trying!

-the two of you will never stop talking, it’s impossible for you guys to. people have tried to force the two of you to stop but it has not worked. as i said before he could listen to you talk for hours. he honestly just likes that someone is just like him, extroverted, can talk for hours, a loud talker, and optimistic

-the two of you are literally the father figures to a lot of people. you constantly have to remind the people you care about to do something and Rengoku would chime in like, “Yes! They also need to do this!” this often leads to a lot of people gravitating towards the two of you because of you guy’s warm aura. and being protective of others also comes with Rengoku being protective of you as well!

-he would never say anything rude about you, i don’t think he even can, he’ll shut down if anything rude comes out of his mouth when he’s talking about you. and he’d never leave you alone for a long time. but if there’s the small chance he ever does he’d reassure a million times and deny any negative thing your mind has came up with.

-once he hears you speaking a different language he becomes so intrigued and amazed, he thinks it’s so cool. he’ll kinda ask some unnecessary questions and will not stop asking them for days and days. he’ll ask you how to say curse words in the languages you know, i mean who doesn’t automatically learn curse words first when learning a new language?

-so we all know that Gojo is a very stylish man. he would totally match outfits with you. no matter what style you choose for the day, he finds a lot of your styles very interesting and can’t help but regularly buy clothing that fits whatever style he finds interesting , he’d sometimes even wear it without matching it you, he just wears it to wear it and because the style is cool. but i also think he would tease you with certain clothing styles.

-the two of you are literally so silly together. the two of you will just be outside together and everyone in a 5 mile radius can hear your laughter. he’d make you pull or help him pull some shenanigans with his students. and while the two of you are out you guys would randomly choose someone and point stuff out about them, or at least Gojo would.

-whenever Gojo is bored he’ll ask you something about whatever has your interest at the moment. he’s also one that can listen to you talk for hours, he’ll also add some stuff that reminds him of what you’re talking about. and sometimes he’ll tend to talk over you so that’s when you have to give him a little nudge and he’ll let you continue what you were talking about.

-we all know Gojo can say some teasing things, it’s in his nature to. but if he ever says anything that upsets you and makes you start overthinking he’ll drop the funny guy act immediately and genuinely apologize to you. he can’t stand seeing you act so cold and aggressive towards him.

im in the middle of a tbhk style anshiho rn so ill probably draw that tomorrow maybe? but i can tell you my thought on it now for sure🌟

i think an would actually have quite a few, probably just because she'd be used to seeing a lot of people with tattoos/piercings/etc. from living on vivid street (theoretically, as people in japan dont really have a lot of tattoos) but i think she wouldnt be the type to be totally covered... she'd have lots of little stars in various places ,keeping with her theme of the earrings and clips and hair, and maybe a few larger ones in less painful areas if theyre very cool or meaningful. i feel like she'd maybe even try a stick and poke? and i do like the behind the ear, thats super cute. as for piercings (you didnt mention them but im telling you anyways) she wouldnt have any mouth/tongue ones bc of her singing but would MAYBE get a nose? idk if she's that kinda gal. but definitely quite a few ear piercings. i usually draw her with an industrial and double lobes on one side and double helix and double lobes on the other. also maybe a belly button...?

shiho would probably have a lot lolz. they'd 100% have a leo/need tattoo if the au took place where they were still in it, and maybe even if they weren't. i think they'd probably have a few meaningful tattoos (like one for an, shizuku, bass, etc.) but would also be the type to just. get new ones if they were exceptionally bored. they aren't really the type to worry about appearances so they wouldn't mind having visible ones, and would have some kind of sleeve, something on their waist or hip, and maybe some leg ones... ill think more about it when im drawing it but. yeah. piercing wise- i LOVE LOVE drawing them with snakebites and an eyebrow piercing. also some ear piercings, maybe very small gauges? im not a huge gauge guy tho. uhh thats all i have tbh ill draw this soon 🙏thank you so much again

sometimes. if I do, I wear eyeshadow and eyeliner, sometimes with a bit of blush and lipgloss. normally, I don't think I need it. I never use mascara though, because I've already got dark, long, curly eyelashes and don't like how heavy it makes them feel

Yes, and quite a few. I watched a few mainstream ones like MHA and Hunter x Hunter and thought they were fine. My personal favorites are Erased and TBHK.

I really like a lot of mediums, but my favorite to *use* is probably just my mechanical pencil, outline pens, and colored pencils. I also enjoy all forms of sculpture. I think tattoo art is really cool too. My favorite tattoo is probably my dad's, but I don't have a picture of it.

yes. I have hypersomnia, so it's more like I have trouble not sleeping. I also have issues with waking up repeatedly in the middle of the night. because of this, I normally have very vivid dreams. some of them I remember clear as day, while others are fuzzy.

I'm embarrassed to admit this because it became a god awful coping mechanism for a time in my life that I don't like remembering. Recently, though, I've been cycling through Cyno, Scaramouche, and Heizou from Genshin Impact with a tad of Alhaitham sprinkled in there
