There’s an urge to be Woke and Compassionate about literally everything and because we want to be good and nice people, I often see people reblog stuff and I know the intent is good.  But like...I want to screech STAY IN YOUR LANE so fucking bad.  Like oh my god sometimes you can just not engage in an issue.  It doesn’t make you bad or ignorant or unfeeling.  But for the love of god, you do not have to add yourself to platitudes and random posts that have nothing to do with you.  Just be chill.  Oh my god.

hiii OTT/the ONE anon here and I would just like to say THANK YOU FOR VALIDATING ME!! It feels amazing lmao and I totally understand being obsessive/liking attention but not commiting - like one half of your brain is ✨disney princessing✨ whilst the other has 💀severe trust issues💀 and takes everything seriously, all whilst you as a whole are trying to keep things calm and collected. DATING IS HARD AND MESSY and T’s music/behaviour is indicative of that to an extent latter half of 2016

And about cracking the thing with marriage - lol I’m the EXACT same, I defo only see myself getting married once but I would be terrified coz a) massive commitment b) huge cultural thing - like if you marry me, you ‘marry’ my family - I believe this notion of a ‘joint package’ isnt entirely unheard of amongst some cultures/if you’re v close to family etc c) my neverending and everchanging list of insecurities

Coincidentally (or not?? Idk I’m lost after todays introspectiveness) these ideas could be attributed to T/Swiftwyn and that’s really what makes me personally feel like they’re real on some level coz it’s not an idea that’s completely out of left field. Add in fame, money and all the other batshit craziness that stems from Tay’s world and you’ve got yourself a VERY VERY odd looking but ‘kinda makes perfect sense’ type of relationship taking place and I LOVE THAT. SO MUCH because it’s such a glaring slice of ‘normal’ amidst all the chaos and I am 100% here for it
