i think my new thing for this taz season will be goof predictions. like instead of plot and character predictions i’m gonna guess the jokes that will happen. 

anyway someone’s gonna say the phrase “under the sea” and then justin’s gonna sing a couple lyrics of under the sea from the little mermaid but specifically the lyrics “darling it’s better down where it’s wetter, take it from me” and then griffin’s gonna make it a dirty joke and then clint is gonna jump in and then justin is gonna threaten to quit the podcast

i can't stop thinking about ampersand 5. he seems to be little more than an accessory to finneas to a lot of people, and now that finneas is gone, what does that mean for him?? i mean his name is literally the "et al" after finneas cawl. i don't know if *he* really knows who he is outside of finneas. and what about the relationships he has? how many of them exist just because he happened to be attached to one of the greatest heroes of founder's wake? what happens now that it's just him? i know he's just a background character, but i hope we get to see him become more of his own person as the story goes on.

Can I just say, I absolutely love that in this campaign the players are so involved in building the lore? They're not just playing through something that Griffin came up with, they're coming up with things with him on the go. Like the Zoox ocean telepathy thing - I'm adoring this part (and this character overall), we know little to nothing about the Brinarr and it's something that Clint came up with in the first place, so he has the freedom of expanding his creation. Idk, it's just so cool when I think about it

These kinds of sharks are usually the kinds that lay corkscrew/ spiral shaped eggs, and I think blink sharks should match this kind of look.

In Graduation with the criticism of Rainer introduction being insensitive, the drug use, and the stereotyping with the centaurs that got people to really hate on Travis and the whole season.

I bet in this new season if they do something equal as offensive it will not be as upfront in discussion and nobody will hold it against it because Griffin of his DMing. Nobody said anything about the Amnesty Live show when everybody got High without consent and how come nobody was criticizing Kardala. In this season do hold the creators accountable if they do mess up but don’t bash on it because their are some people who are looking for this season and this type of story. If you don’t like just say you don’t. It’s fine.

I honestly feel a little weirded out by that little argument that happened at the start of this ep. It felt kinda forced and out of the blue. I know there was a bit of tension last episode, but nothing that signaled this big of a spat. It seems like something talked about outside of play that they tried to push at the start here. Then the beholder saying hey get your shit together also felt weird. I dunno. I still kinda liked this episode but it wasn't great imo

I imagine when Griffin said that their characters were not important to the world at the start of the campaign he wasn't planning on them becoming very important so soon this way

:/ kinda miffed the new taz is being called earthsea. Like I guess Ursula Le Guin doesn’t have that trademarked and they do seem to be doing their own cool unique thing with it but it feels like the earthsea cycle is doomed to forever be inspiration for other stories without ever getting any of the credit
