amnesty lodge interlude. aubrey is teaching her fellow sylvan lodgers a card game from earth. she is also definitely, definitely cheating.

moira is holding her own, but only because she is also cheating. barclay is cheating by pretending he's never played this game even though he's been playing it against mama for years, but he keeps getting distracted making eye contact with agent stern and losing his focus at critical moments.

jake coolice is still struggling to understand the rules.

dani is somehow wiping the floor with everyone, even though she has never played this game before and is definitely not cheating because "i have principles, aubrey." her winning streak is six games long, and aubrey's cards are starting to smoke. at which point jake gives up, barclay taps out to go make some dinner, moira retires to the piano, and aubrey has no choice but to declare dani the reigning card game champion of amnesty lodge.

"that comes with both a medal AND a crown, right?" dani says cheekily, and aubrey very maturely sticks her tongue out.

Happy blupjeans week!

I'm dedicated to writing little fics this week that will range anywhere from 100 to 1000 words. I'm very excited to branch out with my fic writing! @blupjeansweek has all the prompts on their page for this week, but here we go with day one:

Memory

It’s the same way every single time.

The unfathomable pain of death sweeps across Barry’s body as his physical form perishes and his lich spirit ascends. Then, he floats there and stares down at his now-deceased physical form where it lay – or sometimes where it should lay – and remembers.

Every single time, he thinks it's the remembering that’s the worst. That ignorance is bliss. If he can’t remember that Lup existed and is gone, that Lucretia betrayed them, that their homes and lives before the last hundred years are lost to the Hunger maybe he’d be better off. It would make moving through life from here on out so much easier.

But, really, what is Barry without Lup? Without the memory of her?

Without her, he’s reduced to a prickly shell of a human fighter. There is no passion in his heart for anything if he does not know Lup. He is the kindle of her fire, but without those flames, just a stick on the forest floor.

So each time his physical form dies, he takes the requisite DNA for his pod, finds his cave, and drops it into the machine. Searching is made a lot easier with a body. In the interim, while he waits, he remembers.

It hurts to remember, yes, but the sweet despair of recall is justified by the tender embrace of Lup’s memory. He brings to the front of his mind her laugh, infectious and melodic. Then, her drive, purposeful and empowering. He can only manage to allow himself to envision her in her entirety in his mind before it all becomes too much.

It would break his heart if Barry still had a physical one.

When his body is ready, he does it again. He lets himself remember her. Lets himself love her one more time in his mind before he curses himself to ignorance. He stands before the pod, staring at his own face, and readies himself for the next… however long he won’t know the slope of her nose and the sound of her voice. He makes a vow to himself as he settles into his skin again.

He promises to find her.

It seems another adventure is going on with the students of Jujutsu High. However, it involves watching over little Taz and Little Yuji. However, when Sukuna and Kinie went to get some snacks, it was up to the others to watch them or would they? Curious to what happened, read to find out.

"Your going where?" Daichi, Megumi, Nobara asked seeing Sukuna and Kinie standing in front of the three while hearing little Yuji laughing while gently booping little Taz's nose who smiled blushing.

"You heard us. Me and Kinie are going into town to get some new stuffed toys for the little ones. I'm getting a tiger for little Yuji.." he said.

"And I'm getting a panda for little taz. Though, I already got her a quoll one but I'm getting another one......" Kinie said. Both the king and his princess were wearing some regular clothing and it seems they would do some shopping.

"So we are asking you to watch over the little ones for a few hours. We shouldn't take too long to get what we need and come back." she said.

"Ohhh so you want us to baby sit them? Sure, we can do that!" Nobara said smiling with Megumi and Daichi nodding. They wouldn't mind watching them. Even seeing the two playing.

"Good. We should be back real soon while heading into town." she said to them. As the two were getting ready to head out.

"Don't worry you guys, we will watch over Yuji and Taz till you come back!" Daichi smiled happy to the two but Kinie remembers something.

"Oh, and one thing.." she said.

"Uhhh yeah?" Daichi asked seeing Kinie looking to them.

"You guys better be sure to keep a good eye on them. You are responsible to being sure little Taz and little Yuji stay safe and don't get hurt..." she glares at Daichi but only looks to them as they tense.

"She's right. We don't want anything happening to the little ones so just be sure you keep a good eye on them. Because if we find out anything happens to them or if a single hair is missing on their heads." Sukuna grabs Daichi's shirt and lifts him up to look dead in his eyes seeing red eyes. Kinie even had her dark spear showing while glaring at them.

"You all will regret it." they said in a deadly tone scaring Daichi and them.

"U..Uhhh r..r...right! Of course, you both don't have to worry. We'll be sure they are safe." Daichi said that Sukuna looks to him but drops him as he falls on his butt.

"OW!"

"Anyway, you can contact us with these phones Gojo gave us. Just keep a eye on them...we will see you soon." he said but saw little Taz and Yuji playing as they waddle over to Kinie and Sukuna who picked them both up.

"Papa! Papa! P...Pway?" Taz coos smiling at him while holding his cheeks.

"Pway Pway!" Yuji smiled nuzzling Kinie's cheek.

"Oh you two. We have to go out for a little bit but we will be back to play with you. You and your brother be good little ones okay. And Yuji, keep a eye on your little sister okay?" Kinie said but he blinks only to nod. "Good boy."

"And Taz, be sure you listen to your little brother okay?" Sukuna said but she blinks to nod, gigging while hugging him. The group blink seeing how cute they were! They really were the only ones that can calm Kinie and Sukuna down. Seeing this, both Kinie kisses Yuji's cheek and Sukuna kissing Taz's cheek before setting them both down.

"We'll be back. Be good you two." They said smiling while they giggle waving to them. The curses smiled waving to the little ones but they glared at the others to insure they would be safe. However, they stood up to head out and close the door to see Daichi sigh.

"Yeah...still scary." Nobara said but seeing little Yuji stand up but helps little Taz stand too so they can go and play with Miko and Yuria seeing how adorable they were.

"Alright guys, lets just be sure Taz and Yuji are taking care of. Lets just do our best!" Daichi said.

"We'll be fine, Daichi. Though, lets be sure they have what they can while Sukuna and KInie are gone. With that, the group goes to babysit Taz and Yuji. For a while, they already fed them, cleaned them, and made sure they were safe and protected. Even Eito was watching over the two while they were being gentle while petting and hugging the spirit. Eito chirps nuzzling against the two.

"Awwwwww, so cute!" Gojo said taking more pictures.

"Again with the pictures.." Nanami sighed looking at him but Daichi, Megumi, and Nobara sighed. Well, since they became kids, he was enjoying this. Though, so far they already were alright and told Kinie and Sukuna the two were okay.

So far so good. It was not like anything could go wrong right? Well....after a few hours, the group was resting up while making sure the two were safe.

"I'm telling you. If you just add a theme song it's fine! It'll make you look cooler-"

"I told you a thousand times Kisho, I'm NOT adding a theme song!" Megumi argues with the girls going to get some blankets for Taz and Yuji to take their nap. The two were playing in the room with Yuji giggling to pet his sister's head again. All she did was giggle and smiles.

"But why not!? You'll be cool just like me! X3"

"NO!" he shouted at him as the two argued now. This made little Yuji blink confused to why they were arguing now. He didn't know why but he was looking only to keep by his sister. As for Taz, she was giggling hugging her quoll plush before the two hear a soft baaa from somewhere.

"???" They looked around before seeing the cursed spirit Willson? What could he want? He looks to the kids but thought they were cute! He even smiled to see the little ones eyes sparkling seeing the goat ghost.

"I TOLD YOU I'M NOT DOING THAT!" Megumi said.

"OH COME ON, IT'S COOL! YOU'LL EVEN GET NOTICED BY MANY PEOPLE EVEN OUR CLASSMATES- "

"I SAID NO!!"

He and Denji kept arguing back but didn't know the little ones were now following after Willson who was letting them. He was happy while the two kids laughing softly reaching for him. This is when the girls came back to the room.

"Hey guys, were back with the blankets. Taz and Yuji should be ready for their na-" As Nobara speaks she stops seeing the two arguing. Miko and Yuria blinks confused.

"Uhhh.."

"WHY ARE YOU TWO ARGUING!?" Nobara shouted seeing them stop to look but Megumi sighed.

"Nothing. This idiot was suggesting I should get a theme song but I said no." he Megumi said.

"He has no taste!" Daichi said with the girls sighing.

"Uh huh. Come on, we need to put the little ones down for a nap." Nobara said. "So where are they?" she asked.

"They should on the play mat." Megumi said pointing so the girls go to do that but when entering the room they stop.

"........"

"What?" Daichi asked.

"Megumi?....Daichi?...their not in here." Nobara said as the two blink to get up heading over.

"What are you talking about? They are in there. Are you trying to-" As Megumi looks he tenses seeing the play room was empty. Daichi saw but his eyes widen.

"W...what?!? But they were here! We know it!" Daichi said rushing in. "Taz!? Yuji!?" DAichi said looking around for them as the girls did and Megumi too. As they were panicking, Willson was happily playing with the little ones while he was leading the two to a play area but he would keep them safe while Taz and Yuji was happily following him.

~~~Back inside~~~~

"Oh no, oh no no no no NO!" Daichi was sweating now looking like he was going to be sick. "I can't believe this! WE LOST TAZ AND YUJI!! SUKUNA AND KINIE ARE GOING TO FUCKING KILL US!" he said crying.

"Calm down! I'm sure they are around somewhere. They couldn't have gone far." Megumi said.

"You two were to watch them while we went to get the blankets for them! How could you lose them!?" Nobara shouted to bonk the two as Megumi winces.

"It wasn't my fault! Daichi started the stupid argument so it's his fault!"

"NO! I was just trying to tell you a theme song would make you look-"

"G..GUYS! This is not the time! We have to find them before Sukuna and KInie get back! Who knows what they will do if they find out!" Yuria said worried.

"I think I might know what he might do and It won't be pretty." DAichi said shaking.

"Look, lets tell everyone in school to keep a eye out for the two. They have to be around here somewhere. We can find them before-" As he said this, Daichi's phone rings as he looks to see who it was. His face pales showing it was Sukuna and Kinie.

"What's wrong?"

"I..I..It's them! Sukuna and Kinie is calling! What do I do!?" he said.

"Just answer the phone!" Megumi said but DAichi whines not wanting to but gulps to calm down and picks up. "Uhhhh Hello?"

'Hey brat. It's me. Were just calling to check on the pups. Are they alright?'

"Yeah, of course! Their fine. We ummm...just put them down for a nap." Daichi said but he was scared.

'I see. Well, I'm just calling to say we should be back in a little bit. Kinie is looking for some new bows for Taz but I got Yuji some hats. It should be another two hours before we come back.'

"Right. Thanks for the heads up! We'll be sure to do that!" he said loudly but Sukuna blinks.

'Why are you being so loud? Your shouting...'

"S..Sorry, just ummm.....excited. Anyway, we'll see you two later!" he said to hang up.

Sukuna blinks to lower the phone. "Weird." he said but heard Kinie laughing. He looks seeing her holding some cute little bows for Taz.

"Did you find something princess." Sukuna said even if other women blushed seeing how hot Sukuna looked! He looked pretty built for a guy.

"I did! Taz would look cute with this!" she said showing them. Sukuna looks but smiled.

"I think she would be three times cuter than she is." he said to Kinie who smiled being adorable. He chuckled to pet her head while KInie smiled. "Oh, I forgot. How are the pups?"

"They are taking their naps. I think by the time we get back, they should wake up. So, we should hurry up and head back." he said.

"Of course my king." she said happily finishing up as he follows her. Though, he was helping with holding the things in a basket.

~~~~Back at Jujutsu High~~~~~

Everyone is on high alert trying to find the little ones. They have looked in all the classrooms, outside, teacher's lounge, hidden spots, even other locations and no luck. Where could they be!?

"Ohhhh their going to kill us. Their going to kill us!!" Daichi cries looking cared. "What are we going to do?! What are we gonna tell them!?" he said.

"Stop panicking. The little ones have to still be in school. We just have to keep looking." Megumi said.

"But how long!? Sukuna and Kinie will be back soon! They will destroy the school if they find out!" he said but Megumi sighed. He saw the girls running over worried but tired. "Any luck?"

"No. We looked in the cafeteria but nothing." Nobara said.

"We checked the classrooms with the second grade and nothing." Miko said worried.

"Were still looking around but..what if they walked off the school grounds!?" Yuria said that made Daichi twitch but slowly think.

"O..O..Out..o..o..of s...s..school grounds?" he meeps but his eyes became dizzy and falls back to faint. Yeah, they were going to kill him. Megumi sighed to see that.

"Great.......Come on, lets keep looking." Megumi said while they just keep looking. The groups were scattered all over but they had no idea Willson was watching them. Even carrying them on his back to give them little rides. And yes, they are still on school grounds. Little Yuji laughed having fun but held onto his sister Taz who was making silly noises riding his back even petting his head.

"Goooo....f..fun!" she smiled.

"Baaaaa...sooo cute!" he said happily to reach and nuzzle the two who smile and hug him back. Yeah, they were having fun with him. Not knowing the chaos going on right now. They looked everywhere for the last few hours till it was later in the afternoon. Megumi was tired but was upset seeing they didn't find them.

Nobara was worried hoping they were alright. Daichi did wake up but he was pacing left and right. They didn't find the two and it was already getting dark.

"I don't get it. They should be around but no! Where could they be!?" Daichi said but Megumi looks to him.

"I don't know. We should have watched them better then they wouldn't be missing. All because you wanted to argue about stupid theme songs."

"Theme songs are NOT dumb!" he said.

"Guys not now! I just hope the others are having better luck..." Yuria said but they might have to tell Sukuna and Kinie they lost the pups. They were not going to be happy.

"So..h..how should we tell them?" Daichi said worried as the group thinks but it's when they heard the door open making him tense.

"Guys! were back!"

Sukuna and Kinie returned.

'Oh on..' Daichi said.

"Sorry we were late. We had to get some other things for the little ones but we hope they were good." Kinie said showing the bag with Sukuna doing the same. However, the two blink seeing the group tired or something.

"What is wrong? Did the pups tire you all out? That's a shame. They are pretty quick for little pups." Kinie smiled. "So, are they still taking their nap?"

"...."

"Is something wrong?" Sukuna asked but Megumi sighed to look at them.

"Sukuna..Kinie...we have something to tell you.." he said.

"Tell us? What is it?" She asked but Sukuna wonders too that Daichi looks scared but sighed.

"W..we......we sorta lost them?" Daichi said nervous but the king and his princess blinks.

"Lost them? What are you talking about?" KInie asked.

"...Lost as in we...lost Yuji and Taz.." Megumi said but Sukuna was shocked that Kinie drops the bag seeing the bows and stuff doll of a panda fall out. She quickly rushes into the play room to check.

"But don't be angry. We been looking for them all day! We are having the others help us try to find them-"

"....WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU FUCKING LOST THEM!? AS IN THEY BEEN GONE SINCE I CALLED!?" Sukuna shouted to make the others wince. He was pissed.

"Y..Yes but please! We didn't mean to-"

"WE GAVE YOU ONE JOB TO DO AND YOU FUCKING LOSE THEM! HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT!?" He shouted.

"It wasn't our fault! It's just me and Megumi got into some argument about him having a theme song and-"

"YOU LOST THE PUPS BECAUSE OF SOME DAMN ARGUMENT!!!" he shouted but Kinie looks to come back but she was quiet. The girls saw her upper face hidden but their was tears? Wait, was she crying?

"........You..YOU IDIOTS!" Kinie barked that her cursed energy shows up in deadly waves but she walks over showing a spear ready to hunt them all down. "HOW COULD YOU LOSE THEM! WHAT IF SOMETHING BAD HAPPENED TO THEM!" she said now crying angry.

"KINIE CALM DOWN! WE DIDN'T MEAN TO-"

"SILENCE! DO YOU KNOW THEY COULD HAVE WANDERED OFF FROM SCHOOL GROUNDS! WHAT IF ANOTHER CURSE GOT THEM!? WHAT IF THEY GOT HURT!? WHAT IF THEY......WHAT IF THEY GOT KILLED!?" she said now tightening the grip on her spear but she looks up to scare them. Her eyes were glowing but the tears were seen. Even Sukuna was worried. He's never seen his princess cry like this.

"KINIE PLEASE-"

"I SHOULD FUCKING KILL ALL OF YOU FOR LOSING HER! AND YUJI TOO! I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR LOSING THE LITTLE ONES!" she shouted.

"KINIE CALM DOWN!" Megumi said but she had her kinfolk surround everyone ready to attack them. "YOU FOOLS DARE LOSE THEM! I WILL BE SURE YOU REGRET THIS! I WILL BE SURE TO MAKE YOU ALL-" As she speaks, someone pulls her back only to be held. She looks up but saw Sukuna quiet.

"Enough princess........please calm down." he said but she was quiet only to cry more that she hid her face sobbing loudly in his chest. Sukuna held her but he looks to the others.

"Give me one reason why I shouldn't curse you all for losing the pups. And it better be a good damn one." he said.

"........W..we don't know we just..the girls were getting blankets for them but...after they did we lost track and...." Megumi couldn't explain knowing even from now, Sukuna was pissed off. He held a crying Kinie to him but he slowly held his other hand like he was going to destroy the room with them in it.

"W..wait Sukuna please! We'll keep looking for them! Please we are sorry!" Daichi said crying.

"......You should be. Though, I'm sure we will make you all suffer for losing them." he said in a dark tone as everyone was ready to defend themselves from a angry Sukuna. His cursed energy was showing around him. However, before he could....

A familiar baaaa was heard to make him blink. The others did too seeing from the window of Willson happily floating over.

"What the..."

"Oh great. What does the damn goat want? I"m not in the mood to deal with you right now!" Sukuna shouted at Willson. However, the goat keeps coming to the window before he floats in but was carrying two little bundles of blankets.

"????"

"Sorry evil king...baaaaaa I was having so much fun with the little pupppssss today. They got tired out after following me to play."

Wait what!?

Kinie's eyes widen to turn and see the blanket. Willson lowers down to set them on a big pillow showing little Yuji asleep with a smile but hugging little Taz to him. It was the pups!

"Ehh!?!" Willson had them all this time!?

"Hold on, how long have you had them!?" Megumi said but the goat looks.

"Huh? Alllllll day. They followed me outside but I kept a watch on them. I was trying to take them back but they wanted to stay. Why, did I miss something?" he asked.

Right away, Kinie goes to the two but she falls on her knees still crying. They were safe. They were back safe and alive. Reaching with a shaky hand, she touches Taz and Yuji's little cheeks as they sleep peacefully happy. Though, they knew it was her to yawn but nuzzle against her hand holding it.

"......." Kinie said nothing but sobs gently reaching to pick them up in her arms to kiss their foreheads.

"Oh thank god your both safe...I was so worry.." she sobs holding them but Sukuna calms down to gently go and hold Kinie with the little ones. He was happy they were safe too. He did look to Willson to say,

"Thank you for watching over them. We heard the others lost them...but thank you for keeping them safe." Sukuna said.

"Your welcome.....I didn't want anything happening to them. But they are alright...I even got them some food from the cafeteria so they were fed too. Even so, I'm going to go sleep now..it was fun playing with them. NIght night.." with that, Willson disappears to do that. Sukuna sees him gone but now looks to Kinie crying but nuzzling the two.

"....Sooooo...were not in trouble are we?" Daichi said.

".......No, your still in trouble....we told you guys to watch them...so your lucky you won't die this night. I think we'll keep a eye on them from now on.." Sukuna said but he picks Kinie up in his arms along with the bags they got for them and leaves to set them down to rest. The others remain in the living room but falls on the ground after the scare.

"...Daichi?"

"Y..Yeah Megumi?" he said.

"The next time or if we get the chance to watch them again..no more talk of theme songs...ever." Megumi said.

"...Deal." he said. Nobara shook her head but she'll write this in for a side mission. Though, she was happy that the two were safe. Meanwhile in a room they were given. Sukuna was holding Kinie who went to sleep but she was holding Yuji and Taz in her arms. He finds it cute to see this almost like he and her had a family. Gently kissing her forehead, he was happy to know the pups were safe.

When they sleep, rare as that is, they sleep in the lab. Tonight, though, Lup tips her head back against Barry's bedroom wall. Her curls flatten against a colorful diagram of the schools of magic, complete with cartoon characters like one might find in an aspiring wizard's childhood bedroom. Not the bedroom of a renowned necromancer with nearly a century of magical learning.

"It's because you thought the necromancer was hot, right?" She grins and points at the woman with a fierce glare in black robes.

Barry blushes, but doesn't deny the accusation. Instead he presses his lips to hers.

(WIP Ask Game)

Ahhh thank you for asking!! I'm sorry this got SUPER long so I'm putting it under a cut oops

So, obviously the primary antagonist here is The Hunger in the form of kaiju, right? It's taken over many worlds before this one, and the kaiju are its way of testing the waters, preparing to take over yet another planar system.

The narrative starts similarly to the original Pacific Rim: Lup and Taako are Jaegar pilots, and following the original plot, they get separated during a kaiju attack. Lup falls into the ocean and is presumed dead; Taako is devastated and quits the Jaegar program.

The fic starts five years after this event. Taako is working some minimum-wage job; he tried drifting with someone (Sazed) after Lup's death, but things went badly— like, people-dying badly— and Taako ended up taking the fall.

Anyway, Lucretia shows up (on behalf of the Pan Planar Defense Corps) to ask Taako to come in for one last-ditch attempt at closing off the Breach, and Taako's response, pretty understandably, is something along the lines of Screw You, until Lucretia tells him that they found her

Because, see, Lup isn't actually dead! She just has amnesia. She washed up on shore after the attack with no recollection of who she is, and she has been working at a little local diner in an isolated middle-of-nowhere podunk town, but then she just happened to see a documentary on tv during one of her shifts, and is shocked to see herself standing there, fully decked out in a jaegar suit, alongside a man (a brother? she has a brother?) who has her face.

("Taako will be so excited to see you," Lucretia tells her as they enter the Shatterdome, and Lup responds with, "Who?")

Anyway, Lup still has no memory of Taako, but their memories are all there in the drift. The plot would mostly focus on the repair of Lup's memory via drifting with Taako, and them learning to fit together as best siblings who have spent five years separated from each other. It's like everything is slightly to the left by three inches, and their shapes have changed since they left each other, and they need to relearn how to be siblings (and how to drift properly) together.

There's obviously also some background Blupjeans romance— Barry is a Hunger specialist/cryptozoologist, and they had a years-long mutual pining will-they-won't-they before her amnesia. He's trying so very hard not to be weird about it but also he can't stop staring at her like she's hung the moon, and Lup finds this all very familiar. Also, Taako has some ongoing flirting with Kravitz, whose family got taken out by a kaiju when he was a kid and who grew up floating between different Shatterdomes (as a technician, maybe?).

Merle absolutely drifts with a kaiju brain. Multiple times :)

Obviously Magnus and Julia are the Power Couple (TM) who pilot another Jaegar (a la Cherno Alpha, except they get to live), and I guess Carey and Killian maybe pilot a third one? I'm also really invested in the idea of Hurley and Sloane having some sort of black market kaiju/jaegar parts deal, with Hurley being the one who can get them a brain for Merle to drift with the second time around. Davenport serves in a sort of Tendo-esque role, monitoring the neural connections and the Breach.

Lucretia tries to pull some self-sacrificial nonsense during the final attack on the breach (she throws herself through to blow it up, probably, like Raleigh does) and Lup and Taako have to follow her through and rescue her through the Power Of Friendship (their efforts are successful!! everyone lives!)

“Where’s he at?” Taz asked as he walked into medical.

The staff pointed to Hook who was sitting on an examination table. He barely glanced up to look at Taz. It was clear he had been crying.

“Hey, Dad”

“Hey, kid. Doing okay?”

Hook shrugged. “Best I can.”

“You hurt at all?”

Hook shook his head.

“On the bright side, you can beat his bitch ass all around the arena on Wednesday.”

Normally, Hook would laugh and agree. This time was different. He barely smiled.

“Maybe.” He responded.

Taz sighed. “Look, kid. I-I know you’re hurting. I feel your pain but you gotta push through it, at least try. I know you liked him but-”

“I didn’t just like him, Dad.” Hook looked up at his dad, his eyes filled with tears.

He loved Jack, and Taz knew that.

“I know, bub.” Taz pulled hook into his chest.

His hands gently ran through Hook’s hair as quiet sobs filled the room.

He knew he would have to deal with Hook’s first heartbreak, he just didn’t think it would happen so soon.

“I mean, it could be worse?”

Hook pulled back. “Yeah getting dumped on a live pay-per-view isn’t that bad.”

"Hey don't you ever get tired of that shit? You're literally a day away from a massive title shot Ty!" You spoke

You went to argue, but suddenly your phone rang... so you stepped away to your room.

"What's Up Cody?"

"Will you come to the WWE with me? I'm going back.. since my contract was kinda up..."

"Cody, I know you're gonna be upset. But I'm choosing my younger brother and my father.. my family kinda means more currently, since I used to barely see them"

"Y-Y/N... Can we even still?"

"Yes, we can continue to date.. even though it's gonna be long distance-"

"O-Ok... I gotta go now, they want to see me for the contract shit..."

Cody abruptly hung up after those words..

No one there knew you for your AEW career, and it was a year after that brutal cell match and Seth wasn't ready for Cody's return...

Ricky Starks stood in the center of the ring, the cheers of the crowd ringing in his ears. Although he just lost the FTW Championship to his dear friend hook, the adrenaline was still pumping through his veins, and the crowd was still behind him. As he thanked the arena for their support, he turned to see his tag team partner, Powerhouse Hobbs, climbing into the ring. Ricky smiled, expecting Hobbs to join in the celebration. He expected to be given a handshake, maybe even a hug, and his best friend telling him that he did a great job.

But something was off. 

The look in Hobbs' eyes was cold, distant. Before Ricky could react, Hobbs lunged forward, delivering a devastating clothesline that sent Ricky crashing to the mat. The crowd's cheers turned to gasps of shock as Hobbs continued his assault, stomping on Ricky with merciless force. The betrayal was swift and brutal. But to Ricky, it felt like a lifetime. 

After all, he spent years working, training, laughing, and bonding with Hobbs. So while the arena heard Ricky hit the mat various times, he could just hear his heart and mind breaking. Ricky tried to shield himself, but the pain was overwhelming. He felt a sharp kick to his ribs, and then another. Finally, security rushed in to pull Hobbs away, but the damage was done. Ricky lay on the mat, gasping for breath, his body aching from the unexpected attack.

You, watched from backstage, unable to move out of fear and shock. You stood jaw to the floor, wondering where it all went wrong. Being one of Ricky’s closest friends (and having a slight crush on him), you can easily see how distraught he is when the doctors guide him backstage.

Taz joined you as you awaited Ricky to appear in front of you. He whispered to himself, but so you can hear, “I had no idea.”

You didn’t blame him, you couldn’t. Taz was just like you-a surprised bystander.

Ricky came from the curtains and immediately sat down. He slumped on a bench, holding an ice pack to his bruised ribs. His eyes are filled with hurt and confusion. You can see the disbelief etched on his face, the betrayal still fresh in his mind. Taz patted his shoulder in support, and walked off, probably to find Hobbs and give him a piece of his mind.

"Ricky," you say softly, sitting down next to him and gently brushing a strand of hair from his forehead. "I'm so sorry this happened. I know how much Hobbs meant to you as a partner and friend.” 

Ricky keeps his head down, he allowed his hand to drop from his ribs, letting the ice pack hit the ground, "Why? Why would he do this?" he asks, his voice barely above a whisper.

You take his hand in yours, intertwining your fingers. "Sometimes people change, Ricky. Their motivations shift, and they make choices that hurt others. But that doesn't reflect on you. You did everything right. You were a great partner and a true friend."

Ricky takes a deep breath, trying to steady himself. "It just hurts, you know? I trusted him."

"I know," you reply gently, leaning in closer. "It's going to take time to heal from this, both physically and emotionally. But remember, you're not alone. You have so many people who care about you and believe in you. Lean on them, and take this one step at a time."

He nods slowly, the pain in his eyes slowly being replaced by a steely determination. "You're right. I can't let this break me. I'll come back stronger."

You smile, giving his hand a reassuring squeeze. “Ricky, you're one of the best, and I’m not saying this because you are one of my best friends. But you really are talented, and this setback won't change that. Keep your head up, and show the world what you're made of. This is just another bump in the road for you to become the face of the company. It might hurt now, and maybe even later, but you’re gonna look back and feel good that even this couldn’t hold you back.”

Ricky manages a small smile, the first one since he been in the ring. "Thanks, Y/N. I needed that and I appreciate you, as if you didn’t already know.”

"Anytime, pretty boy,” you say, your voice soft and filled with affection. You really couldn’t help it, you adore Ricky. And you would do anything to make him smile. Very gently, you started to pull his arm towards the hall, “Now, let's get you patched up. I’ll make Tony give you as much time as you need off. Hobbs is gonna regret it, you’re gonna show him-“  Ricky stopped you from continuing your rant by pulling you back to him. His big brown eyes shined up at you, as they kept circling your face. 

With his voice barely above a whisper, “Stay with me a little longer?"

You nod, your heart swelling with emotion. "Of course," you say, sitting back down and wrapping your arms around him. He leans into your embrace, finding comfort in your warmth. He placed the ice pack on his ribs as you rubbed his knee, allowing everything else around you to just disappear. 

In that moment, surrounded by the chaos of the wrestling world, you both find a sense of peace. The road to emotional recovery and triumph won't be easy, but with your support, Ricky will be ready to face whatever comes next. 

And maybe, just maybe...

this unexpected turn of events will bring you closer together than ever before.

They’re mid make out session when they hear footsteps outside of the room getting closer.

“Shit,” Hook mumbles, “I thought you said no one would come in here-“

“I didn’t think they would,” Jack hiss-whispers back.

“What are we gonna do?”

Jack pulls back, thinking for a moment. “Punch me in the mouth. Make it look like a fight.”

Hook blinks. He opens his mouth to argue, but the door handle is starting to turn, and he swings as hard as he can.

The door swings open, and the two scramble away from each other, panting.

Of course it had to be Taz out of anyone that could walk in. He stares at Hook, then slowly looks over at Jack.

Jack has a bloodied lip now, attempting to glare as hard as possible at Taz and Hook.

“Fighting?” Taz asks, not sounding convinced in his own words.

Hook attempts a mean mug. “He started it,” he spits out.

Taz’ eyes shift over to Jack. “Was it over a hoodie, by any chance?”

Both of them freeze, and slowly look over at each other.

this was a common after classes, so you couldn’t understand why this time was so difficult for you.

you raked your gaze along the wall of fridges in the back of the convenience store, this exact one you’ve been to everyday since the semester started by only now did you decide to be picky.

“i’m not sure if i want something hot like coffee or… maybe just a yogurt drink?” you quietly mutter to yourself as the hum of the store drones behind you. the crinkling of a chip bag drags you out of your stare and you turn to your company, sanji.

he holds a few bags of chips, ranging from wasabi to pizza - and shrimp crackers? you assume all for your classmate and friend, luffy. “have you decided yet, y/n-chan?”

he’s dressed casually like you’ve seen him many times before, he’s got a sweet smile that’s showing his patience and you can’t help but feel bad for holding him up. you gesture to the drinks and he laughs, a deep but lighthearted chuckle.

“might i pick one for you?” he grins and he’s quick to swing open a door. you feel the heat rush to you face despite the light chill of the refrigerators air. any attempt to speak and stop him might hurt your blonde friend more than you.

“i’d be honored.” you snicker.

and so he does, his fingers lightly glide alongside labels of brands and flavors, he considers a many options before stopping at a lower row. you lean in like he’s conducting some study and you notice the white peach drink that’s caught his eye.

once you’re both outside, enjoying the comfortable walk in silence, you take a light sip of the new drink.

Scary Movie Freakout || Drabble

The first years of Jujutsu Tokyo High are having a movie night. They were watching a found footage horror film. While the teens are enjoying the movie while making a few comments. The two cursed spirits, Sukuna and Kinie Ger were thinking otherise.

On the weekend, the first-year students of Tokyo Jujutsu High are having a movie night in their lounge residence hall. They planned this fora. while as they want to have fun and take a break from their missions. Their movie. A horror so they can laugh and point the inaccuracies when it comes to spirits due to their line of work. The movie that the studnets were watching is a horror movie. Incantation. A story about a woman and daughter who got cursed due to the taboo that was broken. It's on Netflix. It was interesting and entertaining so the group can tear apart the movie and its absurdity. The students were impressed by the movie so far as it relates to them some way given that they're jujutsu sorcerers.

The footage of a creepy hand reaching out to the girl. The death of old woman. And many more.

However....

Sukuna and Kinie Ger see this movie as a threat. They were seeing scenes that were disturbing and fascinating, they did not say anything as they were glued to the movie.

Of course, they know some movies are fake given special side effects. But when it comes to found footage horror movies, they believe it to be real! So real, they ask questions that nobody didn't mind until it is slowly develops to the point where they become alarmed.

"Wait...so this village worships Mother Buddha?" Sukuna asked, opening a red eye on one of Yuji's slits.

"Uh yeah...you know about something, Sukuna?" Yuji asked. "No. But the idea of giving your name to a being like that sounds like a Special Grade Curse that is disguised as this 'Mother Buddha.' A blessing like that is some sort of curse." Sukuna informs them. "People think of this being as Kali but Kali doesn't curse people so it's a trick. The chanting must be some way of worshipping it."

"Huh."

The movie continues to show the so-called paranormal investigators go do some investigating and the main character named Ronan talks with the girl. They feed a frog with a lock of hair. The frogs were in the box letting out disturbing growls. Then things took a creepy turn where the heads of the baby statues were turned and the girl forced Ronan; 's head before praying a chant.

"Okay. Time to leave the village..." Kinie Ger said. But the movie shows that the next night, they went to a place where they found a little girl covered in runes. Sukuna and Kinie continue to watch this until one of the fools wants to see what the sealed tunnel is about.

They can't serious, right?!

Eito hoots while Kisho passes some popcorn to the bird as the two watch this. And then Yuan, one of the three paranormal investigators breaks the door tunnel in.

"Wait, wait, wait! What is he doing?!" Kinie asked out of Taz's head. Taz answers, "He's breaking in." And then once the tunnel door is broken into. Slience befells the students and the two curses as they heard a baby crying and some disembodied voices.

Yuan is saying something stupid by going inside and check it out.

"Is he for real?" Sukuna asked. Yuji hushs him. Yuan and Dom entered the tunnel while the woman named Ronan stayed.

"Those guys are going to die." Nobara commented, eating some popcorn. And Nobara was right. Dom was dead while Yuan is out of there, screaming his head off. Ronan got slapped.

"Good! She deserves that!" Kinie Ger yelled. But things got hetic. The village fall into an eerie disarray. First, a body being burned and the village residents were now praying while some of them are bare naked but wearing their underwear as their bodies are in runes.

"What the hell?" Kisho said.

"They either protect themselves and try to appease the curse. Looks like it's not working." Then Yuan attacks the main character in a frenzy before Yuan losing its teeth before leaving and soon, Yuan dies in most creepisest way.

"That was really creepy." Megumi admitted,sipping a soda. The scene was taped

---- The car scene ----

"Wait...I just realized the doctor who checked the camera is dead." Kisho notes. The banging of the car continues making the teens scared and the curses stunned.

"Oh yeah...that curse is messing with them alright." Sukuna commented.

"And the mantra worked," Megumi said.

"Wow. This feels so real like...I can't imagine people who can't see curses have to experience that." Yuji commented. "You know? I'm glad I can see them so I can beat them up." Noabara commented.

"It must be so scary for non-sorcerers not to understand what's going on." Taz said, feeling bad for the mom.

"Hm." Megumi said.

"Same." Kisho said.

"What?! What are you two talking about? This is real!" Sukuna said. The teens blinked at what Sukuna but didn't say anything. The movies continues to where the mother seeks a couple at a temple to perform a ritual to get rid of the curse. Placing parchements on the cursed camcorder and gives a leaf to the daughter. It looks like it would be resolved. However, to make it work is that the daughter; Dodo must not eat the next seven days.

"Can that work?" Taz asked.

"Yes but sometimes it's difficult..." Megumi said. "It does sound very difficult to get rid if you can't eat for seven days..." Miko said.

"Well I know that woman is going to mess that up!" Kinie added. The mother tried to help Dodo during these seven days. She tried the to adminster the drip and where the daughter is malnourished, the doctor can't prescribe her anything unless Dodo eats something.

"Jeez...third day..." Yuji siad.

"She has blisters...dude..." Kisho said, feeling bad for the little girl. Miko holds Kisho's hand making the boy blush but keeps her close to him.

And like Kinie said, the mother messed up and decided to feed her pineapple. Hence, getting rid of the curse went out the window. Meanwhile, one of the supporting characters was trying to figure out the curse. Sukuna watches this, "That man is now cursed from trying to understand the video. Although he is correct, this is modified version of the Bafangtian gesture. It's supposed to collect blessing so the opposite is.."

"Curses?" Kisho asked.

"Mhmm..." Sukuna answered.

"That's the opposite of blessings." Megumi added. "If it's to spread the curse?" Megumi hums.

"That does make sense..." Miko said, repeating to back to the Mountain Curse. "But why would they want to spread it?"

"We gotta watch and see. This movie is really good." Nobara asked. "Not a bad pick, Yuji."

"Thanks!"

"How is this good?! Someone is dying..." Kinie Get points this out.

"At least, he went to the Tanaric Temple so that's smart to figure out what the curse is." Sukuna said. And then the supporting character, Ming finds out the information from the Yunnan monk and forwards the video but the cursed footage of the tunnel would not be sent. However it is too late, the curse claims another victim.

"Damn! That was brutal!" Nobara said, wincing at the death of Ming.

"The curse possessed people like that. Is that how curses get people?" Yuria aid, looking disturbed.

"Yes." Megumi sighed.

"It's how they get them, brat." Sukuna said. The next scene comes back to the mother and daughter where the daughter is getting hive-like lesions which makes the students gross out and worry for the girl. But upon coming back to the temple, the priest is killed and they saw the wife facing the door, and ask if the mother let the child eat. The young sorcerers were nervous but didn't say anything as the woman kept talking, telling the girl that her own mother is going to offer her to the gods. Then the woman went through her own hair, tugging it as blood spews from her head. The teens were grossed out but they couldn't look away. Sukuna and Kinie were watching this in pure amusement. Then they get a jumpscare of the possessed dead wife scaring everyone.

"AAHAA!" The teens cried out as popcorn is thrown everywhere. The teens can't believe it. "Oh god! The kid is in the air!" Nobara cried before the girl was brought down onto the ground with a hard thud.

"Oh that's gonna hurt!"

"This is why you gotta follow instructions!!" Sukuna commented. "The mother should of followed what the shaman says and be committed to it. So now she killed two people with her idiocy!"

"Oh come on, Sukuna. Her daughter is suffering!"

"Now she's suffering more since she broke the spell!" Sukuna said. The movie continues where the mother takes the daughter to the hospital where she's stabilized but it's far from the good and the mother needs to be prepared for the worst. And what happens next is that Dodo is now walking in the hospital as if she is being escorted by someone holding its hand.

"That must be the curse!" Kisho said, "Curses don't show up on CCTV only camcorders where it's imbued with curse energy." Kisho said. The CCTV footages continues where the daughter, Dodo finds a naked girl with runes on her body.

"Do you think it's the girl from the village?" Miko said.

"Looks like it?"

Then it continues to where the mother goes to the girl with runed body. They see her get a knife and she goes to cut off her ear. And the mother explains of how they broke violated the taboo six years ago.

This is where Sukuna got upset when tunnel footage starts to paly.

"Oh my fucking god..."

"Sukuna...calm down, it's not..."

"Don't tell me to calm down and it's not that bad, brat! What the fuck are they doing?! They went inside the tunnel and start messing with things. Look at them. They're touching shit! They're pissing off the curse!!" Sukuna points this out. Meanwhile...Nobara tries her best to not laugh, seeing how Sukuna is freaking out. Yuria covers her mouth, trying not to laugh. While Miko and Megumi is sweatdropping.

"Sukuna. It's just a movie." Kisho said.

"IT'S TOO REAL TO BE MOVIE! LOOK AT THIS! They disturb the ritual items on the table and tear parchments seals to get inside! Am I'm the only one who think this is serious?! They still heard the weird voice and still kept going? Look at this shit! They cut through the bindings."

"I think it's part of going to solve the curse." Kisho.

"HOW DO YOU SOLVE A CURSE! THEY CAN'T SEE SHIT!!" Sukuna said.

"So what's up with the mirrors?" Yuria asked.

"Mirrors are used to confuse the spirits if they make a tunnel like this. Back to the ceiling mural, this Mother Buddha likes items that is decipted to keep her at bay. As for that door with the characters on it, it seems to be barrier to keep the curse from escaping and keep it at its place. If I have to guess, there has to be cursed object or sorts."

"That makes sense but wait...those brothers..."

"They are undoing the everything what the Chen clan set up..." Said Megumi with a pinch of his nose. The boys continue on.

"And they keep going and they moved THE MIRROR?!" Sukuna said, "I swear to Buddha, these two idiots!"

"Sukuna. Calm down!"

"What about the baby statues?" Miko asked.

"Also the same thing...the Mother Buddha's mural did have her holding kids. So they want to take the flesh of children in order to bless the family so it also acts as another part of the barrier. Barriers would be up using talismans and such. The ribbons, the ritualistic items, the mirrors, and statues are part of a complex barrier but simple to do."

And then the movie where the boys came to a statue. Or a throne of the statue. It had that reverse blessing gesture.

"That's gotta be it," Yuria muttered. "Look at that thing. That's the Mother Buddha statue."

"Yeah, it had everything from the mural but it has caterpillars in the bowl. Although it has red veil over it." Kisho said.

"A ceremonial sheet." Megumi added. "It's protecting its face."

"Hold up...you don't think they're going to lift the viel, do you??" Nobara asked.

More sounds are echoing in the tunnel, all around the tunnel.

"It sounds like it came from the statue..." Miko shivered a little.

"Oh god...that dumbass is going to do it, isn't he?" Sukuna uttered, running through his hair. Are these humans this stupid?! These guys are worse than the ghost hunters. Once the man named Dom uncovers the viel but it is not seen on the camera, only recording his back. It seems Dom sees it but straightens his back as if his demeanor has changed. The teens hold their breath, knowing that Dom has been possessed.

As the poor clueless man named Yuan calls out his name.

"Dom? Dom?" Yuan asked.

Then the other yells out, "What's my name?!"

"Don't say his name..." Sukuna muttered.

Chen Li-tung!

"Fucking dumbass..." Sukuna said. And shit hits the fan as Dom became possessed and things became chaotic. Numerous ghastly arms reached out from the walls towards the boys as the mirrors fell and shattered on impact. A swarm of bugs was unleashed and amidst the chaos, the boys were separated. Yuji is slient with his eyes widen. Nobara is sipping more soda while Kisho and Miko were holding hands.

The camera became distorted but then camera turned on in night vision mode. Then they see Dom bashing his head against the wall and what happens next when Dom turns his head at Yuan. The teens screamed...well most likely, Kisho, Yuji and the girls. Megumi winces but he did jump from the fright. Sukuna twitched an eye while Kinie is now in tuned with this movie with a 'wow'

"So that's what happened." Kinie Ger noted.

"This wouldn't happened if they didn't mess with the barrier!" Sukuna groans. "Why are humans this stupid?"

"Oh come on! Maybe there's a way to break the curse!" Said Yuji. As the movie cuts back to the mother explaining her guilt as she loves her daughter and asks for forgiveness along as she won't hurt her. She wants her daughter to promise her to forget her name and forget her own mother.

"Is she going to...." Miko widens her eyes.

"She is going to sacrifice herself...." Sukuna uttered, finished everyone's thoughts. The group watched the mother went back to the village house where she enters the tunnel and proceeds to put things in place while breaking some of the mirrors.

"She's either provoking the curse or drawing it out." Megumi said.

"And it's working..." Nobara said, seeing the leisons transfers of the mother's arm. Now the mother approaches the Mother Buddha statue, not before doing the hand gesture and ask the viewers if they remember the incantation.

"I am not going to remember this. Count me out!"

"That's hard not to remember. Heck! I will do it to save her daughter." Kisho said. Miko goes to hum with the tune when the scene of inciting incarnation is on as they see words under the Japanese words.

"Uhh..." Yuji said, seeing the incarnation and begins to mouth the words. "Brat! You better not recite this incantation. I swear..."

"I'm not!" Yuji said but his mind is chanting. Huo-ho-xiu-yi-

"BRAT!"

"I'm not saying it out loud!" Yuji cried. Si-Sei-Wu-Ma

"BUT YOU WERE THINKING IT! STOP THAT OR ELSE WE WILL BE CURSED, YOU DUMBASS!"

"IT'S JUST A MOVIE!" Yuji cried. "A FOUND FOOTAGE! SO IT'S REAL! SO KNOCK IT OFF!" Sukuna said. Yuji pauses as he didn't understand what Sukuna's problem right now, "Sukuna! A found footage is..."

"YES! A FOUND FOOTAGE IS WHAT YOU TOLD ME! It's footage that is found and shows what happened before it is found. So it's real life, yes?! So this footage is cursed so you reciting the incantation is going to get everyone cursed and I will not waste my time fighting a goddamn imposter curse who thinks it's' Mother Buddha in some foreign land!" Sukuna barked.

"Wait..Sukuna. You actually think found footage is real?" Megumi said.

"Isn't that what the term 'found footage' means?!" Sukuna asked annoyed. Taz sweatdrops as she also hears the same comments from Kinie Ger and she even gives her crap.

And then it is revealed that mother tricked all of the viewers and the main character apologizes to them while the Yunnan monk explains that the incaiton is a not blessing. "WHAT DID I SAY?!" "Pup, You recited the curse, didn't you?" Kinie Ger growls, asking Taz who is sweating a bit.

"I mean-!" Taz tries to explain before she winces. YOU IDIOT! Kinie Ger yelled at her. "I'm SORRY! It's stuck in my head!!" Taz cried.

"Oh damn. Guess I'm cursed too." Kisho said.

"Same..." Yuria said. "So wait...we're all sharing the curse??"

"It sounds like a pyramid scheme of curses..." Nobara said. "But hold on! He said that if more people bearing the curse, the diluted it becomes? Then that means...." Miko trails off. "The curse won't be as dangerous. It will be lightened and it is just as minor bad luck." Megumi said. "But if you learn about it, the deeper the effects it would have on you." "Wow! Who knew this movie knows about curses that much." Kisho grinned. "All of you..." Kinie Ger begins, "We need to shut this film now."

"Huh?! It's getting good! It's almost over!" Nobara exclaimed.

"WE'RE ALL CURSED, YOU IDIOTS! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" Sukuna yelled, "That damn woman lied to us and tricked us!"

"Sukuna. The curse won't have any effect on us...." Megumi sighed. Sukuna growls, "Oh sure! It doesn't have any effect on non-sorcerers! But w'ere sorcerers and we have cursed energy so the curse is going to effect us!! WAIT! IS THAT WOMAN GOING TO UNCOVER IT! SHUT IT DOWN! PAUSE IT!"

And the Mother Buddha's face is unveiled revealing a crystal chasm of darkness with no end at sight. The teens gasped, they expected something demonic but it has no face. Just a hole of darkness of dark crystals in a spiral at the edges.

The camera glitches and shows the mother bashed her head before the camera glitches. Then the transition slowly switches to the daughter being healthy and well. Thus, the movie ends with the credits rolled in. "Wow! That was best movie ever!" Yuji said.

"Right?! I thought it was real for a moment!" Kisho said as Miko and Yuria nods in agreement. Nobara nods eagerly, "I almost thought the curse was real!"

"It was so scary. I was about to scream when the woman came out at us." Taz said while Yuji laughs, patting her head.

"I got to admit, it's pretty creepy." Megumi said.

But the person who is more freaked out as he doesn't want to admit it was....

"Why are you guys laughing about?! Am I'm the one who thinks this is real?"

"Um...Sukuna..."

"The King is right. I do not like this curse! We have to find it and kill it!"

"Uhhh..." Kisho looks dumbfounded. Did these two not know?!

"You two...it's a found footage film, it's not-" Megumi begins to explain this.

"It is real and we're now cursed if we don't do something!" Sukuna barked. The group are now wondering. Do they actually think this movie is real?!

"Wait...you think the curse is real? For reals?" Nobara said. Sukuna replies, "Yes. I can read Tantric scriptures very much and the characters are very real! So stop being morons and figure out where this curse is."

"And???"

"That means we gotta find that village!"

"Sukuna! It's a movie! It's not real! What are you freaking out for?" Yuji asked. Sukuna groans, "I'm not freaking out for shit! You're the ones not taking this seriously!"

"The King is right! We must kill this Buddha Curse!"

"It's not real! It's a movie!" Yuji argued.

"Okay so everything we saw isn't real?!" Sukuna said. "Yes?" Yuria said.

"Mister Sukuna, it's..."

"Dude, you make it sound like you're scared of this curse." Siad Kisho which are the very wrong words to say. Sukuna snaps, "I'm not scared of anything! If anything, you're the dumbass who recited the incantation as well!"

"I thought it was a prayer to"

"The woman lied to us on camera!" Kinie Ger said. "We hardly believe that this is a movie. Remember when those ghost hunters almost unleash a calamity by tearing those seals from that damn hotel."

"Oh my god..." Megumi said as he didn't to remind him of that mission. Taz was embarrassed by that memory. Her first mission.

"Ghost hunters?" Kisho blinked.

"We will tell you later," Nobara tells him. Megumi sighs, "Kinie and Sukuna, if it's the film is true. Teh curse is already diluted thanks to the character's plan so it won't have any effect on us."

"Doesn't matter! Ask the Six-Eyes on that found footage." "Can we do it tomorrow???" Yuji whined.

"NO!"

The teens groaned and Taz managed to calm them down that they can talk to Gojo tomorrow morning.

Taz and Yuji didn't get enough sleep because their cursed spirits' worries didn't get them a good sleep. Nobara, Megumi and Kisho were sweatdropping seeing their bags under their eyes.

"Soooo....wait...Sukuna and Kinie think found footage films are real? For real?" Gojo asked with a smile.

"Uh-huh," Yuji said.

"Yep," Taz said.

"Sukuna thinks the movie we watch is real because it involves a curse in Taiwan..."

"What was the curse and what movie?"

"Incantation." They all said.

"Mother Buddha!" Sukuna's mouth appears on Yuji's cheek. Gojo blinked, "Wait....I think I remember seeing that movie before!" He said.

"Okay?"

"It was inspired by real events so it is real."

"HA! YOU SEE?!" "The case was already solved by a jujutsu sorcerer though. Didn't I tell you all this in class?" Gojo chuckles making Sukuna and Kinie. "Wait so it is real?" Nobara stared. Gojo nods, "Most of it, the Chen family, the ghostbusting guys, the mother, and the daughter. The daughter has been adopted by a sorcerer to keep tabs on the curse. But who knows it's GREATLY exaggerated. The Yunnan Monk was real though. There is a camcorder but it is been placed in a shrine under the protection of a talisman and parchment. We also set up a curtain around the 'Chen' family so nobody will enter the tunnel again. But who knows! This script must be written by a retired jujutsu sorcerer who is having funsies at everyone's expense!" He snickers.

"This is not a joke! Are we supposed to do something about the Buddha Curse or not?" Sukuna grumbled.

"To clarify, the so-called Mother Buddha curse was just an old curse that is the ancestors of so-called 'Chen' family and the chant isn't real but close to it. Plus the curse was weakened over time thanks to the mother who diluted the curse's power through the caring of sharing despite not being a sorcerer. It's a smart way and I guess the sorcerer wanted to make a story out of that!"

"Soooo that does mean...we got nothing to worry about?" Kisho said.

"Yes! Therefore, Sukuna and Kinie have no need to panic."

"WE'RE NOT PANICKING!" They both shouted making Taz and Yuji sigh.

"Oh, come on! It's okay! You seem a little scared from that movie! It's fine. It's not like you would know the difference between fiction and reality!" Gojo grins while Kinie Ger and Sukuna look ready to strangle him. The words 'scared' is not in their vocabulary. After all, found footage films are a great medium if you do it right! The movie you watch is pretty good. If you want to watch more, check out Paranormal Activity!" Gojo said.

"Please don't....sensei!' Taz and Yuji said, wanting some good night's sleep.

"Paranormal Activity?" Sukuna questioned.

"Or Hell House!" Gojo-sensei smiles. "That way you can tell what's real and what's not!" He smiles.

"Ugh....why me?" Megumi said, pinching his nose while Kisho patted his back as a way to comfort him. Nobara snickers, "You know...seeing their freakouts sounds pretty funny." She whispered to the two.

"Yeah but still...." Kisho said while Yuji and Taz asked for a day off so they can sleep in a little more. Gojo-sensei approves it while assuring the curses there is no need to be concerned.

And thus, Kisho and Nobara took the two back to campus so they can sleep in more. Leaving Megumi with Gojo-sensei at the teachers' lounge.

"So is it really true?" Megumi said.

"About?" Gojo muses.

"The curse."

"More or less. But it is based on a true story, you know how movies go. They upped it a little to spook people. I was spooked a little about this Mother Buddha. It's hard to believe it's real. Though the curse went by a different name that case is long solved. The film is similar to the real footage but nobody saw it or so I heard! By the way, you really need to get those two, Sukuna and Kinie to watch more horror-found footage films. Seeing them freak out about it is pretty funny!"

"Is that why you mentioned those other titles?"

"Of course! Though none of them are my favorites! But the last paranormal activity: Last of Kin might freak them out. Although, the Blair Witch Project is pretty scary and so is that Gonjamin: Haunted Asylum one are my favorite ones." Gojo snickered. "Right. Let's hope those two never seen those movies." Megumi sweatdropped. And with that, Sukuna and Kinie Ger's freakouts were funny to behold but can be taxing for the two vessels. So scary movies without the found footages genre is much better.

Although...Sukuna is interested in them. To be continued.

It was a long and tiring day, even for a king and his princess. No one else saw the two for a while after their mission but Megumi was wondering where they were. He was going to check on them but he was not expecting this view.

"I'm telling you Megumi, we should at least ask him. I forgot what he wanted us to get after a while but it's nothing serious." He looks to Kisho who is holding something to Megumi sighing.

"Kisho, I don't think Sukuna wants anyone bothering him or Kinie right now. Besides, they did just come from a mission a while ago." Megumi walks but Kisho keeps going to Sukuna and Kinie's room.

"I know but I still wanna ask!" he said. "Or was it after watching Yuji and Taz?"

"W..we won't know till we see.." Miko said holding some blankets in case for the pups. She, Yuria, Nobara, Megumi, and Kisho were heading there only to get to the room. Megumi looks to see no one wanting to knock without him getting mad but he sighed going to do it instead. However, as he did, the door opens showing...

"Uhhh....."

Inside the room was Gojo who was holding a finger to his lips smiling.

"Gojo? What the heck are y-"

"Shh shhh.....not so loud, you'll wake them." he said giggling. The others didn't get it before he did point to show inside. The living room was clean but not as messy. Except for some toys and little books around. However, that's not what shocked them.

Sleeping on the couch was the king of curses Sukuna Ryomen who was snoring lightly, wearing sweatpants with a muscle shirt with his face looking peaceful. He was resting on a pillow but had some little baby stickers on his cheek. Seems the pups were playing with them before or earlier today.

In his arms sleeping comfy was his princess Kinie. She was curled up snuggling against his chest while she was sleeping peacefully as well. Wearing some light pants and a t-shirt with her black hair up in a pony tail with a little hair piece Sukuna bought for her. She was tired but was resting on top of Sukuna who offers to let her use his body as her bed. Which he didn't mind.

"Zzzzz.....zzzzzz.....zzzzzz..."

Seems the two were tired after today but if that's the case...

'Holy-' Kisho was about to speak but Megumi hushes him.

'Shhhh....Gojo sensei, where are the pups?' Megumi whispered to him but Gojo smiled pointing to the right. In a little crib was two sleepy babies; little Taz and Little Yuji with the little baby tiger and quoll snuggled against the two. A blanket was on top of the two while Yuji was happily hugging his baby sister Taz who was sleeping peacefully by her big brother.

"......"

'Aren't they adorable? Just like a happy little family. I was coming here to give Sukuna a report regarding the curse Yuji and Taz were under but I came to see this. I sent a pic to Taz's team. Just look at this. So precious.' Gojo giggled but he quiets down seeing Sukuna eye twitch but he only pulls Kinie close not wanting to let her go. She only murrs softly in a cute way but keeps sleeping in her king's arms.

'Though. I think it's because they were watching the little ones today before going on a mission when some curses tired to kidnap them. Let me tell you, these two were vicious when the pups were endagered. I never seen Sukuna or Kinie lose it like that.' Gojo said but the thought made the other sorcerers look pale thinking about it.

They might have some idea to what it was like but...it was scary to think about.

'You know what? I think we'll leave the report for later after they get some rest. Though, we better leave. I do NOT want to be caught in their rage if we woke them up or worse..waking the pups up.' Nobara whispered.

'Second, how the heck did you get in here?' Megumi whispered back.

'Ohhh I have ways to get in. They didn't even know I was here.' Gojo said proud but Kisho sweatdrops to notice a window open.

'Ummmm Sensei, did you crawl through the window to get inside the room?' Kisho points but Gojo looks to see but he looks to his students snickering.

"Maybeeeeee~"

"......" The students sigh but looks to one another then back at him. Knowing him, he did it to see the babies and get more pics. Though, the group did look inside again. It's like Sukuna was a father to a wife and two pups. Imagine that. Even if it's under a curse, it still looked cute.

'I guess we better leave them to sleep. We'll give the report later...' Megumi whispered seeing everyone turning to get ready to leave. However, Gojo was happy while leaving the room to try closing it shut quietly without waking them.

"I mean, as long as we leave without making a single noise..we don't die." Kisho said with a sweatdrop.

"Righttttt.....lets just leave before that happens." Megumi said seeing everyone leaving. However......

"You know maybe one more picture-"

"No!" The group grabs their teacher dragging him away as he was sad wanting more pics of the cute family. However, he'll try to sneak back in later on this afternoon if they were awake. For now, Sukuna and Kinie remain asleep while he was sleeping. Even knowing the pups were safe.

I don't normally do this but fuck it, I'm Unwell and need the distraction. Here's a random OrangeHook drabble/ficlet whatever that just oozed out of my brain in the last ten minutes. Enjoy? Maybe?

''Damn. Who's that?''

Orange's head turns as Hook takes a seat on the couch next to him. His eyes are fixed on the woman on screen. Orange doesn't blame him.

''Stacy Keibler.''

Orange had been in a nostalgic mood lately so he was watching a bunch of old episodes of Smackdown. He didn't think Hook was paying attention, but he guessed a woman like that is hard to ignore.

Hook hums, transfixed as Stacy makes her entrance, that slooooow way she'd go through the ropes while the cameras loving caressed those long legs of hers.

''I like her,'' Hook says, simply.

Orange lets a little huff of laughter out. ''You like blondes.''

Hook smiles. ''I'm a gentleman.''

Orange shakes his head emphatically. But the young man is too busy ogling Stacy to acknowledge it.

''That was a reference you probably don't get it,'' Hook says. ''You see, there's an old movie called Gentlemen Prefer -''

''I know what it's a reference to,'' Orange cuts him off. This kid, he swears.

Hook still cannot tear his eyes away from the beauty on the screen. Orange is having more fun watching Hook, the way his eyes slowly follow her whenever she's on screen, the way his shoulders lower whenever they cut away and then raise the second she's back. It's like he's watching himself back in his teenage years.

''Those legs,'' Hook astutely observes.

Orange gives him a look and this time, Hook actually glances over and catches it.

He smiles at him, ''What? Does it make you uncomfortable when I talk about women like that?''

Orange snorts. ''Kid, I was checking out women while you were still in diapers.'' Orange looks back at the screen and yeah. Yeah. He absolutely cannot blame the kid for staring. ''Specifically that one.''

''Good to know we have even more in common,'' Hook says.

A vague memory occurs to Orange, something he's not entirely sure happened but if it did, it's another weird connection between the person beside him and the person on screen. ''I think your dad put the Taz-mission on her once?''

Hook laughs out loud. ''I'll bet. He was probably mad that she's taller than him.'' He paused briefly. ''Those legs.''

''You already said that.''

''It bares repeating. She a wrestler?''

''Kinda? More of a valet.''

Hook nods and his teeth start to worry his bottom lip for a second. It does something to Orange. Always does.

''I'm thinking I need a valet,'' Hook says.

Orange throws his hands up. ''Alright, you twisted my arm - I'll do it. Let me find a pair of booty shorts and I'll be good to go.''

It earns him another even louder laugh. It also earns him Hook's full attention, Keibler be damned.

''I know that was a joke, but...I'd like to see it.''

Orange cracks up, embarrassingly loud. ''You and no one else. But nah, I think you'd suit 'em better. You've got nicer legs than she does.''

Hook's reaction is priceless - a man torn between his desire to defend the honor of his new crush and his own ego demanding that he take the compliment and run with it. In the end, he settles for a smirk and a shrug. Orange returns the smirk.

There's a single beat, before Hook's on him, hands capturing his face, feverishly kissing him while grinding in his lap.

4. A character you rarely talk about?

lots of em. hell, i have a ton of OCs that aren't even on my oc page, those are just the ones i'm liable to talk about on here with some regularity. let's see.... oh you know what i could talk about ben. ben's kinda fun. i wrote a little drabble for him once on here and have tagged some posts for him, but i don't think i've ever explained his deal. ben was born as a half-vampire, which to boil down some setting stuff, means that he should have been able to live his whole life more or less normally as a kinda weak sauce vampire. but then he got bit by a werewolf, which should have just bounced right off him but instead fucked up his whole body and now he's this unprecedented half-vampire-half-werewolf. so his whole life is just working around the complications of not fitting into either box. he basically teaches himself alchemy to try to figure out how to fix his whole predicament so he can have a community/family again, but it's not really working out for him. (luckily, his boyfriend is a well established vampire with a large coven and a penchant for adopting strays. don't worry, he turns out just fine.)

5. If you could make only one of your OCs popular/known, who would it be?

i want everyone to be a fan of eden. if i succeed at anything in this life it would be making people like and be invested in eden basri.

6. Two OCs of yours that look alike despite not being related?

*wracks my brain* ummm hard to answer! since i'm a writer not a drawer, superficially yes i suppose some of them do "look alike", because descriptions may seem similar. however in my brain, no, they all look at least a little different. if i dug into the archives i could probably pull two out that look similar... rowan and taz could probably pass as brothers? if taz grew out the dyed hair.

oh man i suppose i do, don't i. some of my OCs are from D&D, with my current campaign character being neferkare nizam, a tabaxi rogue/wizard. they're the right hand/spymaster to one of three ruling dragons in my husband's custom campaign setting, and they are fiercely loyal and have a really cute slowburn thing going on with their coworker (it's a slowburn not because the guy isn't bought in, but because neferkare is wildly emotionally unavailable because they're so dedicated to their job).
