I wanted to share my blood test tattoo on here!!

this bad boy was done by schlgrl on insta, a Melbourne tattoo artist.

I got it done in feb this year, and wanted to get it done as a way to make light of my reality as a chronically ill person. if getting stabbed all the time and taking medication every day will be how my life goes I can at least make it pretty.

this was a custom design and also the first of its kind they'd done!! Imogen did such a good job of incorporating my love for scary cute things with that medicalcore aesthetic. I'm in love with it even now 🥺😭💖

Ooh ooh sukuna for the ask game?

My first impression: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN A MASSACRE?! BRO, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" I indeed laugh my ass off that Yuji told him off about possessing his body.

My impression now: Favorite anime/manga villain! He's evil, evil, evil. But he's also very entertaining.

Favorite thing about that character: That he is just pure evil. Keep in mind, curses are expected to be creatures of chaos and will destroy anything in their path. But Sukuna was once a human doing evil things. He is a prime example that humans can be just as bad.

Least favorite thing: I'm gonna talk about this later, but I have a love-hate relationship with his relationship with Yuji. It's ironic that those two happen to be my favorite two characters.

Favorite line/scene: It would be too easy to say "gambare gambare". Junichi Suwabe just delivers every time. Honestly, Sukuna has a lot of lines and scenes I like, but to choose one, I'm gonna have to go with a recently animated scene. It's the one time he doesn't say a single word. That scene with Mahito. Mahito ends up in Sukuna's soul room and he's all smug that Sukuna can't touch him but that look in Sukuna's eyes was just devious. It was like he was saying "we'll see about that".

Favorite interaction that character has with another: Hands down, his relationship with Yuji. For once, a character has a "bad side" that is just downright evil. How Yuji and Sukuna clash always have my attention. I love that Yuji doesn't rely on Sukuna for strength or even goes as far as trying to get along with him. And with Sukuna, Yuji is just an annoyance to him. From both sides it's "Ugh, it's you" and I enjoy that.

A character that I wish that character would interact with more: Except for an interaction they had in the past apparently, I would have loved to see a scene between Uro and Sukuna. That's a fight I gotta see! THE BATTLE BETWEEN THE PINK HAIRED FIGHTERS!!

Another character from another fandom that reminds me of that character: He reminds me of Yami Yugi when he was ruthless. And I mean during season 0 times.

A headcanon about that character: I headcanon that Sukuna loves wearing white because he loves seeing how the blood looks stained on his clothes.

A song that reminds of that character: There is a song called Blood in the Water by Th3rdstream. That song is just... oh my gosh, reminds me of Sukuna. I really like it and maybe I listened to it... more than three times... but that's not important!

An unpopular opinion about that character: Look, I adore Megumi, I do. But Sukuna was not giving when possessing Megumi. Yes, Megumi has a pretty face, but sir! You were giving "I'm an evil bitch and I know it" with the pink hair and painted nails! Paired that with the white? BEST LOOK! Glad he got his pink hair back, but while Sukuna was still Sukuna possessing Megumi... sometimes, just by vibes it looked like Megumi with his hair slicked back, tattoos and he just decided to do bad things. If you're gonna do evil, at least show out in looks, too, doing it! That's not to say I hate Sukuna!Megumi because I don't. I vibe with it, but something about that look is just throwing me for a loop. But! Still rocked with the aura, still pretty evil.

This was after I just got into anime, I’d watched Black Clover and I loved Yami haha. Not going to get the tattoo, but I’ve been trying to find artwork of him on the toilet that we can put in our bathroom 🤣🤣🤣

Newer anime MIGHT BE MORE ACCURATE in the dub, sure! But older anime? No. Some hot localized and mistranslated so bad, they are completely different.

Newer anime fans, I beg of you, WATCH YU-GI-OH. WATCH BOTH THE ENGLISH DUB AND THE ORIGINAL JAPANESE. OH, HOW ABOUT YOU WATCH THE SEASON THAT NEVER GOT AN ENGLISH DUB! SEASON 0! In which we see some pretty gruesome shit, especially those last few episodes with Bakura, where Yami Bakura literally stabs the sharper parts of the millennium ring into Bakura's chest! Oh, and stabs his hand on a DND castle.

I'm so serious, the dub of Yu-Gi-Oh took out SO MUCH. They cut at least 40 Episodes! The Shadow Realm wasn't even a fucking thing in the original! You just straight up died! Never forget that Marik developed DID from extreme trauma because his father carved a tattoo into his back with a burning knife! Amongst so much more.

How about Yu-Gi-Oh GX! Where 4!Kids literally took out the LGBT+ rep! And 40+ episodes to boot, an entire season that gave context to Yubel and Jaden's relationship! How about the fact the protag is bi or pan, is poly, and has a NONBINARY LOVE INTEREST AND A MALE LOVE INTEREST! Oh, don't forget, they made the nonbinary Duel Monster spirit a female in the English dub.

I'm begging you, PLEASE, if you're going to watch older anime, especially those dubbed by 4!Kids, just watch the original Japanese instead. It is NOT the same thing.
