Not living for tomorrow or chasing the perfection, but to accept the moment that is right in front of us and live it to the fullest. It is a great contentment which we can not put into words. These beautiful moments are what makes life so precious for us.

LAST CHANCE BEEF NOODLES // Beef noodles (aud12.80); Laksa beef noodles (aud12.80); Butter Chicken (aud7) from Tasty Village, Myaree. So sad that their last day of trading is tomorrow. This is my favourite place in Perth for Sabah-style tender beef and beef broth. Asked for rice vermicelli for the noodles. Love this soupy goodness so much that it was my restaurant of choice for my Lunar birthday last year. Picked rice noodles this time and much preferred it over the other noodles. Love the rich, flavoursome clear beef broth that was fragrant with spices and aromatics - could pick up wafts of star anise and dried mandarin peel. Really like the fresh coriander too. I love how the chilli and beef fat is customisable - tried out all three of the chilli and the beef fat added another depth to the complexity of the broth.
