I am not very productive, this days. But! I am back on my tarot project! I mean, six cards left before I finish the Major Arcana. Well... five, since this one is done!

So, without further ado, here is The Chariot, with yet another character from another fandom... Dr. Horrible.

Yes, I'm still here, still in that fandom, and I think I'll never leave.

So... why Billy. Well, the Chariot is an interesting card, as it is, upright, a card of willpower and determination. It's all about making decisions in alignement of your values, taking action on those decisions, to reach success. Be confident in your capacity, it says! A bit like, well, when you want to change the world and decide to overthrown society to recreate it. Like the Doctor, taking a weopon to the shelter in an attempt to follow his values by entering the E.L.E. It's a Brand New Day, right ? The card tells you that this is not a time to be passive : he decided not to be, and, well, he did reach his goal.

But.

The reversed Chariot card, warns you to (forgive my language) back the fuck up in whatever you are doing. You are driving right toward a brick wall, trying to convince yourself that the path you choose is the right one for you when really, you ought to change direction. Perhaps you're not meant to join the E.L.E, after all. Did you think of the price you'll pay? Don't you think you should spend time with someone else? Perhaps you reached what you were aiming for. But perhaps, by doing that, you missed what (or perhaps who) would have actually been good for you. The card tells you to receonsider, before going after that van because a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do ; perhaps you ought to should have gone back to her, and talk.

Well. Everything you ever, right?

As for the composition... The original card figures a brave warrior standing proudly on the chariot, just like Dr. Horrible is doing here, in his... victorious... labcoat. The crown of victory are now the goggles ; and, as in the original card, he is not actually driving the chariot. He does not hold the reins : it's too late for that, mah dude.

The two black and white sphinxes are now the two opposites persona of the Doctor. There is Billy, in black, looking in one direction, perhaps with some sort of hope ; and there is the Doctor, in white, contemplating the consequence of the one he followed.

And well. That's about it, I guess!

And that's the card! Next one will be the card of Justice, with, erh, another fandom. Again. I swear it's not on purpose. I'm just not joking when I say I'm drawing for multifandoms.

My intuition put Grace as the High Priestess, but from what I've read it's more about spirituality and intuition, while the Hierophant is all about strong traditional beliefs and ruling/leading, so it fits her way better! :D

Left side/Beginning has the dance cancellation sign, since that was her mission and Max was her first victim, while on the right/Ending is Jason and the Black Book, her mission and source of power has changed.

Halo= superiority, holy mission, Red as a sign of danger/death to come (which is why the light it's only on the boys)

It’s been so long... I once wanted to make a detailed video and a lot of posts about my progress through this piece, but it’s been almost 4 years now I think. I might never get to it, so I’m posting these now and leaving it as is.

I really did love working on this - it was a lot of fun and a very rewarding experience, but I doubt I’ll get  to the 30+ hours of footage any time soon ;o;

Did I just spend days working on a single tarot card? Yes. Yes I did. I never drew that many people on a single drawing, and hey, to be honest, I basically drew every characters of the movie this is inspired from.

Yes. It means that it's yet another set of characters, for a deck that is going to be very, very multifandoms. And this time, it's The Judgement, with the characters of the recent movie Knock at the Cabin.

Well, I can't really explain that one, because it would spoil basically all of the movie. But, but, as you can see, the four visitors are waiting for the family's judgement. No archangel in that one, sorry, Gabriel.

So, that card, upright, means that you've got a life-changing decision to make. You might need to look to your past and life lessons to guide you. Reversed, it indicates self-doubt, inner critic, and could mean that you are somewhat ignoring the call. Which are, if you saw the movie, some important characters struggle in the plotline.

I loved this movie, but, to be perfectly honest with you, I do tend to love a lot of Shyamalan's work. I did not read the book, but I'm aware of the change made in the story. I don't think it's a bad thing: an adaptation is a retelling of a story, and each person is free to see something different in it. To talk about the themes that most matter to them. And the choices made in this movie really worked for me.

And damn. Were the actors great, in this. They basically carried the movie from finish to end, all of them. Special mention to Leonard, who might be my favorite character.

I urgently need your help, please!!

I’m an aroace/pan/agender neurodivergent artist and witch. I worked as a freelance artists for 5 years until the website I worked for started publicizing AI “artists” more than the other artists on the platform. I started losing clients and soon enough I had no clients. I’ve been looking for another job since then (which was more than a year ago) but I’ve been having absolutely terrible luck finding it. Most jobs require a drivers license and that you own a car, and most of them are also not fond that I graduated college (where I’m from most jobs have to pay you more if you have a college degree, and they don’t like that). So I’m taking driving lessons, and my parents have been helping me financially, but they have recently grown tired of it and decided to stop doing that.

So I have no job and no financial help. I’ve been trying my hardest to get back into the freelance game, but nothing is coming of it. I also haven’t stopped applying for other jobs for more than a year, but absolutely NO ONE is calling me/ answering the applications!!

I urgently need money to pay my drivers license exam, rent, and other house bills. I don’t even have enough money on my bank account to pay the drivers license, I only have enough to buy some food. So please, please, please, PLEASE, help me out!! 

I’ve never asked anyone to help me out like this because I feel like I don’t have the right to. That, if people want to pay me for my art and tarot readings they will without me saying anything. That I shouldn’t bother people with these matters. But I’m desperate. I’m in desperate need of help. So please, help me out!! PLEASE!! I will do your portrait, I will draw your favorite characters, I will draw you WITH your favorite character, I will draw your DnD characters, I’ll draw your deities, I’ll draw concept art, I’ll draw animals, I’ll draw fan art.
