CEC data as of 5:55 p.m. with 100% of sectional protocols processed in the Regional Election Commissions show that six political formations will enter the 49th National Assembly: GERB - SDS, WCC-DB, "Vazrazhdane", DPS, BSP and " There Is Such a People".
GERB - SDS have 26.51%, or with a 1.93% lead over WCC-DP, which received 24.54% of the votes. The difference between the two leading coalitions is 49,769 votes.
The GERB-SDS coalition improved its result and received 34,734 votes more than in October last year. Now there are 669,361 people who voted for them.
Nearly 2 percent lag behind the first and second according to the results are "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" (WCC-DB). They gathered the support of 619,592 voters, but compared to October last year, a drop of nearly 74,000 votes was reported, as the two formations then gathered the total support of 692,000 voters. If we add the percentages of the two formations from October, they are 27.6 percent, but already as a coalition they achieve a 3 percent lower result.
The third political force in yesterday's elections is the "Vazrazhdane" (Revival) party with 14.15%, followed by the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) with 13.72% and the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) - with 8.94%.
"There Is Such a People" (TISP) also entered the new parliament, with the party receiving 4.11% of the vote. The trend of the "Vazrazhdane" party, which from the fourth to the third political force, is upward. Now, compared to October, it adds another 102,000 votes to its result, with 357,167 people voting for the formation yesterday.
The results for DPS, compared now and from last year, mark a drop of almost 2 thousand, and the party from third is now fourth. In October, more than 344,000 people voted for DPS, and 346,437 did so a day ago.
For BSP - fifth in terms of results, the support is also falling - from 233 thousand in October to 225 thousand now, which is minus 7 thousand votes.
103,641 voters voted for the sixth formation, which with a high degree of probability falls into the 49th National Assembly - "There Is Such a People", and in the previous elections, when Trifonov's party failed to cross the 4 percent barrier, the support was 96 thousand.
The "Bulgarian Rise" party - had 3.08% and the coalition "Levitsata!" (The Left) remain below the 4 percent barrier. - with 2.24%.
Central Election Commission data with processed 100% protocols in the Regional Election Committees of the country
In the electoral districts, the prize is for GERB SDS, which wins in 21 out of a total of 31, "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" wins in the three capital districts, Plovdiv city and Ruse.
DPS traditionally wins in 5 districts - Kardzhali, Razgrad, Targovishte, Silistra, Shumen.
And "Vazrazhdane" is third almost everywhere.
With 100% of protocols processed abroad, the votes abroad are distributed as follows:
36.86% of all voters abroad voted for DPS, 26.67% for WCC-DB, 16.46% for "Vazrazhdane", 8.33% for GERB-SDS, 5 for TISP, 15%, and for BSP - 2.09%.
CEC data for processed 100% protocols abroad
In total, there were 122 machines that did not work for various technical reasons, and in the relevant sections, voting was only with paper ballots - this was announced by the spokesperson of the Central Election Commission, Rositsa Mateva. It has now become clear that there have been cases of the devices printing out white, blurry or shorter ballots:
"The paper that the printing house delivered to the BNB has the same requirements and characteristics as the paper used in previous elections. We will still look for the reasons and analyze why 122 machines did not work in these elections".
Mateva also said that the CEC has received reports of quite a few wrong protocols, one of the reasons being that the sectional commissions have summed up the preferential votes.

I mean, he's really only the bad guy because he decided to kill everyone instead of just Targovishte. Hell, Trevor *sympathizes* with Dracula, and Alucard's reaction is "instead of omnicide let's just kill the guys who killed Mom".
I know Dracula is the bad guy of Castlevania and all, but if some zealous Christians showed up at my home and horribly murdered my wife because she did medicine too good I too would probably have gone absolutely fucking feral
#if dracula hadn't tried to kill humanity and stuck with just one city then the plot of Castlevania wouldn't have happened#he'd be left alone by basically everyone

Redesigned the flag of Targovishte (Bulgaria)
from /r/vexillology Top comment: Targovishte is an ancient city, first established by the Gethic Thracian tribe. It's current name means "Market place", because it is located at a crossroads of busy trade routes between Moesia, Thrace and Dobrudzha. The white patterns splitting the shield and the flag is a female [gethic tattoo](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/2d/98/1c/2d981c3d5fd52a112803e8da3a29f872.jpg) pattern, used to denote the woman's social status.

They said they didnot gender swap Grant. They said Greta is a new character added to the show.
We say it is agreeable even with many obvious hints.
Grant Danasty was a crooked thief and wall climber of Targovishte, Wallachia. Grant is a white man. Grant took part with other heroes to bring down Dracula, was saved by Trevor from being held under Dracula's evils, had a one sided crush on Sypha, missed Trepha's wedding out of anger and finally built Wallachia. ( In the Game )
Greta is from Danesti which is located in Harghita County of Szekely land in eastern Transylvania which is far far from Wallachia's Targovishte. Greta is a village woman unlike Grant and an ethnic minority of Romania ( NOT AMERICA's ) judging her looks and location. She didnot participate in killing Dracula, she was a damsel in distress when her village was attacked, got rescued by Alucard and ended up liking him. Her weapons are different and she is not a hero unlike three others or Grant. She got nothing to do with Sypha except showing courtesy as well as Trevor who start to live in her village. ( In the shit show )
Her outfit colors and name sort of matches with Grant but other differences in other details say she and Grant maynot afterall be the same. Grant was skipped in the show fully, they said. Maybe. 😶
And maybe because confusion exists on Greta being Grant, fans didnot celebrate Greta and Alucard as much, we mean GretaCard as a couple. Why would they with so many shit going on ?
We personally liked her design among very few things in the shit show. It was certainly prettier than Sypha🙄
Greta needed better dialogues and longer time in limelight to be highlighted more. But then again, it's a fuckflix production so nothing good can be expected.

At 17:00 today, Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CEC) released the final results with 100% of protocols processed across the Regional Electoral Commissions (RECs).
GERB leads with 642,931 votes, representing 26.388% support, followed by the "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" (WCC-DB) coalition, which received 346,063 votes or 14.203% support. "Revival" (Vazrazhdane) garnered 325,468 votes, equaling 13.358% support, while "The Movement for Rights and Freedoms - New Beginning" (DPS-Peevski faction) saw 281,366 votes, capturing 11.548%. The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP - United Left) earned 7.568% with 184,403 votes, and the "Alliance for Rights and Freedoms" (DPS-Dogan faction) follows closely with 7.481%, or 182,263 votes. "There Is Such a People" (TISP) received 165,160 votes, or 6.779% support. Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) achieved 111,946 votes (4.595%), while "Greatness" (Velichie), falling just below the 4% threshold to enter parliament, received 97,430 votes or 3.999%.
Additional parties, including "Blue Bulgaria" at 1.07% and "Bulgarian Rise" at 0.42%, remained below the 4% parliamentary entry threshold. A total of 82,618 ballots were cast by voters selecting the "I do not support anyone" option.
Regionally, GERB emerged as the top choice in 23 districts, including Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Varna, and Vidin, among others. In Sofia, WCC-DB prevailed in two of the capital’s multi-member constituencies (23rd and 24th MIRs), while GERB won the 25th. In Kardzhali, "DPS - New Beginning" claimed victory, as well as in Shumen and Targovishte. Dogan's APS claimed the top spot in Razgrad and Silistra.
Overall, DPS - New Beginning received 99,103 more votes domestically than APS. However, APS led in the overseas vote with 22.65%, followed by WCC-DB with 20.8%, "Revival" with 13.29%, DPS - New Beginning with 9.96%, GERB with 8.11%, "Greatness" with 7.74%, TISP with 7.12%, and MECh with 4.8%.
*** Two parties from yesterday's early parliamentary elections shared their responses on social media.
Kostadin Kostadinov, leader of "Revival," thanked the 325,000 “revivalists” who voted for the party, noting an increase of 10 percent from the previous election. Although "Revival" placed third overall, he highlighted that it ranked second in half of the country.
Kostadinov further remarked that voter turnout rose by 250,000 to a total of 2.5 million votes. He claimed that GERB and the two factions of DPS collectively gained an additional 250,000 votes since June, alleging vote-buying activities by GERB, DPS, WCC-DB, MECh, and Greatness. However, he suggested that a government could be formed this time due to depleted funds.
Meanwhile, "Greatness" posted a brief statement on Facebook, claiming that the CEC manipulated results to keep them out of parliament, with their final count at 3.999%. Their post reads: "This is a display—a display of mafia power over the people."
*** The Central Election Commission (CEC) reported that voter turnout in yesterday's election reached approximately 38.94 percent, based on the tally from all sectional protocols.
The CEC noted that this figure might be subject to revision following a recount.
Preliminary data shows that 2,570,639 people cast their ballots.
This marks an increase of over 4 percentage points in turnout compared to the elections on June 9.
