You can never replicate the intimacy of shared meals. Of those comfortable silences, the small clink of the cutlery on those plates. The light dimming, the world going quiet. Just you and them on the other side of the table. And this intimacy is often not found in post hotel rooms or polished cafes. You would find them in the chai ki tapri ,underneath the banyan tree or in that one small, cheap eatery with shitty lighting. And if you are lucky enough, maybe in your own home. And maybe that is what I crave for the most, in everyone that I come across. Ironically enoughn I yearn for something I can never have.

Sometimes it's the moments of nightmare you have and you get so lost in it but then it rains n you feel yes there is hope.
