I’m so proud of myself for how well today is going.
I got up with my first alarm, showered, watered my tomatoes, then went for a short walk before making breakfast for myself. After coffee, I cleaned the bathroom and felt so proud of how clean it looks.
I also tried a new hamburger bun recipe that is a mix of brioche & Hokkaido style bread. It is honestly the lightest and most airy dough I’ve made and I think that’s largely cause the tangzong (I think is what it’s called).
I did some vacuuming and am getting ready to bake the buns for dinner. I want to try and vacuum & steam mop the kitchen quickly after the buns go in the oven.
I also want to get in one more walk before dinner
Overall, today has been a success 🥰
