Masterlist
That day was just a normal day for So'lek, he didn't spot any humans near his home lands or anything, so everything seemed to be fine. Despite that, he still decided to patrol around just incase. Then out of nowhere, he saw a flashing red light up in the sky. He was not sure about what it was. Did it have something to do with humans? He wasn't sure. The light was getting closer and closer, as if it was going to land near or on him. It was going fast, before he knew it. He saw what looked like to be a girl, engulfed in that light. Without thinking, he held his arms out, as an attempt to catch her.
Then he felt the harsh impact hit him, he wrapped his arms around the girl and pulled her into a hug. As he fell onto the ground, hard. So'lek groaned in pain, that hurt a lot more than he expected, but he's felt worst pain. Carefully he sat up, looking down at the small girl with a huge mane of red hair. Her skin was a copper like orange, as for her attire, he really couldn't tell what she was wearing, but he saw that it was a soft purple. He caught on that you were not human or maybe he's never seen a human such as yourself before.
He heard soft groans and movements coming from you. Slowly you looked up to see who was underneath you. That's when So'lek got to see your face. You had a soft looking face, your eyes were a bright lime green with no pupils, your lashes and brows matched your hair perfectly, and your lips were juicy as well as pretty plumped. He felt his face slightly heat up, he never thought he'd catch a woman that was falling from the sky, let alone a very beautiful woman.
Then you spoke, in a strange language he didn't understand. He couldn't pin if it was English or another human language. Soon after, you leaned up and kissed him right on the lips. So'lek froze as soon as your warm lips touched his. He was not expecting this at all. That's a strange first impression. After a few seconds you pulled away from the kiss and looked at him. "I'm sorry, I'm able learn the same language of others by kissing." You explained, now in a language he could understand. "Right." He responded, still surprised by the kiss. At the moment, you just smiled at him, until you noticed the position you were in. "Oh! I'm terribly sorry!" You apologized, while you got up off him then you helped him up. "It's alright." He responded, while looking down at you. He couldn't help but notice how tall you were compared to another human women, it was obvious that you weren't human.
"Where are you from?" He asked, while looking at you. Who was looking around the forest with fascination. "Oh! I'm from a planet called Tamaran. It's pretty similar to here, except we have cities." You explained. That caught So'lek's interest. Another planet similar to his, but had human related things. "Why... why are you far from home?" he asked. That's what made your face shift from a smile to a frown. "I was exiled, ever since my sister took the throne, things haven't been the same." You told him, it was now obvious that you had lost your home. So'lek could somewhat relate. Quickly your attituded shifted back to a smile. "But, let's not talk about sad things, lets get to know each other. My name is y/n'r." You said to him. This somewhat took him by surprise, your sudden attitude shift, was that something your people did? "Well, since you gave me your name, I'll give you mine. I'm So'lek." He responded, giving you a small heart warm smile.
So'lek decided to take you back to his base. The whole time he would ask questions about you along other things. You were answering all of them. You did the same to him, you'd ask him about his planet and so on. He didn't forget to mention the stuff that humans have done to the planet. How they keep trying to make Pandora into human civilized planet and basically kill the people that are already in it. He explained that it's been happening for almost a decade. He also told you the infamous story about how a human man sided with the na'vi and he manage to get most humans off the planet. He was considered a legend to them. Almost like a freedom fighter.
When you got to his base, you got to him some humans, who were on the side of good and more people like him. That's when you learned that they were called Na'vi, as well as learning how they were of various clans around the forest. But the forest wasn't the only one which had clans. They were clans all over the planet, from the sea, to the desert lands, tundra, and other parts were they were more forests. That's what made you grow curious, now you wanted to fly around the whole planet to meet the other clans. But first, So'lek wanted you to learn how you could get around in the forest. He isn't sure if you and him share that similar knowledge, but he would prefer that you learn so that you can take care of yourself when he can't. It's not like he didn't mind being with you, but he can't always be with you since he has other stuff to take care of.
Your teaching began the next day. You somewhat learned some basic greeting signs and some other stuff, incase you come across other na'vi, you know how to properly greet them. Then came the forest, at first you thought about just flaying around next to So'lek, but he preferers you on your feet. So that you could learn properly. He understands that you were used to flying, but in order to like to be na'vi, you had to connect with the earth with your feet. So you decided to use your feet. It honestly felt great running on the huge tree branches, swinging on the vines and so on. You liked flying, but this felt like a whole new experience. It was hard at first, but you got the hang of it as the time passed. Your feet got stronger and you were able to properly balance yourself on your feet.
Then came weapons, you knew how to use guns, since back home guns were used. But this time, you'll be learning how to use a bow and arrow. You thought it would be easy, but it really wasn't. You had to aim your bow a certain way and had to stay in one position before changing into another. So'lek was very patient, he didn't mind telling you how to hold the arrow and would also position you properly. You'd feel a small tingle when he'd placing his hand on your back and helped you straighten your back for better posture. It almost made your face heat up every time you'd feel his hand on your back. You knew that he was helping you, but you couldn't help but feel flattered when he did.
When you weren't doing your lessons, you would hang out with So'lek, a lot. You were almost stuck to him, since the day you had arrived in Pandora. You just liked his company. At times you'd go with him on his patrols. Often times he'd tell you that it wasn't necessary, but you came anyways. He couldn't help but notice how your good mood was very contagious. You just happen to be in such a good mood al the time, he almost couldn't understand how or why, but he remembered that negative feelings are bad for you. So it made sense, why you were just in such a good mood all the times. They were times where you had been down, but you always managed to make yourself happy again. For some reason, he felt his heart strings getting pulled by this.
Ever since the kiss, he couldn't help but feel some sort of bond building up. Even more since he had decided to teach you how to be na'vi or learn their ways. This bond between the both of you got stronger. As much as So'lek wanted to deny it, he couldn't. He was falling for you for sure. Every time he'd look at you, he'd feel all his stress and worries vanish. He's never had feelings for anyone, especially during a time like this, but maybe it wouldn't hurt to fall in love with a girl that fell from the stars.
That eclipse you and So'lek were together like always. He was showing you around some parts of the forest that you haven't seen before. You seemed so in love with it and that made So'lek fall for you even more. He never thought his type would be someone who loves and appreciates the forest where he lived in. After some time of walking together, he had taken to towards the tree of voices. You couldn't help but already love the huge tree. It was a lovely shade of lilac purple with a neon glow. You couldn't help but run your hands through the tassels of the trees. They were surprisingly soft. "It's beautiful." You commented, then you noticed how the small seeds from the tree began to float down towards you.
So'lek was staring, admiring how you were basically connecting with the Great Mother. You were holding one of the seeds in both palms of your hands, looking at the small creature as close as possible. After a few moments, the seed began to float away with the others. You turned and looked at So'lek, with a huge smile planted on your lips. He wouldn't mind seen that lovely smile for as long as he lives. "Y/n'r, I have something to say." He said, taking both your hands into his large ones. This kind of surprised you a bit. "What is it?" You asked him, while looking at him.
He couldn't help but feel his mouth going dry. He swallowed some saliva and licked his lips before he spoke. "These past few months have been..." He tried saying but was cut himself off. "Have been the best, ever since you arrived here." He explained, you couldn't help but feel his face heat up, turning a tangy orange. "They have?" You asked, almost shyly. "Yes, they have." He answered, honestly. Then he reached out, placing a small strand of your hair behind your ear, making your face warm up and your heartbeat race even more than it already was. "I don't know how to put it." He paused, again trying to find a way to continue further.
"I know, we've only known each other for a few months. But in those past couple months, I've grown to have feelings for you." He finally confessed. You were too stunned to say a word. He felt the same way and he had confessed first. For weeks you've been thinking of a way to confess to him, but he did it first. It made you feel even more flattered. "You feel the same way?" you finally spoke. So'lek was now stunned, you did feel the same way. All he could do was nod in response. You felt your heart about to explode out of happiness. At first you didn't think you and him could be together since you weren't the same species. But that didn't seem to stop the both of you. It was till quiet, until you finally said something.
"Can I... can I kiss you?" You asked him, shyly while looking at him in this pretty yellow eyes. So'lek couldn't help but smile by your question. He too was about to ask you the same thing. "I would love that." He responded. Then he noticed how you slowly began to levitate yourself up towards him, just enough for him to be able to reach you. He got a hold of the side of your small chin and law, both you and him slowly leaned in for a kiss. Both yours and his lips molded into one another's. It was a slow and passionate kiss. You couldn't help but feel a bunch of butterflies flattering all over your nine stomachs. You couldn't help but wrap your arms around his neck, he then placed both hands on your hips, pulling you slightly closer to him. You both continued to kiss for what felt like ages, you could feel how his tail slightly rubbed up against your leg, in an affectionate way. You didn't want this to stop.

⚣ Badass 👊
⚣👊 A/N → @natef458 Last request from my previous account. Now, I can focus on one inbox (at least for now)! Shorter than what I've normally done, but I wanted to keep it simple. Hope you enjoy it! Tamaranean male image generated by AI. WARNINGS: Canon-Typical Violence | Tamaranean Male Reader | Dick Is Nightwing |
⚣👊 Summary → It's Y/N's first mission as a part of the team since he came to Earth. The Team and their leader Nightwing soon found out just how capable Tamaraneans are in a fight.
⚣👊 Words → 3.3K
REBLOGS & replies are greatly appreciated, please! 💛
Under the harsh glow of the moonlight, the Young Justice team converged around the abandoned warehouse where Vandal Savage and his cronies were holed up. Nightwing was co-leading the mission with Aqualad, coming far in his leadership and skill since they had founded the team along with their friend and teammate Kid Flash, and new friends Superboy, Miss Martian, Artemis, and eventually Zatanna.
Many of the original members had grown much from their early days as a part of the team, moving away from their past titles as sidekicks and coming into their own identities as heroes.
One of them was the former sidekick to the Dark Knight, previously known as Robin, who’d realized he wanted to separate himself from Batman and forge his own path and identity. Thus, within a few years after the team’s founding, he left his position and title as Robin and took on the persona of Nightwing.
He’d come a long way from the kid he was before, becoming more of the leader his mentor, and friend Aqualad saw in him. So much so, that the Atlantean had decided to start letting him help co-lead missions, seeing that was their original deal during that first fateful mission on Santa Prisca. And it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Batman had alerted the Team about a new mission concerning Vandal Savage who had just stolen a prototype weapon from a top-secret government facility. This weapon, codenamed "Project Eclipse," was not only a formidable tool of destruction but was clearly another attempt at trying to make humans evolve as a race due to his crazy beliefs in Social Darwinism and survival of the fittest.
By now, the Team knew this could only be the minor puzzle piece to something bigger. But, a weapon of that capability was way too dangerous to be left in his hands. Thus, they were tasked with intercepting Savage and recovering the stolen weapon before he could carry out whatever twisted experiments he had planned.
Only now, their team had grown much larger, bringing in various new members. Some were sidekicks to other heroes a part of the League while others were just regular people who had developed powers and abilities, whether intentionally or not, and were recruited into the team so they could learn how to control them and use them for good.
They’d lost a few along the way, some choosing to leave the team on their own while others had met a different and more grave fate, one of them being the new Robin, Jason Todd, who’d taken Dick’s place after he’d given up the position of Batman’s sidekick. Of course, the team mourned the loss of their fallen teammates, but it didn’t take away from their strength, especially with the other new members who had joined.
One of them being Y/N, an alien refugee who’d made quite the entrance to Earth just two years prior. He’d escaped from the captivity of the Gordanians, an intergalactic race of slavers who’d attacked his home planet, Tamaran, and abducted him as a slave in the process.
But, the slavers were ignorant of the fact that Tamaraneans gained strength from sunlight. So, when traveling closer to Earth within view of the distant sun of the solar system and after encountering the inherent unpredictability of space travel, Y/N seized his opportunity for escape, breaking free from his confines and escaping the vessel.
They’d pursued after him, hot on his trail as he made his way onto Earth, landing in the unsuspecting municipality of Happy Harbor. Unknowingly, but thankful in the end, his arrival had caught the attention of the Young Justice team, whose base was located in the nearby mountain and had come to his rescue.
It’d definitely been an interesting first meeting, considering none of the Team could understand him since he was speaking an alien language they’d never heard of. That’s when Y/N took it upon himself to lock lips with the Boy Wonder, who had yet to give up his identity and position as Batman’s sidekick.
Apparently, Tamaraneans possessed the ability to learn language through skin contact. It didn’t have to be done explicitly through kissing, but they were also a very direct and forward race when it came to their feelings. Being a race ruled more by emotion than reason.
Simply put, Y/N found Dick attractive and planted one on him so he could learn English, much to the then Boy Wonder’s surprise, but also enjoyment. He didn’t know much about Tamaraneans, but, judging by YN’s appearance, it definitely had to be a planet full of attractive people. But, he only had his eyes on one at that moment.
Now, two years later, Y/N had become an integral member of the Young Justice team, his journey from alien refugee to valued ally a testament to his strength and resilience. Despite the initial language barrier and clear cultural differences that in the early stages separated him from his teammates, Y/N had quickly adapted to life on Earth, his determination to learn and grow matched only by his unwavering commitment to the team.
Y/N brought a unique blend of strengths and abilities to the Team, complementing and enhancing the skills of his fellow teammates in various ways. His Tamaranean heritage bestowed upon him powers and abilities that were on par, if not equal, with those of Superboy, making him a formidable force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
Like Superboy, Y/N possessed superhuman strength, allowing him to perform incredible feats of physical prowess and to go toe-to-toe with even the most powerful adversaries. His invulnerability made him virtually indestructible, able to withstand the most devastating attacks without so much as a scratch.
But what truly set Y/N apart was his extreme proficiency in hand-to-hand and weapon combat. Trained from a young age in the art of combat on his home planet of Tamaran, Y/N was a master of various fighting styles and techniques, able to hold his own against opponents of any size or skill level.
In addition to his formidable combat skills, Y/N possessed the ability to generate energy bolts and blasts from his hands and eyes, a power known as star bolts on Tamaran. These powerful energy blasts were capable of incapacitating even the most resilient foes, adding a deadly edge to Y/N's already impressive arsenal of abilities.
Together, Y/N's strength, combat prowess, and energy manipulation abilities made him a major asset to the Young Justice team, capable of turning the tide of battle in their favor with a single well-placed strike. Whether facing off against street-level criminals or cosmic threats, Y/N stood ready to defend his teammates and protect the innocent, his unwavering determination and indomitable spirit serving as a beacon of hope in the darkest of times.
As the Team faced off against Vandal Savage and his henchmen in the abandoned warehouse, the air crackled with tension and anticipation. Nightwing and Aqualad led the charge, their years of experience and leadership guiding the team through the chaotic fray.
Superboy, Miss Martian, and Zatanna with a few of their other teammates had split off to retrieve the stolen weapon, leaving Nightwing, Artemis, Kid Flash, and Y/N to hold off Savage and his goons. The battle was fierce and relentless, with Savage's forces proving to be formidable adversaries.
As Nightwing faced off against Vandal Savage in the dimly lit warehouse, the villain was proving himself to be a most formidable foe. Savage's millennia of combat experience and immortality made him a threatening force, his strength and resilience far surpassing that of any ordinary adversary.
The two circled each other warily, each seeking to gain the upper hand in the deadly dance of combat. Nightwing moved with the grace and precision of a trained acrobat, his nimble movements a stark contrast to Savage's brute force and relentless determination.
With a calculated look, Savage launched himself at Nightwing, his fists crashing down with bone-crushing force. Nightwing barely managed to dodge the blow, rolling to the side and countering with a swift kick to Savage's midsection.
But, he shrugged off the attack as if it were nothing. With a savage grin, he came at Nightwing again delivering multiple strikes that drove the young hero further back towards the edge of defeat.
Even with his own experience and endurance in battle, Nightwing found himself struggling to keep up with the relentless assault. His movements grew sluggish and tired as his body began to succumb to the pain of the attacks, his mind racing as he searched for a way to turn the tide of battle in his favor.
As he staggered back from Vandal Savage's brutal onslaught, his muscles burning with exhaustion and his mind reeling from the relentless barrage of attacks, he knew that he was on the brink of defeat. With Savage bearing down on him, his fists raised for the final, devastating blow, Nightwing braced himself for the inevitable impact, steeling himself for the pain that was sure to follow.
But just as Savage's fist came crashing towards him, a streak of emerald energy shot through the air, intercepting the attack with pinpoint precision. Nightwing's eyes widened in astonishment as he watched Y/N swoop in, his Tamaranean abilities allowing him to move with speed and agility unmatched by any ordinary mortal.
With a powerful surge of energy, Y/N deflected Savage's blow, sending the immortal villain stumbling backward with a grunt of rage and frustration. Nightwing could hardly believe what he was seeing as Y/N stood before him, his expression determined and his eyes blazing with determination.
But the battle was far from over, and Savage wasted no time in launching another furious assault. As he lunged towards Y/N, his hands outstretched for the kill, Y/N met him head-on, his own strength and resilience proving to be more than a match for the immortal foe.
With a swift movement, Savage managed to grab Y/N mid-attack, his grip like iron as he sought to crush the life out of the young hero. As he tightened his grip around the Tamaranean’s midsection, he was despondent to see Y/N unfazed by his move, his expression calm and determined as he looked Savage straight in the eye.
"I am sorry to disappoint you, but I am stronger than I look," Y/N declared, his words resonating with undeniable strength and conviction no matter how soft they were spoken.
As he spoke, a flicker of determination ignited in Y/N's eyes, the vibrant emerald glow intensifying until his eyes shone with a brilliant radiance. The Tamaranean brought his foot back before unleashing a devastating kick to Savage's chest, the force of the blow sending the mastermind staggering back. His expression contorted with pain and surprise despite his strength and healing as he struggled to maintain his footing against the onslaught.
As Savage stumbled backwards, Y/N seized the opportunity to press his advantage, launching a relentless barrage of attacks that left the immortal villain struggling to keep up. Meanwhile, Superboy, Miss Martian, and Zatanna had succeeded in securing and disabling the prototype weapon, turning the tide of battle in their favor.
As the battle raged on and the rest of the team rallied to their side, they watched in awe as the Tamaranean held his own against Savage and his goons, his strength and resilience shining through with every strike.
He was relentless, pressing his advantage with unwavering determination as he launched into a relentless barrage of attacks. Each strike fueled by an inner fire and a fierce determination to protect his teammates and emerge victorious against the forces of evil.
Also, no one was allowed to lay hands on his leader like that without repercussions. Vandal truly did not know who he was fucking with.
As Nightwing watched Y/N in the heat of battle, a wave of admiration washed over him, mingled with a sense of awe that bordered on reverence. His eyes traced the contours of his form, noting the fluid grace with which he moved and the unwavering determination etched upon his features.
In the flickering light of the warehouse, the Tamaranean seemed to glow with an inner fire, his emerald eyes ablaze with determination as he faced off against the immortal menace of Vandal Savage. Nightwing couldn't help but be captivated by the sight, drawn to the raw strength and resilience that seemed to emanate from Y/N's very being.
But it wasn't just his physical prowess that impressed Nightwing. It was the strength of his spirit, the unwavering resolve that burned brightly within him even in the face of overwhelming odds. There was something undeniably magnetic about Y/N, something that stirred a longing within Nightwing's heart that he couldn't quite put into words.
With a determined nod, he rose to his feet, his own resolve renewed as he prepared to join the fray once more.
Together, Nightwing and Y/N fought with a synchronicity that bordered on instinct, their movements fluid and coordinated as they launched a devastating assault on Savage and his forces. As they drove their adversaries back, the rest of the team rallied to their side, their collective strength and determination proving to be more than a match for the forces of evil.
As the battle raged on, Nightwing couldn't help but feel a stirring of something deeper than mere admiration. There was a connection between him and Y/N, a bond that transcended words and defied explanation. It was as if they were two halves of a whole, each complementing the other in ways that went beyond the battlefield.
In that moment, as they fought side by side against their foes, the acrobat couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to truly be with the Tamaranean, to share in the triumphs and trials of life as partners, as equals, as something more.
But for now, he pushed those thoughts aside, focusing instead on the task at hand. There would be time to explore the depths of his feelings later. For now, he fought alongside Y/N with a renewed sense of purpose, his heart filled with admiration and longing for the alien hero who had captured his attention in more ways than one.
Y/N used his incredible strength and ability of flight to help launch Nightwing into the air, while Nightwing used his light and agile nature to deliver a series of lightning-fast blows against the villain. Together, they worked to bring the villain to his knees, their combined efforts finally proving to be too much for the immortal.
As Savage finally admitted defeat with a promise and retreated into the shadows, the Young Justice team stood victorious, proud and relieved smiles etched onto their faces from their hard-earned victory. They all surrounded their co-leader and teammate, making sure he was okay while praising Y/N for his prowess in his battle with Savage.
"Dude! That was like total badass moves out there!" Kid Flash exclaimed, his eyes wide with awe.
"Yeah, I know you've been on the team for a while now, but I haven't seen a more well-deserved ass whooping like that in a while," Artemis agreed, her lips curling into a smirk.
"It truly was a sight to behold. Well done, Y/N," Aqualad added, his voice tinged with pride.
"I'm so glad you're both safe," Miss Martian added, relief evident in her voice.
"Yeah, that was a close call," Superboy chimed in, his expression serious.
Nightwing couldn't help but chuckle at their enthusiastic praise, his gaze drifting to Y/N. The Tamaranean smiled, his eyes sparkling with appreciation and gratitude at the praise.
"Thank you. Though, I think my friend here is deserving of just as much credit," he replied, gesturing to the former Boy Wonder.
"Oh, no, you definitely did most of the heavy lifting," Nightwing insisted, shaking his head. "If it weren't for you, I would've been a goner."
"I do not know about that. You were holding your own quite well before I arrived. But, we make a good team, do we not?" Y/N mused, his smile widening.
"Yeah, we do," Nightwing agreed, his cheeks flushing slightly at the compliment.
"And now we know, the next time we need to save our butts, just throw Nightwing into mortal danger and Y/N goes into god mode," Kid Flash teased, breaking the mood.
"Dude!" Nightwing hissed, punching his best friend on the arm.
"Yeah, payback, Robby-Poo," Kid Flash, still using his old nickname for his friend despite his name change.
"Well, we should probably head back to headquarters. We need to get this weapon back to the cave," Aqualad interjected, ever the voice of reason.
"Sounds good to me," Superboy agreed, already heading for the exit.
As the Team made their way out of the warehouse, a warm feeling settled over Nightwing's chest, his gaze lingering on the Tamaranean. There was no doubt in his mind that they would continue to make a great team, both on and off the battlefield.
"Hold on a sec, Y/N. We'll be right behind you, guys!" Nightwing called out to his teammates.
The rest of the team shared a knowing glance, a few snickers, and suggestive grins exchanged between them. But they didn't say anything, opting instead to give their friends some privacy.
Except KF who was giving the vigilante a thumbs-up and a wink.
Nightwing rolled his eyes and shook his head, but the blush didn't fade.
Once they were alone, Y/N turned his attention to the former Boy Wonder, his expression curious.
"Is everything okay, Dick? Are you still hurt?" He asked, voice lilting with curiosity.
The acrobat tried not to blush at Y/N's use of his name, the way it rolled off his tongue like liquid gold. Even though they were technically still in the field and should be addressing each other by their alias names, he didn't mind it. Not one bit.
"No, no, I'm fine. Really. Just wanted to say thank you," Nightwing assured, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.
"For what? Defeating Vandal Savage?" Y/N questioned, confusion written across his features.
"Well, yeah, that, too. But, I meant, thank you for saving me," Nightwing explained, his tone growing soft.
"Oh," Heat growing under the Tamaranean's golden cheeks.
"I'm not gonna lie, I was worried for a second. But, then you came swooping in and turned the tables. I knew I was safe," the acrobat confessed, his gaze locking with the Tamaranean's.
"You are most welcome. It was an honor to fight alongside you. I would not have let any harm come to you, Dick," Y/N replied, his expression earnest, though he wanted to say more.
Ever since he came to Earth, he'd grown into the Earthling culture, which meant he was a lot less direct with his feelings, which proved to be much more frustrating than he thought. Especially when it came to expressing the lingering feelings he had for his leader.
"Yeah, I know. Thanks," the acrobat said, offering a small smile.
"Of course," the Tamaranean responded, returning the gesture.
"We should probably get going. The others are waiting for us," Nightwing pointed out, though he didn't want the moment to end.
"Yes, they are," Y/N agreed, a hint of reluctance in his voice.
"Maybe after we're finished filing our reports and debriefing, we can hang out? Catch up on things, or whatever," the acrobat suggested, his heart racing in his chest.
"I would like that," the Tamaranean replied, his cheeks flushing pink.
"Cool," Nightwing nodded, trying his best not to grin like an idiot.
"Yes. Cool, indeed," Y/N echoed, his eyes sparkling with gleefulness.
"You two coming or what? Let's go," Kid Flash yelled from the warehouse entrance.
"Yeah, yeah, we're coming!" Nightwing called back, rolling his eyes.
With a final shared smile, the two heroes made their way toward their teammates, the promise of a new beginning and a blossoming relationship hanging in the air.

the little princess (g.l.)
Pairing: Garfield Logan x Tamaranean!Fem!Reader
Warnings: None i think
Word Count: 3.1k
Summary: If the Titans had a nickel for every time one of Kori's sister's, that she apparently had a very bad relationship with, landed on Earth, they'd have two nickels. Which isn't much but it's weird that it happened twice.
A/N: This is just a little ode to the Starfire that was in the OG Teen Titans show because I just love her so much. She's just a little cutie patootie and I loved all of her quirks and antics. I wanted to make the oneshot a little longer and end with both Gar and her getting together but I realized that it would've been far too long and I didn't want to write all that in the same one-shot.
It was in Dick's poor judgment to listen to the police radio while they were taking the cross-country road trip while getting back to San Francisco. Well, if we're debating Dick's poor judgment, he really should have taken the jet but not like the team could do anything about it now.
They were in Nevada, near Las Vegas when the chatter on the radio went wild. He spared a glance at Starfire, wondering if they should respond but she shook her head. So far, all alerts on the police radio had been insignificant things like disruption of business or public intoxication. Nothing that required their intervention.
So, Dick didn't bother to turn his indicator on for the exit from the highway. That was until they heard something cut through the static, clear as day, "Attention all units, need immediate backup! There's some sort of human flame thrower here! Like that superhero chick!"
They shared a glance and Dick swerved off the road and into the exit, nearly hitting another car in his hurry.
It took longer than it should have to get there, considering Starfire was driving while Dick changed into his Nightwing suit in the bathroom. To say that LVMPD were surprised when an RV rolled up with five superheroes inside was an understatement.
They directed them to the building, the perimeter heavily guarded by multiple officers, all armed.
Once they entered the building, everyone froze, noting how the girl on fire in the middle of the room looked much like the one standing beside them. Her hair was glowing and floating along with her body as she clenched her molten fists.
This never would have happened if they just took the jet.
Before any of them could even come up with a game plan, their target noticed just who was standing there and stopped. When the flames and the nearly blinding glow had subsided, they noticed all that was remaining was a young girl.
"Kori?" She asked curiously, wondering if that was really Starfire or just someone who looked exactly like her. After all, it was a new planet, she didn't know much about the inhabitants here.
"(Y/N)?" Kori breathed out, equal parts shocked and relieved.
The girl's face crumpled, and she broke out into sobs before flying right into her arms, "Kori!"
It was kind of amusing to see Kori attempt to hug you back, considering that you were floating off the ground but once you were consoled, she let you go, and you remained floating a couple feet off the floor at her side.
Kori gestured to the rest of them, and you bashfully hid behind her, scared of the newcomers. Ever since you landed on this planet, they had been nothing but cruel to you. All you had done was use your powers to reheat the tea you were served and suddenly there were men who had pointed weapons at you.
You looked at Nightwing's escrima sticks apprehensively before tucking yourself further behind her back. She spared you a glance before turning to her teammates with a tolerating smile.
"Guys, meet my sister."
"Another sister? Is she gonna try and kill us too?"
"You know Komander?" You asked curiously, floating a bit higher so that your head peeked over Kori's.
"Vaguely." Conner answered and you tilted your head, watching him with a deliberating pout. He seemed a little uncomfortable by your piercing stare, so you averted your gaze before whispering in your sister's ear.
"Are they holding you hostage?"
She chuckled and shook her head before introducing all of them to you by name. You listened attentively, noticing how neither of them bothered to give you smiles aside from the youngest girl and boy named Rachel and Gar.
They had pretty hair. You liked them already.
***
"Another sister you didn't tell us about?" Dick pressed, leaning over the centre console and Kori sighed, running a hand down her face. You were floating in the back of the RV, listening intently to Tim's conspiracies about aliens and attempting to explain your history and more to him.
"I didn't think I had to. I never thought we'd actually have to run into her." She explained and he gave her a hard gaze.
"Yes, but a little heads up would have been nice."
"Well, I didn't know she was going to be here, now did I?!" She snapped and the RV was immediately silenced. She sighed and turned to give the rest of you a reassuring smile and you reluctantly went back to your conversations.
When she was sure they weren't listening, she turned back to Dick, "She's the youngest. After Komander was born without powers, the public and nobles pressed for my parents to have another child. She was born with powers and also the first one in like 5 generations to be born with the power of flight. She's considered a gem in the public eye. She can do no wrong. And she's too young to assume the throne so she's never pressured like Komander, and I were. I'm surprised they even let her off the planet."
Dick cast an uncertain eye on the woman beside him. It was obvious that she had some unresolved issues with you, although he couldn't exactly put his finger on why. From what he gathered, you were pretty delightful and made a cute first impression, unlike the time he met Jason.
"What's this?" You asked loudly, pointing to a hole in their table.
"Um, it's a sink." Gar answered, flustered that you didn't know about its existence, "It's where we wash our hands and dishes and things."
Your face scrunched up, "Well that sounds unhygienic. Can't you just acquire new ones?"
Kori rolled her eyes.
"What are you doing here, (Y/N)?" She asked, finally acknowledging you now that she had wrapped her head around it.
Your brows furrowed at her tone as you flew closer to her, "Maybe I'm assuming but are you perhaps angry with me?"
She scoffed. Of course, you didn't even know when you upset someone. People back home usually jump through hoops for you, so it was no wonder that you had absolutely no idea of other people's feelings or thought that you could do any wrong.
"Yes! What the hell are you doing here?! You can't just come to a planet like Earth and then go around causing trouble!"
"Excuse me?" You asked cautiously, trying to reason with her. You had come here to find your older sister because you thought she would know what to do. The more you spoke with her, the less she seemed like the rightful ruler and more like Komander, "What was I meant to do, Kori'Ander? Our parents were murdered, the crown princess disappeared. People began looking toward me for an answer. What was I meant to tell them?"
She scoffed once again and you were starting to get very irritated by the sound, "Of course, couldn't even run a kingdom for a while."
This struck the wrong chord. You were never quite close with your older sisters; they both considered you the runt of the family and frequently made comments about how you were too young to join them on their excursions. Kori would seem like the doting older sister to the public, but you never really connected.
And Komander hated you since birth.
It was undeniable that your parents treasured you. I mean, how could they not when you constantly strived for their attention. You didn't have any friends growing up and your sisters scorned you when you did nothing wrong, so you depended on your parents for intimacy and connection.
It wasn't rare for you to be floating around the throne room, giggling when your father teased you by attempting to catch you, even though you were way out of his reach.
The people treasured you as well, you realized that very early, when you were first introduced to them as a young girl. You had been hiding behind your mother's gown, intimidated by the sheer amount of people and held her skirt in a tight fist.
You remember your parents cooing at you as they slowly revealed you to the rest of them and then the deafening sound of the crowd cheering. Your parents watched with pride as you began flying to try and see just how many people were there and they cheered louder.
You were adored.
And even though you did want to spend time with your sisters and play with them, you were eventually steered away from them by your parents after you had returned to their room in tears and inconsolable when your sisters had slammed their door in your face when you had just asked to play.
"I'm not the one meant to be running the kingdom, Kori. You are the crown princess. It was your duty to be take over the throne or officially abdicate it. Not mine." You explained, not quite understanding why she was being so negative. This had been her birth right and her path, way before you were even born.
You didn't realize it when you were younger but as you came of age, you understood that your role in the royal family wasn't one of politics or even running the kingdom. You were nothing more than a symbol to the people. Of purity, peace, and hope.
That had been made clear, so why was she suddenly expecting you to take over?
Everyone stared out the window, trying extremely hard to blend into the surroundings. While all of them respected Kori a lot, they all knew that she was impulsive and often said things without thinking them through. While Kori was excellent at giving advice, she herself was awful at controlling her emotions and lashed out often.
Tim began making prayers that they would make it through without something catching on fire.
"I realize that (Y/N)! But you're still the princess in our absence! You should have done something instead of running away and make someone solve your problems for you!"
You gasped, "My problems?! The kingdom that you're the ruler of is my problem? I'm the one who's running away? You're the one who ran so far that you went to a completely different planet! You—You zarbnarf!"
Kori froze, watching as your eyes glassed over with furious tears. Immediately, she regretted speaking to you that way, feeling panic build in her system. It was probably because growing up, she had learnt to grow terrified whenever you began crying around her.
Because you were the golden child. The fragile flower among molten rocks and you were treasured by your parents beyond anything. If either Kori or Komander had made you cry, they usually faced a punishment. That was something that you took advantage of, as an immature, mischievous child. When had you grown up so much?
She wanted to apologize, take it back but her pride was swelling so big in her chest that it clogged her throat. She was still angry and humiliated and all the things she felt as a child began coming back to her.
How could she be so immature? She had no idea what happened on Tamaran, and she had been foolish to think it was still the place she considered home. But it was inevitable for the people to ask about their ruler. She had been running away from the thought for too long.
She had completely forgotten that you were left behind in the chaos.
"You abandoned our family! Our people! And for what? A servant’s quarters on wheels?" You spat, turning away from her. She expected you to throw open the door and fly out but instead you stomped over to the seat beside Gar, not noticing the way he began scrambling to wiggly himself out of the booth and away from you.
He was too slow, and you ended up plopping down onto the seat beside him and he stared apprehensively at you from the corner of his eye.
Kori scoffed, "Why don't you just leave?!"
You rolled your eyes, crossing your arms, "I'm done with this conversation but not with you. If your first response to confrontation is to run away, then I can see why you weren't gifted with the power of flight in the first place."
She swelled, puffing out her chest, "You know what—?!"
When Kori realized that you weren't in the mood to talk anymore, she returned to her seat even though she wanted to keep yelling at you. Why did you get to decide when the argument was over? You both weren't on Tamaran anymore and your parents weren't around anymore to scold her for picking a fight with someone so much younger but still, she fumed silently in her seat.
You turned to Gar with an apologetic pout, "I apologize for calling this a servant's quarters. You have a lovely home."
He chuckled at your guilty face, "Yeah, this isn't where we live, we're just using it to get back home."
You gave him a smile, "So you're not feeling hard with me?"
He blushed furiously, ignoring Conner as he laughed quietly into his hand, "Yeah, no hard feelings here."
***
Since you were an "unwelcome" guest in Kori's eyes, you were confined to the couch when you reached the tower. She was expecting you to throw a fit or whine about having to sleep like a servant, but you didn't mind, didn't complain, didn't say anything as you sat silently on the couch.
They didn't know what caused the sudden damp in your mood, you had been smiling the entire trip back, asking questions and making conversation but it was like everything vanished the second you entered their home.
Gar came out of his room in the middle of the night for a snack when he saw you sitting up on the couch, knees pulled to your chest. He thought he would just grab whatever he needed and leave quickly but he heard you sniffle.
"You okay?"
You looked up at him startled, and quickly wiped away your tears before plastering a fake smile on your face, "I am fine. Thank you for asking."
He should have just nodded, giving you an awkward smile before retreating back to his bedroom but he seemed unable to get the apathetic words out at the site of you hiding your faltering smile behind your pink hair.
Superman had kryptonite. He had pretty girls.
"Would you like some ice cream?"
Your brows furrowed in confusion, "Iced screams? What is that?"
He chuckled, finding the way your nose scrunched up absolutely adorable, "Not 'iced screams'. Ice cream."
"Like cold milk?"
"Cold, sweet, hard milk."
You looked mildly repulsed, "I shall decline. Thank you for the offer."
He just breathed out a laugh, sitting next to you with a bowl of cookie dough and two spoons, "Just try it."
You kept giving him cautious glances all while lifting the spoon of the sugary treat to your mouth, watching as he nodded encouragingly and tentatively took a tiny taste (wow alliteration).
Gar had the absolute pleasure of watching your face scrunch up immediately, not expecting it to be that cold but it slowly faded into a small smile at the flavour.
When you had taken another spoon, he glanced at you and noticed your swollen eyes and red nose, "Is everything okay?"
You gave him a small smile and nodded, "I am merely just sick of your home."
He froze in disbelief before reminding himself that you were a literal princess. You were probably very used to luxury and had a literal castle to yourself.
And you're Komander's sister. That part explains a lot.
He shook the thoughts from his head before smiling politely and taking a spoon of ice cream himself when he didn't know how to respond. Luckily, he didn't have to because you continued.
"I know I have been here only a short time, but I miss Tamaran deeply."
The tension in his spine melted away and he slouched with a sigh of relief, "Oh, you're homesick."
You gave him a refined smile, "Yes, I just mentioned about the home-sickness."
"It's not exactly--nevermind."
There was a moment of silence while you quietly ate a couple more spoonfuls of ice cream before Gar spoke again, "No offense but if you miss it so much, why don't you just go back?"
You bit your lip, "My planet is in political instability. I'm unfit to take the throne. So, I vowed to bring the true heir back home."
His brows furrowed, "Why are you unfit to take the throne? You seem smart and powerful."
His compliment had heat raising to your cheeks and you felt a small smile grow on your face before it was dampened by the heavy topic and you sighed, resting your head against the back of the couch.
"My people wish that I take the throne because they see me as a beacon of hope but that is the very reason I am unable. My gift of flight has made me different from the rest of the Tamaraneans, so in a political sense, I have become a figurehead for nobility, equality and neutrality."
He nodded even though he wasn't quite understanding where this was headed.
"Because of this I have been trusted to be a mediator between my planet and others. I am but a symbol of peace. The rulers of other planets trust me because I am not part of the political party on Tamaran. I have never even made my debut into noble society. If I take my place as the ruler, those alliances could fall apart. The common people couldn't possibly understand that."
"So, you're supposed to be this unbiased figurehead but if you acquire any actual power, you think your alliances with other planets will fall apart?" He summarized, wanting to make sure that he actually understood, and you nodded.
"Well, why don't you just tell Kori that? I'm sure she'd understand."
Your eyes drifted to your feet that were folded up onto the sofa, "I was going to, but I lost my temper when she accused me of not taking initiative. She never acknowledged the work I did for my people. I suppose I got defensive."
He placed a gentle hand on your shoulder, giving you a comforting squeeze, "It's alright. Second time's the charm."
Your face scrunched up in confusion and he laughed quietly, "I mean, you should try again tomorrow. Maybe it'll go better this time."
"Ah."
"Hey (Y/N)?"
"Yes, Garfield?"
He offered you a small smile, "If it makes any difference, I really do believe that you did the right thing."
You felt the corners of your mouth tug up, "Thank you, Garfield."

Battle Scars
Reader is from a planet of warriors. A planet where each scar is seen as honourable rather than ugly. When she accidentally sees Jason's scars, she can't help but look at them in amazement, much to Jason's surprise...
I really hope ya'll like this one...lmk!!
"Come on, lift you arms."
With an agitated sigh, Jason did as Dick asked and raised his muscled arms. Dick quickly pulled Jason's bloodied and torn shirt from his body and threw it to the floor, analysing the gash that sat across Jason's chest.
"What, did you get into a with Catwoman or something?" Tim asked, grimacing as he looked at the gruesome scene.
""I'll break your nose replacement." Venom coated his words, and Jason's expression read that he wasn't joking, so with that, Tim shook his head and left the room.
Just outside wandering the empty halls of Wayne manor was the girl Batman had found just a month prrior. Tall and toned, carved muscles on your arms and legs. A slick scar the colour of pearls ran down the side of your jaw to the top of your neck. A few more decorated your back and arms. A stern expression and soft eyes. You were a warrior from another planet Bruce had told everyone. He wasn't sure what planet though, seeming as whenever you told him the name, no records of it could be found. Not even those on the Justice League could find the unusual planet you were calling home. .
You weren't Kryptonian and you weren't an Amazon, even though your ideals and principles aligned with theirs. Nor were you a Martian, or an Atlantean or a Tamaranean. So what the hell were you?
Well, you kept telling them over and over. You were Idorian, from Idoria, but your home planet was apparently non-existent. 'A part of another timeline' was the theory.
"Non-existent as far as you're concerned." You had muttered with the roll of your eyes.
All they knew was that you'd accidentally been dragged to Earth when an incident a few months back involving portals and timelines threw you down from the sky into Bruce Wayne's garden. They also learnt that you had immense strength and durability. You could fly. You almost bested Wonder Woman in melee combat, almost. And electricity didn't affect you one bit. Other than that, you were a complete mystery.
And a certain seemingly uninterested vigilante seemed to liked that.
Tim watched as you looked out the grand windows lining the hallway, still amazed by the fact that Earth only had one sun.
A warm smile grew on his face. "Hey y/n, what are you doing?"
"Nothing much. You?"
Tim shrugged. "I was helping Dick mend Jason until I was threatened." He scoffed, trying to mask it with a bitter laugh.
A warmth grew in your cheeks at the mention of his name. Why? You had no idea.
"Why, what happened to him -?"
"Tim! You took the antiseptic with you!" Dick suddenly called out from the room, Jason's annoyed mumbles following.
Tim let out a huff, much to your confusion, "I don't wanna go back in there with that son of a bitch."
"It's alright, I can if you want." You offered, holding out your hand and questioning what a son of a bitch was. Humans were easily injured compared to your people, so it would be interesting to see the healing process.
"Are you sure?" Tim asked, his brow raising, "He can be a real ass, especially when people are trying to help him."
"Yeah, I'm sure." You replied, so Tim placed the odd looking bottle in your hands before you walked into the room.
Your footsteps echoed through the atmosphere. Instantly, Jason's eyes snapped up to meet yours, his cheeks burning a subtle red before he quickly looked away. A wince escaped him as he tried to subtly cover up his body. Too bad my shirt is on the damn floor he thought to himself. Picking up on Jason's change in demeanour, Dick turned to look at you, a charming grin appearing on his face immediately.
"Y/n! I haven't seen you in ages, how are you?" Dick had just finished pulling out the last shard of glass from Jason's slash and dropped the bloody tweezers on the tray beside him.
"I'm fine thank-you. Here is...well, this." You said, holding the bottle out to him. "Tim gave it to me."
"Thanks, y/n." He grabbed the bottle from you then looked back at the array of medical supplies sprawled across the table beside him. Hands cupped together in his lap, Jason stole glances of you here and there, glad that you were more interested in the odd looking tools Dick was focusing on rather than him.
"Shit, I just realised I forgot the stuff for the stitches," Dick turned to you and placed a comforting hand on your shoulder, "I'm just gonna run and grab some things. Can you watch him for me real quick?"
"I don't need a babysitter Dick." Jason quipped, his eyes trained on his brother. Please just let her leave.
"I don't mind." You responded, and that usual glint of joy passed through Dick's eyes.
"Thanks, I'll be back in a sec."
With that, Dick left the room, leaving you two alone.
"Why did you do that?"
You looked over at Jason with a puzzled look, "What do you mean?"
"You don't have to watch me. You can go if you like." Jason swallowed hard, doing his best to act unfazed by the fact that you were standing right there.
"It's alright, I'm kind of curious to see how this all works on your planet."
His gaze averted back onto the floor, his body instinctively turned from you. You, however, were watching him. The wound had stopped bleeding, and it didn't look too deep, but it stretched across one side of his chest and onto his bicep. Looking at his arms, you couldn't help but think about how he looked like those perfect sculptures back home.
"Does it hurt?"
"No." So curt. So closed off. You were going to remain quiet until you did a double take. Silver streaks painted his chest. His abdomen and arms. There were even some on his back that caught your eye.
"Wow." The words fell from your lips, and Jason's eyes cut back to you.
"What?" He asked, meaning to sound more curious than defensive.
You walked over to where he sat, eyes trained on all of his scars. All of his accomplishments. Back at home, whenever someone attained a scar, it meant they had cheated death. They had been lucky and strong enough to survive. It was why you never hid yours. A scar is a victory. A glorious one too. And Jason had many victories.
A sickening tightening sensation began in Jason's throat as you neared, still obviously oblivious to personal space, especially Jason's. He watched as you stared at his biggest insecurities, the things that would taint his body forever and remind him of the horrors he was forced to endure. Immediately, he grew even more self-conscious. Sick. Angry.
"What the hell are you doing?" He snapped, but you ignored it.
"If the elders back home saw this, they'd call you a war hero." You let a light laugh.
His frown faltered a little, his glistening eyes watching you intensely. It was as though your eyes were tracing each and every tarnished bit of his skin. "You have so many."
His frown was back, a shot of anger burning through his chest at your comment. Why did you of all people have to say that? Jason drew in a deep, shaky breath, but before he could speak you told him how impressive it all was, and now the frown was even deeper than before. "What?"
You looked up at him, and suddenly his head was reeling. Jason found that some part of him, a hidden away part that was deep deep down, wanted you to look at him like that for the rest of his life. A look that said he was worth something. That he wasn't this ugly, scarred monster. Skin crawling and muscles tensed, he managed to ignore it. Just for now. Just this once. He quickly cleared his throat as he waited for your explanation.
"Your scars...they- you have so many victories." You repeated, "Many more than me." You pulled the sleeve of your shirt back to show him. Jason's eyes ran along the silver lines on your arms before his attention turned to your skin. The muscles on your arms. The glossy hair that ran over your shoulder. His eyes drew up your neck to your lips...
He quickly looked away, shame and bashfulness so blatantly evident on his face.
"What do you mean..." His tone was distant, until he paused. "Victories?" Now he was curious.
You frowned. "What do you mean? Scars are honourable. They show strength. Tell stories. You must be a valiant fighter. A survivor." You smiled at him gently, pointing your finger at them. And it was like something got caught in his throat.
Silence washed over the room like a soft wave. Jason kept to himself as his big, bright eyes watched you. He turned your words in his head, amazed at how you viewed this topic. He almost waited for you to correct yourself or take the compliment back. Because there was no way. No way you were truly being honest about how you viewed the ugliest parts of himself. Everyone had always looked at his scars that same way, with pity and aversion. And yet you...
"You really think like that?" He asked, looking up at you through his dishevelled, raven hair.
"Doesn't everyone?"
A soft, subtle smile tugged at Jason's lips, and suddenly your heart was hammering in your chest, faster than a hiccup. Jason watched you attentively now, still shy, but not as ashamed or ill at ease. Since when was he so comfortable around others, especially a stranger? Especially about the things that kept him up at night? Especially with someone that was on his mind 24/7....
Dick suddenly bursted back into the room, a needle and bobbin of nylon string in his hand. "Sorry Jace, had to get Alfred to look for it."
Jason shook his head at Dick as he got started on stitching him back up. "I can do it myself you know -"
"Shut it." Dick responded.
Jason's gaze fell back onto you and he almost felt like collapsing when you said you'd leave them be and see them later. You realised the longer you stood with him, the lighter your head was becoming. So with that, you left the room, and all Jason could think about for the rest of the day was you.

❝pandoras very own alien resident❞
✭ pairing : various x Tamaranean reader
✭ fandom : avatar the way of water
✭ summary : after tragedy struck on (y/n)’s home planet Tamaran she must now leave the destroyed planet, but she was heavily injured and slowly was succumbing to those injures, now as she falls through space she lands herself on a new planet
✭ authors note : got inspired by this post by @aphrodite-feverdream and you have starfires appearance
✭ avatar the way of water masterlist
The skies of Tamaran burned with an ominous crimson hue, a reflection of the turmoil that had befallen the once vibrant planet. (Y/N), the princess and protector of Tamaran, hovered in the air, her eyes narrowed in determination. Her dark hair billowed around her as she faced her greatest adversary—her own sister, Komand'r, also known as Blackfire.
Blackfire's sinister laughter echoed across the desolate landscape. Her eyes glowed with an otherworldly power, a twisted manifestation of her malevolent intent. "You always were the favored one, weren't you? The golden child while I was left in your shadow."
"(Y/N)"'s voice was resolute, her powers of solar energy crackling around her like a protective shield. "This isn't you, Komand'r. You're consumed by hatred, but I won't let you destroy our home."
With a swift motion, Blackfire conjured dark energy in her hands, forming deadly tendrils that lashed out toward her sister. (Y/N) countered with bursts of bright, fiery energy, the clash of powers creating an explosive display of light and darkness. The shockwaves rippled through the air, shaking the very ground beneath them.
As the battle raged on, (Y/N) soared through the sky, deftly avoiding Blackfire's attacks while launching her own in return. Their powers clashed in a dance of destruction and defiance. With each blow, (Y/N) felt a surge of pain for her sister, the girl she had once known now consumed by rage.
But she couldn't afford to hesitate. Blackfire's power was growing stronger with every passing moment. (Y/N) channeled the energy of Tamaran itself, her determination fueling her abilities. With a fierce cry, she unleashed a torrent of solar energy, enveloping Blackfire in a blinding cascade of light.
For a moment, the world seemed to hold its breath. The air crackled with tension, and then, as the light faded, (Y/N) saw her sister's form crumple to the ground. Blackfire's energy had been extinguished, leaving her weak and defeated.
"(Y/N)," Blackfire's voice was feeble, a shadow of her former arrogance. "You... you win."
(Y/N)'s heart ached as she looked at her sister's broken form. She had wanted to save her, to bring her back from the brink of darkness, but the battle had taken its toll. She approached, her voice soft but filled with sorrow.
"I didn't want it to end like this, Komand'r."
Blackfire managed a weak smile. "You were always the stronger one."
Tears welled in (Y/N)'s eyes as she held out her hand. "I'm sorry."
Blackfire's hand grasped hers weakly. "Promise me you'll rebuild Tamaran. Make it better."
"I will," (Y/N) promised, her voice choked with emotion.
And then, with a final breath, Blackfire's body dissolved into stardust, carried away by the solar winds.
As the dust settled and silence descended upon the ravaged planet, (Y/N) looked around at the devastation. Tamaran was no more—a once-thriving world reduced to ruins. The weight of her grief and responsibility pressed heavily upon her heart.
With a heavy heart, (Y/N) took to the sky. Her home was gone, and the pain was too much to bear. She flew through the stars, her heart consumed by grief and loss. Tamaran's light had been extinguished, leaving only darkness in its wake. And so, with a single tear streaming down her cheek, (Y/N) left behind her shattered world, seeking solace among the stars.
(Y/N)'s consciousness flickered in and out like a dying flame, her body heavy with pain and exhaustion. Her vision blurred, colors and shapes melding into an indiscernible haze. The injuries inflicted by her sister's dark energy had taken a toll, sapping her strength and resilience.
As her body continued to weaken, (Y/N)'s grip on consciousness began to falter. The world around her faded to nothingness, and her body succumbed to the darkness.
Unbeknownst to her, her unconscious form was plummeting through space, drawn by the gravitational forces of an unfamiliar world. The journey was swift and chaotic, a descent into the unknown.
Her descent ended with a sudden jolt as her body crashed through the thick foliage of a lush forest. (Y/N) lay still on the forest floor, the sounds of alien wildlife echoing around her.
Meanwhile, in the heart of the Omatikaya clan's village on Pandora, whispers filled the air. Word had spread quickly of the fallen stranger, the one who had descended from the sky. Some speculated that she might be a sky demon, others marveled at her unusual appearance—bright orange skin, fiery-red hair, and striking green eyes.
Jake Sully, the leader of the Omatikaya clan, strode purposefully through the village, his keen senses attuned to the murmurs of his people. When he reached the center of the village, he saw a small crowd gathered around an unconscious figure—the stranger from the sky.
Voices hushed as Jake approached, their gazes turning to him for guidance. One of the Na'vi lifted (Y/N)'s eyelid, revealing her unique, mesmerizing eyes. Jake's brow furrowed as he observed the stranger's alien features.
"Jake," Neytiri, his mate and a warrior of the clan, spoke softly, "what should we do with her?”
Jake's gaze remained fixed on (Y/N)'s form, his instincts telling him that this was no ordinary occurrence. "Neytiri, help me bring her to the healer's tent."
Together, they gently lifted (Y/N) and carried her to the tent. The healer, Mo’at, spiritual leader of the tribe and mother to Neytiri gasped at the strange girl’s appearance.
Mo'at's eyes observed (Y/N)'s unique appearance, her bright orange skin and fiery-red hair a stark contrast to the natural tones of Pandora. "Where did you find her?"
Jake stepped forward, his voice respectful. "She fell from the sky, right into the center of our village."
Mo'at's gaze remained fixed on (Y/N), her fingers lightly tracing the contours of (Y/N)'s face. "She is unlike anything I have ever seen. Her presence is foreign, yet there is an essence of familiarity."
Neytiri nodded in agreement. "Her energy is unlike that of our world."
Mo'at turned to Jake and Neytiri, her expression thoughtful. "We must be cautious. We do not know the extent of her abilities or intentions."
With a shared nod, Jake and Neytiri excused themselves from the tent, the flap rustling as they stepped outside. In the muted light of the evening, Neytiri voiced her concerns.
"Could she be another form of sky demon?"
Jake considered her words before responding. "She's unlike any sky demon I've seen. The way she fell from the sky, her injuries... it's as if she's not even human."
Neytiri's brow furrowed. "What do you mean?"
Jake's gaze was distant, his thoughts racing. "I mean, she might not be from Earth at all. Her appearance, her energy—it's something else entirely. Maybe even another planet."
Neytiri's eyes widened in surprise. "You truly believe that?"
Jake nodded. "I do. And whatever she is, we need to approach this with an open mind."
With a shared understanding, Jake turned to Neytiri. "I'll assign Neytam to watch over her until she wakes. He’ll tell us when she’s awake and then we can question here and learn more about her."
Neytiri's expression softened, her hand finding Jake's. "Be cautious, Jake. Our world is already fragile."
Jake squeezed her hand, his gaze determined. "I will. We need to understand what brought her here and why."
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the village, (Y/N) remained unconscious in the healing tent—a mysterious stranger whose arrival had stirred both curiosity and caution among the Na'vi. And in the heart of Pandora, as the world slept beneath a blanket of stars, the lines between two worlds began to blur, their fates entwined by the enigmatic presence of (Y/N), a being unlike anything the Na'vi had ever encountered.

You ever see rule 34 so out of character you can’t get off to it on account of being so pissed off?
I just encountered a piece of fan art with Starfire not knowing what sex is. It is tempting to assume this would be the case, if literally all the comics’ canon didn’t go against it.
Tamaran is an incredibly sex positive society. They don’t mythologize that shit at all. It is considered as casual as playing video games. It’s a fun bonding activity you can do with a friend or romantic partner, which Tamaraneans often have more than one of.
Starfire not knowing what sex is is like a Klingon born on Klingonii not knowing what war is.
There are like so many interesting things you can do with a Starfire raised in that culture. You can have her be really horny in public with a very flustered Dick Grayson. You can have her just casually invite Y/N for a fuck during a hangout like it’s no big deal. Signing all her friends up for an orgy as a fun night out. For something softer, maybe she’s never done it with anyone before you and really wants to try it out. You can even play the “Kori doesn’t get earth things” card by her not understanding the concept of being a slut, like at all, or not getting why her partner is so uptight about her just casually discussing last night’s bang session.
But no. You chose to infantilize her and strip her of her autonomy and uniqueness to turn her into another basic fuckdoll. What’s the point?
#hornyposting#rule 34#comics#starfire#tamaran#now I’m in the mood to write some fucking Starfire smut

Helpless | Robin x Reader
“Down for the count and I’m drowning in ‘em.”
—
Y/n had been a friend of the Titans for a long time, which had started about a month or so ago. You found yourself becoming close with the group of superheroes, especially the masked Boy Wonder. Something about him made you weak to your knees, your stomach full of knots and butterflies any time the boy talked or laughed with you. You loved spending time with him, but soon you realized what that certain feeling was after having a talk with Raven, and what the feeling of jealousy felt like.
—
“It’s like every time we’re together or doing something just by ourselves I get so…” You trailed off, just the thought of Robin alone made that feeling come up again. Raven let out a low chuckle causing you to snap out of your little daze.
“Tingly? Happy? Butterflies working their way up in your stomach?” Raven questioned you, making you give her a slow nod. The demon couldn’t help but smile softly. “That’s called love, Y/n, but I’d be careful, Starfire already has his eyes. We don’t want you to be so heartbroken if you decide to ask him and he only sees you as a friend.”
You gave another small nod, not knowing what to say next as you watched Raven float off, presumably to her room.
—
After that, you couldn’t help but feel jealous about the pink haired alien any time you saw her with the leader. You felt so helpless against her, she was so gorgeous and you felt like you didn’t stand a chance against her, or at least that’s what you thought. The Tamaranean princess probably had something you didn’t, so you made a little list that you kept hidden in your room at the tower. They had let you have a room since you had visited so often, and soon enough, you had moved in.
This is how the list went; under Starfire’s name, you wrote everything good you could see about her. She was pretty, well in shape, you could admit her body looked incredible, she had an adorable personality, and she was a princess. Under your name, you practically had nothing that you could think of that would top Starfire. This is where that helpless feeling began to kick in again.
Suddenly, a knock on your door made you jump in your skin, quickly covering up the paper with your arms as you looked towards the door. “Door’s open!” You spoke, watching as the door revealed who had knocked; Robin. Your mind began racing. Did someone tell him, who would tell him? The only person who really knew you liked Robin was Raven and she wouldn’t tell him…right?
“Hey Y/n, I was wondering if you wanted to go out to lunch with me and the Titans later? It’s Beast Boy's turn to pick though so we could sneak off and go to another place if we don’t like his.” He stated with a grin, making you giggle softly and move back from your desk.
“Yeah, that sounds- what are you doing Robin?” You saw him looking at your desk, before he moved in and snatched the paper from it. “Robin, give it back it’s..personal!” You reached up to try and grab it but Robin kept it from you, and you definitely weren’t laughing. What if he thought you were weird by having some check list of one of his friends and yourself? Would he-
“Y/nn, what is this? ‘Starfire; pretty, in shape…’ Why isn’t there anything under your name?” He questioned, making you flush and sink into your chair, covering your face with your hands.
“I know you like Starfire, Robin.” You finally spoke after a moment or two, making him look at you with what you assumed was wide eyes. “And you have every right to like her. She’s pretty, funny, adorable, amazing. And I’m some loser without any kind of superpower, or gorgeous face like she has, or-”
What Robin did next certainly surprised you. He gently grabbed you hands, rolling you away from your desk and sat down on your bed so he could look at you properly. He still held your hands, keeping them away from your face.
“Y/n…I do like Starfire…” He started, which made your face fall. “But not like you think. Sure, I’m mesmerized by her, but she’s an alien princess from another planet. Who wouldn’t be?” He spoke, making you smile softly. He smiled back at you, and the butterflies came back to your stomach.
“There’s this other girl I like. She’s super pretty, has gorgeous e/c eyes, and has been an amazing asset to the team, powers or not. I mean, look at me, I don’t have powers, but I became this team's leader.” He added, pulling you closer to him. “I like you, a lot Y/n, and maybe one time..y’know..if you’d want to-”
“I’m helpless for you already, Robin, don’t make me swoon more.”

I can picture Kory's brother walking up to Jason and saying, "Hello! As prince to the throne of Tamaran, I demand you pleasure me... Please!"
"Excuse me?" Jason almost choked on his drink.
"Oh, my apologies I'm new to your earth language," Y/n spoke extremely loud and slow for Jason to understand, "JASON TODD I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SE-"
Jason covers the tamaranean's mouth.
"If I say yes will you stop yelling?" Y/n nodded under Jason's hand, "Cool lets fuck on Gar's bed while he's out, it'll be hilarious."

(English is my second language, so if something sounds out of place or is misspelled, please let me know).
— Ugh… — You suppressed the little moan of pain that wanted to leak from your lips; the coldness of the floor against your back sent a shiver through your whole body.
— Come on, get up. — Starfire's voice echoed through the room. Her voice was calm but firm, it wasn't a command it was an encouragement.
You took a deep breath, you moved and turned around, letting the palms of your hands and your knees carry the weight of your body; you closed your eyes and sighed. You tried to find the determination to get up; lately, your performance in training had declined significantly, and you knew it. You had been trying to keep up with the team, but you didn't have the strength to do so, or at least you didn't at the moment.
When you joined the Titans you knew it would be hard, maybe you didn't really imagine it would be so hard, you felt prepared, but apparently, you were wrong. At first, it was easy, or at least as easy as it could be to fight crime day by day, but there were days when it was so hard.
And this was one of those days, just like the day before, and the day before that…
— Come on (Y/N), I know you can do it! — Starfire cheered you on once again.
You snorted, finally getting up from the ground even though you likely fell back down again and again as you had been doing in the last several minutes of the training.
Once you got up, Starfire's strikes began to come again, you dodged them and attacked when you found the opportunity. A couple of minutes passed and you seemed to be able to keep up, just when you started to regain your confidence one of Star's punches landed on your right cheek without you having the chance to dodge it sending you to the ground, once again, but you got up again, and fell again, again and again...
— Are you oka… — Star's words were quickly interrupted by a growl coming out of your lips echoing throughout the place.
You hit the ground with your fist and stood up, trying to compose yourself.
— What's the point of this? — You asked finally exploding.
— (Y/N)… I'm trying to help you reach your full potential. — The warm hand of the Tamaranean rested on your shoulder, her concerned eyes fixed on your face.
— Full potential… — You whispered to yourself, shook your head, and looked up, your eyes reflecting pure distress. — How do you know I haven't reached my full potential yet? — You pointed to yourself tapping your chest with your fingers repeatedly causing a small flash of pain that you completely ignored. — What if this is my full potential and I have nothing more to offer?... — Your voice cracked as you finished the sentence; for many people, your outburst might have been nonsense, but for you, it wasn't, the thought of not keeping up, of being left behind was slowly consuming you. Watching all the other team members advance day by day while you just sank into despair was both frustrating and terrifying.
— (Y/N)… — Star was speechless for a moment, not knowing how to deal with the situation, she never thought you would feel that way.
Tears were beginning to gather in the corners of your eyes from the internal frustration you felt. — I'm tired of trying to catch up, and with every step I take I can only feel like I'm falling deeper… — You pressed your lips tightly together avoiding them to trembling and trying to hold back your tears; something that was becoming more difficult with every second. — Sorry Star, I don't think I have anything more to offer...
You didn't expect an answer from Starfire, your body began to move following the path that led to your room. Your feet felt heavy, you couldn't recognize if it was due to your tiredness or if it was merely due to your state of mind; your vision was partially blurred by the tears that had insisted on staying in your eyes starting to slowly slide down your cheeks; accelerating your steps, wanting to be in the comfort of your room as soon as possible.
Your mind was not on the road, your body simply followed the path it already knew without really watching your surroundings, resulting in a collision between your body and a familiar figure when you turned the corner of one of the corridors. The collision was slight, but enough to make you lose your balance. Fortunately, the hands of the person in front of you moved quickly and held your forearms firmly, helping you to stabilize yourself. You remained motionless for a few seconds, feeling the intense gaze of the Al Ghul successor on you, producing a huge wing of nervousness inside your body. Suffocating, stopping for a moment, you lifted your face only to find those cold green eyes belonging to the youngest Wayne staring back at you. You cowered under his intimidating stare, for an instant believing he would push you away and continue with his path, but his gaze seemed to darken with concern as he saw the trail of tears on your cheeks; still, all the feelings that consumed your mind blocked you from seeing his concern, and instead, you felt judged under his gaze.
You pulled away from his arms, recovering any remaining composure you had left, wanting to rid yourself of any questions or any speech that might come from Damian, you decided to go on your way quickly leaving him behind, and finally collapsing into the comfort of your room.
But Damian remained there, watching your figure fade down the halls of the tower, his typical cold and hard stare softening for a second; his brow frowned at your unusual behavior all the while a small feeling of worry built in his chest.
[•••]
The silence was something that over time had become scarce for you, so moments like this where silence reigned were extremely comforting. The warmth of the sheets in your bed along with the lack of sleep you had been experiencing caused you to easily sink into a sleepy condition that helped you to avoid your current state of mind. Unfortunately, your peaceful state was interrupted by a couple of knocks on your door that managed to startle you out of bed and bring you back to reality.
You sat on the corner of the bed, your hands resting on your knees. — It's me, Damian. — The voice of the youngest Wayne came through the door.
You didn't answer feeling totally exhausted, but it wasn't your body that was exhausted, it was your mind.
Despite your silence, which could have easily been interpreted as a refusal, the door to your room slowly opened, revealing Damian Wayne himself. His gaze scanned every corner of your figure looking for anything, but the only thing he could notice was how drained you looked and a couple of bruises on the visible skin of your body, probably the result of today's training or the previous ones.
You kept your silence, waiting for Robin to explain the reason behind his arrival.
Once inside your room, the current Boy Wonder closed the door, recovering once again that silence you appreciated so much; he walked slowly towards you taking a seat next to you on the warm sheets of your bed, his usual stoic expression prevailing. — I brought you some ice. — Damian handed you a small bag of ice, probably for you to apply it to the bruise that had appeared on your right cheek after your morning training.
— Thanks… — You mumbled taking the bag and placing it on your injured cheek, a small moan left your lips when you felt the pressure of the cold against your skin.
And the silence returned, but this time it wasn't as comforting as before, this time it was rather, awkward, you knew well that Damian was here for another reason, otherwise, he would have left already.
— Starfire told me what happened today.
So that was it, a small whimper left your lips, but this time it wasn't of pain, but of annoyance, the last thing you needed right now was a sermon from Damian highlighting your poor performance in training.
You left the ice bag aside and snorted ready to defend yourself. — Look, I have enough already having to deal with my mediocrity, I don't need your… — Before you could finish voicing your dissatisfaction he interrupted you without removing his straight face.
— I'm not here to complain, I'm here to... — Damian hesitated for a moment just like even he found odd what he was about to say. — Show you my support…
— Oh… — That was all that could come out of your lips, you weren't used to seeing this side of the youngest Wayne.
— We've been on the same team for years, we fought side by side, and believe it or not, I care deeply about you. — Damian's voice had softened slightly, like a whisper that only the two of you could hear.
For the first time in the entire conversation, Damian's eyes met yours, his typical cold and calculating gaze had been replaced by a softer and gentler one. The words stuck in your throat at the Boy Wonder's sincere statement.
Silence reigned the room again, your fingertips trailed across your knees nervously, Damian seemed truly willing to listen, so you would be willing to speak.
— I… I don’t know… — Of course you knew, but your feelings were so hard to explain in simple words.
You remained quiet for another couple of minutes in fear of losing the possibility to finally vent to someone, fortunately, Damian managed to understand your difficulty to find your voice at that moment, so he waited patiently.
— Lately, everything has become so difficult, and I can't understand why. — You began. — My superhero life, my student life, and my personal life, when I joined the Titans I thought I could handle it all, and for a while I did, but then it all started to fall apart. I try to convince myself that I'm just going through a hard time, but how long will it take me to get out of this? Will I be able to get out of this? — You kept silent for a moment, quickly thinking about those last two questions and their respective answers. — Sometimes I try to console myself by thinking that I'm not the only one going through these things, but then I look at the rest of the team and, they seem to be able to handle it all so well, it makes me feel pathetic, it makes me feel like I'm falling behind. — Damian remained quiet, listening very carefully to your thoughts. — And it makes me feel so sick, it makes me feel so hopeless…
Silence returned to the place, a huge sigh left your lips, but a weight disappeared from your chest, now that you had made your emotions known to someone you had managed to feel a glimmer of peace that perhaps was the first step on the right path.
— I see… — Damian took a deep breath thinking about his next words, comforting people wasn't one of his distinguished skills, but he cared about you, and he wanted you to know that you could always come to him. — You know you have my support for anything, maybe I can't know exactly what you feel or what you're going through, but I'll be here as your teammate and as… Your friend. And I'm sure if you told the team how you feel they would say the same thing. We'll support you in getting through what you're going through, but... — One of his hands moved to your shoulder, generating a pleasant warmth on your skin. — If that's not enough, you know the best and most appropriate thing to do is to go to a professional.
Once again Damian's words left you speechless, his concern felt genuine, just a few hours ago you felt totally alone, but now you had realized that it wasn't like that, it had never been like that; the mixtures of emotions were beginning to feel overwhelming, your vision was starting to become faintly blurred due to the amount of water building up in your eyes; you lowered your head not wanting the youngest Wayne to see how tears were now sliding down your cheeks.
You felt Damian's hand move from your shoulder to the back of your neck pulling you protectively to his chest, your hands slid shakily to his back, clinging to the fabric of his shirt and resting your forehead on his chest, you cried silently, not from pain, but from relief, you needed this, you needed to know you were not alone; and Damian understood the feeling perfectly, that's why he needed you to know he was here and always would be.
Your tears were slowly drained away, replaced by a feeling of peace, Damian's arms were comfortable and warm, perhaps even more than your bed was.
You rested your head on his chest slightly enjoying the refined scent emanating from the younger Wayne, you were sure it was some expensive cologne. Damian's hand wandered lightly to your lower back, holding you gently but firmly, even though you were both sitting, Damian had the odd feeling that if he didn't hold you, you would fall.
Your breaths synchronized, your eyelids were starting to feel heavy again, but you remained immobile, thinking about how things would be from now on; you tried to keep your eyes open, but it was useless, in a matter of seconds you let yourself fall into the arms of Morpheus, enjoying the feeling of protection that Damian's arms gave you.
The young Al Ghul slightly moved away from your figure, staring at you with a gentleness that was unknown to him, he picked up your body with his muscular arms, holding you carefully, just like you were a small porcelain doll that could be broken with the slightest touch. He placed your body once again between the comfortable sheets of your bed and picked up a thin blanket covering your small body with it.
— Everything will be fine… — The green-eyed boy leaned down until his face was at the same level as yours, gently resting his hands on your bed. He remained frozen in his place for a while, watching the peace reflected on your face, a slight smile appeared on his lips, his body moved on its own and before he knew it, his lips were resting on your forehead. — You have my word. — It was a promise, and even though you couldn't hear it, Damian would do what it took to keep it.

Lightweight
Hank x Male Reader
Genre: Fluff
Request: can you a little fluffy fic for hank x male reader
You guys were all at the titan tower drinking and joking around. Well, most of you anyway, Jason kept trying his luck with snagging booze with Dick intervening every attempt.
“C’mon Dick,” he groaned after having his hand slapped away again.
“There’s soda in the fridge for you guys.”
Donna chuckled a bit with amusement as Jason huffed and walked away.
You staggered your way over to grab yourself another drink when Dick stuck a leg out to stop you.
“You too,” he said. “You’re done for the night.”
You stared at him for a moment baffled as your boyfriend, Hank, brought you a glass of water and guided you to sit back down on the couch. You felt a little singled out without a reason as everyone else was still going. “Wait. Donna’s still drinking and she had more than me.”
Donna raised her drink. “Amazon.”
You looked at her then turned to Kory.
“Tamaranean.”
Then it was Dawn’s turn. “Don’t look at me, I've only had three beers.”
Hank laughed and patted your stomach. “Looks like you gotta bulk up if you wanna stop being such a lightweight, babe.”
“Yeah, maybe making you do those shots was a bad idea, Y/N.” Kory said, trying to cover her mouth as she giggled.
“I’m not a lightweight,” you said.
“Y/N, you can barely stand up straight.” Dick commented.
“I’m not and I’ll prove it.”
You got up onto the coffee table to go to perform one of your vigilante stunts but before you felt Hank pick you up and put you over his shoulder. “Alright, time to get you to bed.”
“Bye Y/N.” Dawn said, waving to you as you were carried away.
Hank carried you back to your guy’s room and dropped you on the soft mattress.
“This is embarrassing.” you groaned.
“You can thank me in the morning when your head isn’t absolutely fucking killing you.” he said, preparing the sheets for you.
Although you were a bit reluctant, he helped you get settled underneath the covers and as soon as your head was against the pillow, you were ready to pass out.
“No way, flip over. I’m not risking you puking on my side of the bed,” he said, patting your thigh to keep you awake a little longer.
You groaned as you did and he pushed trash over to the side of the bed before turning to head back to the others.
You reached a hand out to him, “Hank,” you whined.
“What?”
“Give me a kiss.”
He let out a little sigh as he leaned down to give you a soft peck on the forehead.
“I love you,” you said.
“Love you too.”

Author’s Note: I couldn’t resist so I had to do it. The reason why I added ‘r on y/n was because is Tamaran they have an ‘r in their name, but you can ignore it if you like. Should I do another headcanon but with Neteyam, Lo’ak, Ao’nung and Rotxo in a relationship with reader?
P.s. Ima do the Atantean reader with the Metkayina family/clan.
Masterlist
You had been on the run, ever since your sister had betrayed your home planet, you had been her biggest target. For the safety of your people, you left, if you were to ever return back home, the planet will get destroyed. You have no Idea how long you had been traveling, you just felt tired flying around the galaxy, as far away as possible. All of a sudden, you just felt your eyes heavying, you tried to keep your eyes open but you just couldn’t. You were so tired, then you fell asleep and began to fall. The Sullys were in there home, doing their daily tasks, Tuk had been with Kiri while Lo’ak and Neteyam were outside the home doing who knows what. Jake and Neytiri were just laying on their hammock, having a lazy day.
While Lo’ak and Neteyam continued to argue, they saw something, a light green light coming down. “Hey guys! Come look at this!” Lo’ak shouted as the whole family ran outside and saw the light coming down. Then the light landed on the ground, causing a loud explosion. This made Neytiri and Tuk jump, startled by the loudness. “We should go check it out!” Tuk said sprinting out towards the crash land. “TUK!” Everyone shouted and ran after the child. She was fast, she didn’t stop when they had kept calling her name. She continued to run until she stopped, Tuk walked closer towards the figure. “Wow” she whispered as then her family caught up to her. “Tuk! Stay away!” Jake warned her, but Tuk didn’t listen, she got closer, then she saw you.
You were lying on the ground, unconscious, she got a good look at you. Seeing how your hair was very long that it laid all the way down to your knees, you had on purple, and your skin was a light orange color. Tuk was about to touch you but was stopped by Neytiri. “Don’t!” she said pulling her child closer to her, away from you. Then the family got closer, seeing that you passed out. “Who is that? Is she a human?” Kiri got a closer look at you. “For a human she’s very pretty” Lo’ak said, getting smacked by Kiri. Neteyam was the one that got closer to you, touching your forehead. “We should help her” he said as Neytiri spoke. “No! She’s a human!” she hissed.
“I don’t think she’s a human” Jake said, having a better look at you. You were have human features but, he knew that you were not a Dreamwalker. “Let’s take her to Mo’at” Jake suggested as Neteyam went over and picked you up bridal style. When Mo’at had been checking you, she noticed how you were no ordinary human, you weren’t human at all. You were from another planet for sure, you just looked different. Later that day you had woken up, and were wondering where you were. Then you spotted Neteyam who was been keeping at eye on you. He said something but you didn’t understand him, so you went over and told him in your language that you were going to kiss him, but he didn’t understand until you kissed him, a bit to deep. You then pulled away and spoke. “I’m sorry, in my home that’s how we’re able to learn another language, through the act of kissing” you said worriedly since he was still in sock.
After that little altercation, Neteyam had called his Family. “Who are you? Where are you from?” Mo’at had asked first, in which you responded “I am Princess- well was, I am y/n’r from the planet Tamaran” you said, now the older male Na’vi named Jake asked. “Why did you leave your planet if you were a princess?” you looked down sadly, looking down at your hands. “Due to the betrayal of my sister, I can never return home, if I do, then my planet will be destroyed...” you stayed silent for a bit but spoke again. “I did to keep my people safe, I may be a coward but I can’t have my planet destroyed, specially since my baby brother was born not to long ago” you said a little to fast. “I would ask if you let me stay, at least for a little while then I’ll leave.” You pleaded, Jake looked at both Mo’at and Neytiri, seeing if they could let you stay. Mo’at then spoke “you may stay, but under the condition that you must learn our ways” she said as you nodded. “I’ll do anything” you responded
You had began your lessons with Neteyam, who you found out was the oldest child of the Sullys. He was still nervous around you since you had kissed him out of nowhere. You apologized again.
He had been teaching you a lot of things, such as how to use a bow, hunting skill, along other things. You also knew how to use a gun, since back home your technology was advance and had already started to build other weapons.
You began to also dress like the rest of the female na’vi, as well as weave your own clothes. Your clothes were always a shade of purple just like the ones you had arrived in. Also because the clothes given to you was smaller, you were bigger than the na’vi due to being muscular.
Tuk had loved you from the start, when she heard that you were a princess, she had been asking you questions about your home and how was it like being a princess, she was also fascinated by your eyes. They were just one color and they looked pretty. You thought Tuk was the most precious being and always needed to be protected.
Kiri had been interested in knowing how your home planet was like. You had answered all her questions, since you loved talking about your planet, but it also broke your heart knowing that you will never return.
Lo’ak had been the one to notice about your powers. You were able to fly, enhanced strength, and you can blast out ultraviolet radiation. You had told him that In Tamaran, the people were born with the ability to fly, and the reason why you got your other powers was because of some testing done by the enemy that had captured you by your sister.
Jake and Neytiri noticed how your personality was a very loving and warmhearted, you saw the good in everyone and any kind of animal, even if it tried to kill you, sometimes you’d be naïve to some things.
You also met Spider who was a friend of the Sully kids. Just like Kiri he was interested on you and about your planet. He also had asked on why you were here. He got teased by both Lo’ak and Kiri for being shorter than you.
You’d paise everyone for the little things that they did. You’d praise Lo’ak the most since you knew how he felt. You had wanted Lo’ak to be loved in any kind of way even though he wasn’t seen as the perfect solider, what he calls his older brother.
Once a thanator had approached you, about to kill you, but you had manage to calm the creature and had a bond with it. The family had thought something happened to you since you didn’t return home, but you did but with a Thanator as a riding companion. They were shocked to see that you had bonded with a creature like that.
Since you couldn’t bond with a banshee, you still flied with the family. Sometimes you’d carry Tuk on your back and flied around Pandora. When you went on War Parties, you normally were a watcher, you didn’t really fight, you only did if you needed to.
It’d also hurt your heart when one of the Sullys got injured during the War Party, you’d help Kiri and Mo’at heal them.
You had been with Jake and Neytiri when the kids have been in trouble. You were so worried that you just wanted to go and save them, but Jake told you that you needed to stay put.
When you got there, you had been in the sky, keeping watch along with having Jake and Neytiri informed with what was happening.
Then a fight broke out, you were doing the best you could by basting at the enemy but missed horribly, you didn’t care, you just wanted for them to be safe.
Lo’ak, Kiri and Tuk were safe, but Spider had been taken away. You were worried about him, he was your friend and you didn’t know if he was going to be okay. When you had heard that you had to leave, it felt just like the time had to flee your home again. It was painful, you had found a new home, only to have to leave again, but what made you feel better is that you’re going with your now family. You thought about flying the whole trip but Jake and Neytiri refuse, they didn’t want you to pass out midflight. So you went with Neteyam, the whole trip took days, it was exhausting.
Finally you had arrive to a village in which the reef people lived in. You were nervous, seeing all their eyes and being stared at. Jake had asked for refuge for his family, but the Tsahik did not want them here. She had said that they were weak, by having thin arms and small tails. Then when it came to Kiri and Lo’ak she had mentioned about them not being real na’vi and having ‘demon’ blood. But when she turned to you, she had thought you were a demon, but she noticed how you were different. Your eyes, your huge mane of hair and not to mention your light orange skin.
The leader had let you all stay, under the condition that you will learn there ways and not to suffer the same in being useless. He then instructed his children Ao’nung and Tsireya to teach the Sully kids and you. Tsireya had been nice enough to show you around the village and take you to a Marui, your new home. As you walking with the Family with your things, Tuk had asked you to jump with her, which you did since it seemed fun.
Once settled in, there was a family meeting. Jake had warned you all that you must stay put and not cause trouble. Tuk cried wanting to go home, you felt the same, so you hugged her and comforted her. You had told her that it didn’t matter where you all went, what mattered is that you all stick together.
The next day, your lessons began. You along with the Sully kids had gone with Tsireya, Ao’nung and another kid named Rotxo. You were all swimming around until Lo’ak, Neteyam and Tuk went up into the surface.
You stayed under water with the Metkayina kids, seeing that they were talking with their hands. You had caught on and began to imitate their movements.
Then you all rose up to check on the Sullys. Tuk had wined about not being able to keep up with them, then Ao’nung came up and made a comment about swimming through trees, earning a smack from his sister.
You had told him that you didn’t swim through trees but climed and walk on them. Ao’nung gave you a confused look, seeing that you didn’t get his teasing.
Later came the Ilus, since you couldn’t bond with one, you just hanged around them. Petting them or just playing with them.
Afterwards, you had gone with Kiri, just exploring the place. Until you both stopped to dip your heads into the water, watching the sand. You both have never seen sand this close and so pretty.
It was all over until Ao’nung along with his group of friends came over to bother you and Kiri. You both tried to leave, but the group kept bothering you. You did not want to fight until Lo’ak stepped in trying to defend you and Kiri, but the teasing continued.
Then Neteyam was next to step in, warning Ao’nung about respecting you and Kiri. When your backs were turned to leave, Ao’nung continued to add salt to the wound. Lo’ak was going to do something about it, you tried to stop him but he said he got it.
A fight broke out between Lo’ak and the group, at first Neteyam hesitated but finally joined in.
Kiri had yelled, trying to stop him, but that did nothing. You and Kiri watched, Kiri then began to laugh. But you on the other hand continued to beg them to stop.
But they didn’t listen, then you felt your anger getting the best of you. Finally you couldn’t hold it anymore. “I SAID ENOUGH!” you screamed, getting their attention. They stopped and saw how your eyes had been glowing, your hair had combusted into flames and so did your bald fists.
You along with Lo’ak, Neteyam and Kiri left back to the Marui. You had been crying, since you had never been that angry, but you couldn’t help it since they were fighting. You hated fighting.
After Lo’ak and Neteyam got scolded, both of them had left. While you stayed behind still in tears. You told Jake that you didn’t mean to loose control, it just happened. He had told you that it was okay and that it happens sometimes.
That night you all ate dinner, you were still feeling upset for your outburst. You wish that it didn’t happen again. You had gone for a walk to think, you didn’t want that to happen again. You just walked around the beach and listened to ocean waves.
When you return back to the Marui, and found Jake there waiting for you. You apologized for sneaking out in such a late hour, but he let it pass, since he saw that you had a lot on your mind. He gave you a hug and bided you a good night and you both went to bed, hoping tomorrow would be a better day.

heartbreak weather [jason todd]
⇨ wc: 2.7k

⇨ a/n: a reupload from my old blog. yes, there will be a part two >:)
masterlist
“Dick, what’s going on? Why did you call us down?” You looked around the room in confusion, seeing the other adult Titans sitting in the living room of Wayne Manor.
“You might want to take a seat for this, Y/N,” he says, gesturing to an open seat that was next to him and Dawn. You hesitantly took a seat, sparing a glance at the other Titans who just seemed as confused as you were.
“Jason’s back.”
You laughed, not really believing him. You saw Jason’s dead body with your own two eyes when you went to help Bruce with preparing his grave. There was no way in hell your former lover was alive. “You can’t be serious…right, Dick?”
The sad look in his eyes gave you all you knew, and you could feel your heart snap in two.
“When I went to the warehouse, there was no one there. But then the crook we’ve been looking for came out of nowhere. After a bit of a scuffle, I hit his helmet and knocked a piece of it off. And behind it was Jason,” he says, allowing everyone a moment of silence to process the information.
Your head was spinning. You couldn’t believe what you were hearing. After all this time, your boyf- Jason, was alive. How could that be? What was he doing causing fear to reign in Gotham City? You had so many questions but you felt paralyzed, unable to speak.
Dick continues, looking around at the Titans gathered before him. “I went to the Wayne gravesite and dug his coffin up. It was empty.”
Hank, pacing back and forth from across the room, holds out a hand to pause Dick. “So that little shit is alive? How the fuck did that happen?” You heard Dawn and Kory murmur their agreements.
Dick shook his head. “I don’t know. But all I know at the crime scene, there was a dead body. Jason’s dead body. Bruce saw the body with his own eyes.”
You piped up. “Maybe…maybe Bruce was confused?”
Dawn shook her head. “Bruce doesn’t do confused.”
Kory speaks up for the first time, the Tamaranean running a hand through her locks. “I don’t want to say it but--”
Dick cuts her off. “--It was Jason, I swear it was. Why would I be lying about this?”
You let out a fake cough. “Not the first time you lied about something as big as this.” He glares at you and you just smile before refocusing your attention to Dawn.
“So then how did he do it?” She was looking at the ground with a puzzled expression, gears seemingly churning in her head as she tried to piece together what was going on.
Hank let out a dry laugh. “I bet someone did some kind of voodoo shit and raised him from the dead.”
Kory hums in agreement. “It’s possible. I mean, Bruce does know people.”
Dick sighs, hands folding across his chest. “Bruce doesn’t know anything ‘bout this. He would have never killed the Joker if Jason was still alive.”
Well, that takes Bruce out of question. “What about Ra’s Al Ghul?” Dawn suggested.
“I thought he was in the Middle East somewhere?” You asked.
“Yeah, Kabul,” said Dick. Another name off the list. Kory spoke up.
“If someone is out there in Gotham bringing people to life, maybe there’s a way to get Donna back?” You felt your heart lurch at the mention of her name and the eyes of the other Titans on you. They all knew how much the former Wonder Girl meant to you, especially Dick.
She was like a mother to you, taking you under her wing when your mother was killed by criminals. You remember her taking you back to Titans Tower, introducing you to the other members, and helping you get adjusted to your new life as a vigilante. You were bound at the hip, always training with each other and talking between the two of you. Despite the team breakup, you stuck by her side and helped her take down Cadmus. It was the greatest friendship you had ever known.
But when she passed, it absolutely destroyed you. You refused to eat for days, unwilling to come out of your room. The other Titans were worried about you but you refused to answer or listen to any of them. So Dick took it upon himself to burst in your room, refusing to leave until you ate something. At first, you were royally pissed off. You wanted to be alone, wallowing in the heartache of two of the most important people in your life leaving for good.
But Dick refused. He sat in your room for hours on end, not saying anything unless you said something first. He held you, letting you bury yourself in his arms as you sobbed your heart out. And now, you were thankful for the former Robin for healing the wounds that were leftover from Deathstroke’s encounter.
You were drawn out of your thoughts by Hank snorting. “Well, it’s a little early for Easter, but someone resurrected the little assbite.”
Dawn nodded. “Or he faked his death well enough to fool even Bruce.”
“Either way, he wasn’t doing this shit on his own.” Hank’s comment made you pause. Outside of the Titans, Jason didn’t really have any friends. Well, friends that knew he was Batman’s sidekick, so you thought that Hank’s theory about someone else was helping him carry out whatever plan he has cooked up was far off from the truth.
“Well, whatever happened, he’s changed. I mean, he always had issues, but he was never a full-blown psychopath.” Kory pursed her lips, seemingly trying to wrap her mind around that Jason was the bad guy now.
Dick shifted his feet. “It’s possible that he’s using. When I arrived in Gotham, I found the place he was cooking at. I took a few samples and ran it through the Bat Computer. No hits.” Of course Dick was the one who was playing detective. The majority of his fucking life was dedicated to solving crimes and bring justice against those who committed heinous acts. But in this moment, detective Grayson wasn’t needed. You needed Nightwing.
Hank threw his hands up in exasperation. “For fucks sake, enough of the analysis by paralysis!” Dawn glared at him.
“Everyone’s trying to figure out what the hell happened, Hank.” You snorted at her response, and she turned towards you. “What, Y/N?”
“Isn’t it obvious? You guys blamed him for shit that he didn’t do and almost drove him to suicide. It was a fucking low move of you all and you didn’t have the guts to apologize to him before he left. So it’s no wonder why he’s doing this shit. We need to stop him before everything gets out of hand.” Silence filled the room. You were never the one to raise your voice, let alone at your fellow Titans. But you were frustrated. They weren’t doing anything but bickering between themselves while they could be figuring out how to save Jason from whatever darkness had consumed him.
Dick sighed. “As much as I hate to admit it, but Y/N’s right. We did this to ourselves. We pushed him away and it’s coming back to bite us in the butt. For now, we figure out the how and why later. I’ll meet you down in the Batcave in 10 minutes.”
~~~
The search for Jason was going nowhere. You tried looking at his little chemistry lab but there was nothing new that showed up. Bruce wasn’t picking up your calls, and Dawn and Hank just kept arguing.
You pressed your fingers to your temple to relieve the headache that was currently pounding behind your eyes. You needed to lay down for a bit.
“Got a headache. ‘M going to lay down for a bit,” you muttered, standing from your chair and making your way to the entrance of the Batcave. No one followed you, so you assumed that they were still trying to figure out where the hell Jason was.
You collapsed on your bed, exhaustion creeping into your bones. For the last couple of nights, you couldn’t sleep well. When you were with Jason, there were no nightmares, no mythical demons or assassins coming to get you. It was just pure bliss. But now that he was MIA, the nightmares were slowly starting to come back.
A harsh ringing abruptly took you from your thoughts. Picking up your phone, you squinted at the ID of the person who was calling you. Unknown.
“Hello?”
“Y-Y/N?” Jason’s broken voice came from the other end and you felt your heart drop when you heard his whimpers coming through the phone.
“Jason? What are you doing?” You sat up, clutching the phone in your hands as if it was the single most important thing you owned.
“I messed up,” he says. You could hear shuffling on the other end and you were about to ask where he was when someone knocked on your door.
You pulled the phone away from your ear. “I’m on the phone, one moment!” You called out before raising the phone once more. “What’s going on, baby? Talk to me,” you whispered.
“You gotta help me out, Y/N. I know I-I fucked up but…,” he cuts himself off with a sniffle. “Fuck, I shouldn’t of called you-”
“No!” You said quickly. “Jason, I’m here to help you. What’s going on?” Your stomach twisted itself into knots as you anxiously awaited his response.
“Is anyone with you?” He asks.
“No, I’m in my room at the manor.”
“Y/N, you gotta believe me. There’s something wrong with m-me. All this shit I’ve done? It’s not my fault,” he whimpers and you would do anything at that moment to have him in your arms again.
“I believe you baby,” you coo. “Just tell me where you are right now and I’ll come help you. OK?”
He sniffles. “But you’ll tell Dick-”
“-Dick is too busy fighting with Barbara and the GCPD. I promise you, I’ll come alone and I’ll help you.”
He sighs. “Alright. Come to this address. And don’t bring anyone with you.” The phone falls silent as he hangs up, leaving you sitting on the edge of your bed.
Your love for him never failed you. And it wouldn’t fail you now.
~~~
“Alright, I’m here,” you say, stepping out of the car. Dick wouldn’t mind you borrowing his car for a few hours…right?
“You gotta destroy your phone. It could be tracked.” You rolled your eyes.
“Jason, no one’s following me. I made sure that I came alone. Hell, I even borrowed Dick’s car just to be alone, alright? It’s just me and these…” you looked around, seeing no one at the city park but a few pigeons that were pecking at the crumbs of a leftover cupcake. “...birds.”
“Y/N, it’s not you that I don’t trust. Dick’s a fucking psychopath.” The name falls from his mouth like venom, like he got physically ill just from remembering his former partner’s name.
Sighing, you hung up and set the device down, crushing it with the heel of your boot. Standing up straight, you looked around you, not seeing Jason or anything that would point you in the right direction.
You were distracted by a paper bag, a cell phone ringing from inside it sitting on a nearby bench. You opened the bag up and placed the phone on your ear. “Alright, Jason. Enough with the games. Let me come help you,” you said, getting increasingly annoyed by the fact that your lover was playing with you like a toy.
“Ok. I’ll meet you at the Gotham City Gym. Don’t be late.”
“Didn’t they aband-” The line went dead, and you let out a frustrated sigh. All of these unnecessary distractions better be worth it.
~~~
20 minutes later, you pulled up to the Gotham City Gym. Before you could even get out of the car, you saw that the door was ajar, almost as if it was waiting for you. I guess was considerate enough to give me away in, you thought.
Inside, the lobby of the gym was covered in spiderwebs and dust, the flooring creaking under your feet. It didn’t look like anybody was here and you were about to head back out the door when the phone rang again. You picked it up.
“Enough of the games, Jason. Where are you?” You snapped. You really just wanted to be in his arms again.
“Come to the pool, straight ahead of you. Strip and swim across to the other side.”
You snorted. “Do you seriously think I’m fucking wired?”
Silence.
“Fine. I’ll come.” You hung up and made your way to the pool, following the faded signs that were hung on the walls. As you walked, you couldn’t help but feel a twinge of regret. There was a part of you that was screaming to turn back now, that Jason wasn’t really who he said he was, but you quickly dismissed that thought. You knew him well enough to know that he would never hurt you and that you trusted him to actually take care of you.
Eventually, you came out of the hallway to the pool deck, where years of algae and other gross vegetation littered the top of the pool. You swallowed the lump in your throat before you began stripping. “This better be worth it, Todd,” you called out, hoping that Jason was somewhere out there, watching you, but you were met with silence once again. How much silence will pass between us? You wondered for a moment as you took off your panties, leaving you bare in the eerie room. Now it’s not the time to chicken out, Y/N. Do it for Jason.
You took a deep breath before plunging into the pool, the icy water swallowing your body. You broke the surface for air, taking a few lungfuls in before you leveled yourself out and began to swim to the other side. Your stomach erupted into butterflies once more as you swam, your mind filling with images of Jason Todd. The man you knew and loved.
Your hand bumped against the ledge, and you realized that you reached the end of the pool. You stood on the edge, looking around to see any sign of life in the barren hall.
“Alright, Jason. I’m here. Please, let me help you.”
For a moment, nothing happened. Then, you heard a thud behind you and you turned to see a man in a red mask behind you. Jason.
“Hello, my love,” he said, modulated voice echoing around the pool. You stepped out of the pool, hands covering your shivering form as you stood before him.
“Jason,” you breathed, tears welling up behind your eyes. It had been too long without him, your heart swelling inside you at the fact that Jason Todd was alive and breathing before you. You missed everything about him. His body, his kisses, how he would treat you like a princess but also give you the darkness that you craved. You missed how he would tilt his head back and laugh when you would tell a joke. You missed it all, and you would do anything to have him in your arms again.
You took a tentative step forward, a hand reaching out and touching an arm that was wrapped in his jacket. “I missed you.”
He hums, tilting your chin up to look at the cold whites that replaced his normally green eyes that you grew to adore. “I missed you too, sweetheart.”
“Please, come back to me. I can help you. We can leave the Titans and be together forever. You don’t have to do this, Jason. You’re hurting innocent people,” you tell him.
He takes his hand back and takes out his gun. Your heart pounded in your chest as he raises it, fearing that this moment would be your last.
“I figured you would say that,” he says.
Tears began to drip down your cheeks as you began to plead with him. “J-Jason, please! I l-love you. Let me help.” You clutched onto his arm, looking up to his mask-clad face with a pleading look.
“I’m sorry, Y/N,” he replies before bringing the gun down to the top of your head. Blackness closes over your vision, your body slumping in his arms.
If You Wonder 'Bout The Lightning, I'm Coming Back With The Thunder
Tamaranean!Batmom x Batfamily
Author's Note: For the ask I received! Enjoy! -Thorne
**********************************************************************
It had been pure luck that she’d met Bruce that night she’d fallen through the portal with the Psions following too. Koriand’r hadn’t been with her, and she was fearful of what had happened to her, but the main concern had been the man in front of her communicating in a language she didn’t understand.
It’d taken a few moments of them mumbling and gesturing back and forth in their respective languages to effectively communicate that she needed to kiss him to understand him. And as far as first kisses had ever gone, it was amazing. Language upon language flooded her mind and she collapsed from the strain of it all; he’d caught her, asking if she was okay. She could finally understand, and she’d smiled, nodding, Yes. Thank you.
She explained all she could to this “Batman”—Bruce was his name underneath the mask; she was a prisoner of an evil scientific experimenting race, only escaping with her Princess Koriand’r, but they’d gotten split up. I am Princess Koriand’r’s Lady-in-waiting. And it is my duty to be at her side but so much was happening then, and we have been split up. She’d taken his hands, pleading his help and he agreed.
With no place to go, he let her come to his own manor, though she was loathe to intrude. I should not overstay my welcome, Bruce. If I am, please tell me. He’d merely laughed at her, a whole-body laugh. You haven’t even been here ten minutes. Relax R'hyathiss, you’re more than welcome to stay as long as you’d like. Then he’d paused and looked at her. You might want to find a human name to blend in. R’hyathiss might be confusing for some people and could possibly draw attention.
She’d agreed. What should I name myself then? Bruce took a moment to look her over. (Y/N) Athis. The name sounded strange on her tongue, unfamiliar, foreign, but the longer she said it, the more she liked it. (Y/N) Athis. I enjoy it greatly. He’d smiled at her. I’m glad.
Of course, it’d taken a few months to even track down where Koriand’r had landed, another few to find her. When (Y/N) finally did meet Koriand’r again, it’d been an entire year and Bruce and her had already gotten married. She certainly wasn’t expecting to meet Koriand’r as her son’s girlfriend, but Dick loved her, and he’d grown confused when the two Tamaraneans pointed at each other and embraced like long lost sisters.
Oh, Richard, Kori was apart of the modeling company I worked for! She and I have been friends for years! (Y/N) lied easily enough, though she felt bad for doing so and ushered Kori into another room where they could talk it out. The fact that (Y/N) had hid her alien nature from her family save Bruce. Kori, bless the Princess, had understood whole-heartedly, and agreed to play along, though (Y/N) never forgot her place as Koriand’r’s Lady in Waiting. And she was always there when Kori needed her.
***
Dick groaned as Kori crashed into him and he wrapped his arms around her waist. “Are you alright?” he asked, and she winced, getting off him.
“I am fine.” Her green eyes found her sister’s. “Komand’r will not stop. She is too angry.”
“Tell me about it,” he grunted, climbing to his feet before dodging another attack. “We need help. Even the Justice League is taking some heavy hits.” His gaze drifted to his father and the JL, watching as they fought viciously against Komand’r’s forces.
“We need (Y/N).”
Dick blinked in confusion, glancing to his brothers who were equally confused. “What? Why would mom be needed?”
Kori didn’t answer, flying to Bruce; she punched a monster coming his way and looked down. “Call her. Now.”
“We’ve got this.” He retorted and she grabbed his arm tightly.
“Call R’hyathiss. Now.”
Bruce stared her down, but she didn’t flinch, and he raised his hand to his ear. “We need you.”
Moments later, a streak of ivory shot across the sky and hit Komand’r with the force of a freight train on steroids. The queen flew back, crashing into the road and when the smoke had cleared, everyone in the street was in pure shock as (Y/N) stood before them, a mighty look upon her face.
Komand’r scoffed. “I knew you would show up soon enough, R’hyathiss. Our ever-punctual Lady-in-waiting.”
(Y/N) stared her down. “I was never your lady in waiting, Komand’r. I am Princess Koriand’r’s.” Her hands shined with a pure white light. “Your betrayal of her lady, scrapped any chance of me caring about you as well.” Bringing her hands up, (Y/N) threatened, “You have once chance to retreat from this battlefield with your army or I will kill you where you stand.”
“You wouldn’t dare, peasant.” Komand’r shot back.
“You have threatened my lady and my family.” (Y/N)’s eyes glowed a sharp ivory. “Koriand’r is the strongest of us, but I am stronger than you.” She let the white aura surround her. “Make your choice, Komand’r. Face me, or retreat from earth. Now.”
The two locked gazes for a solid moment then the queen called for a retreat, rising high into the sky. “I will come back.”
(Y/N) huffed. “And I will wait for the day in which I fulfill my duty of slaying you. For the suffering of my lady, and myself.”
Komand’r disappeared in a cloud of black as did the army and the entire street rejoiced. (Y/N) lowered to the ground and looked to her family that was staring at her like she’d grown three heads. She winced. “Believe me,” she murmured. “I did not tell you because I was afraid of this occurring.”
“You’re a Tamaranean, mom?” Dick asked.
She smiled warmly, nodding her head. “Yes, my sweet boy, I am.” Fingers touched her palm and she looked down at Bruce who was gazing at her, but even she could see the care in his face. “Hello my darling.”
Y/N's Pov:
Lena Kieran Luthor was a billionaire businesswoman, head owner of L corp. The fun thing about it was that she was my girlfriend.
But for the past few days she's been ignoring me and leaving the house at random times. "Y/N are you there" I heard my best friend Nia say. I looked up at her and nodded my head. "Yeah I'm alright what were you saying" I said and she frowned. We were at the Alien bar that was in the city just hanging out. Here's the thing I'm a mutant well Tamaranean and Nia is the only one who knows about it.My full name is Y/N K'Lorel and I was an orphan all my life so I lived my whole life fending for myself. So when I met Lena everything changed.
"So where's Lena at" Nia said and I scoffed. "Probably off working like always" I said before downing the glass of scotch that was in my hand. I waved the bartender over and she handed me another glass. "I don't know how you're not drunk yet you've had 10 of them" the bartender said and I just laughed. "I'm an alien" I said and she laughed before walking off to helping another customer.
Lena's Pov:
I was helping supergirl take down an alien when my phone started ringing. I looked over to see Y/N's name pop up on the screen but I just ignored it. "Lena aren't you going to take that" I heard Alex say and I just ignored her before continuing to type away on my computer.
"Why are you ignoring Y/N's calls" I heard James say and I looked up to see him standing next to the desk I was working at in the DEO. "Helping supergirl is much more important" I said as I stopped typing. "Well then at least take a break and come have lunch with us" James said and I sighed before saying alright.
It was night time and I continued helping supergirl find this alien we've been trying to track down. "Lena" I heard Kara's voice and I turned around to see her standing there with her arms folded. "Go home to your girlfriend you've helped enough" she said and I just looked at her and she pulled me up out of the chair before pushing me towards the steps. "But what about the Alien" I said and she huffed. "Lena it'll be here tomorrow just go home and rest and especially to see your girlfriend she's probably missing you like hell right about now" she said and I sighed before saying alright.
I arrived home at around 10pm and I saw no lights on meaning Y/N had probably gone to sleep. I got out of the car and shut the door behind me before walking up to the mansion. I walked up the steps and was about to put the key in but I twisted the doorknob and it was unlocked which was weird. "Y/N darling are you home" I said as I walked into the house shutting the door behind me and locking it. I set my things down by the door before pulling my gun out. "Y/N" I said again but there was no answer.
I walked around the mansion in the dark and didn't find Y/N anywhere until I came across our bedroom. As I grabbed the door handle I smelt smoke so I threw the door open to see Y/N crying in the corner. The wood around her was burnt, so I pocketed my gun before rushing over and kneeling down in front of her. As I reached towards her she snapped her head up and I saw her eyes glowing red as tears fell down her face. "Y/N dear can you hear me" I said reaching towards her and pulling her into a hug even though her skin was burning up.
I sat down on the ground pulling her into my lap as she started to calm down. After a while I felt her pull away. I looked up before grabbing her face. "Are you alright" I said and she just stayed quiet.
Y/N's Pov:
I looked down at Lena from where I was sitting on her lap. "Why have you been ignoring me do you hate me" I said and I watched as her eyes widened in shock before sadness. "I'm sorry darling it wasn't tensional it's just been really stressful with trying to help supergirl track down this alien" she said and I grabbed hold of her wrists before leaning in nuzzling one of her hands. "You could have told me I could have helped you relax" I whispered out resting my forehead against hers. She sighed before removing her wrists from my hands. She wrapped her arms around me before pulling me even closer to her. "I know I just didn't have the guts to tell you how I was feeling it's really hard for me" she whispered out and I cupped her face before pecking her on the lips. "It's alright I forgive you but please next time tell me" I said and she opened her eyes before smiling. I saw a hint of mischief flash through her eyes and I pulled away just a little as I raised my eyebrow. Before I could say anything she said something that shocked me. "Marry me my love " she said and my eyes widened in shock. "W-what" I stuttered out and she helped me up before telling me to wait right here before darting out of the room leaving me dumbfounded.
She came back a couple minutes later with a small black box in her hand. She walked over and grabbed my hands before kneeling down on one knee. "I was waiting for the right time to do this but I think this is a better time to do it" she said and I felt tears already falling down my face. "I really didn't prepare a whole speech for this but, the first time I met you I immediately fell in love watching you read books to the little kids in the library that day. I instantly knew you were the one and when you caught me staring at you you came over and talked to me, god it made me fall deeper in love even though we had just met" she said while looking up at me smiling. "All those romantic dates we went on were the best times of my life and when you moved into the mansion just so we didn't have to be apart I didn't know I could love you even more than I did before so Y/N" she said before releasing my hands and opening the box up to reveal a beautiful emerald green engagement ring. "Will you do me the honors of making me the happiest woman in the world and marry me " she said and I choked back a sob as I nodded my head.
She stood up and I held my hand out for her to put the ring on my ring finger. After she did she wrapped one arm around me and pulled me flush against her while her other hand grabbed my jaw and pulled me into a passionate kiss. I immediately kissed her back as I wrapped my arms around her waist holding her tightly. We pulled away for air and she rested her forehead against mine. "I love you so much my dear girl" she muttered out and I pulled her into another kiss. "I love you too" I whispered out before burying my head into her neck.
