#talking omnitrix au

Au where the Omnitrix talked like the pokedex, the first season version/Dexter, sarcasm and all. Like, Ben scans aliens and Omnitrix gives him data and lets him access the alien or will catalog it (sending it to Azmuth for further data) but still allow Ben to become the alien. It will scan an alien and then suggest what Ben becomes, but will get snippy if Ben becomes something it doesn't want and will sometimes time out quickly, hard slam or not.
It also will talk to Ben and everyone else. When not in scan mode, it can hold a conversation as long as you say it's name before you say something to it.
Omnitrix takes no prisoners. It is a menace, to Ben, Gwen, even Max and ESPECIALLY it's own creator Azmuth (it not inly bites the hand that feeds, it shreds it like a paper shredder). When it's put back on, after that 5 year gap, Natalie is it's main target - it adores Sandra tho.
It does say it registers damaged dna in it's vicinity, in relation to Carl and Frank, but no one ever asks it is it can locate the source.
Albedo's Omnitrix doesn't talk, and even after Ben blows it up and grabs Albedo's, it transferred it's "brain" to the other one due to "sharing wifi". It has a bone and a half to pick with Albedo. Like, it really doesn't like him, Azmuth or Natalie.

I drew this one a few days ago and never posted it for reasons I forget.
Tumblr media
Here's the current reference sheet for the Ben of A Story Told. He has about a million different pseudo names (his friends generally call xer “Benj” or “Benja” whereas xer coworkers and family call him “Ben” or “Benjamin”). His hero name is “Ten Speed”, which he came up with at the age of ten for an email address and it he never outgrew it. His car is called it, his username is it, xe has tried to ‘anonymously’ use it to fly under the radar (and failed fantastically but xe was a child so it's to be expected).
Xe is closeted in public, around family, and just generally when in xer home dimension bit is openly omnigender and poly outside of it. Xer longest standing relationship is a comet with a rock musician in Danny's hometown.
He's not too crazy about dresses (and prefers pants) but does enjoy them on occasion. His preferred style is more geared towards athletic and loose.
-
His Omnitrix scrambled out of its outer casing when he was about ten years old but it went unnoticed until he tried to take it off. Without the outer casing's hardware, xe was unable to control/select xer form nor acquire easy charge. Xe went on to wear the casing sparsely, mostly just to keep the Omnitrix from putting a drain on his body. Transforming without the outer casing is difficult to do on command and near impossible to get right.
The Ultimatrix was supposed to replace the Omnitrix and correct the old programming. The Omnitrix makes the very mature and not tantrum-like decision to cannibalize the Ultimatrix from the inside out, using its parts for replacements and rewiring the Ultimatrix to suite its needs.
The latest edition of the Omnitrix is an attempt to compromise with the original, or so Ben was told. In actuality, it was a failed attempt to deactivate the Omnitrix and replace it with something closer to the intended design. Azmuth might have outdone himself in designing the original's AI…
-
Through trial and error, Benj found a secondary source of power for the Omnitrix so as to keep it from making him sick. At the same time, he learned that he can do and tolerate certain things previously believed exclusive to energy beings. This is how xe was able to get xer ectotattoos; a kind of body art practiced by ghosts and halfas. Eyed viewers might notice that Left and Right are labeled in this image. I a, certain that the artist did not get those confused several times over and that her immense decisiveness will not cause the design and placement of the tattoos to fluctuate across art pieces.
-
A decision from Rex in a desperate situation led to the Omnitrix's parameters to be irreversibly broadened. Whereas before it had cared only about protection of its data and a baseline frequency of transformations, now it monitors its host's (Benj's) vitals. A risk to Ben is a risk to the system; the Omnitrix must now generate defensive and offensive mechanisms for their shared wellbeing.
The amulet was a last ditch attempt to appease the Omnitrix after a freak accident lands Ben in an intensive care unit.

BEN TENNYSON from BEN 10
Tumblr media
JUSTIFICATION:
"I've seen a few people have an au of this and I really like the idea
Also could explain why she went alien so much in the original series for little reasons." - Anonymous
"A good chunk of the Ben 10 Fandom headcanons her as transmasc and while that is incredibly valid and based, I do want to see more representation where it goes the other way. Given Ben the Breath Of The Wild Link and Owl House Hunter treatment, people! <3" - @junk-jester
"She’s always TRANSforming into different aliens. The feedback arc in omniverse is just one big trans allegory. Feedback was bens favorite alien to transform into back when she was Ben 11. She’s always her go to, and is even transforming into feedback outside of fights, just for fun like absorbing energy from car batteries, and says that being feedback just feels right, like a part of her. Her family tries to tell her that she can’t just pick feedback all the time, and that she needs to be well rounded but she doesn’t listen. She fights a corrupted computer alien as feedback, and the alien tears feedback out of her and kills feedback. She manages to defeat the alien, but she can no longer become feedback. She becomes depressed after this, and even takes off the omnitrix, what allows her to transform, and doesn’t put it back on for years until an alien invasion threatens earth. A couple years after that, the computer alien comes back. She hates him and fails to defeat him, until she has a talk with her inner younger self, who knows she still blames her for losing feedback. She makes peace with herself and becomes feedback once again and defeats the alien, showing that transgenderism triumphs all. Feedback makes a few appearances after this, not often though, almost as if bens afraid of losing her again. So yeah, trangener" - Anonymous

Cookiescross Pokémon AU stuff
Salem, leader of the evil team, is horribly mutating Pokémon into abominations known as Grimm. These Pokémon are untamable, feral, and only listen to her and a select few.
Ruby Rose: A young girl setting out on her Pokémon journey. She obtains a Scizor from Ben as her first Pokémon as Ozpin’s starter that was meant for her ran away. She eventually finds it and adds it to her team.
Ruby just wants to become the best trainer around, the champion rank of the champion ranks. But with new trouble popping up throughout the Remnant region, it’s gonna be pretty hard to do something like that.
Ben is assigned to tag along her entire journey, much to his dismay.
The team I have planned for her is:
Scizor (Basically her crescent rose)
Inteleon (High caliber sniper mon)
Roserade (It used to be Summer’s Pokémon.)
Salamence (Caught from a Bagon, signifies Ruby’s wish to “fly” and become a great Pokémon trainer. Shelgon evolved into a Salamence when the two’s ideals lined up into one, during a fight against Cinder, as Ruby wished to be stronger and Shelgon wished to fly to save her.)
Alcremie (obligatory little guy)
She eventually picks up a legendary to add to her team to stop Salem, being Zygarde, both determined to bring balance back to Remnant.
Ben Tennyson: An ex-champion ranked trainer, Ben is an oddball with an unknown history. Somehow, he threw away his prodigious champion rank, earned when he was Ten, to disappear for five years, whereabouts unknown.
He’s matured since then, but Ruby finds it odd that she’s never seen him fight—until one fateful encounter with Tyrian leaves her team on the brink of toxic damage, and Ben brings out a powerhouse even Ozpin didn’t know he had.
Ben’s team:
Deoxys (basically the Omnitrix. A Pokémon that’s been with him since he was ten, and helped him defeat eight gyms and become a champion ranker. But it mysteriously disappeared when he was twelve, leading to Ozpin and everyone else assuming Ben no longer had this Pokémon on him.)
Xurkitree (Feedback, basically. A Pokémon he lost in a showdown against a corrupted Rotom, which practically absorbed the Xurkitree’s ball into its body. Sensing Ben’s presence later on, Xurkitree broke out of its chains to assist Ben once more.)
Buzzswole (Four Arms. One of Ben’s ace Pokémon, and sees the most use in battles due to its astounding strength.)
Nihilego (Ghostfreak. A wild encounter with this Pokémon left Ben traumatised as a kid, but after encountering it again, hurt, in Ultra Space, Ben tended to its wounds and added it to his team.)
Kartana (Wildvine. Ben’s wild card, Kartana uses the surprise factor of even being on the field to absolutely go to town on opponent teams, cutting them up before they even have the chance to react.)
Rayquaza (Sensing great power from a trainer, Rayquaza faced Ben in a battle atop Sky Tower. It took all his Pokémon, but Deoxys trumped the big lizard, and Rayquaza agreed to join Ben’s team.)
Rex Salazar: Rex did not want to become a Pokémon trainer. But after a Grimm attack on his home town, or a scientific facility made to study those Grimm, Rex joins Ben and Ruby on their adventure to make things right.
Rex suffers from memory loss, so he hopes that his journey with Ben and Ruby will help jog some of those.
Rex’s team:
Ambipom (Bobo. This Ambipom can actually talk—and was basically Rex’s only companion in the facility. A result of some of the facility’s experimentation left this Pokémon with boosted intelligence—and a love for being sarcastic, apparently.)
Tinkaton (Big, massive, hammer. This Tinkaton has been observed to change its hammer based on the situation, having gone from hammer to sword to fists before. Rex is still unsure why it does this, and it feels a little extra to keep switching, no?)
Sceptile (One of Agent Six’s team members, who he sent to watch Rex to ensure his safety. It’s a stark contrast to the rest of Rex’s team, as it fights with a certain rhythm and discipline.)
Randy Cunningham: A chosen trainer, having the ability to empathise with his Pokémon and truly understand their emotions. Randy was selected from years upon years of trained Pokémon to be the final trainer to carry on the legendary “Ninja” title.
Randy doesn’t really understand as to why it was him to be chosen, and he joins the main three after accidentally flubbing a battle and realising he might need more help.
Randy’s team:
Ogerpon (The ninja mask, Ogerpon is adaptable and the most friendly of Randy’s passed-down Pokémon. Often switching masks to turn the tide of battle. When Randy eventually unlocks “Ninja Zen”, an ancient art that basically allows him to be on the same wavelength as his Pokémon, Ogerpon dons the Ninja Mask and becomes a Fighting/Grass type.)
Greninja (A Pokémon that has been with the First ninja. It’s honestly surprised as to why Randy was chosen as its trainer, since he’s a little bit…different from the rest of the Ninjas. It’s stunningly powerful, but only if Cunningham understands what to tell it. When in Ninja Zen, it adopts a form similar to ash greninja.)
Accelgor (A speed demon that Randy is still unsure how to control. It’s erratic and barely listens to him.)
Dragapult (Its a very kind Pokémon, the one which guided Randy on how to train its teammates in the first place. It’s got a motherly nature to it, probably because the two Dreepy on its head are its kids.)
Blake Belladona: A Faunus girl, shunned for their ancient connection to Pokémon and their pokemon-like body parts, even though most of them cannot use Pokémon moves. Blake is part Meowscarada, and excels at sleight of hand tricks.
After saving Ben and company from the White Fang, she’s originally surprised by the group’s lack of hostility toward her and her Faunus traits.
When they eventually go to see Weiss, the two break out in an argument, which eventually leads to Weiss discovering what exactly is happening in the mines.
Blake’s team:
Meowscarada (A pokemon she has a sort of link with. The two battle as if in sync, with Blake not needing to call out moves for the Pokémon to know exactly what she wants.)
Zoroak (A Pokémon gifted to her when she was a child. It can create illusions to hide Blake when she needs it, together with her Faunus traits, and hence comes in extremely useful.)
Crawdaunt (Schnasty lobster. After Blake nearly drowned, this Pokémon came to her aid, and has been at her side as a guardian angel of sorts ever since. It’s the one Pokémon that helped her buy time while she escaped from Adam. She eventually met up with it again, after her re-confrontation with the Tauros Faunus.)
Weiss Schnee: A snobbish, prideful heiress of Remnant’s most powerful company—Dust mining, which work like a mix of Z-crystals and type gems from the Gen 5 games (I’m still working on it)—and has a powerful team to boot.
After a near-death experience when Ruby and co. brought her into the mines, she realised exactly what her dad was doing to the poor Pokémon and Faunus workers, and well, she wasn’t happy.
Her dad took away her Pokémon, but one insisted on staying with her—the family’s most powerful mon,
Kingambit (The Arma Gigas. It’s the Schnee family’s famous Pokémon, prided for its strength and honour. While it used to be Winter’s Pokémon, it chose to tag along with Weiss on her journey.)
Weiss also later obtained her team back, with help from Randy, which consists of
Froslass (Saved her from falling during a ski trip in the mountains. Has stuck with her ever since.)
Delphox (Her starter from Professor Ozpin. She didn’t like it at first, but it grew on her.)
Appletun (Some weird lady gave her an apple, but it turns out that apple had an Applin inside! After eating the sickly sweet apple, it evolved into an Appletun that Weiss finds quite adorable.)
Yang Xiao-Long: A member of Raven Branwen’s tribe, Yang was raised to pride strong Pokémon over anything else. She didn’t even realise Ruby was her half-sister until much, much later, when she joined Ruby’s team for good.
Yang doesn’t like how controlling her mom is, and sometimes wished she’d been with her dad instead, even with her mom talking so much smack about Tai.
She eventually leaves the tribe when the whole group shows up to confront Raven about a kidnapped group of powerful Pokémon from their natural habitats, which is about when Ruby meets Bagon for the first time,
Yang’s team:
Infernape (Yang’s original Pokémon. It’s fast, it hits hard, but the two never formed a bond as Raven deemed it “useless”.)
Tyranitar (One of the two Pokémon that the tribe kidnapped. It chose to join Yang as a Larvitar as it found her to be a strong, destructive force, like its mother would have been.)
Garchomp (The other Pokémon the tribe kidnapped. It’s oddly meek for its species, and joined Yang as she seemed to be the friendliest person in the tribe.)
…Pawmot? (A Pokémon Yang picked up into the journey with Ruby and gang, which she found adorable. It’s more of a sign that she’s shedding the beliefs raven drilled into her head.)

That Ben 10 AU I Made (that I never talked about)
So back in 2022, not long before I went to art school and was in the process of preparing to go, I was particularly hyperfixated on Ben 10, and generally speaking, stress often causes me to specifically dream as or beside the main character of my hyperfixation at the time. I won't go into what was stressing me out so badly then, but I had a dream of a specific few nonexistent episodes of Ben 10 and minor tweaks and changes to the show that I later drew and expanded upon.
Specifically, there was some (not real) episode in the original series where Ben had to take off clothing to jump into a lake, revealing not only a training bra or bikini top (not sure which), but also that the brown hair was a wig covering ash blonde hair. And it had been no secret that Ben was a girl the whole time, she'd just clearly gotten tired of correcting people. Continuity-wise, it was mentioned again in Omniverse, where pronouns were corrected to "she" as a constant gag through some early episode, and then visibly given up out of laziness. It was also stated in the dream that at some point, Ben gained actual wings in base form in Omniverse and definitely had them, was able to hide them entirely, and never bothered to figure out how to use them or pull them out for almost anything. So in whatever reality where those episodes (and continuity details) actually existed, Ben would canonically be a winged butch lesbian.
After some discussion with a friend (@zilathehusky)
-Benjamin Kirby Tennyson is still her birth name, despite being cis female. Sandra and Carl are just like that. -Ben was constantly mistaken as male throughout OS, and eventually genuinely didn't care, as it didn't matter as much to her as a kid, so didn't tend to correct people almost at all except in the event of bathroom usage or similar scenarios. -Ben genuinely enjoys stereotypically masculine passtimes and clothing styles. -Ben actually genuinely hid her sex/gender throughout the entirety of UAF, as she was on the boys' soccer team and wanted to stay there. -in dating Julie, Ben had to explain to her that she was female. Julie tells her that all the girls at school already knew and were keeping it from the boys collectively. -Ben's wig remains a constant until Omniverse, where the wig is suddenly switched out for red-brown hairdye, explaining the sudden messiness of Ben's Omniverse hair in contrast to Ben's super neatened UAF hair, as her hair is actually quite spiky. -as of Omnierse, Ben is no longer on the soccer team, and thus no longer hides her sex/gender. Regardless, people continue to assume she's male and she's too tired of correcting people at this point.
I also discussed it with another friend and we decided that the wings likely occurred as a result of some torture Servantis decided to put Ben under after losing, giving Ben the same treatment he gave to the other Rooter kids. He made sure it was the most painful transformation he could give, as forcing a body to suddenly grow wings it's not built to have has got to hurt. The wings are on her base form, meaning that with or without the omnitrix, the wings are a feature Ben's body just has. She does not like them or enjoy having them, and got none of the instincts associated with their use. That said, she does manage to figure out how to more or less "put them away" such that they technically aren't even present until she wills them back. She specifically does not know how to fly with them, forgets she has them constantly, and eventually gets forced to learn how to at least glide horribly with them by family and friends. Inevitably this leads to many hilarious gags about having huge awkward limbs Ben doesn't know how to control, including but not limited to smacking Rook in the face with them, as well as Ben at some point being in free fall, then slapping the omnitrix to get a flying alien, only for Rook to be like, "You have wings in human form. Why do you not use those?" and Ben just facepalming and responding with, "I forget they're there!"
Also, Yuri Lowenthal and Tara Strong were still her voice actors with zero changes.
Here are some screenshot mockups that I made shortly after having the dream back in 2022:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It was also later decided (heavily based on the color of her hair and wings, which were both an ash/light tan color) that her wings and hair color came from genetic infusion with peafowl specifically, thus also explaining Ben's fear of peacocks.

Human Transformations!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Not much of a series it was very short-lived, basically one day i had the idea of exploring how would other aliens translate to human on the omnitrix. Essentially a gijinka but with somewhat strict rules. You can probably guess who is who
I always liked to imagine tini as a really young girl in tetramand years because 1. it makes her flirting with ben less creepy (ignore synaptak he doesnt exist. either that or hes also like 10 years old you choose which) 2. i refuse to believe that an adult tetramand woman would be any stronger than a young tetramand boy even if the omnitrix makes him the peakest strongest chaddest 10 year old muscle boy out there
Also alot of people told me that making Myaxx an old humanlady was a weird decision but idk ive always seen her as a sort of old cranky hag yk what i mean? This probably doesnt paint me in a very normal light considering how i always talk about how how myaxx is also im sorry myaxx i wanted to give you a beard like you deserve but im too weak
Tumblr media
This one im most proud of!! I like to imagine that the prototype omnitrix will get extremely confused by cyborgs if theyre advanced enough, causing the transformation to be very, to use a scientific term, fucked
If i were to make an AU off of this whole miniseries of designs it would be one where vilgax is successful in aquiring the omnitrix but it ends up being very corrupted and screwed up like this, maybe he ends up being on the run from the plumbers and he goes on adventures as he wreaks havoc on earth

Teen Ben Omnitrix Au snippet
Teenager Omnitrix in the wild: learning how to function while being organic.
I've been thinking on and off about a fantastic fanfiction I read a while ago now which had Ben being the Omnitrix. Here
I have a very soft spot for those types of situations, you know? Playing around with questions regarding humanity and self views,my type of fun. So I thought "What if Ben looked a little older when he appeared from his dormant Omnitrix form?" And "What if he didn't know how to be human?"
"How would others view ben? How would it shape him?" Well this bad boy * slaps hood of this Au* was born from that question and others like it. *Evil laughter in the distance*
Teenager Omnitrix in the wild: learning how to function while being newly organic.
Chapter 1 sneak peek
Important Past lessons learnt from Gwen's teachings. Hygien. How did Ben learn it?
It started with an emergency shopping trip. They couldn't let the alien (genetically human) go without properly fitting clothes. Her uncle's ratty to big old clothes just wouldn't cut it. Plus The newly arrived and dubbed Ben would need stuff. Toothbrushes, hygiene products in general, clothes and proper shoes.
Gwen still didn't completely understand how or even why Ben would need to come along with them? Shouldn't they just call the authorities? Ben is still an alien, no matter how human he may look. Gwen is still probably the one that will need to tutor him on "how to human" or "pass for a human". She should probably start by explaining how to open the door.
"It says pull not push Ben!"
"Oh, sorry Gwen. I just don't understand why not all Terran establishments don't just have touchpads and auto opening entrances?"
She was going to need to teach him how to talk like a proper young dude. "Auto opening entrances" needs fixing as soon as she can scrabble together enough emergency movie DVDs, magazines and pop songs. She's going to make a proper teen out of him yet! Now where is the Wonder woman themed deodorant?

Thinking about the Dragonfly au. How do the Ben 10 characters, heroic, villainous, space cop, what have you stack up against the DC superhero stuff. I have to imagine the Plumbers and the Lantern Corps possibly having jurisdiction issues. I am not unconvinced that the Null Void and the Phantom Zone are probably different areas in the same dimension.
Given some of what we see of the Null Void throughout the franchise, I wouldn't be surprised if they're the same area in the same dimension. Swear shit changes with every damn episode you see it in, nonetheless series.
Plumbers and Lantern Corps have so many jurisdiction issues. It's essentially a case of 'two powerful civilizations started their own galactic police forces in order to impose their thoughts of right and wrong on the galaxy'. Some planets align themselves with one and won't have with the other, some won't have with either of them, some don't really get a say in the matter because they're so low on the pecking order (*cough*earth*cough*). Plumbers see the Lantern Corps as loose cannons that are more a threat than a benefit, Lantern Corps see the Plumbers as a bunch of moral degenerates with badges.
How people stack up against each other really varies based on who you're talking about. Superman's experienced enough to give Ben a run for his money, though powerwise they're not too far off thanks to the Omnitrix. Dragonfly has and will again ruin Batman's day, just try them (Carel had a Very Bad Week when he went to Gotham for a conference and Bruce had a Very Bad Week when Dragonfly cracked open Arkham like a pinata). Everyone who knows the deal with Gwendolyn is kinda terrified she'll snap. In general Ben 10 villains are more powerful/dangerous than the other fuckers, but the Big Deal Holy Shit fuckers from DC can be worse than the Ben 10 ones. Lantern Corps and Plumbers are kinda at a stalemate as far as power and just try to pretend each other isn't there. Joker is a lot more careful about where he goes because there's even more shit going on and in Dragonfly stuff the fact he is still just a fucking guy does not get swept under the rug and he knows damn well there's places where his bullshit will get him killed or worse.
There are a lot of people the League has not and will not manage to grab, including the Tennysons (too much Plumber/League/Lantern Corps conflict) and Dragonfly (combine anti-authority with too much holier-than-though bullshit from the League with 'we've seen what you fuckers pull stay away off our turf'). Just how adversarial the relationships are varies.

For your Ben 10 au, we want to see ghostfreak and big chill talking with each other.
Big Chill rested on a large rock, wings outstretched and feeling lazy. The boy hadn’t figured out to change the settings on the omnitrix, how to get the full stock of DNA inside the weapon. That was alright for him though, It just meat that he could relax while others were out fighting. The ten year old was having a fun time playing hero, and the other aliens were more than happy to teach him how to wield the Omnitrix and mentor him.
“Hello Necrofriggian,” a low voice purred.
“What do you want Ghost freak?” Big Chill growled, “I’m just trying to relax.”
“Don’t call me by that boy’s ridiculous name for me. My name is Zs’Skayer, and the rest of you should remember your own names instead of taking the one’s the child is giving out,” the Ectonurite growled before coming back to a more calm tone, “I heard that you have a way to take control of the Omnitrix from the inside. You could-“
“I’m not taking control of the boy, so you can try and control this world,” Big Chill said. “You’re here as a prisoner, I’m here as a volunteer. Now go away, I’m trying to nap.”
“That boy has no idea what power he wields!” Zs’Skayer screeched, “he acts like the omnitrix is a plaything! And everyone just acts like it’s alright that a child has a powerful weapon. What if he endangers the planet!”
“We will interfere so nothing that bad happens,” Big Chill said as he waved the Ectonurite away, “for now let the child play hero. I see no harm in it.”
“Your just as foolish as the rest of them,” Zs’Sayer yelled, “just allowing the child to do what ever he wants! You even asked that Chronosapien to find out what he names you in the future!”
“I like Big Chill as a name,” the Necrofriggian mumbled as he closed his eyes, “it fits for me.” Big chill didn’t hear what Ghost freak said after that, for he was already drifting off to sleep.

i've been trying to find the post explaining the ben 10 shapeshifter au but i just can't, would you be ok with explaining it again?
Sure thing. Here's the link to the original post if you still want to read it.
The Omnitrix landed on Earth before Ben and Gwen were born and Max found it. However, Max had no interest in putting on since his Plumber days had caused him his relationship with his sons, who only allowed him to be in their lives because they want their kids to know their grandfather.
And in this au, the Omnitrix landed too hard, causing it to glitch. Knowing how much trouble it is than it's worth, Max tried to call his fellow Plumbers to deal with it since he doesn't want to ruin his second chance with his family.
When Carl and Sandra came by to drop off some containers that Max forgot to pick up earlier that day, Max immediately hid the Omnitrix before his son and daughter-in-law could come in. Carl took Max outside to talk about something while Sandra put the containers back in the cabinets.
However, after Sandra put the containers back, she notices a green glowing light coming from the hidden place where Max hid the Omnitrix. Out of curiosity, Sandra touches the Omnitrix, resulting in the alien DNA going inside Sandra and the Omnitrix becoming nothing more than a bracelet. While Sandra did feel a string from the device, she didn't think much of it other than it being a strange watch that her father-in-law has.
Not long after the event, Sandra discovers that she's pregnant. She and Carl are overjoyed by the wonderful news that they're going to be parents, along with Frank and Natalie who are celebrating the news of their second child. Little Ken is excited about having a new baby sibling and cousin at the same time.
But during his development in his mother's womb, Ben was transforming inside. Changing between his forms while Sandra felt something was off. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong with her baby. Sometimes Ben would go small, go big, or accidentally scratch his mother with his claws.
This causes Sandra to worry about her unborn child. Even when the doctors told her that her baby is fine, Sandra can't stop fearing the possibility of something happening to her baby
While Sandra's food cravings weren't out of the ordinary for an excepting mother and even eating Max's cooking, she began to crave some metal.
Max eventually discovers that the Omnitrix has lost all the alien DNA. He at first believes it was because of the crashed landing, but when Sandra expresses her concerns about her child, Max suspects that the DNA is inside of her. However, fearing for the safety of his daughter-in-law, Max is hoping that he's wrong.
When the day of the birth finally arrive, the Tennyson family are surprise to know that both Frank and Carl are having their respective children on the same day. Nevertheless, everyone is happy for the births of the new members of the family.
Sandra, however, still felt that something was wrong. But she ultimately decided to love her child no matter what. The delivery is unimaginably painful, making her feel like she's being split in two.
But after giving the last push, Ben is born. Looking at her son for the first time, all the worry and fear immediately melted away as the love she has for her son overcame those negative emotions. Carl and Sandra coddle their newborn baby in their arms.
At that moment, everything was perfect. It was just the three of them, alone in the world together.
And that moment was over when Ben shape-shifted into his Pyronite form. The new parents were shocked and scared when they saw their child being on fire. Yet despite that, Sandra continues to hold her son in her arms.
A nurse came in to check on Sandra and Ben, only to witness everything that just happened right before her eyes. Horrified, the nurse ran out and accidentally bump into Max. She told him what she just saw.
Max immediately went to the room and sees his son and daughter-in-law, along with a newborn Pyonite. Carl and Sandra are more focused on why their son is on fire and not crying in pain. Ben then shape-shift into a Vulpimancer pup.
When Carl sees Max, he demanded to know what's going on with his son. Max reveals everything to his son and daughter-in-law about the Omnitrix. Naturally, Carl is upset that his father is seemingly returning to his old habits. But despite being angry at his father, Carl is more focused on protecting his wife and son from danger.
Even though they have no idea what's going on with their son, Carl and Sandra still love Ben greatly. Even if he can shape-shift into different species.
With Ben's parents' approval, Max runs some tests on Ben. Seeing that his newborn grandson does have the missing DNA, along with Carl's, Max discovers Ben has multiple fathers, including Carl while Sandra is his only mother.
Even after learning all of this, Carl won't let this stop him from loving Ben and still sees him as his son. So not long after Ben is born, Carl and Sandra left Bellwood for the safety of their son. Not wanting to bring unwanted attention to their family, they decided to raise Ben in the countryside so he can learn to control his powers better. Max does visit them whenever he can, which Ben loves.
So in this au, Ben grew up sheltered and isolated from the world. Both Carl and Sandra are loving but overprotective of their son since they're aware that people will hate and fear him despite wanting to help people.
Ben didn't know that has more than one father since Carl and Sandra never told him until he was five when Zs'Skayr came into his life. But it was mostly to protect him since they didn't know about the other fathers.
I hope you'll like this.

Further notes on Ben and Danny's relationship:
Given that both are poly and rather touchy-feely in their friendship, the idea of dating each other has come up — and subsequently dropped on mutual agreement. Danny is unsure if he can date three people at once (the other two being Tucker and Sam). Ben, meanwhile, wants to avoid risking one of the best relationships he currently has.
There is a strain on their friendship in that Ben is such a public figure and that, if ever their worlds were to merge, Danny would surely be sniffed out. The solution they’ve come to for this is that Ben’s identity must be kept a close guarded secret in Danny’s dimension (going by Tenspeed when working in the area). It is rare for Danny to traverse to Ben’s dimension, as he is a far more local entity, but on the off chance that he does visit he keeps to the identity of Phantom save for when behind closed doors.
One of the things that spurred the two to consistently interact is Ben’s discovery that ectoplasm acts as a wonderful way to keep the Omnitrix’s drain on his body from making him sick. As for why this is the case, he hasn’t a clue. Unrelatedly, Ben is capable of small scale magic after the consumption of ectoplasm and he has certain attributes that had before been believed exclusive to ghosts and halfas.
Such as the ability to get ecto tattoos, which require at least one other ghost-standin. Danny fulfilled that particular role, acting as the unofficial officiator for Ben and his primary partner, whom received matching tattoos of kits own.
A fun contrast between Ben and Danny comes in that Ben is seemingly more brazen and relaxed whereas Danny is awkward and shy; Danny is more confident in his closeness whereas Ben is constrained and cagey. Danny is explicit in his compassion, casually saying “I love you” and being generally huggy; Ben’s affections are almost always hidden under three layers of intrigue. The most that Ben initiates are high fives, maybe a pat on the shoulder. He does, however, reciprocate and even linger when physical affection is offered.
Last thing before I take a stab at composing graphs and the like for bleedin’ homework; one of the keys to their relationship is that they recognize a certain discomfort in each other. An aspect of this AU (A Story Told) is that Ben’s homelife is… not amazing. It’s something he doesn’t talk about nor mention but Ben’s life has been such that when he met Danny and came to understand how the Fenton’s view people like Phantom, he felt more than a little bit of displaced protectiveness. It is for this reason that Ben goes on to give Danny advice on secrecy, discretion, and obscurity, as Ben has (or had) several years of a hidden identity and more than enough time to reflect on what he’d done wrong.
Edit: Danny's love languages are physical touch in expression and quality time in reception; Ben's are gift-giving in expression and physical touch in reception.

Ben 10 Aliens As Their Own Characters (Original Series)
This has been on my mind for a looooong, long time and I finally decided to share this here.
I’ve seen some cool concepts for the “Ben’s Omnitrix glitched out and caused the aliens to have their own sentience” AU (like @thisunknowngenius’ take on the AU for example, as well as @justmenoworries‘ glorious @omniglitch-au) and I thought of sharing my own take for this.
Gonna call this AU of mine Ben 10 Alienated.
Let’s start with the Original 10 here because I have no idea where to start with the others lmao.
Wildmutt - Considered as the family pet, he’s just like any other normal man’s best friend. He always strive to be close with his family (especially Ben) to show how much he loves them.
Four Arms - an extremely violent, short-tempered, and very brash berserk who tends to be quite unkind to others around him, especially towards the people who dare hurt his loved ones. He seems to think that punching things, including people, is the best way to solve problems and his hot head can sometimes get him into trouble.
Grey Matter - tends to be boorish, and sarcastic with a dry sense of humor. He usually has a stoic frown, though he does smile from time to time. Grey Matter is very honest and blunt about what is on his mind. His brutal honesty isn't so much out of a sense of morality, but because he doesn't want to waste brain space by making up a lie. Regardless, he’s willing to help his family with any problem that only relates to knowledge and tutoring.
XLR8 - an energetic and upbeat Kineceleran who loves to do all sorts of bizarre things and dislikes "dull" things, like reading and studying. He’s a menace in the pranking field, but thankfully, his pranks are all relatively harmless. XLR8′s also a good sport and loves doing some competitions with his siblings. Well, unless you’re cheating then you’re really asking for a pie in the face.
Upgrade - literally the nicest alien you’ll ever meet. Upgrade possesses emotions and acts more like a human than a normal Mechamorph. He’s a bit shy but is generally a very kind-hearted individual who speaks in a polite manner and is sensitive to others' feelings. Despite his typically shy behavior, Upgrade occasionally demonstrates more assertiveness, confidence and can stand up for himself without resorting to anger (Heatblast joked that Four Arms should take notes about this). He’s pretty much seen with Grey Matter in most cases as he is more like an assistant of his.
Diamondhead - If someone were to look up “father figure”, then Diamondhead is sure to appear in those results. He is very responsible and talks formal. He rarely loses his nerve and can maintain clarity in any situation. He’s like the loving father figure of Ben, Gwen and the aliens and has a closer relationship towards Max due to sharing the responsibilities of being the parent figure of the fam.
Ripjaws - Not exactly the most intellectual member of the aliens, as Ripjaws is clueless, easily confused by complex words and misinterprets insults and figures of speech. He is also very gullible, often easily believing things people say and is surprised when others tell him that they're lying. In general, his mood can shift very quickly. He can bounce between bored, to happy, to angry, and to happy again. Despite his easygoing and aloof personality, Ripjaws is a good-natured and well-meaning alien.
Stinkfly - the very definition of “lazy” and a good-for-nothing couch potato of the family. He may be laid-back, but he’ll do anything to help the world in need and protect his family. Despite this, there’ll be times that he can be cynical towards others, even to the aliens and Tennysons.
Ghostfreak - he’s quite hard to approach given his quiet, deadpan and distant demeanor. But that’s because Ghostfreak is simply not good at expressing his emotions and would rather do so through his poems. It does help with giving him ideas on how to express his emotions more. Regardless, he has a heart of gold to the people he truly trusts; his one big family.
Heatblast - he’s a sporty athlete with a fiery personality and is always eager to challenge someone when he’s being challenged. Heatblast is one of the more mature aliens unless he ends up getting himself caught into the childish antics of his siblings (mainly XLR8).

What's your favourite ben centered ship? Also why and some headcanons to do with it please
I love so many Ben ships, it's impossible for me to choose just one. But I think right now my favorite is probably Ben/Gwen/Kevin.
I have such a soft spot for poly ships, mostly because so many fans don't seem to even consider them a possibility!
So far it's mostly just me making Bwevin content, but I'm hoping to sway some fellow fans into enjoying them eventually, hehe :)
As for why? I guess because I already like Bwen, Bevin, and Gwevin separately — it just makes sense to put them together! All three of them are pretty much attached at the hip in canon, anyway.
Here's some headcanons for the three of them that are canon to my Three's Company AU:
Ben and Gwen start dating when they're 12, a year after Ben takes off the Omnitrix.
Their parents have absolutely no idea. Gwen's parents would separate her from Ben. Ben's parents do eventually find out, but they're already letting him risk his life as a hero, so they can't exactly draw the line at who he's kissing. They don't like it, but Carl and Sandra choose to be happy that Ben is happy and not think about it.
Kevin and Gwen have the public relationship. As far as their friends, family, and press are concerned, Ben isn't involved at all.
He fake-dates Julie for a while once he becomes famous after a scare with the paparazzi hanging outside of his bedroom window. He refuses to let anyone know that he's dating his cousin.
Despite Ben's best efforts, Julie figures it out. She doesn't tell anyone, but she also can't be friends with Ben now that she knows the truth, so they stop talking.
It takes Ben a while to be comfortable with telling Rook the truth. Incest isn't uncommon on Revonnah (it's taboo in upper class society, actually, because it's seen as a sign that you couldn't find a more suitable match for your child and had to resort to family), so Rook doesn't really care.
Rook doesn't like watching Ben do couple stuff with Gwen and Kevin. (He's not disgusted, though. It's jealousy.)
Rook does eventually end up dating Ben, too. Gwen and Kevin don't mind sharing.
Ship is shared between Ben, Gwen, and Kevin. Kevin likes him the most, because Ship is really useful for repairs and upgrades. Ship and Zed eventually become best friends :)
After Gwen and Kevin leave Bellwood, they set up a schedule to video call with Ben at least once a week, and they have a group date night once a month.
Ben, Gwen, and Kevin do eventually "get married." It's not a legally binding ceremony, but they still consider themselves married 💕
Charmcaster knows about Ben and Gwen dating, since she spends so much time spying on Gwen. She doesn't really care — she uses it as blackmail.
Will Harangue starts a fake story about Ben dating his cousin to make him look bad. Frank sues him for defamation and Will is legally not allowed to talk about Ben or Gwen after that.
None of the three of them have biological children with each other. Ben and Gwen would feel too guilty if they brought a child into the world, and Gwen and Kevin are not compatible due to being Anodite and Osmosian.
All three of them are, generally speaking, much happier and more comfortable people than they are in canon. Gwen in particular is FAR less stressed.
Gwen is absolutely the jealous type, haha! She almost got into a fist fight with one of Ben's super fans who wouldn't stop touching him, and Kevin had to hold her back.
Ben is the least jealousy prone of the three of them and, ironically, the most needy.
Gwen wears her hair tied up in a high ponytail with a green scrunchie. Her favorite color is green. (Yes, this is important.)

AU Idea: Ben 10 Alien Hybrids. Everyone would have DNA of random aliens, even siblings would be different. All I know is that Grif would be part Atrocian and part Gourmand. And Sarge might have some Appoplexian. And Caboose should be something strong, like Galilean or Tetramand or Transylian.
It has been a MINUTE since I watched Ben10, so I'm trying to remember all the different aliens... I think it would be funny if they each got some kind of proto-type/demo-version of an Omnitrix, and it gives everybody their own set of maybe 5 aliens, but they are all IRONIC. As in, they get powers that are so far outside of their comfort-zone, it takes a while to get the hang of it (Grif getting an XLR8 form, and for a few hours after transforming back, he's still stuck in "hyper drive", so he talks too fast/can't sit still). The only one who is totally fine with whatever is Caboose (he's just lucky like that, he's at home being any kind of creature). Church is the one who seems to be unable to change into anything at all; he doesn't know how to make it work, but he's literally supposed to be like... the guidance program for how to use the Omnitrix. He forgot. Now he's just a guy. Once he actually gets his memory back, he un-locks the Omnitrix settings for everybody, but goofs it up, so now they get a NEW set of aliens, but can't use the old ones anymore (eventually, they can use everything it is just gonna take a while, because Church won't admit he needs a manual to remember how to be a manual). Some evil bad-guy tries to use Tucker's DNA from his Omnitrix to make a clone that can use all his alien forms, but this fails... however, it results in Junior! The kiddo is not only related to his daddy, but is kind of a mix of all the aliens Tucker has been (Junior can't use extreme versions of the powers yet, but has a lot of abilities). When Tucker's Omnitrix gets broken in the process, he discovers he can still use certain alien powers... and THIS is how they all start finding out that the reason these unfinished Omnitrix devices worked for them to begin with; each of them has an ancestor who was an alien. Tucker is part Anodite (I'm not sure about everybody else, but Sarge is definitely part Appoplexian). In a situation where all the Omnitrix devices get disabled, Tucker tries to use his energy powers to help everybody "wake up" their abilities. It is yet again ironic, because they've never been these aliens before, but it has also always been who they are (so it takes some getting used to in a different way). Carolina, Tex, and Wash were trained by a group that was sort of partnered with the Forever Knights, attempting to give humans alien powers through science and such.

uhhh question. For the Ben 10 AU. What’s stopping Idia from following his little brother in secret cause of Ghost freak or any other alien good with stealth. Before proceeding to beat the living hell out of Honest Fellow for uhhh brainwashing everyone including Ortho(unless Idia himself somehow stops it). A full blown alien beating up the fox :D! Also in Book 6. Technically Riddle and Idia are there. Epel follows too? What’s stopping Kalim from just following in secret cause of alien powers to rescue Jamil(even though uhh it might exactly work without following Epel and Rook plus Yuu in secret[also how long can he even remind hidden before A, he times out, or B, is somehow found by the staff of Shroud brothers, or C, literally when the whole Styx crisis starts])
Took me a bit to dissect the whole thing and understand from where should I even start... But it will be a bit spread out, so the order of my responses might not beat up with the questions order. Sorry for this. :'3
First up! Chap 6! I only briefly touched chap 6 on Kalim, Epel and Riddle's cases, but for Idia it was a pivotal plot point. Being separate aus, each has their turning point chapter and also the events will differ from particular Au case to other.
Now for chap 6, but make it Riddle, Kalim and Epel's cases.
For Riddle, he doesn't overBlot in his au, so he is on the rescue team, mostly because he had no idea if the Charons were bad guys or not. But with little to no trace of where they were brought, Riddle uses Rook, Epel and Yuu as an excuse to go and save the guys.
He realises too late in what bandwagon he actually broke into, but alas, there's no going back. :'3
For Kalim, he also definitely follows in his au story. He wants to save everyone and also prove Jamil that he's capable of being serious and professional. He gets dispatched on the tower with Leona and Jamil, as such he has Jamil helping with hiding and using the omnitrix. He uses the same excuse as Riddle, just tag along Rook, Epel and Yuu. It's simpler and since his timer is 10 minutes, Kalim didn't know how much it would take to fly there, nor where exactly it was that place.
For Epel, man follows close to cannon at first, but when he is in tower, Rook straight up knocks Yuu out so Epel could go ham with the aliens. Sorry shrimp person. :'3
Now for the stage in playful land event... Some spoilers for the event, so yep :3
Thing is, this time, Idia and Ortho argue about going out. Idia is very against the idea for reasons anyone would have. Ortho just wants to have some fun without the constant worry if a bad guy or some omnitrix shenanigans.
One thing post chapter 6, is that Idia respects his brother's more 'edgy' ideas, but he doesn't really encourage them unless he knows they are actually safe. He knows Ortho wants to experiment and dance around different experiences until he fully has an idea of who he really is and his own agency, but that was a red flag and Idia didn't want some sus fox guy to lure his brother to who knows where.
Definitely, he follows, but because of the 10 mins timer, Idia has to play the 'I'm joining too' card, which yeah... It's awkward af. Ortho was absolutely angry at Idia at first because it implies that Idia didn't trust him at all. But with the suit changes, Idia realised that if something did go wrong, Ortho had 50-50 chances to not have his weapon arsenal on him. Of course, he promised Ortho that he will let him do whatever his heart wishes in here, so he would be basically non-existent.
Idia also knew that after all this, he had to hold a long 'stranger danger' talk with Ortho. He never had it before because these 2 were inseparable, but now, Idia felt like this was 1 mistake he won't repeat. :'3
When the whole puppet gig is up and going, Ortho has to give the right to Idia, but right now, Idia ran off to transform, which thankfully got him out of the curse due to being a full transformation. When he would be de-transformed, the curse would start again, so Idia had to play his cards right if he wanted to beat up the sus fox guy. :D
I think I covered it all :3
