2019年の台湾旅行編⑤

二日目の朝。大好きなお店、 味鼎蛋餅へ。 台湾に来るときは毎回くる朝食店。今回は二人できたのでいつもよりたくさん食べよう。飯糰（台湾式おにぎり）、蛋餅、鹹豆漿。ここではいつも 蛋餅ばかり食べていたので楽しみだ。

蛋餅にはチーズをトッピングして頂く。ここの蛋餅はサクサクのパイ生地みたいな食感なのが特徴、チーズとベーコンがベストマッチでうまい。しびれる。正しい食べ方かどうかはわからないけど油膏とにんにく唐辛子をつけていただくと、またうまい。最高だ。

鹹豆漿もわかりやすく���味しいやつで感激。  蛋餅以外もおいしいんだな。

台湾式おにぎりの 飯糰はもちもちの米に豚肉、油條、半熟卵、肉鬆が包まれている。一口食べるとジャリッとおにぎりらしからぬ食感。ここまでジャリジャリとは。もちもち食感の米と豚肉、 肉鬆を一気に頬張る。これは上品にちょびちょび食べるより、一気にかぶりついた方がいいな。

お腹いっぱいになる。幸せだ。 味鼎蛋餅は本当に最高だ。
