Oh actually. Everyone's probably used to it by now. But that just makes it even more emotionally devastating when it's brought up. Like I'm not evening talking about villains trying to poke holes in Sun's confidence, I'm talking about the soft moments.

Everyone's preening wings during a movie night and someone sleepily offers to do Sun's before remembering that "oh yeah..." and trailing off awkwardly or rambling to try to fix the oops.

Kids at the daycare asking why all the other animatronics have wings and "when are you getting yours Mr. Sun!"

Everyone flying around (presuming they can-) and Sun's just. Watching them from the ground. Feeling lonely.

they all apologize for the comments and sun forgives them because theyre accidents and on top of that it was an attempt to include him they just Forgot. and sun probably gets extra affection after that but it doesnt mean he doesnt feel at least a little othered by it

the younger daycare kids will, in fact, ask about the wings and sun is hit with a physical pain every time he has to explain to the children how wings work.

sun has had to wrangle children multiple times who thought they could jump off a play structure and get wings. someone save this man.
