So, lets go with part 2 of the resume of The Beniko Order in Sith resurgence

In the part before i talked about the origin of Beniko and their Curse, but now lets continue getting deeper on this star wars fanfic.

1-Darth Alora and The Clone Wars

Remembering what i said before about the Curse of the Force hating on Beniko clan, life was not easy for them, because their numbers were already small, but having the Force attempting to ruin your life all the time is basically a herculean task. The Beniko clan however managed to survive until the events of the prequel era, where we can talk about 2 sith that are referenced in the fic but were given more info outside of it.

The first one is Darth Safik, the greatgrandmother of Aliana, who was the Master and adoptive Mother of Darth Alora, who was Aliana's Grandmother. Safik and Alora lived normal lives, however Safik was killed by a Bounty Hunter, leaving Alora alone. The bounty Hunter is never specified or talked about by Lily, but knowing that she dislikes Mandalorians, i headcanon it was either Jango Fett, Cad Bane or Durge.

Mostly Jango because of personal spite

After that, Alora wanders around during the Clone Wars but eventually she went after the jedi after discovering Darth Sidious was a Sith Lord. However, they dismissed her and didnt cared about her warnings. So one day she invaded the Jedi Temple and copied at least 80% of all their archives. Alora then went hiding and decided to watch the Clone wars ending from afar, without getting involved. However, she eventually got found by Palpatine, who sent Darth Vader after her. After a long fight, Alora got killed by Vader, leaving behind her apprentice Darth Mayrik, also known as Tahleea Beniko.

Who swear revenge on Vader.

2-Darth Mayrik and the New Republic

After training by herself for years, Tahleea go after Vader and fights against him, almost winning until Starkiller (Yes, the events of Force Unleashed games are slightly canon in this fanfic, but lily never specified HOW MANY because in future Galen Marek becomes a senator who is on Aliana side) stopped her and made her retreat, eventually this failure making her give up on revenge and focusing on her being an ally from Rebellion while hiding her identity as a Sith Lord. Eventually, after the fall of the Empire, she joins the New Republic with an objective...

DECRIMINALIZE THE SITH

Tahleea believed that the Sith Creed got a bad reputation because of lots of Rotten Apples and the Jedi influence, and also believed that erasing the Sith history and regarding it as a Darkling Cult was erasure and historical genocide, so she tried using the New Republic to change the views of People about the Sith. However, it didnt ended well as even Mon Mothma, her friend, did not liked the sith neither saw the good side on preserving their history. So Tahleea decided to leave to the Outer Rim and as her ancestors did, not care about how route the Galaxy would go.

However before Tahleea left, she had a romance with a Senator from Dantooine named Yensin Tiralli, where their forbidden love generated the main character of this fanfic...

3-Today's Subject: Slavery

After Aliana was born, Tahleea realized that she needed money to raise her daughter well, so she went after a job. In Outer Rim you must be wary of what kind of job you want, specially if you want to be paid well. So the job she chose?

Slave Trafficking for the Hutt Cartels.

Yes, you read it right. Tahleea Beniko was a Slave Trafficker, but not the kind of capturing and enslaving ones. No no no she was just the one who drove the ship and took them to their places. Its not that bad, right?

That was a Lily excuse about People calling her out about it. But lets continue for the worst part about it.

Her job really paid her well, even if she disliked it and hated herself for doing what she did. However one day she "Lost" a slave in Jakku. A small Child who was sold by her parents.

Yes, in this fanfic that one ship we see in Rey's flashbacks is actually The Fury, the Ship used by The Beniko clan for at least 3.000 years, and is the one who left her in Jakku. How can a relic from such a far past still works? I dont know. But the fic sells it as being better than the Milenium Falcon anyways.

Detail is that Rey in the fic remembers feeling comfortable inside The Fury because of Aliana being there with her. And its because when she was sold and taken to The Fury she was ugly crying until Aliana comforted her. So the fic literally goes "awww you already knew eachother as children, you were made to be together". GAL, you were trafficking her.

Also Rey is implied as being the only one Tahleea left behind, wich means there were lots of People who got trafficked and no one saved them, while she was filling her pockets with dirty money. But the excuse its heard much is this.

"She needed to take care of her daughter."

Well, she took care of her. Until the Curse decided to act...

And a Skywalker ended their peace.

Thats it for now, part 3 is on its making and will focus more on the fic itself instead of its lore as its the route im going with this resumes.

Star Wars TLJ Rewrite: Part 2

Chapter 4: Remembrance

Varax sits atop the Fury, meditating to steady his connection to the Force. He recites an old proverb from his days as a Jedi:

I am one with the Force, the Force is with me

He repeats the phrase a few more times as Aliana walks up to check on him. “Hey, got some food inside if you're- Oh sorry didn’t mean to interrupt” she says as she starts to climb back inside. Varax chuckles as he gets up “It’s alright, just doing something to help steady my connection to the Force… among other things” he says as a Porg lands in front of Aliana, who gasps at the adorable little bird “Well hello there little one, what’s your name?” she coos at the the Porg as she cups the creature in her hands.

Varax crosses his arms and smiles “Never heard a Sith lord coo before, add that to the list of ‘Unusual Habits Of Aliana Beniko’” he says jokingly with a chuckle.

Aliana gives him a look before going back to her newfound friend “Oh yes, you’re just the cutest little thing, I’m gonna stop talking like this now and put you inside the ship” she says, still cooing at the small bird-like alien. 

Varax follows Aliana into the ship and stops when he sees a memorial in an old storage closet “What’s this?” he asks Aliana as she sets the Porg down on the couch. Aliana looks up and sighs “It’s a memorial 2V and I made for my mother, Tahleea” she says, a tone of sadness added to her voice.

Varax looks at the Sith with sympathy, Varax himself lost his mother after joining the Jedi Order, she was killed by a gang of pirates on Rodinia when he was a Padawan. “I’m sorry to hear that Aliana, you have my condolences” he says as he puts his hand on her shoulder. 

Rey eventually walks in, covered in sweat and out of breath “Hey guys I- Oh did I miss something” she asks. Aliana jumps up and covers the door before shutting it “NOPE EVERYTHING IS FINE LOVE JUST FINE” Aliana says in a heartbeat. Rey tilts her head in confusion but shrugs it off as she looks at the Porg on the couch “Awww I see we have a new stowaway, looks like V is sharing the couch with you little buddy” Rey says to the Porg, much to Varax’s dismay

“Yeah not a chance Rey, couch is mine, dib rules” Varax says as the three eat a relaxing dinner as Luke walks in.

Chapter 5: “What Did You Do?”

As the three eat, Rey notices that Luke and Varax don’t have any conversation. Which Rey finds weird due to their similar backgrounds, both being Jedi and all. “Master Luke, I noticed that you and Varax don’t talk much, is there something going on?” she asks, the two Jedi stop as she asks the question. Varax looks up at Luke “Well ‘Master Luke’, care to share with the class or should I say it?” Varax says with a sharp attitude. 

Luke sits back and crosses his arms “Alright” he says before taking a breath “As both of you know, I rebuilt the Jedi Order after the fall of Palpatine’s Empire” he explains as the others listen patiently. “However, due to the Sheev Act passed by Chancellor Villecham, I was asked to… find suspected Sith lords” he said with a pause. 

Varax looks at Luke in annoyance “And by ‘find suspected Sith Lords’ he means killing anyone with a black robe and a lightsaber” he says sharply to his old master. “I didn’t enjoy what I did, Varax, I was forced to by the Senate” Luke says, trying to justify his actions before Varax interrupts him, “Is that what happened on Corellia? You were ‘forced’” he says, making air quotes with his fingers as the room falls silent. Rey looks to Luke with a face of both fear and concern “What happened on Corellia?” she says as Aliana tenses up, a pale look on her face as her lips curl before she leaves the table and locks herself in her room.

Luke looks at his apprentice with a face of shame and regret “It was 24 years after the Battle of Yavin-4, Varax, Ben, and I went to Corellia to investigate a suspected Sith sighting that was reported in the lower districts. The report said an Echani woman was seen with a red lightsaber and using Force Lightning to torment a civilian” Luke explains as he takes a drink from his canteen “We found her at a landing pad with this ship in it’s dock, Ben ran up to attack her and was thrown into a pile of crates…” . Varax looks at the old man, “Go on, finish it” he says as he crosses his arms. Luke takes a breath, “In a fit of rage I attacked and killed her, not realizing what I had done…” he says, his head down in shame. “What did you do?” Rey asks, Luke still looking down at the table. “The woman had a daughter, a little girl, probably about 13 maybe 14 years old” Luke says shamefully, “I didn’t know, but before I could say anything, Ben grabbed a blaster and shot the girl in the arm as she ran into the ship”. 

Right as Luke finished the dark tale, Aliana opens the door and stares him down…

Chapter 6: “It Was YOU”

Aliana looks at the three of them, her eyes wet and puffy from her tears, “It was YOU, you were the man who ruined my LIFE” she says angrily as she starts to strangle Luke. Rey runs up to Aliana before Varax shoots an nearby wall, breaking Aliana’s focus as Luke darts out the door and runs. “YOU FUCKING COWARD!!!” Aliana roars as she pursues the old Jedi through the rain and wind. 

Varax darts out after them and Rey follows, Aliana using everything she can to slow Luke down. Throwing rocks, using Force lighting, even throwing her own lightsaber to slow down her mother’s killer “FACE ME SKYWALKER, FACE ME!!!” she roars through the island. Luke eventually gets cornered in the monastery and is standing over the stone he and Rey were eating on earlier that day as Aliana puts her blade against his throat.

“ALIANA STOP THIS!!!” Varax yells through the monastery, his voice booming like the raging thunderstorm outside “HE’S NOT WORTH IT”. Aliana doesn’t even look back at Varax, still having her red lightsaber against Luke’s throat, almost singeing his gray beard. “Why not? He killed my mother, his order hunted me for most of my childhood, his own nephew is now terrorizing the galaxy and he has done NOTHING to stop it!” she says angrily, Varax looks down and takes a breath “I know, but killing him won’t bring her back Aliana, it will only make things worse” he says, almost yelling over the raging storm outside. Rey eventually catches up, Aliana looks at her and then back to Luke. She closes her eyes, and deactivates her lightsaber. “Thank you” Varax says to Aliana, before she punches Luke square in the jaw, knocking three of his teeth out “That’s for my mother you old dick” she says as she spits on the ground next to him and storms off.

Rey helps Luke up as Varax follows Aliana back to the ship. “Nice punch, surprised you didn’t break his jaw” Varax says jokingly before reading the room “Okay Varax time to be a father-figure” he says internally as the two reach the ship. Aliana sits on the couch and tears up a little “great now Rey probably hates me, the only person in the entire galaxy who gives a damn about me” she says, softly crying into her hands before Varax sits down next to her. “What? No, Rey still cares about you, Luke killed your mother and ruined your childhood. And you responded how anyone would, if Rey can’t understand that then to hell with her in my books” Varax says, comforting his friend

“Thanks V, that means a lot” Aliana says, wiping away her tears as she grabs the Porg and heads to bed.

Chapter 7: Island Love

Rey enters the Fury, throwing her jacket off and looking at Varax, “Where’s Alie?” she asks as Varax looks up. Varax lets out a sigh “In her room, and Rey…” he says as she walks to Aliana’s door, “Go easy on her okay, she’s been through hell” he says as Rey knocks on the door. “Alie, it’s me Rey, can I come in?” she asks the door. The room is silent for a moment “yeah, come on in” Aliana says as she opens the door using the Force. Rey is almost taken aback, she never expected Aliana to wear pajamas of all things to bed “Yeah yeah I know ‘A Sith in pajamas now I’ve seen everything’” she says mimicking Varax in a deep, gravelly voice. Rey laughs at the impersonation, “Oh my god stop, that is too perfect” she says trying to catch her breath. 

She clears her throat afterwards and straightens her posture, “Mind if we talk?” she asks softly. Aliana lets out a sigh and moves over so Rey can sit “Yeah I can imagine you’re concerned. I understand” she says as the Porg nuzzles her cheek. “Well, yes there’s that, but there’s something else…” she says as she sits down and gets comfortable. Aliana looks at her confused “What do you mean? Is it something about us?” she asks as the Porg hops off her shoulder onto the mattress. Rey takes a breath and leans in to kiss her, Aliana is taken aback by Rey’s actions but figures it out before Rey pulls back “Oh, THAT’S what you were talking about” Aliana says as her cheeks glow a deep red. 

Rey pulls her hair back behind her head, her cheeks glowing a bright pink. “Yeah sorry for the subtlety, Han told me that gals like subtlety in a guy so figured-” she says before Aliana cuts her off by kissing her cheek “No need to elaborate hun, you wanna sleep here with me and our little friend, I bet Varax could use an actual bed for a change” she says with a smirk, inciting a giggle out of Rey “Yeah, I’d like that” she says as she walks out “Just lemme grab my things and I’ll be right back” she says as she gets up to leave. “Don’t be too long, love” Aliana says flirtingly. 

Rey exits the room and sees Varax sitting over the kitchen table with an ear-to-ear smirk on his face. “What are you so smug about?” Rey asks, crossing her arms at the former Jedi. Varax, still smirking, takes a swig out of a canteen “Poe and Finn are gonna owe me sooooo much money for this” he says. Rey’s whole face goes pink “YOU LITTLE SHIT, YOU GUYS KNEW!!?!?!” she says as Varax laughs. “WE COULDN’T PIN ANYTHING DOWN QUITE YET, SO ME, POE, FINN, AND CHEWIE ALL MADE BETS” he says before cackling with laughter as Rey punches his arm. “You are such an asshole” she says embarrassingly as she walks to her room to get her things.
