I was just informed today that on this date Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum album was originally released on this day(?) There are so many dates of release and re-release I cannot keep track gang.

I'm sharing once again my MMMM CD that I got signed at Sonic Lunch back in August in honor of this occasion :] (using my converse to prop it up don't mind me. Only got Ross to sign the top of the CD sadly..)

Some new albums I picked up a couple days ago

I got the Dandelion album in the 50¢ bin with no knowledge at all of the band or the album, so I’m anticipating what it’s going to be like.

I’ve been a big fan of the Lovage album for a long time but this is the first time I’ve picked up a physical copy. Having listened to most of the songs before It was really great to be able to listen to it in higher quality and fully take in all the details of the tracks. I am begging everyone reading please listen to this album or at least Lifeboat or Anger Management it’s literally so fucking good.

I’m somewhat familiar with both Lords of Acid and Fiona Apple but I really haven’t listened to a lot of music from either of them other than a couple songs off of both these albums so I can imagine what they’ll sound like

welp. i apparently played a trick on myself or something. got asked to recommend a specific kind of older electronic music by a friend. remembered one album i had on fucking loop as a kid, and refound one of my favorite songs from it. like, whenever i was on a computer, i'd pull a specific danny phantom amv up with that song just to listen to and nothing else for a month straight (note: this is like pre 2007 youtube so i manually had to loop).

anyways relistening to the song ONCE! ONCE!!! has it now be on loop on my head again for the first time in likely 15 years.
