despite living in seoul for the latter portion of his life, jisoo has not actually spent time looking into cartoon street at all. he's passed it by on the way to seoul tower or through some walks, but venturing in and scoping out beyond standing with robot taekwon v, or some other sculptures, it's been a no go for him. but it was nice that he was able to explore the area and spend a little bit of time. being in the midst of all the bright colours, he feels 1) underdressed, and 2) a bubbling cauldron of joy as if he was pampering his inner child. "first stop- zaemirang! i heard there was always some mini-exhibits up there so i would love to check that out." museums and galleries was one of his favourite places to visit, no matter how small or large. he doesn't have quite the artist's touch, as jisoo figured out from when he attempted painting during his youtube show, but the heart was there. and the heart was in the pieces that decorated the walls of the floor, as he slowly walked through the exhibits, observing colourful pieces of sculpture, paintings and - even some bright furniture pieces. it was honestly a very cozy place, but he definitely felt a bit out of place. the zaemirang culture center even had an area for people to read manhwa and draw, comfy chairs everywhere. the place was really giving him an idea of maybe what he could do to spruce up his apartment, considering how monochromatic the place was. ( it wasn't really his style, but maybe for holidays or when guests were over. )

after taking a look around zaemirang, he figures it'd be a good time for a quick break but - only fitting within a location within the colourful street. #dcc seemed to host some drinks and snacks, while being enveloped with cute plushies and figurines and animations all around the room. surprisingly, there was also some more exhibits in the basement with tons of figurines on display. the food was alright, but being able to browse the figurines was also worth it - it felt like he was in the vendor's hall at a convention or shop."honestly, this street... whenever i used to pass by here, i thought it was for children or a bright, colourful location to pass by when walking on by. but... it's been surprisingly fulfilling."
