Her personality:

• As a whole, Tae's ideal type is a liiiitle tricky because he is such a dynamic, multi-faceted, and unpredictable individual. This is my best guess regarding the type of person he might be drawn to.

• She definitely has a strong and defiant personality. She is extremely vocal about her opinions and is completely unafraid to be herself.

• Like Tae, she is one of a kind and often misunderstood.

• She would no doubt be creative in some way, and would very likely have a career in the arts. I could especially see her as a tango dancer, model, or actor.

• Definitely a crocheter/knitter/sewer/DIY hobbyist on the side.

• While she may have a hot temper at times, she would generally be kind and good-hearted. He would not be attracted to someone mean or condescending.

• Warm, bubbly, and outgoing in an almost childlike way.

• Generally energetic, with a sense of wonder and excitement for life.

• She would also need to be silly and adventurous enough to keep up with his antics (he wouldn’t want someone too rigid or who constantly turns down his spontaneous date ideas).

• Tae can sometimes get pretty emotional (and maybe even a little illogical). Even though I see her as a “feeler” type, she would need to have the ability to ground him and remain calm and rational for the relationship to be healthy.

• Although he wouldn’t get tooo caught up on looks, Tae would definitely be attracted to someone mixed or exotic. European (especially French), Middle Eastern, or Southeast Asian.

• Tae would probably be the most likely to try to learn his s/o's native language.

• I actually don’t see her with many tattoos or piercings, if any (for more of a classic/vintage look). She might have one small tattoo in a promiscuous position such as her lower back or bikini line.

• The way she dresses and carries herself would have a big impact on him, much more so than her physical characteristics.

• He would love someone with a similar fashion sense to his - somewhat formal, but also colorful and artistic. Feminine (but not necessarily modest) with lots of prints, skirts, and items that drape over her curves in a flattering way.

Love in psychology term is very simple. It's a deep, strong feeling of affection. It can be to a person or a thing. Truth be told, you don't think the love you know adds up to that. Every relationship you been on for the past 20 years you been living wasn't like this. You never felt that strong force to be with a person, a strong force to do anything they need you to do.

You have always forced yourself to be perfect. Force yourself to be in those relationships because that's all you have ever known. That's until you met Yoongi. He was everything in a man that you liked. From the way he talked to you, to the way he looked. He was your ideal man, and truth he honest you felt that strong emotion feeling whenever you did talk to him.

Your friend, Taehyung, had his doubts though. When you first got the friend request, it was out of the blue. You just got in the house, taking off your shoes and on a face time call with Taehyung and his boyfriend Jimin. Jimin was telling you two about work when you got the notification on Instagram. Looking back at it at the time you should of known how this would of turned out, the way the message was.

You: well first, hello to you too. second of all you aren't bad yourself.

And after a few months Yoongi and you became friends, he tried to win your heart somewhat from what you gathered after talking him for a long as you had. He made you feel complete, like you and him would be together. from the few pictures you did gather from him he was pretty, tan, had dimples, and the most beautiful eyes you have ever seen. "You sure he's real? Like not some type of catfish?" Jimin says to you one day when sits down next to you on his couch, handing you a wine glass. You chuckle and nod, giving him a small smile before bringing the cup to your lips. Jimin and his boyfriend had their doubts. I mean it wasn't every day you see someone refuse to face time. But one day Yoongi sends you a picture of him walking. which you showed Jimin, who showed Taehyung and they did end up backing down after that.

"So you can play the piano?" A yawn comes out your mouth while sitting on the phone with him one day. It was about 12 am on a Friday morning. Yoongi lets out a little hum and you hear him move around a bit. "Yeah." His voice was a little raspy as he had just gotten up earlier. "I mean- I'm not that good." His English was getting a little better from talking to you, only a few words would trip him up. "Yoongi, i bet you are amazing." He lets out a little chuckle, it makes you smile just a bit. "I can play...now? yeah I can play now for you, give me a minute." You hear him get up and disappear for a moment. After a while he comes back and you hear him move the phone and piano keys. At first you couldn't figure out the song he was playing until he started singing it softly.

"I wanna know everything there is to know, don't you dare leave me nothin' out, no I'm gonna love you completely. Oh, show me a map of your soul. Every second from now, I'm gonna love you completely." Yoongi voice was light as he sung the chorus, the piano keys playing beautifully behind his voice.  After a while he finishes the song and you start to clap. You hear his deep laugh. "Y/n it wasn't even that good, no good."

"No it was amazing! What song was it?" You reply to him. He lets out a hum for a second before answering. "Completely, it is by Jaehyun. It really reminds me of you. Everything about it."  He sighs. "I wish, you could be here for Christmas." December has always been a bit rough on you. It's supposed to be a joyful year but it always beings your mood down. Which when Yoongi brings it up? For the first time in years you don't feel sad about it, actually it gives you an idea.

So which brings you to the present. Standing outside his apartment door. You're arm raised as you go to knock on the door. Three soft knocks. Nothing. So you end up knocking again. "Who is it!?" A voice is heard behind the door, a deeper one you're used to. You don't know what the person says, but you do head the door being unlocked and open. Soft dragon brown eyes stare at you. "Who are you?" The male says in front of you. You stare at him, "um- is Yoongi here?" The tall male stares at you, which makes you wonder if he'll ever tell you. "Who's asking?"

"A friend of his.." you mumble and start looking down at your feet. The coat you had on was making your back sweat. Your cheeks heat up when the man in front of you grumbles something before yelling in his native tongue. "Namjoon-Ah why are you yelling- oh my god." Yoongi and you make eye contact. It isn't him. Matter of fact, the person that's in front of you isn't the guy in the pictures. But he has his voice, that low raspy voice that makes your stomach flip.

You don't know when the anger starts to build but the moment you stare at him again a laugh comes out of your mouth. "You got to be fucking kidding me." You could feel your stomach start to bubble and your mouth starts to water. If you throw up right now in front of these two complete strangers you might actually cry. Yoongi continues to stare at you, his mouth dry as he swallows some spit. "Y/n, can we talk? Give us a minute Joon." He looks at the younger male and pats his back twice. The guy, Namjoon hesitate for a moment, he looks at his Yoongi one more time asking him if he's sure. With a nod, he walks away and Yoongi comes out the front door and shuts it behind him.

"I knew you would look beautiful in person." He smiles softly while playing with one of his rings on his small bony fingers. His voice takes you out of your thoughts. "You lied." Yoongi smiles drops at your words. "You lied to me. And all you have to say is that I'm pretty? Like I'm supposed to smile and act like you didn't I don't know fucking catfish me!?" He flinches when you raise your voice. He looks back at the door and grabs your arm and pulls you far away from his front door. He sighs and lets go of your arm. "Idiot, you fucking idiot." He mumbles to himself in Korean and looks at you again. His hands on his thin hips.

The more you look at him, you notice that he isn't a bad looking guy. With nice looking thin pink lips, and a button looking nose, even if he used his actual pictures you still would pick him. Which brings you back to the question that you have in the back of your mind.

Why?

He doesn't even give you time to ask that either as he speaks again. "You must be tired, come on let me help you inside." As much as you want to say no, your body is screaming for some type of relief. "Fine. But you will explain everything tomorrow." He nods and grabs your suitcase and holds his front door for you to walk inside.

Yoongi's apartment was nice, it has a sweet smell of vanilla and a hint of that dark wood smell. He had pictures of his family on his wall, and a little bit of decorations here and there. As you go to take your shoes off, you hear tiny little paws tap on the wooden floor.  A brown toy poodle looks at you, it tilts its head and walks over to you. It sniffs your feet and walks away. "Well hi to you too?" You mumble. "I'm sorry that's Holly, he's a bit questionable at times." You give Yoongi a nod and he leads you to the living room.

"Hyung who was that outside- oh." Namjoon looks at you, then looks back at Yoongi. "She's the girl isn't she?" Yoongi clears his throat, you feel his hand move to your lower back and he nods before answering. "Yeah, Joon this is y/n, y/n this is Namjoon, he's one of my closest friends that's supposed to be leaving." Namjoon looks at him with his mouth open a little and points a finger to himself looking shocked. "I am?" Yoongi nods at him and smiles in a thin line and points at the door. He moves his hand from your back and leads Namjoon out of his apartment. When he shuts his door and locks it he looks back over to you. "Let's get you to bed."

When you wake up the next morning in a bed that isn't yours, everything rushes back to you. After you took a shower in Yoongi's bathroom, you two talked. And he basically told you everything you wanted to know.

"I didn't think you would like me if I used my own pictures, so I found some random guy off the internet and used his." Yoongi looks down at his hands as he speaks. "But if this makes you-want to leave and never talk to me again I understand."

And when he walks you to his room he tells you that he hopes you don't leave. As you think about it just when he said those simple words your heart starts to beat. You sit up and look around the room. Just like his living room, Yoongi room was the same, with dark black furniture and blacked out curtains. His sheets smelled just like him, that oak vanilla smell. The smell was addicting almost.

You sigh as you get out of his bed, walking to his room door you open it. A tiny Holly is standing there, with his tail wagging softly, begging you to pet him. The most common way people give up their power is by assuming they have none. That is the mindset, the ideals, the lifestyle that is needed to survive this world. The world is encouraging segregation and oppression of those who are different. Nobody knows where exactly the mutant gene came from, but what they did know? It was spreading like wildfire, new inventions coming out to suppress the new abilities presenting themselves left and right.  

“An inhibitor? What type?” she questioned as she moved through the mutant hospital, her feet keeping a fast pace to keep up with Jungkook, the nurse who was leading her to the latest critical case.

“It’s a muzzle of some kind, he was caught hiding in an abandoned warehouse, he’s undocumented, when officers found him, he tried to use what they believe was a supersonic scream to incapacitate them. They were bleeding from the ears,  so I checked with the normies wing, they’re all fine and expected to make a full recovery.” The tattooed man explained lifting his arm to push aside the curtain for the woman, her hands staying nestled in her pockets like they usually were. 

“No offense Jeon, but I don’t give a shit about the officers, they’re not any more important than my patient.” She said plainly, leaving the nurse slightly pouting from the dry response, he wished the doctor would praise his efforts every once in a while. The man huffed before spinning on his heel and heading back to the nurse's station to meet Jimin and Taehyung, the other nurses who seemed to be goofing off rather than working at the moment both men immediately sensed the added presence, the two looked up at the doe-eyed man with teasing grins.

“Did you strike out again, Jeon?” Taehyung teased, promptly throwing his hands up to cover his face as Jungkook threw a pen at him. 

“Watch the face!!!” Jimin yelped, also throwing his hands up to protect Tae, “It’s the only thing he’s got going for him.” 

“Yah!” Taehyung yelled in offense, smacking his hands on both of the giggling offenders.

“Don’t you three have anything better to do than goof around?” Jin wondered as he walked up to the nurse's station, passing a file over to Jimin to put away.

“Yes,” The three let out shamefully, sticking their tongue out at the man's back as soon as he turned around. 

“I saw that!” Y/N called as she strode past the nurses, not even looking up from her case file. Jungkook’s eyes honed onto her gloved hands, pouting when he realized they were still covered, he often wondered if that was the only reason he was so dead set on getting her to warm up to him, he was unbelievably curious about her quirk. 

He saw her lip lift just slightly into a smirk. He had never seen that much emotion on her face in a long time. He excitedly turned to his friends hoping that they both caught the motion too, the two were giggling at his excitement, both shooting him a thumbs up.  His day was made.

She wasn’t always that way, she used to be the sweetest person in school, and that’s what drew him in. When she was pulled out of school for a month, he was so worried, until she reappeared a completely different person; However, Jungkook wasn’t going to move on.  If she said jump, he’d ask how high, if she called, he’d come running. Maybe she knew that, maybe she was so aware that he could be the best person to help her in her time of need, maybe he was the only one she felt so strongly about that she stayed as far away as possible to keep him safe. She had watched him from afar for years, having shared so many classes in school, of course, she’d fall for him. The sweet boy who always considers everyone else, a silent protector, that’s what she knew him as. Especially when snacks began to appear in her locker, she caught him in the act a few times, giggling as he struggled with her lock while holding the snacks, his tongue rolling out and resting on his lips as he focused on the task.

Maybe it was these memories that led her to his apartment that night, the faith that he could help her and not repeat a word of it to anyone if she asked. She weakly pounded on the door, suddenly not feeling too confident as she stood vulnerable in front of his door, the creeping feeling of doubt climbed up her being, sending her to spin on her heel the longer she was left to wait. The door swung open, revealing the man pulling a grey shirt down his torso, he looked at her bewildered. He ran his doe eyes down her body, to confirm she was there. “Help,” She muttered in pain.

When his eyes caught on to the wounds and torn clothing that littered her body he gasped, a hand reaching out to pull her into his home, “What happened to you?” He asked, hands and feet immediately moving to grab his first aid kit to help tend to her wounds. 

“Sentinels. The bastards caught me going home from work and scanned me, they started beating me, I had to.” She explained, the last statement coming out so much quieter, almost unsure of it, “I had to.” She repeated, like a mantra hoping that she could begin believing it herself.

“Okay, Okay, you had to do what?” Jungkook questioned again, getting on his knees after sitting her on the couch and beginning to tend to her leg wounds. His hands were moving swiftly but with the gentle touch, you’d see someone use when caring for a porcelain doll.

“I had to, Jeon, I had to, I promise I’m not a monster, I never met to hurt anyone.” She sputtered, her eyes watering, a few tears falling as she began to panic thinking of her actions.

“Hey, I don’t think you’re a monster I could never. But can you give me a rundown? Or do you want to wait until I’m done fixing you up and we get you some food and water.” He offered, coming level with her face, searching her eyes trying to show her that he did in fact care. After she agreed to wait, he continued his work, moving up her body til he tended to the very last wound on her head, he nurtured every wound with the tenderest touch before leveling his eyes with her own once again. 

“You will never be a monster. You’re just trying to survive. We all are, this world isn’t safe for any of us, mutants or humans. Whatever you did, I’m sure you did it to survive.”

“They just kept going, I tried to hold off, but then they brought out the batons and… I was so scared, Jungkook, I thought I was going to die.” She explained, choking some words out here and there as tears once again welled up. “My ability…I’m not proud of it, I hid it as long as I could.”

“You’re undocumented?” Jungkook wondered, his hand moving to cup her cheek, thumb wiping away her tears as they rolled down. She sniffled as she nodded her head almost a small bit. “What’s your….” He trailed awkwardly not knowing if it was an appropriate question, or maybe for better terms a comfortable question.

“I…I absorb energy when I touch people, skin-to-skin contact, it’s why I wear gloves.” She explained, fidgeting slightly with her torn gloves.

“I’ve been touching your skin this whole time…” Jungkook stated, not doubting her but noting that maybe there was something more that she wasn’t seeing. Her brows came together in confusion before drifting her eyes to focus on his hand that was still resting on her cheek, zoning into her senses she did indeed feel energy sinking into her skin but he looked just as healthy, with no sign of discomfort that usually follows skin to skin contact. She was confused.

Jungkook brought his hand down grabbing her hand instead of touching where the exposed skin was, he didn’t feel anything but euphoric by being able to be this close to her, it was odd.

“So you can’t touch anyone at all?” He wondered as he moved around the kitchen to cook up some food, he had been asking questions for about 20 minutes now, and this was about the 3rd time he’d asked this one.

“Well, I don’t know anymore considering you’re still standing.” She answered, “Why are you so focused on this specific question?”

“Because it means a lot of things.” He shrugged, moving the pan off of the burner before turning to face her, leaning forward to rest his elbow on the counter, a position that was all too enticing for her mental state.

“Have you ever held hands with someone? No gloves?” when he saw her shake her head, he maneuvered slightly closer,” Have you ever .... hugged someone?” she shook her head yet again, and he stood to his full height, walking around the counter to stand in front of him. Her heart was beating faster and faster every time he moved closer, his eyes were still locked on her own, never breaking contact. “Have you ever kissed someone.” it wasn’t a question, it was a challenge and as she shook her head, his eyes dropped looking at her lips he leaned in just a little further, his lips nearly brushing her own. “Can I try something?” He wondered, and for the first time in what felt like forever she nodded, and he wasted no time. Both of the two hungry after years of starvation, both feeling overpowered with the energy surging, she was almost high off of the energy he was radiating and he was feeling calm, like he was finally able to relax and rest his demons were at rest, and as her arms looped around his neck, he knew he was home.  For now.

Sweat drips down Jung Kook’s back as he slams his fist against the pillow.

It’s not the most ideal setup but when you’re in hiding, you can’t exactly bring a punching bag and full boxing gear with you. Unfortunately, he’d have to settle with an overstuffed pillow and his bare hands.

Unlike most people, he has never been the type to stay still and wait. Where most people would use this sudden downtime as an opportunity to relax a bit and reevaluate things, he takes this as an opportunity to keep his hands occupied and his body moving.

So for most of the morning, JK works up a sweat with his makeshift pillow-turned-punching-bag as a way to release some pent up frustration. When he’s finally cooling down, he hears Yoongi and Namjoon approach him, their footsteps tentative.

“You know,” Namjoon starts, “for a split second there, I actually thought you were Guk. Since when do you do boxing?”

“Since when do you know all about my brother?” JK fires back.

“Touché,” Namjoon chuckles. “Still, I don’t think you were ever into boxing for as long as I’ve known you. You always told me ‘that’s Guk’s thing.’”

“I’m just passing the time,” JK explains, wiping his sweat with a towel.

"How is he, by the way?” Yoongi asks. “Your brother?”

“He’s...” JK pauses, “...the same, I guess. I don’t know. You guys know we don’t really talk.”

It’s true. For a pair of identical twins who share almost everything, it’s been a fat minute since they last sat down and had a proper conversation. One that isn’t forced courtesy or out of familial obligation.

JK wonders how his brother is doing. Does he still hang out with Taehyung and Jimin? Does he still visit their parents every other month? Does he know about his twin brother’s disappearance?

“You should talk to him more,” Yoongi says thoughtfully. “When all this is over.”

“What would we even talk about?” JK grumbles.

“Well, for one, you can introduce him to Y/N,” Namjoon offers.

“No,” JK says, resolute. “Not yet.”

“Why not? It’s about time you told her about having a twin. I mean, even I know you have a twin. Me!”

“That’s because you saw him at the library, and you know damn well I wouldn’t be caught dead in one.”

“Why are you keeping it from her, anyway?” Yoongi asks.

“It’s not that I’m actively keeping it from her...” JK sighs. “Look, you guys don’t get it. You don’t know what it’s like to be a twin. Or more like, you don’t know what it’s like to be Guk’s twin.”

Because being Guk’s twin essentially means being the other twin. Being Guk’s twin means being the second twin. Being Guk’s twin means being the irrelevant twin.

“Guk is the better twin,” he admits. “He’s the perfect son, perfect student, perfect guy. And I’m just his understudy—”

“You’re not—”

“But I am. You see... Guk is always Guk. But I’m not even JK. No, I’m just Guk’s twin,” he explains. “But with Y/N, it’s different. With her, I’m not under anyone’s shadow. I’m just JK. I’m just her JK.”

He closes his eyes, adding a soft, “And I don’t wanna stop being her JK.”

Yoongi and Namjoon share a look before the former pats JK on the back gently.

“Get some rest, kid,” Yoongi says. “Things will be over soon.”

Namjoon offers a dimpled smile.

“Not much longer now,” he says.

"How much longer?”

Jeongguk shakes his head, amused. This is the seventh time you asked him the question and yet, instead of feeling annoyed, he just feels endeared.

“Asking every few minutes isn’t gonna make us go faster,” he tells you cheekily.

You pout. “You’re no fun.”

You say it in jest but you feel the atmosphere in the car turn more somber. The rain outside only adds to the sudden gloomy mood.

“Or so I’ve been told,” Guk finally mumbles. “I’m the boring twin, after all.”

“I’m sorry,” you whisper, remorseful. “I never intended to make you feel bad.”

“No, no, I know you were just joking,” he waves your concerns away, exhaling a shaky laugh. “I’ve been known to take things a little too seriously. You don’t have to walk on eggshells around me.”

“Is that what they tell you, though?” you ask him, turning to face him. He has one hand on the steering wheel while the other rests on the gearshift. “You’re not boring, Guk. Far from it, actually.”

He just chuckles. “Thanks, but it doesn’t really matter. When you’re a twin, people are always gonna highlight all the things your twin is and all the things you aren’t.”

“That hardly seems fair.”

“It’s just the way it is.” He shrugs. “And I can’t complain much, anyway, since I know JK has it harder than me.”

You blink. “How so?”

“Well, take school, for one. Just because I do really well in class, people are quick to label him as this stupid troublemaker. When in reality, he gets decent grades and can get really passionate in things he's interested in."

"Is that why he never talks about his family?" you muse, "why he never told me about you?"

"Maybe. I can't be too sure. You'll have to ask him when he gets back."

The rain starts to get worse.

"If he gets back," you whisper.

Guk tightens his grip on the steering wheel.

"He will," he promises.

The sky starts to darken as the rain brews into a storm. A small motel comes into view and you both decide to stop there for a night. After a little mishap at the check-in counter, the two of you head to your shared room.

As luck would have it, only one room is available and...

...there's only one bed.

You sigh. Whoever's writing the story of your life sure has a sick sense of humor.

"I can sleep on the floor," Guk, ever the gentleman, offers.

"Don't be silly," you tell him before heading over to the side of the bed closest to the window. "Dibs on this side."

He shakes his head in amusement before agreeing. You wash up first, doing your night routine before settling on the bed while he does his. When he finishes, he lays on his side of the bed and you both stare at the ceiling.

It's awkward.

You play with the edge of the blanket, wanting to say good night but you can't, wanting to lay still but you can't.

Guk notices your restlessness. He's about to ask you what's wrong when a particularly intense flash of lightning and grumbling of thunder makes you whimper and flinch.

"Not a fan of thunder?" he asks gently.

"I hate it," you respond.

He turns on his side to face you, eyeing the way your hands have a death grip on the blanket. Carefully, he reaches out his hand to hold one of yours, interlacing your fingers together as a sign of comfort.

"You can squeeze it if you get scared," he tells you.

You purse your lips. "It's not that I'm scared, per se," you explain, turning to face him. "It's just that... everything feels so ominous. Like bad things are about to happen."

Bad things like your parents leaving you in an orphanage during a storm. Bad things like you and JK screaming at each other during a storm.

And bad things like Guk's lips just centimeters from yours.

You gulp.

"Tell me stop," he says, inching closer.

You stay quiet.

Then you feel his lips pressing gently against yours, gently testing the waters. It's comforting, addicting.

He pulls away.

"You don't have to worry," he assures you, smiling. "I won't let bad things happen."

But that doesn't mean you won't.

So with stupid courage, you pull him by the neck and kiss him. Deeply, this time. You pull him in, closer and closer, until you don't have any room to think anymore.

No booming thunder, no scary lightning, no missing twin, no family problems. Just you, him, and the stormy night.

Much later, when the night passes and the storm finally ends, the bright moonlight shines on your bare, sated bodies.

How would victor jungkook be ?

in terms of what? like yandere or his story?

well, my original plan was that Victor's revenge would be the sequel to Quarter Quell once JK won it and he'd join the other victors. However, I used Taehyung in QQ so it wouldn't make sense if he was also in VR lol. Ofc, i can prob do a rewrite and just replace taehyung in QQ, but idk.

either way, here are some random headcanons for how I picture jk as a Victor

thinks some of the other victors only won on a technicality and doesn't mind making passive-aggressive comments about it

does NOT like being associated with Jin or Jimin's weak asses, thinks they're sneaky little shits who had to rely on tricks bc they would lose in a physical fight

he's very popular as a victor. tbh i think he's the only one who rivals jimin's popularity. the capitol love how bloodthirsty he is. while jimin mainly has female fans, jungkook has a good mix of both since men want to be like JK, and obvi women find him hot

I think he'd do a lot of tv shows and interviews. he knows people value his input for games so I can see him offering his insight on current tributes. remember the scoring system for how tributes would get rated? i can see him being asked to be on the team that assess those.

as a mentor, I think he'd be the type to pick a favorite and only really focus on that kid. he doesn't care if it's heartless, he's not wasting his time on a lost cause just to make them feel better.

I can see him looking at the other kid like "you might as well live it up while you can, you probably aren't gonna make it past the bloodbath."

if by some miracle that kid did survive and win, JK would be like ".....damn, guess I owe you a drink. my bad. welcome to victor's row tho :)"

as a mentor, he will tell his kids to just stick to the career alliance. if for some reason a kid from 2 wanted to align themselves with someone whose not a career, JK would just be like "ur on your own w that" bc ain't no way he's gonna attempt to talk to non career victors who prob hate him

I think he's another victor who splits his time pretty evenly between the capitol and his home district.

does not have to sell his body or anything because he is a capitol fav, but I do think he'll make shitty comments towards jimin
