Jwct Countdown May 18-19 prompt: Roadtrip

No clue when these take place. Maybe it was an anniversary road trip before Brooklynn’s “death” happened. Just wanted to draw the Camp Fam going to different museums I’ve been to. @campbenji

Museums referenced: Denver Museum of Nature and Science -> Sternberg Museum of Natural History -> Burke Museum (specifically them chilling at the Off The Rez Cafe inside, it has this really cool hangar door that opens)

This list of museums was almost longer but I really shouldn’t burn myself out so soon.

I was sketching and watching the Halloween Parks and Rec episode when Andy puts Ben in a headlock to get him to talk about Feelings. Then I had this image in my head of the fight on Tanalorr but Bode and Cal are going about it like siblings, as in Big Brother trying to force Baby Bro into submission and their main weapon against each other is Annoyance. I get too many silly ideas from Parks and Rec. Seems like a good excuse to keep rewatching it.

Though this method of fighting is certainly safer than a full-on duel, they don’t inspire much confidence in their loved ones.

So I was gonna be like “okay hear me out, what if Megatron had an alt mode that looked like Metal Overlord?”

But then I actually went looking for pictures to use to show what I meant, only half remembering what he looked like, and now admittedly this is probably too much. It’s too final boss for a normal alt mode, this is a season finale type of thing. Which I mean, yeah that makes sense considering Metal Overlord’s whole purpose in the game and all

I’m still on that mindset of “give Megatron a robot dinosaur alt mode” from yesterday, though admittedly it’s kind of evolved into “alt mode that kind of looks like a T-Rex but also maybe cooler and maybe it can fly”. Maybe my brain’s regressing into 8 year old boy mentality. But anyways, I then had the thought that maybe Metal Overlord could work as a sort of basis

But like, yeah maybe this is too much. You’d have to tone it down quite a bit if you want it as Megatron’s regular alt mode. So now I need to find some other robot creature that kind of looks like a dinosaur or dragon to base this idea off of

I mean I guess this post is just me shooting down my own idea, but I thought at least some of the brain waves were cool, so I wanted to still say it

Dr. Boobs said that I'll be on my feet and operating normally after about the first week, but w a very limited range of motion. depending on how I react to the anesthesia (some feel very sick), I could be fucked up for the first few days / first week, but I could also be strolling around and chilling two days into the healing. don't really know yet!

Headcanon that Spencers son develops a hyperfixation on dinosaurs after reading about them at the library so anytime he gets a change all he talks about is dinosaurs and of course the BAU is hanging onto his every word. (of course so are his parents Spencer is the one that brought him to the library.)

Dinurian Hydra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love him so much I decided to just give him a design <3

Hydra here is an Air-type Chasmo to match the element he specializes in! He's also from a long-distance Dinurian trade route but he does get a chance to shine after meeting Rusty on Earth.

Despite being new to his situation on Earth, Hydra had it a bit rough as he was traded from ship to ship and couldn't fit in well with the rest of his coworkers. After getting the neat ability to super evolve and befriending Rusty, Hydra can now stand out tall and proud!

In both Fossil Fighters and Fossil Fighters: Champions, vivosaurs reuse body types and animations. One of these animation sets has an oddity: The rightside knee is strangely sharp and protruding. Not even T-Rex, the series mascot, is safe.

Interestingly enough, this issue was not fixed for Fossil Fighters: Champions. However, due to various design alterations, it affects different vivosaurs compared to the first game. Some (like Cryo) keep the error in both games. Others (like T-Rex) see the error disappear. Meanwhile, some that did not have the error previously (like Allo) gain it in Champions.

I think it would be really funny if the size shifters can get stuck at a certain size, either because of a certain highly emotional state, injury, or just their ability not cooperating. Probably between 7-8 up to 15-16 feet tall because those are relatively lower energy heights to maintain for extended periods of time.

Like they would have no control at being stuck at that size for like an hour or two so they just have to sit down and wait it out. This can either be mildly annoying to highly inconveniencing.
