i just realized my title as reigning king of the sturges subfandom has been taken from me . i begged for the nicest angel to be my friend and get hit in the dome with sturges finding out he's a synth angst .i feel betrayed . and proud . and confused because wait how do people know who my scrunkly is ? Cold topic but did anyone point out DY's birthday dinner picture that they said JohnDo spent together was a table for three? I'm not entirely sure but seem like there's a third set of plate behind the cake. Not really important but I just think it wasn't just two of them.

I think it was pointed out. Also, there was no correlation between the picture and Johnny, aside from JohDo saying they have met that day (or JN inviting to eat together in a live, I can't recall exactly).

JohnDo is evidently very pushed at fans as a ship/friendship. Johnny has recently visited several of Jae's important occasions (a music show, the movie screening, etc), and JohnJae shippers came to life. However, I haven't seen JaeDo shippers worrying about it. Just shows where the focus is, what is the current narrative in the subfandom.

Or the known outings. One with a manager in a hotel, another one with Jaehyun, Do is sitting with Mark during the third. Johnny didn't know Doyoung bought himself a synth for 5 months (i.e. didn't visit his new house). These details are glossed over.

Most of the sightseeings of Do with Woo and Johnny happen around Kwangya. Fans linger there hoping to see idols.

This pushing of JohnDo was happening even when the two weren't on the best of terms (like now), and yet shippers can't get used to it and get hooked again and again.
