Albat

Albats have two large fake eyes on their head to confuse predators... which is strange, as there are hardly any in Meridell at all.

Symols have a habit of burrowing into places they shouldnt be!

Seawatt sits on the floor in his home, an old amethyst necklace clasped between his hands. The beads are worn with use and have grown incredibly smooth and soft.

It's clear it's been well taken care of.

In front of him is a small lit candle, a bowl of once boiled water, and an ashtray. From his pocket he produces a small vile of gold, the kind he'd used so many times before to make golden carrots and apples.

Delicately he holds the gold out over the flame, the hot glass burning memories into his fingers. He'd done this every night when he was young. Before the Old Man's warnings. Before his home was shattered. Once the gold had mostly burned he poured the ashes left from his offering into the ash tray.

Once again both of his hands returned to the necklace. And he began to silently pray, hoping that his words wouldn't reach deaf ears.

Ohh the Rock is the Shaman's connection to the world, the reaching out with the hand thing is part of this connection role/ability and so is the punching otherworldly things, grounding them just enough in reality to become punchable

I participated in the project, and the group tried creating a quest, a visual novel, and a couple of short stories. They're trying to create a fantasy universe, OCs based on it, and whole fandom. However, this project was too ambitious and flopped at its birth. But I've been left with some heraldic symbols and a map. Date: 2018
