🤒😥☕🍔
Generally with all three of em :3c
💙Xingshen💙:
🤒: Sadly yes, especially due to stars chronic pain. It leaves star bedridden and weakened for, at worst, weeks at a time. Consistently star feels nauseous, light-headed, and very weak.
😥: Xingshen does keep her cool in a majority of situations, but when pushed to the absolute limit her emotions exploded painfully out of her, leaving her very weak and tired afterwards without the energy to eat or take care of herself.
🍔: Xingshen's very good at cooking. In her younger years when being as physically fit as possible took first priority, she made a special diet for herself that she religiously followed. Now in the modern era she doesn't so strictly adhere to it, but she still prefers to eat healthy and hit the gym.
💜Chandrelle💜:
🤒: Considering she has a 16 in Constitution, I'd say Chandrelle's pretty hardy! She can get sick, but not easily.
😥: Chandrelle keeps her head so well it's hard to tell when things effect her, except for when there's a clear threat to one of the party. Then she turns very grim and spares no effort in ensuring their safety.
🍔: Living the adventurer's lifestyle means Chandrelle can cook, but mostly it's savory stews and various game meat. Baking's definitely not a strong suit and a bit too traditionally feminine for her tastes, though she does enjoy its results. However, she does enjoy experimental cooking with rare animals. For example: If the party takes down a hippo by some grace of the gods she's going to be very excited to test out dishes with its meat.
🩷Sylvia🩷:
🤒: A little bit, girl's got that AuDHD that keeps her awake most nights either doing overtime or playing those old 2010s flash games. Bad for the health.
😥: Now this one's funny- considering the type of calls she gets, Sylvia's very level-headed... but show her an insect of any time or a rat and she'll jump up on her chair screaming like a Victorian-era woman.
🍔: Girl cannot cook or bake to save her life but instant ramen do hit different.

💌SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER! If your OC could be any flavor of ice cream, what would they be? Send this to 3 other simmers to keep the chain going! - but I want to see it for Anastasia and Sylvia !! 🫵🏻🫶🏻 (Maybe Mila Diana too?🤭)
Hi lovely, thank you for sending this to me and I will happily listen to your request of sims!
Sylvia Brownstone She would totally be cappuccino; dark academia vibes always requires coffee-like flavors.
Tumblr media
Anastasia Brownstone Rocky Road because it makes me think of nature and being outdoors, and since Ana is always on the farm with the horses, it just makes sense.

Hi, your posts about Spy X Family are real good. I see chapter 105 as improvement of Franky's role and character. Wheather he'll get lucky - or not - on the Finding a Girlfriend case is a hot one. I wonder, when will Anya she's fed up with Damian's disdaineful, toxic world? I posted my thorough stydy upon this case. I've ceased to believe for a friendship(or romance between them). Unpopular truth:All these (old and new) cruel and awfull insults of Damian to Anya, in the end reflect and represent his Papa(: So in my opinion she and Papa "Twilight" will get the documents of Donovan's scheme by an other source.By the way, if government officials and the SSS are not his lackey's ,associates for his scheme then who they might be? And when WISE uncovers it what will be their actions against him and his network? Are we ready to see how Sylvia has killed people, real villains say Ostanians similar the assassins yor has killed? See you :)
Oh wow, thank you so much. I'm glad you find my rambles to be enjoyable 🥰🥰
As for chp 105, yes it's one of my favorite kind of "side character building up" type of chapter. And this time, we got to see Franky's character building. For me, Franky is such an amazing character that know how to enjoy his life. He has his princips and stays true to that, and didn't stop being kind, while at the same time he has a very smart view of the world and very logic in thinking process. I do hope he will find a woman who will appreciate him as who he is. But first, he has to decide when he want to settle down before doing it.
As for Damian. Yes, unfortunately if I have to be honest, I don't like Damian very much if he is showing his tsundere side and keep pointing and hurting Anya. But, he is still a boy, who tried too much. I hope he will one day learn to accept that there's nothing wrong by enjoying the process of growing up, and not too focused on the goal. And the fact that his Dad IS NOT someone he has to look up to. I believe Damian has good heart though, as we already seen in so many occasions. And just like every kid, in the growing process, the influences from other people particularly their peers are huge. And I hope Anya (with her own problems and difficulties) alongside with Ewen and Emile and Becky, can help Damian grows into a fine man. This is why, my fave chapter of Damian will always be where he can act like a boy of his age.
And I do agree. I do hope Twilight will find some other way to approach Donovan. And not pushing it through Anya and Damian friendship. Let these kids be friend without ulterior motives other than being friends.
The mystery of Donovan ascossiates are still there. This man has so much power, and yet, we know he is not with the incumbent of Ostanian govt. He is not directly leads the SSS, though without a doubt there will be fractions of SSS who is loyal to him up until current timeline. So where did his power came from? This remains a mystery until Endo decides to move forward with the plot, I guess 🤭
Tbh, I don't think WISE is 100% good either. It is possible that Op Strix be WISE's own plot to overturn Donovan because this man dares to oppose WISE. Anything is possible in politics after all 🤣 so how will WISE reacts when they finally got the information on Donovan? That will also depends on further information given to us by Endo himself.
Come on Endo!!! Give us more plot development 😫😫
Regarding Sylvia, Oh yes, through her speech during Inu-san crisis arc, we know that Sylvia has killed people during her life. This has eating her soul, but she has to carry on with her life. The same goes to Yor. Yor must know that not all of her clients are guilty per se, but she has to numb her soul because that's how she carry on with her life.
Thank you so much for the asks. I hope I manage to give satisfying answers 🥰🥰🥰
Good day to you too!

Omg no this is so random but holy shit no one let Sylvia and Adam meet each other, that poor little girl would be appalled by his language and slightly terrified of him SYFSFJFUSUSF
Holy golly gosh your right Sylvia would be so traumatized fr poor baby
Nova wouldn't even let Adam go near Sylvia anyways she would definitely try to protect her niece from Adam, Adam would totally switch Nova's overprotective Tia mode on honestly and even if they did meet Adam wouldn't do anything to serious because he don't want to deal with an overprotective Alastor and Nova 😆👍
(Tia means aunt in Spanish btw)

Hi! I've noticed your oc, Sylvia! (She's gorgeous btw!) I wanted to ask since I know that she seems to be involved in Marigold...
When did Sylvia start working for Marigold?
Why does she seem so focused, calm and collected? Almost like nothing fazes her.
She looks so stoic and cold, but all-knowing as well.
Makes me curious about her past.
Anyway, have a nice day! 😊
First of all; The amount of dopamine I received when reading this was HUGE! Thank you so much! She’s my baby and currently occupying 99% of my brain activity! So hearing that she’s peaked your curiosity makes me so excited and Happy!
I’m not sure an exact time Sylvia began work at the Marigold as of just yet, but I know it wasn’t too long before Mordecai started working there, the two sort of just coexisted and never really bothered to go out of their way to acquaint themselves aside from a necessity to familiarize with their fellow Marigold operators, that is, until Mister Sweet decided to pair them together on a joint operation that would become the starting point of their business partnership from then on.
(you’ve triggered me, I have so much built up backstory and plot swirling around for her, forgive me if these get lengthy!)
As for Sylvia’s Cold demeanor; Sylvia always holds herself to a strict professional standard, insuring that her actions, behavior, and motives all align with her objective, she holds a reputation for being cold and calm under pressure, her words precise and clear no matter the situation. All of this stems from Sylvia’s past career as a Nurse, when she had to steel her emotions to better focus upon her goals of insuring her patients health, she learned to remain calm and keep her cool in stressful situations, creating the stoic facade she continued to build off of years later in her clandestine affairs. She keeps her private life absent from her profession, preferring to maintain neat uncrossable borders that farther strengthens her reputation as a professionally cold operator.
Before Sylvia joined the Marigold, she had jumped from a career as a nurse, to a Smuggler, her reputation as a formidable smuggler in the underworld soon making working for the Marigold a reachable option for her. She navigated her role as a smuggler much like her duties as a Marigold operative, Using cunning, wit, and resourcefulness to insure her goals, and when needed, she is unafraid to use her feminine qualities to farther reach her goals, to her, whatever moves her that much closer to her objective, be it cold professionalism, unrelenting brutality with her trademark deadly polite attitude, or misleading a mark with well placed words and calculated lies, so long as the means to move forward does not endanger her partner or her fellow Marigold operators, everything goes.
I hope this answers your questions! I’m thrilled you reached out to ask! And yes! Thank you! I hope that your day/night is absolutely radiant! 😆💕
And a lil wip of her character sheets expression samples for the heck of it!

hi!! i hope you don't mind me dropping in but i read your marvel headcanons and then read your fic with marvel's sister (and loved it!!!) and i was wondering if you had any thoughts on his sister/the rest of his family after he died and during the rebellion?
thank you so much for this ask omg??? i love talking about the sanfords so much you have no idea. also i’m so glad you enjoyed reading my thoughts on marvel. he’s such a blank slate of a character that i feel like people just skip over him even though you could really do anything with him. also also thank you so much for reading the fic about marvel and marvel’s sister (here for anyone who hasn’t read it!) i’m so glad you enjoyed it!!
okay now into the actual hcs lol.
(little note: this includes all of members of the sanford family alive during the rebellion, not the 75th. amethyst lives through the 75th, but does not live to see the rebellion. just a btw so no one gets confused!)
brilliant sanford —
brill and marvel were not close. he always agreed with what his mother said about training and marvel never felt safe talking to him.
that said, he was affected when he died. after all, marvel was his son. he had raised him.
but brill had never second guessed the system he grew up within (“kiss the capitol’s ass or die” basically). he didn't magically start thinking the games were immoral. his brother had died in the games and he still didn’t think the games were horrible and unjust. his son being killed did not make him have a sudden change in perspective.
brill basically had a whole “there will be no talk of treason under my roof” talk with his wife and daughter and pearl was like “your roof? this is my house”. so yeah, lots of fighting and arguments over meals in the Sanford’s home during the period after the 74th games ending to the victory tour.
he doesn't side with the rebels during the rebellion. he doesn’t side with the capitol loyalists either, though, which is bigger than him just siding with the rebels honestly. the sanfords were big capitol supporters during the Dark Days. brill had grown up learning about it. he knew what was expected of him. he just didn’t do it.
he never publicly sided with either side, but brill gave his life to save his wife and daughter from a capitol bomb. in a way, that was him choosing his side. and it wasn’t the capitol.
bonus hc for brilliant: he used to watch his brother’s games. not the actual games, but the interviews and the clips of the reapings. he can’t bring himself to watch the actual games. he never has. amethyst convinced the capitol officials wanting brill’s opinions on his brother that brill was deathly ill. in truth, it wasn’t all that far off; he refused to go out anywhere and was bedridden for weeks. maybe he did have some rebellious thoughts during that time. he never admitted to them.
pearl nelson —
pearl nelson has been pissed for years. her son’s death is really just the final straw for her.
she doesn’t speak to amethyst for months after it. if she has to, she tells brill to tell amethyst for her. brill finds it ridiculous but pearl looks about one ill timed comment away from killing someone, so he does it anyway.
important member in the rebellion in One, especially relating to the civilian aspect of it. she has been smuggling information and rebel plans since the late 40s, when she was still a teenager.
she’s less active in the public speaking and publishing aspect of panem’s history restoration but she does occasionally speak out, usually anytime anyone even tries to say something bad about her dad.
she never expected to live to see a free panem. she had hoped, but hoping and experiencing it are two very different things. there’s quite a lot more healing and therapy than she had expected too.
she starts a tiny garden off of her house after the war, since her first one had been bombed. the tiny garden quickly grows much, much larger as more people move and relocate and add plants and flowers and trees to the garden as they go. after pearl passes away, the garden is renamed to “Nelson Park” and each bench in the park has a plaque honoring a war hero during the rebellion. the fountain in the middle of the park is surrounded by twelve plaques for each victor from One.
bonus hc for pearl: she’s the only one of the sanford extended family to never go to the Academy. argent refused to send her, and pearl never showed any interest in winning the hunger games either.
paris sanford —
she had to go on the run after the 75th for obvious reasons (she had known about the rebel plan and had been involved in it as one of One’s mentors).
she also had to smuggle herself on a train out of the capitol by hiding in a fruit crate to Six and running into the freezing cold forest directly off of the district. everyone’s convinced she’s dead. she’s not.
she knows peacekeepers are on her trail and has to hide her footsteps and never stay in the same place for more than a few hours at most. she sometimes ventures back into Six and hides in bars on the edge of the border just to throw them off. it’s also a good way of figuring out what’s going on with the rebellion. it’s how she figures out who is in Thirteen and who is in capitol custody.
it’s also how she meets delta lincoln, the mother of james lincoln, Six’s first victor. she’s in her seventies now, but she helps the rebellion in anyway she can. through her, paris is able to continue helping the rebellion from afar.
she’s one of my favorites and i always like to imagine she’s one of the few Coin didn’t calculate in the victor’s purge (or deliberately left out) and she did survive. but that’s just my opinion lol.
bonus hc for paris: she was never supposed to go into the games. paris was amazing in all subjects at the Academy except for any kind of combat. she excelled in educational classes; sword fighting… not so much. because of this, she was supposed to be drawn out after she turned fifteen. it didn’t work out, as paris was reaped, by “coincidence”, and One’s designated volunteer that year got the memo that she wasn’t supposed to volunteer for paris. no one expected her to come back, and yet.
harrison sanford —
harrison never agreed with sending marvel to the Academy early. he genuinely fought amethyst on it, but amy is about as movable as mount everest when she sets her mind on something. unfortunately for both of them, harrison would rather die than back down from anyone. they have a lot of arguments.
harrison sides with the rebels. he’s executed by peacekeepers in One’s square. his last words were as follows: “i know what side my grandson would have been on. it’s not the capitol’s.”
bonus hc for harrison: his wife’s name was arabela alderidge. she passed away during the 60s (lot of victors from One were dying in the 60s ngl lol).
sapphire sanford —
after pearl, sapphire is probably the closest to punching someone in the face if they say one more thing about her brother.
she refuses to go to the Academy after his death. paris starts homeschooling her (since a sanford going to public school would probably cause deaths in One).
sapphire and marvel were close. like really close. their large age differences just made sapphire think that her brother was the coolest person to ever exist when she was younger and that admiration never really went away, especially because she never went through the bitchy teenager phase with him.
paris had to go on the run after the 75th, so pearl and sapphire held the rebellion in One strong with the miners and various rebellious nobles.
she survives the rebellion along with her mother. she never stops talking about marvel during the rebuilding process and after that. she makes sure that no one in the entire country of panem will ever forget the name of the boy they killed. she talks about what he was like on talk shows and writes books and articles about what growing up being taught how honorable going into the hunger games was and how that affected her in the long run.
bonus hc for sapphire: she’s the only biological sanford born during the hunger games era who didn’t complete the test at the Academy at twelve since she wasn’t attending classes at the time.
reasons for lack of some characters:
alister sanford dies during the 46th hunger games (won by emmelyn “lyme” gray of D2). amethyst is devastated, especially because it’s the same year hermes died, but she’s one of those people that just ignores all of their pain and puts all of their energy into something else to help keep their mind off of it to the point that it’s unhealthy. in this case, it was the Academy.
bonus hc for alister: he’s one of the few career victors who has never worked or trained anyone at the academy. it isn’t his thing. never was.
amethyst hansen dies right after katniss blows up the 75th hunger games. like, literally right after. harrison went to her house to talk to her about katniss literally blowing up the arena and she’s just dead. and he’s like “damn now i need someone else to talk to.”
bonus hc for amethyst: she doesn’t mentor tributes. ever. she doesn’t have the patience needed for it. she’s much better at training them because at least than she can yell at them.
sylvia sanford dies during the fall of the 72nd (won by cassandra mcpearson of D2).
bonus hc for sylvia: zircon was her only successful tribute, and he sees her as a sort of mother figure to him. she sees him as a son after her adopted daughter died in the 50th.
again thank you so much for this ask omg??? i love absolutely any excuse to talk about the sanfords.

wip wednesday let's goooooooooooo
one of the things i've been working on lately is stitching together the various versions of i never said i had the answer, which i completely fucked up and have had to cut over 80k words. this is sort of the new rough version of a thing i already posted with added other stuff. i'm gonna try to link to the previous bits that are still part of it. if you're confused, don't worry. i'm confused too.
24/7 sylvia plath
snippet 1 of insihta
snippet 2 of insihta
snippet 3 of insihta
snippet 4 of insihta
very short snippet 5 of insihta
He'd thought, if he was the one to do it, it would bring him some measure of relief. She would be gone, excised like necrotic tissue, and he would be free to return to his previous state. But he realized, hunched in on himself with his brother's corpse and the rapidly deteriorating girl, he would never escape them. Another brother whose death he'd caused. Another woman who would be better off without him.
He could not murder someone else he loved.
She wasn't gentle. Not even on her deathbed. She would never beg him to save her. Not the way Tyler had. Klaus had been reminded then of the first time he'd had any real contact with her. She'd been a snarling, spitting, hissing creature, ordering Tyler not to take the doppelganger's blood, even though it was his only chance to live. And he almost hadn't. Klaus had seen the hesitation in the boy, his desire to follow his girlfriend's orders, even if it meant his own death. He'd trusted her, her passion and guidance.
The only thought he'd had of her then was how he might use the couple against each other. She'd been nothing, a pretty face in a town full of pretty faces, until he'd begun investigating her utility and realized she'd positioned herself as Tyler's alpha without meaning to. Klaus had barely needed the sire bond to nudge Tyler into revealing everything. He'd been eager to tell of her virtues. How she'd taken control of him when he couldn't do it himself. Explained the little she'd known, despite being ordered to the contrary by the Salvatores. She'd stayed by his side throughout the agony of his first full moon, in spite of the danger to herself. Wept for him and held him while he writhed, the only succor throughout hours of cursed torment.
The more he'd learned of her, the more his thoughts turned to her potentiality. His first turned hybrid, formed and shaped by a vampire lover who was precisely the correct combination of compassionate and despotic. If he could have swayed her, appealed to her natural inclination to both protect and control, he'd have had the perfect captain for his army.
Of course, he'd then gone head-to-head with Stefan and lost his temper. Thought himself so far above his old friend, whose heart bled him of his sanity. What a fool Klaus had been, thinking himself immune. Perhaps, it had been self-preservation, even more than he'd realized, when he'd ordered Tyler to bite her.
"So, you–what? You can't promise that. You have whims! And the worst temper ever."
"Because I can't!" He set the cup in his hand down before he could give into the urge to throw it. To cause some manner of satisfying destruction. "Once. In over a thousand years, I have turned off my humanity one time, when Katerina escaped and I failed to break my curse. Do you understand that?"
By the frown on her face and the furrow in her brow, he knew she did not. "But I thought only younger vampires could turn it off."
"Yes," he agreed. "Typically. The older the vampire, the more difficult the process, buried as the original superego becomes under time. It requires an extraordinary set of circumstances. Despair beyond reckoning. A near complete loss of hope. Of self, even."
"No," she denied, shaking her head. "You wouldn't have."
There were moments when he cursed her cleverness, her unwitting insightfulness. Even when he led her there, her knowing of him was still an uncomfortable ache.
"I would have."
"You wouldn't! Not over me."
"Yes," he insisted. "I would. It was already coming. I could feel it. A creeping chill of the spirit. As you faded, the numbness spread. Like hypothermia. I've nothing left to look forward to. That's the truth. For a thousand years, I had a mission. Protect my family. Break my curse. Build my army. Kill my father. Straightforward, really, for all its complications. And now I'm done. It's all resolved itself one way or another, for good or ill. What else is there for me?"
"You can't make me your only reason to go on." Her hands flexed between them, as though she wanted to grab him and shake the foolishness out of him. "People can't be that for each other. I'm just me! I'm not– it's not supposed to work like that."
"Why shouldn't it? We're not people, Caroline. We're monsters carved from our mortality. In time, I will find new endeavors. There will be more threats, more enemies to sink my teeth into. But for now?" Klaus leaned towards her, looming despite their similar heights. Her eyes were wide, reflexive breaths coming shorter in her agitation, but he did not stop, as merciless in this as she had ever been with him. "You wanted to understand why you no longer fear for yourself. Instinct. It's as simple as that. The monster inside knows there is an even more terrible creature here to protect you, even from itself." He lifted his hand to her face and hovered above her temple, wanting to memorize her--the shape of her eyes, the line of her delicate nose, the cut of her stubborn chin--with his fingertips, and when she did not flinch away, let himself have the pleasure of touching her hair and brushing his thumb along her cheekbone. "You will not end. I will not allow it."
She took his wrist and squeezed it hard enough to grind the bones together, the pain a distant thing, an anchor well below the waves, tying him to her, to there and then. Rested her opposite hand on his chest, over his heart, where it ran with a wolf's blood, digging like she might reach in and touch it, grip it in her strong, capable fingers.
If she wanted his heart, she could have it. She could take it, if that was what she needed. He would let her try.
"They forget," she whispered, a secret between them, "how old you are. They see this face and it makes them forget. Even Stefan does and he should know better by now.”
He told her they were the same, had known it since she told him to go to hell, as much as she could manage, anyway, and sank her teeth into his arm. He hadn't dripped imperious blood into her mouth as he stood above her. Hadn't even looked for a glass. The second time she needed his blood, the sheer perversion of the act was compounded by an added element of narcissism he hadn't quite noticed the first time. It was there, though. Would she think him mad if he told her killing her felt like killing himself? Her murder was his suicide.
"I don't,” she continued. “I never have. Not once. I always remember. Even when I'm playing everyone's favorite distraction. Even when you're playing awkward and charming.” She leaned in even closer, still holding him against her cheek, the palm between them trapped by their combined weight, her searchlight eyes so near his own, but infinitely more brilliant. “But I really need you to stop being so weird about this.”
