i realize i don't talk about raiding much these days, but i've still got one team i dps on going strong! we cleared all the legacy nims + timers, so we've been progging dxun now!
currently working on apex, where i'm in adds tank jail since i can't play a dps with cleanse ajskdljklasd
but it's fun! it's. A Lot. to keep track of, but i'm really enjoying learning how to adds tank
red is. red. it's a coin toss whether the bulls are visible so it can get hectic when only one or two dps can focus it, and especially when it's invis for the one who's supposed to hold it
the beast pens are hectic in any mode, but when they're not buggy they're fun! the pursuit droid is actually a really fun mechanic (even if it seems to target me half the time. damn thing.....)
nim trandoshan squad is SO fun??? i get to be train caller since i can use hololocate and i'm happy the raid lead trusts me with important (albeit in that case, simple) jobs 🥰
huntmaster is. ughhhhhh. i want to push him into shelleigh's pond So Bad that fight is buggy, desync-y mess. it would be fun if it Actually Worked Properly, but the main prog in that fight is - no joke - learning all the bugs and figuring out how to work around them. ugh.
and then apex.... we haven't killed it yet, the lowest we've gotten is into 45-ish% i think? but it's been a good challenge so far!
...weird to think i've cleared 86/100 things in 8m.... all i'm missing now is all of nim gods + timer, nim apex + timer, hm revan, hm lady dom, and hm sisters-izax.
it Would be funny if i clear nim gods stuff before hm, and it's looking like that Could actually happen since gods is where we're probably going after dxun timer hahaha. i've gotta start relearning plasma for that op....

Let me take you back to 6.1 Back then, I was invited to be the main tank in a Nature of Progress HM Operations Group that had lost their tank just before. During the "Stair Boss" I had to go AFK for about 5 minutes and upon my return I was treated to an interesting and well-thought-through maneuver...
One of the members from the OPs Group later asked if someone had recorded this display of high-intelligence performance and edited the video into the format you're now watching. For me, this was a moment of, "Err, guys, I'm back. What did I miss… well, never mind."
For those who are unfamiliar with what's happening - you cannot drag a Mob with Boss immunity along with you into death, even if you have Grapple and Hydraulic Override activated ^^

Spoiler Free SWTOR 7.5 comments
As it says on the tin.
Honestly, I am really liking the consistent content that Broadsword is putting out. Big patches are 4-6 months apart, little ones are pretty regular. Each patch -- whether it's a big 7.x or it's a 7.5.x -- has something that tries to address a player request/complaint. Since Broadsword took over, the amount of content might be more modest in terms of scale, but it seems like more care has been applied to it. Based upon the player survey and other quality of life improvements -- and even some hasty u-turns--, they are taking player feedback into account. I feel better about the game in Broadsword's hands than I did with Bioware.
Technically, I did not experience major problems with the patch. As reported in the patch notes, there is one cinematic where a key character's mouth does not move. That doesn't break the game, though you may want to wait to record the scene if you're into that. There's another point where you have to hit the right spot on the floor for your jetpack to disappear so you can pass through the next door, but that's an easy fix. Gearwise, I'm seeing reports of being at least in 332 greens, but as usual, player skill may vary.
Patch 7.5 starts the conclusion of the two storylines that have taken the mainstage of 7.0: the Holocron of Nul storyline and the Heta Kol storyline, which started back in 6.2 (pandemic patch). I feel like some of the "huh?" in the plot was baked in from where Bioware started it, so Broadsword is trying its best to finish the story they were given. Is it a busfire? Yes. Is it their fault? No, but they have to finish it.That said, this patch actually makes the player make choices, and you AGONIZE over them. It's not just personnel choices but also diplomatic ones. I haven't felt that way in a considerable amount of time. Yes, you do make choices in 7.0, but it's one person living or dying, be a jerk or don't be a jerk. Lower stakes. The stakes are higher here in 7.5 -- or at least it feels that way. That's an important part of game writing: even if the choice does not matter, there needs to be the illusion that it does -- a certain level of immersion. You do have cascading consequences of choices as well. I'm looking forward to playing this patch on my LS toon to do different choices, more so than I did previously. "Let's not be a jerk this time" is less than compelling than "Can I do it differently, this time?"
Overall, there is progress in the storyline -- this doesn't feel like a "busy work" patch or "here's a new daily area to keep you occupied". (To be clear, I loved the Port Nowhere and Ord Mantell content in 7.4 -- it was a giant love letter to smugglers -- but at the same time, it was a bit of filler, to be honest). The quests you need to do are necessary to gain the trust of a naturally fearful faction of sentients (no spoilers) -- it makes sense they aren't your besties for life right off the jump. You will yell at the screen at the end of the whole thing, because it does make sense and yet it's the worst option for your character, personally, and it's out of your hands. (And it is not out of character for the person who makes that decision...)
No new date night content -- maybe in 7.5.1. There is some romance content for those of us that romanced Lana and Theron.
If you are big into Mandos and have been impatiently waiting for Lane to give you a buzz, this is your time and your hour. If you enjoy training hunter pets in other games, your time has arrived.
There is also a new Spring Festival event on Dantooine. In truth, I find it sort of derivative of the Tillers' reputation you could earn in World of Warcraft during Mists of Pandaria. It isn't exactly the same (we don't have a cooking profession), but the general ideas apply, right down to the dailies involving having a beer and going fishing, as well as scouring the world for seeds. There's also animal rescue built in here as well, so it's a bit of everything for any hero who wants to retire or at least slow down.
But of course, something sinister is on the farm, and so I anticipate Scooby Doo Mystery Hour shall continue as the event carries on.
~~
Given that Broadsword "maintains" games such as Dark Age of Camelot, there has been the fear that they'll move SWTOR into retirement, but I don't think that will happen, as it's still a live intellectual property (Star Wars), they're making gobs of money off it due to Cartel Market, and there's still a player base. (And let's be real, Favereau and Filoni play it, and they do matter to Disney and EA.) I don't know when 8.0 will come out, so we may have another round of storylines in 7.0 -- sort of like how we had an extended 5.0 (Iokath and Traitor Arc) after Bioware was stripped down in 2017. That said, Onslaught was quite good after the KotXX shenanigans and dev changes had settled. I still hold the view that Bioware is a sinking ship, and EA moved the Goose that Lays the Golden Egg to Broadsword for safekeeping. I think we might get an 8.0 in 2025 or 2026, but how that will look or work -- no idea.

Alliance Commander: Taea Gorgo
Taea Gorgo • Iridonian Zabrak • haunted by…judgements • sharp, confident, tenacious •
Age: 20 as of SWtOR
Backstory, Personality, Story Themes/Character Arc/Motivations and Fears, Looks
BACKSTORY
Born on Iridonia and adopted out to the Jedi Order at a young age, Taea has stayed in touch with her Zabrak roots despite her dedication to the Jedi. Unlike Rakiya and Mydha, her initial training did not take place on Coruscant, meaning her life wasn’t uprooted when the Temple was attacked.
She was mostly trained at Ossus and Aloxl, moving back and forward between them during various stages of her training. She was trained by Jedi Master Surro for most of her time as a Padawan, until Satele Shan personally took an interest in her training and brought her to Tython as her new Padawan.
Her horns start coming in around age 11, nearly age 12, and she undergoes the tattooing ritual at age 12. The closest she comes to falling to the Dark Side is when she’s about sixteen, which is when she goes through a phase of getting really into Dathomirian Shamanism and learning magick, even undergoing Nightsister adulthood rituals. Though this period doesn’t last long, she still has a healthy respect for Dathomiri culture (despite being Iridonian herself) and maintains her skills in magick.
As far as her actual storyline goes, it progresses along the same timeline as the others, but I’m rewriting a LOT and moving a lot of stuff around. The general gist though is some (heavily condensed and edited) flashpoints and planetary quests serving as her prologue and Chapter 1, with Malgus (who views the Sith Empire as weak for accepting peace with the Republic post-Treaty of Coruscant rather than just wiping them out) as her Chapter 1 antagonist culminating in Ilum for the Chapter 1 finale.
Chapter 2 is a (once again heavily edited) version of the Hutt Cartel expansion story. Chapter 3 and her whole story climax follows Shadow of Revan, with “Revan” serving as her main antagonist hinted at from the beginning. Revan does not actually come back to life, at least not my Revan, the actual historical Revan, cause they eventually get a happy ending and will not be dragged back into the galaxy’s bullshit. However, there is still a guy who parades around calling himself Revan and since it’s been like three hundred years there’s no way of properly disproving him. Whether or not he genuinely believes himself to be Revan’s incarnation is unclear.
As far as the actual Eternal Empire story, that still takes place after the “origin story” but there’s a lot to it that deserves its own post honestly. The Outlander character has been separated from the Alliance Commander character (in the form of Alanna, who is also a part of Taea’s crew throughout this).
PERSONALITY
sharp, confident, tenacious
silent, subtle, stealthy - she works from the shadows to shape conflicts
observant, sharp, deft, cunning, diplomatic, knowledgeable, intelligent - She enjoys diplomatic negotiation a great deal. She is deeply loyal to the Republic, but believes that the best way for it to achieve its highest potential is through allying with the Empire rather than destroying it (expanded on below). She believes that different experiences of others add to the overall value of a larger force, in this case the galaxy at large. She also believes that (in addition to her lack of acceptance for failure in the first place) there is no such thing as failure, as even failure can be a learning experience
inquisitive, explorative - she has a wandering spirit and prefers moving around to staying in one place for long. She’s naturally a warrior, but she’s also an adventurer. Being naturally inquisitive means new worlds, meaning new challenges to overcome and opportunities to learn
efficient, committed, dedicated, determined, focused, visionary - expanded on below. Her motivation to make a contribution to the greater good is a strong driving force for her. Her drive for excellence carries the persistent temptation to use any means necessary to achieve her goals, as she refuses to accept defeat under any circumstances and strikes to prove doubters and skeptics wrong at every turn. Meanwhile, her drive for physical excellence results in strict and disciplined training regimens. She prefers to focus on a single task or idea at a time
tenacious, fierce, intense, indomitable, tough, strong-willed - a war-like influence, with a degree of savagery ingrained, remains part of her culture, and she likes the idea of adding to the strength of her species. She has an iron will to survive, aided by her ability to withstand a great amount of pain. These traits inspire loyalty in just about anyone who follows her
independent, confident, proud, self-assured, self-determined - expanded on below. She is confident that she can accomplish any task she sets out to do, and does not consider any challenge impossible. She genuinely cannot wrap her head around those who fear defeat. She has deep pride in of her species’ history and even their diaspora, the wide cultural diversity that has grown amongst them over the years. Despite her species pride, it isn’t in her nature to denigrate other species. In fact, as a whole she does not have prideful superiority towards others, and views competition as positive opportunities for growth on all sides. Despite coming across as arrogant at times (expanded on below), she actually rarely comes across as boastful or overbearing.
balanced, poised, nimble - she has very little temper, insults and fights are not common without extreme provocation
Best quality: Her intense drive to excel in everything she does. She holds herself to high standards, and constantly seeks to improve her own skills, abilities, and knowledge. She can be trusted with any task and to keep her word. Once she decides to pursue a goal or course of action she will go above and beyond not only to complete a mission, but to complete it to perfection using whatever means necessary.
Worst quality: Her confidence can come across as arrogance. She knows what she’s good and talented at, and she doesn’t hide that she’s aware and proud of her abilities. She sees no point in faking modesty for the sake of making others more comfortable, which can sometimes be a good thing, but it does often slightly blind her, frustrate her, or even limit her ability for empathy and understanding
STORY THEMES/CHARACTER ARC/MOTIVATIONS AND FEARS
Unity and cooperation; balance of the Force; progressive values, restructuring, moving forward; empathy as a skill; the Greater Good.
As I said earlier, Taea’s loyal to the Republic completely, but she doesn’t shy away from working together with the Empire or Sith. She believes in making the galaxy stronger as a whole, and that by allying rather than fighting, both Empire and Republic can provide a better life for their people. A lot of the story is about this theme of bringing the two sides together to make a stronger whole and finding ways to address problems in both sides (ie the Republic being corrupt, the Empire being literal fascists, etc). In general, the idea that staunchly conservative politics and a refusal to change with the times or be open minded to new solutions will inevitably lead to a government’s destruction. It’s better to reform and change rather than implode.
That ties into a theme of balance in the Force and what that actually means, given how often the Jedi interpret “balance” as just “only the Light Side”. Taea is the closest thing to a true Grey Jedi the galaxy has had since Revan themself. But also examining that through the lens of George Lucas’ original intention and meaning in regards to the Force being in balance. Which does in fact involve the elimination of the Dark Side.
Taea’s for sure got that good good low-empathy autism. It isn’t that she can’t feel empathy at all, it’s just that empathy is a learned skill, and not one that comes naturally to her. She has to actively tell herself to feel empathy and then do the work to improve the ease of it, something that she learns over the story.
Then there’s some pretty basic “Greater Good” stuff, what sacrifices is a person prepared to make, how far is too far, etc.
LOOKS
Ok so I kind of hate the idea of Iridonian Zabraks visually just being humans with horns (and tattoos but that’s technically a cultural thing). So in my mind Iridonian skin tones are still a range of fleshy browns, but none of them are shades that humans have, all of their skin tones are just slightly off from humans’ and the same thing goes for their hair and eye colours - the same colours as humans but also not. Like if you met an Iridonian who didn’t have horns or tattoos (and had eyebrows) at first glance maybe you wouldn’t clock they’re not human, but you’d be able to tell that there’s something kind of off about their looks.
So with that said, Taea’s skin is a light golden brown, like the gold undertones are what differentiates her skin tone from that of humans. You’d think her blood is made of molten gold. In general her whole vibe is gold, I’m talking hazel green-gold eyes and dark blonde hair, like a bronde colour you only see on humans with dyed hair, the kind of hair that would cause tumblr arguments about whether it’s brown or blonde (Anakin! Skywalker! Is! Blond!).
I also hate the fact that Zabraks don’t have eyelashes. Like I can live with no eyebrows, but like the idea that they don’t have eyelashes is just so fucking stupid when their whole deal is that they’re “survivors” because of the harsh conditions of Iridonia but apparently they never once fucking evolved eyelashes to prevent stuff from getting in their eyes. So that’s an element of canon/legends/whatever that’s getting thrown out, Zabraks have eyelashes, period.
Her actual features are an oval face, low cheekbones, downturned eyes. If she had eyebrows, they’d be kinda thin and flat.
Her style is heavily inspired by the styles of Nightsister robes, just usually in different colours and with slightly more decoration and accessorizing. Colours tend to be browns and gold, decorations and embellishments are still quite minimal, but usually consist of metal and feathers.
She doesn’t usually like armour, preferring to stay nimble and quiet, and to not give an impression of anticipating conflict. Occasionally though, she’ll opt for a piece or two of light armour (for example a Nightsister melee armguard, Dathomiri lizard-skin armour, Nightsister breastplate, etc).
She often wears Dathomiri fabrics (such as Dathomiri lizard-skin, Dathomiri spider silk, and whuffa leather).
Accessories always include Iridonian field boots, traditional Zabrak horn jewelry, and an expensive signature perfume (one of those scents that can only be described as expensive-perfume-smell or even old-lady-classic-perfume like Chanel No 5, Dior’s J’adore, or Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds). Accessories that she changes out frequently would be jewelry made of gold metal and/or Dathomir amber. She has a carnage beret for special occasions.

Drain the poison from my heart (SWTOR Fic)
Without anyone to turn to, Jedi Knight Rha tries to help herself by keeping an journal.
(warning: dealing with depression)
Bare pages laid before her like a doom. The journal was thick, so that she may not have an excuse to stop and she cursed herself, the lockbox next to it both promise and damnation. It required her fingerprint and the use of the Force to open, enough to keep most curious finger away. An holocron would be safer, but she did not want to listen to her own voice. She could just change it but – talking felt like an confession. Rha did not want to confess.
Was following the advice of a bunch of strangers on the holonet the best idea? Likely not. But it wasn't like she could go ahead and ask anyone else. Sure, she could, but she wouldn't. Cells looked better from the outside. Really, she was just taking mercy on the poor sod who'd be sent to apprehend her.
The bitter part of her wanted to laugh at the idea of getting advice from one of the Masters. Then she remembered she was one of them and it started to scream. Her promotion surreal to her, half nightmare, half fever dream. How could they not see her failures, her darkness?
Or perhaps they had seen it and chosen to be blind. It was a bitter thought and she pushed it away.
Next to her hand stood an cup of caf, precarious close to the new journal. Rha lifted the cup to her lips and drank. A bit to hot, a bit to bitter. She rolled back with her chair until she could see the kitchen, unlocked the cupboard and levitated the sugar over.
Right. Where had she been?
Writing.
Her mind was blank.
Maybe she should start simple. Like writing an diary. Normal people did that. In the holomovies. It wasn't like she knew anyone not a Jedi who wasn't an enemy. What did she do?
Yesterday I killed forty people.
Rha sighed and crossed it through. However high the true count was, forty barely made in dint in all her – kills, victims, targets? Hm. Permanently defeated enemies?
The true number was lost to her. Not beyond the first. That cursed first kill, the sole clear memory amidst a haze of agony and madness.
Rha took another sip of caf.
False. Ghila's face, her last words, her love, bright in the bond between them, then the lightsaber, red, then the cut and the hollowness. Thinking of it no longer caused an rush of power, only pain. She breathed in and let herself acknowledge the sorrow. No week passed without her missing her first master, but it was no longer every day, every hour, every moment.
Progress. Never thought she'd see the day.
But it made her wonder. Did Sith also have to switch between power sources? Was it another failure of hers? No true Jedi, no true Darksider.
If only she was allowed in the most restricted Archives. But her fellow Shadows had recognized something off in her, a hint of her true nature, and forbidden it. Or they just had seen her change.
The eye was an liability. Rha paused and wrote that down. Removing it would be safer, she even could put in an prosthetic and have two working eyes. She snorted. Funny, how the same people that usually looked down on cybernetics, suddenly had wanted her to have one.
I like my eyes. I miss the color they had when I was ten. Green, yes, but also blue and grey.
Nowadays her good eye often changed between shades of green and yellow, the other ever dark, red, black and sparks of gold. For days they brightened once she was enraged, all her secrets laid bare in its gleam.
Maybe she should track that. There had to be some way to tell if she fell further into to dark. She snorted. Could she? What even was an “Fall”?
Over years she had watched Sith and Jedi alike use the Force in a myriad of ways, walking from one path to another, sometimes willing, sometimes not. She dreamed of it. Nightmares. Only ever nightmares. Of her mind being cleaved apart and scorched with light. All she was, erased.
Should she not be happy? Should she not want to return into the fold?
Now she was alone, a dark star, falling in silence amidst emptiness.
There were a handful of Jedi who at first glance had looked like her, but then they revealed their true nature and she found them to be apart in heart and mind. Despite everything she did not want her people gone, for all that they would want her to be. But perhaps she was just blind. She had not felt her Master change. Would she feel herself change?
Had she not changed already?
The wound festered. She should have killed them both. Him and her. It would have been an fine death. Two traitors gone.
Rha sighed and tipped her head back. But she was grateful, in small and quiet ways, to have lived. Half the time. Maybe. If she was being generous.
At home it was easier. In the temple she could pretend to be an child again, innocent. But she had not been home for months now and then only for a few days. Too good at slaughter to stay.
She knew she should call someone. A friend. But she did not want to – to talk, confess, anything. And well, they were busy anyway. Healers. Important. Good Jedi.
Everything she was not.
She was supposed to get better. Years. So many years.
She had a Padawan now. Responsibility.
She swore herself she would not cause the same pain in her Padawan. There was nothing like it – the bond, the pain, both of them in so much pain, then silence before her own screams. So alone. So damn alone.
Her breath hitched.
Rha grabbed her cup. One can't cry while drinking. Old trick.
The caf was cold. She sighed, got up.
Her datapad pinged. Time to go.

Throwback Thursday to WIP Wednesday
As I said, I had an important meeting this morning so I absolutely didn't have time to work on my WIP Wednesday. Instead, I'll be doing it today!
Accountability sentences under the cut.
Oh Brother: Nadia/Thomas (1 sentence but I tacked on an additional sentence fragment)
But unlike certain other members of her family, she knows better than to insert herself into situations when she might cause more problems than provide solutions, and so she keeps her mouth shut as best she can. A task made all the more difficult when Thomas manages to misunderstand every hint that Aster drops.
forever i'm yours, forever i do: Artem/Rosa second anniversary (2 sentences that is incredibly rough because I can't write spice help)
He feels more than hears her reply, the way she trembles against him, the whisper of her consent ghosting across his cheek. He presses closer still, buries his face into the crook of her neck, feels himself stiffen at the roaring in his veins.
That Which Binds Us: FEA Chrobin (3 sentences)
As the leader, as the captain of the shepherds, he ought to brush it off. He knew that, could remember the lessons about not showing weakness in front of his men that his father had drilled for almost as long as he can remember: Ylisse could not stand strong against her enemies when her leaders exhibited any signs of weakness. And yet, in spite of himself, he hesitated.
Officium et Honestas: SWTOR Regency AU (4 sentences, once again rough af lol)
If anything, her friend’s expression only turned sharper at his father’s words, this time matched with more subtle but no less curious attention from her family. Equally unfortunately, Earl Barcaria had evidently selected that moment to pause in his retelling, casting his gaze about his audience until it too followed that of the others, though his expression held more concern than curiosity. “Is aught the matter, Miss Hei?” “No, my lord.” She drew a breath, letting it out slowly before pasting another smile, this time more genuine in the face of his good nature, upon her face.
Evenly Matched: Jaslen/Falon (1 sentence)
His face darkens more still, an expression that is as enticing as it is dangerous, and she finds herself sitting up a little straighter, her pulse racing far more than it has any reason to, when he storms across the room to glare down at her, this time in close quarters.
Dinghun Zhou: CinderLia AU (1 sentence)
“You may have fooled one man, my dear, but not me.”
Once again, I would have liked to have written more, but since I am already behind, I will just call it here. Fingers crossed that I will have more progress next week!

SWTOR Character Ask Meme, #8 and 20 for Ahene and Orinara, please :)
Ahene:
8. Is their voice different to the voice of the character in-game, and if so, how?
Yes, though the early-game f!inquisitor sounds much more like her. There’s a very particular progression that Xanthe Elbrick was going for, and it doesn’t actually… fit. So Ahene’s voice is definitely the f!inquisitor’s, but her accent is slightly less Kaasi-Imperial than the f!inquisitor’s, and her intonations mostly range from “blandly subordinate” (think all the times the baby inquisitor goes “As you say.”) to “cool and professional,” to “extraordinarily, exactingly sardonic,” with very occasional forays into “completely non-Imperial-accented and sincere.” She does not do the “no-I’m-dangerous-and-unstable-really” thing that the game’s voice acting is frequently trying to (especially later on), and the times where she actually is trying to convince someone that she’s dangerous and unstable, she tends to get very flat—quiet and intense, not sadistic. (You can predict sadism. You can predict fury and cruelty and all the things most people see as “unpredictable,” because all those things are emotions that can be roused. She wants people to see her as threatening in the way a natural force threatens: implacable, and with no levers at all.)
20. What's happening in their Heroic Moments?
Ghosts, mostly. Less with the orbital strike and such, but it’s not inconceivable that she could call in some close air support…
Orinara:
8. Is their voice different to the voice of the character in-game, and if so, how?
Nnnope. She sounds like the f!warrior. And all f!warriors, unfortunately, sound like her.
20. What's happening in their Heroic Moments?
Honestly… nothing, really, storywise. 99% of the time, she does not have Secret Zap. The Heroic Moment ability isn’t anything but a game mechanic for her.

Sitting here today and thinking about how Noktis would burn the entire galaxy if it met Cynthia was safe. He can be a bit of a hypocrite, as he would extinguish world if it would prevent her death.
It was only the natural progression for her to become the Hand of Jadus in the storyline. It also makes Corellia that more tragic when he withdrew from space without telling her why -- only to summon her like after the events of the Agent storyline.
@serenofroses just tagging you for swtor. 😊

Okay, apparently my brother is waiting on me before progressing story stuff into Stormblood, but I wanted to take a day off to sort through screenshots, but it's taking longer than anticipated because... um.
Most of them are either of Talia, important dialogue, or Aymeric.

Like, I'd say the 3400 screenshots are divided pretty evenly between 1/3 each of good shots of Talia, dialogue I need to remember for later, or just Aymeric.
Just Aymeric.
So naturally, rather than sort through or get rid of any, I uninstalled SWTOR to make room and start progressing more story content.

3, 4, and 5? 👁👁
thank youuu!! 🥺💜
3: Prettiest eyes?
So subjective, but I’ll make myself choose lol. My lazy answer is a tie between my Purebloods, Kyr, and Lorn. If I really had to narrow it down... I think I like how Lorn’s eyes shine in so many cutscenes. I’ve noticed it’s a Zabrak thing in SWTOR, to be fair, so I wanna headcanon a little bit that Dathomirians might have eyeshine going on? (Totally a self-indulgent HC lol...)
4: physically strongest/most fit?
Tie between Azmodai and Venatae for strength, but the most fit person in my roster is Kyr. Azzy’s always been a husky, naturally strong man, but he doesn’t push himself to stay in top physical shape. Venatae is similar to him, but it’s her line of work that keeps her beefy and fairly trim when she’s most active.
Kyr has a lot of pent up energy from his emotional instability. He’s got a famously short fuse and lacks the capacity to tolerate even normal frustrations in times of stress. To cope, something he’s found very helpful is his intensive training and workout routines. They help condition both his mind and body, leaving him with dense muscle mass and high stamina. As a marauder, he needs it anyway.
5: What scars/birthmarks do your OC(s) have?
Everyone engages in warfare to some degree (lol Star WARS), so it’d be a stretch to say someone doesn’t have scars lol. I think it’d be fun to just list a few that come to mind:
Andras’ eye scar was received in their final clash with their mother. They wear it as a mark of their power and progress, similar to how feel about their cybernetic left forearm/hand and other body modifications.
Lorn’s facial brands were given to him by the Hutt he was sold to as a teen (by Kyr’s father). They once marked him as property and denoted his higher value as a Force-sensitive. The face was selected so that he wouldn’t be able to conceal them easily. He’s chosen not to have them corrected/removed as he doesn’t want to erase his past.
Kyr’s small facial scar is just one of so many he has acquired recently. His father had him undergo corrective surgeries to conceal many of his previous overly-visible scars. But since that guy’s been gone a while now, Kyr’s only gotten a few fresh ones.
Lev’s facial scars are all mostly from scuffles of all sorts from all points in his life. The major three slashes down his eye are from a broken bottle used against him in a nasty barfight.
There’s so many more for everybody but I wanted to at least talk about the in-game ones for some of my clowns. :)

Great Galactic War OCs
Name: Serra Kine Born: 49 BTC Gender: Female Sexuality: Bisexual Species: Human Status/Position: Deceased / Previously a part of the Sphere of Mysteries / Associate to the Emperor’s Hand Relationships: Physical and trusting relationship with her former apprentice, Reyvaal Qasi
Bio: Serra Kine was a powerful Sith Sorceress who was active during the Great Galactic War. During her time as part of the Sphere of Mysteries, she encountered many devices and teachings of immense power. One of these teachings was a variation on the ability to transfer a person’s essence into another being. Her experiments would attract the Hand who brought her before the Emperor. He tasked her with continuing her experiments but for him. She would go on to become the architect of the Children of the Emperor.
Her experiments did not bother her at first but eventually, through her proximity to him, she began to suspect that the Emperor was keeping himself alive through some sort of consumption of living beings. Paranoia and the knowledge that most Sith lose themselves in their pursuit of power made her wonder just what the Emperor would sacrifice to gain more power. She eventually realized that while she loved the Empire, she did not love the Emperor. While working for him, she also saw him as a liability to the Empire itself with his hoarding of knowledge and power and apparent disinterest in the war.
To preserve the Empire, she began to plot ways to eliminate the Emperor. Her position as the creator of the Children of the Emperor allowed her access to significant resources and the ability to make requests of even the Emperor. Under the guise of another iteration of Children that could naturally contain the Emperor’s power, she asked the Voice to have children with her. The Emperor agreed and two different Voices would sire children with her. Her hope was that she could raise her two daughters as her own and train them to resist and eventually oppose the Emperor. Unfortunately, she was assassinated by Republic forces during the Battle of Ziost and was never able to fully realize her vision of an Empire free of the Emperor.
Name: Reyvaal “Reyva” Qasi Born: 44 BTC Gender: Female Sexuality: Bisexual Species: Sith Pureblood Status/Position: Unknown / Former apprentice to Serra Kine / Previously a part of the Sphere of Mysteries Relationships: Physical and trusting relationship with her former master, Serra Kine
Bio: Born to an old Sith bloodline, Reyva was trained from birth as a weapon. Her lightsaber and martial skills were unmatched though she was less adept at the politics of the Empire. Serra Kine was responsible for teaching her subtlety and patience. Somehow, the pair found that they worked well together and realized that they could accomplish far more together as allies than as rivals fighting for power and domination over one another. Their partnership would allow both to learn mysteries of the Force that neither could have discovered alone. It also allowed both to have a person they could legitimately trust, an unheard of luxury in the Empire.
As the war against the Republic continued, both Sith witnessed the incredible waste that infighting among the Dark Council and Moffs caused the war effort. They hoped that Serra’s appointment as an associate to the Hand and leader of the Children of the Emperor project would allow her the ability to advise the Emperor on how to control his subjects. They were saddened to learn that the Emperor himself seemed disinterested in the war. Believing that the future of the Empire was a stake, the pair began to develop plans to eliminate the Emperor and reign in the Dark Council.
It was Reyva’s discovery of a cache of files, stolen from the Sphere of Mysteries by Darth Ekkage, that forced the pair to accelerate their plans. The files included notes from an old Sith Lord, Darth Nyriss and led them to the planet Nathema. They found the world and combined with Serra’s proximity to the Emperor began to suspect that the Emperor was responsible for draining the force from the planet. Fearing that he might do it again, the pair developed the plan to have Serra sire children with the Voice in the hopes that the children could be engineered to have a resistance to the Emperor’s influence and strength.
Reyva was not present on Ziost when the Republic assaulted the Kine estate. She was busy on another mission to Nathema for Serra. They had previously discovered what appeared to be an active and modern structure and they wanted to know who was occupying the dead world. She was never seen in the Empire again and many simply assumed she had perished alongside her former master. The truth was that she had discovered the Sanitarium and the prisoners that the Emperor kept there. She attempted to release the prisoners in order to gain allies in the fight against the Emperor but was captured herself. After several years of torture and experimentation, she escaped when Senya Tirall broke in to rescue her daughter. The confusion gave Reyva the opportunity she needed and she fled into wild space.
Cold War / Second Galactic War OCs
Name: Amarra Kine Born: 12 BTC Gender: Female Sexuality: Lesbian Species: Human Status/Position: Alive / Former Wrath of the Empire / Current second in command of the Alliance Relationships: Married to Amélie Biava (former Cipher Twenty)
Bio: Amarra spent the first six years of her life being trained by her mother and Reyva at their estate on Ziost. She did not know the specific details of Serra’s plan to overthrow the Emperor only that she had plans for the future of the Empire. Before she could learn what those plans were, Ziost was attacked by the Republic. During the attack, Republic and Jedi forces assaulted her home. She attempted to defend the estate alongside her mother but was slashed across the face by a jedi before being thrown through a window. The Jedi and Republic assumed she had perished and left after burning the estate.
Amarra was left with the assumption that her mother and baby sister were dead at the hands of the Republic. She struggled to live on the streets of Ziost before she killed an acolyte that had been harassing her. This attracted the attention of the acolyte’s master who began training her as a Sith. The class story then progressed essentially unchanged from the game except for the Quinncident and Corellia. Amarra did not kill Quinn but she did kick him off of her ship. She would also encounter and recruit her future wife on Corellia after saving her from Republic and Star Cabal forces.
Much like her mother before her, Amarra despised the waste that squabbles between Dark Councilors and Moffs caused. She found a like mind in her own apprentice, Jaesa Willsaam, and they both sought to better the Empire from within.
She would eventually encounter and fight alongside her lost sister on Ilum, though she did not know it was her sister at the time. The pair worked together to defeat Malgus and gained a mutual respect for one another as warriors. They would again cross paths during the Revanite Crisis. It was during that time that they would learn of their familial connection and how the Republic had kidnapped Ryscha. The pair would continue to keep in contact to learn more about each other until Amarra called her to Ziost and they once again worked alongside each other to fight Vitiate. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, they failed to save the world from their sire.
While Marr and Ryscha ventured out into Wild Space, Amarra remained in the Empire to defend against the Eternal Empire’s raids and to keep the Dark Council in check. But when full scale war broke out Amarra was unable to keep the Dark Council in line and lead troops in battle. So, she killed several Dark Councilors and consolidated their power which allowed her to have enough resources to mount a defense of the Empire. Despite having a streamlined and more efficient Empire, the Eternal Empire’s technological advantage meant that she only achieved a handful of victories and only through ground conflicts. When the Empire was forced to finally negotiate a peace treaty, she left, installing Acina in her place. She no longer believed she could be of use to the Empire in her position of Wrath or de facto leader and instead started to work behind the scenes with her wife, Amélie, and friend Lana Beniko. With Lana’s old Sith Intelligence network and Baras’s old spy network the trio formed the foundation of the Alliance.
Name: Amélie Biava Born: 15 BTC Gender: Female Sexuality: Bisexual Species: Human Status/Position: Alive / Former Lieutenant, Imperial Sniper Corps / Former Cipher Twenty / Current head of Alliance Intelligence Relationships: Married to Amarra Kine
Bio: Amélie was brought up as a loyal patriot and looked up to her parents who were both members of the Imperial navy. She had hoped to become a pilot and was given cybernetics to enhance her physical and mental response time but her high marksmanship scores meant that she was picked up by the Imperial Sniper Corps. While disappointed, she believed in doing what was best for the Empire and did not protest.
Her time with the Sniper Corps would lead to her develop borderline treasonous thoughts about the Empire. Far too many Moffs and Sith would commandeer her unit for their own personal gains, often targeting other Imperials rather than the Republic. She felt that there must be something fundamentally wrong with the Empire or at least its power structure if it allowed its members to abuse and squander resources.
When she was approached by Imperial Intelligence she was initially skeptical but Keeper was able to sway her into joining. After seeing examples of Keeper’s devotion to both the Empire and his agents, she became fiercely loyal to him and Intelligence. Her loyalty and trust were both broken during the Battle of Corellia when Keeper, now Minister of Intelligence, and Shara Jenn manipulated and sacrificed her to the Star Cabal. Amélie was tortured for information and her dominant hand surgically removed before the Cabal used her Castellan restraints to force her to tell them what she knew. Not knowing that the Minister and Keeper had lied to her, she confirmed the lie that Nine had told earlier about incoming Imperial reinforcements.
She was saved from execution by Amarra Kine, who was busy protecting Darth Vowrawn and by chance happened across the captured agent. Out of gratitude for being saved and not having anywhere else to go, Amélie filled the spot on Amarra’s crew that was left by Quinn. She and Amarra would share a love for the Empire but agreed that changes had to be made if it was to survive and prosper. After working together throughout Makeb and the Revanite Crisis, Amélie was placed in charge of the spy network that Amarra inherited from Baras. Together they would keep the Empire in line while Marr and Ryscha explored Wild Space. They would later work alongside Lana Beniko to create the foundation of the Alliance.
Name: Dalua Nakash Born: Gender: Female Sexuality: Demisexual Species: Sith Pureblood Status/Position: Alive / Former Eclipse agent (Sith Intelligence) / Alliance Intelligence field agent Relationships: N/A
Bio: Dalua was born on Dromund Kaas in 3660 BBY / 7BTC. She was trained in the typical Sith fashion and after completing her time on Korriban, joined the Sphere of Defense of the Empire. She idolized Marr and believed that he would be able to lead the Empire to a prosperous future.
She would prove herself to be a very capable Sith and developed a reputation for being both level headed and a critical thinker. This was more a result of her desire to emulate her idol than any real personality traits but it proved beneficial to her career as she was eventually given a position aboard Marr’s personal fleet.
She was on Marr’s fleet during the Battle of Rishi and later the Yavin campaign where she demonstrated her battlefield skills. During the fighting she was part of the mixed Imperial and Republic strike team that infiltrated the Temple of Sacrifice and destroyed the device inside. Her successes led Marr to recommend her as an excellent Sith Intelligence recruit to the newly appointed Minister of Intelligence, Lana Beniko.
While disappointed to be leaving Marr’s side, Dalua accepted the transfer and began training as an Intelligence agent. She was put through a newly created and experimental training regime, the Eclipse program (created by Lana Beniko and my Cipher Twenty) which was nearly as grueling and difficult as her time on Korriban. Out of her class of recruits she was the only one that passed and became the first and only Eclipse agent.
After Zakuul invaded, she was disappointed at the shift within Sith Intelligence to electronic surveillance over direct intervention. This led to her decision to leave the agency and Empire alongside Beniko in order to find another means of overthrowing Zakuul. She would become a prized Alliance Intelligence agent and would revive the Eclipse training program for other force sensitive agents.
Name: Keras’eren’naru Born: Gender: Female Sexuality: Pansexual Species: Chiss Status/Position: Alive / Former Lieutenant Commander in the CEDF / Former Cipher Nine / Merit adoptive of House Miurani / Advisor to Aristocra Saganu Relationships: N/A
Bio: Still working on it
Name: Canja Xallaj (Kallig) Born: Gender: Female Sexuality: Bisexual Species: Rattataki Status/Position: Alive / Darth Nox (? still playing her campaign ?) / Previous Head of the Sphere of Ancient Knowledge / Head of the Sphere of Sith Doctrine Relationships: N/A
Bio: Still working on it
Name: Raythen Alms Born: Gender: Male Sexuality: Heterosexual Species: Human Status/Position: Alive / Former SIS / Champion of the Great Hunt Relationships: Widower
Bio: Still working on it
Name: Ryscha Kine Gender: Female Species: Human Status/Position: Alive / Former Knight of the Republic / Current Alliance Commander Relationships: Married to Lana Beniko
Bio: Ryscha was born on Ziost as the younger daughter of Serra Kine. Before she was even a year old the Republic assaulted her home and kidnapped her. She was placed under the care of a Republic soldier but only after the Jedi stripped her of her connection to the Force. The soldier in question, Dyron Sartori, was involved in the assault and also knew what the jedi later did. He resented her and made her childhood miserable, never giving her a name and only referring to her as “Sithspawn.” Her name, Ryscha, was one she made herself as a child after she heard someone at a spaceport call out the name “Risha.”
Eventually, despite years of neglect, her connection to the force slowly returned and she was sent to the jedi. Her time with the jedi was not much better as she was transferred from one master to another with no one wanting to take her on as a padawan. This formed the beginnings of the rift between her and the Order. The rift widened after she was publicly humiliated and criticized for falling to the Dark Side in front of high ranking republic and jedi officials. The existing rift also made it easy for the Revanites to implicate her in the death of Colonel Darok, forcing her to go on the run and serve as a distraction while Lana and Theron tried to hunt down leads.
She would eventually cut ties completely with the Jedi on Yavin IV after learning that her Republic citizenship would only be restored on the condition that she become battlemaster and be isolated to Tython until called on. Realizing that the order would never really trust her, and having learned about her true heritage, she left to pursue the Emperor on her own.
During KOTFE/KOTET she desperately wanted to see both Arcann and Vaylin freed from the Emperor’s influence as she wanted to know that it was possible to live past what their father had made of them. This obsession meant that she was often at odds with Amarra regarding their half siblings. Ryscha still had nightmares of their father forcing her to eliminate the Green Jedi Council, among other things, while Amarra had led a life relatively free of their father’s influences and so held little sympathy for the Tirall children.
When the Eternal Fleet was lost, she fell into a depression and started second guessing herself. She had been given a brief window where the galaxy was hers. She could have shaped it into something better and it would have changed to her will. But she had decided to rebuild it instead of building something new and now her ability to do even that was lost. Maybe if she had ruled as an Empress then things could have been different. Instead the galaxy chose to descend into another war.
Name: Numia Ral Gender: Female Species: Togruta Status/Position: Alive / Jedi Knight Relationships: Best friend of Ryscha / Member of Tol Braga’s strike team
Bio: Still working on it
Name: Nyra Sartori Gender: Female Species: Human Status/Position: Alive / Former CO of Havoc Squad / Former Colonel, Head of Republic SpecForce / Current head of Alliance Special Forces Relationships: Married to Khefren Shuffi
Bio: Despite being the child of a Jedi, Nyra was not force sensitive. After the Treaty of Coruscant she was raised by her father, Dyron, who trained her as a soldier and instilled in her a fierce loyalty to the Republic from a young age. Their relationship would become strained once Ryscha was brought into their home and she witnessed her father treating this child as an enemy combatant or prisoner of war.
As soon as she was able Nyra enlisted in the army in order to get away from her father. The one regret she had was leaving her adopted sister behind. It was a regret that festered for years and when Ryscha finally reached out to her for help (after being controlled by Vitiate for a year) she couldn’t bring herself to respond.
Leading Havoc Squad was the proudest she has ever felt. She knew that she was making a difference with those operations. But as the conflict with the Empire continued she would begin to see flaws forming within the Republic as more and more military and jedi took shortcuts to fight the Empire. To a degree she also began to sympathize with Tavus, especially when she saw the broadcast of her sister being publicly shamed by Satele Shan in front of the entire Republic.
She tried to maintain and uphold the ideals of the Republic for as long as she could even into the Eternal Empire’s conquest where due to severe loss of personnel she took over command of SpecForce. But when Saresh began to abuse her powers and later control her puppet Chancellor, she felt compelled to take action and led a group of military personnel to arrest the former Chancellor. After they were betrayed and arrested themselves, sympathetic CSF and military police contacted Khefren (a jedi Nyra had been working with since Ziost) and orchestrated the group’s escape. Nyra’s arrest and subsequent escape led to a second mass defection of SpecForce personnel who all banded together to fight against Zakuul and later join the fledgling Alliance.
Name: Khefren Shuffi Gender: Male Species: Mirialan Status/Position: Alive / Former Knight of the Republic / Former member of the Sixth Line / Current member of Alliance Special Forces Relationships: Married to Nyra Sartori
Bio: Being brought to them as a child, the Jedi were all Khefren had ever known. He witnessed the sacking of Coruscant and destruction of the Jedi Temple as a child and it left him with a belief that the jedi had to take direct action against the Empire if they were ever to achieve victory. He would go on to excel in force based combat.
His time during the Coruscant occupation forced him to fend for himself and he gained practical slicing abilities which helped him find food, shelter and avoid the Imperial occupiers. His skills at going unnoticed were what first attracted Master Surro to him. During the Cold War those skills were refined with SIS training and practical field experience. He would end up spending more time working alongside Intelligence operatives than jedi and made many friends in the SIS.
He would first meet his future wife when Theron Shan recruited both the Sixth Line and Havoc Squad to infiltrate and investigate Ziost for signs of the Emperor. Khefren remained in orbit with Havoc Squad to coordinate between the two groups and so was not physically on Ziost when the Emperor began taking control of everyone. When things started to deteriorate he and Havoc landed on the planet to find Theron and the rest of the Sixth Line. They managed to save Theron and work alongside Lana Beniko who had enlisted Amarra and Ryscha but they couldn’t save Master Surro as Ryscha gave her to Lana for study.
Distraught at the loss of so many of his close friends, Khefren was invited by Nyra to stay with Havoc, which he accepted. The two would fight together throughout the Eternal Empire’s conquest and he acted as Nyra’s personal eyes and ears in the field after she was forced to leave Havoc to direct all of SpecForce. He later rescued her from imprisonment after the failed attempt to arrest Saresh and joined her in her guerrilla campaign against the Eternal Throne. The two would get married the year before the formation of the Alliance.
Name: Biraka Neldorr Gender: Female Species: Miraluka Status/Position: Alive / Barsen’thor / Eventual Grand Master Relationships: N/A
Bio: She was born in 3662 BBY / 9 BTC on Alpheridies. She had a powerful connection to the force and spent a large part of her early years in study as a member of the Luka Sene. She was a passionate student that wanted to learn all she could about the force. Her passion for learning led her to join the Jedi Order to gain access to their archives and accumulated knowledge about the force.
Biraka had no ambitions or desire for advancement within the Order so it was a surprise when she began to advance through the ranks. Knowledge was still her priority. So when she was tasked with investigating the Dark Plague, she was very concerned for Yuon’s health but she was also fascinated at the thought that the basic method behind the Plague’s transmission could be used in a beneficial way.
She might have become lost in her own studies had she not witnessed the chaos and destruction the sick Masters caused. That suffering made Biraka reconsider what she was doing and her role as a Jedi. She realized that her own curiosity and desire for knowledge could wait as there was suffering in the galaxy that she had the power to heal. With a new focus and desire to help others, Biraka fully dedicated herself to the Jedi and their ideals becoming Barsen’thor, a Jedi Master and a member of the High Council.
She would later be responsible for saving the people of Makeb and brokering the deal between the Republic and Hutt Cartel. Her involvement in the Revanite Crisis was small as after participating in the Korriban incursion and retaking of Tython, she stayed on the Jedi home world to provide security and help rebuild. She would later be present at the Battle of Rishi and the Yavin campaign after sensing that something was wrong and joining Grand Master Satele on the hunt for pirate (Nova Blade) activity.
Together with her friend Brianna, Biraka would teach many Jedi the ways of the force until Zakuul invaded. The pair then evacuated Tython together and were among those that settled on Ossus. After the fall of the Alliance, Biraka would be instrumental in rebuilding the fractured Jedi Order. After reestablishing their presence on Tython, she was named Grand Master of the Order.
Name: Brianna Ruu Gender: Female Species: Echani Status/Position: Alive / Battlemaster / Eventual member of the High Council Relationships: N/A
Bio: She was born in 3670 BBY / 17 BTC on Bengali where her mother, Lesuss, was a member of Echani Command. She would be sent to the Jedi Order only after the Mandalorians, longtime rivals of the Echani, joined the war and blockaded the Hydian Way. Echani Command wanted to strengthen their ties to the Jedi as the war did not seem to be nearing an end.
During her time with the Order, Brianna was the apprentice of Shol Bestros, chief historian and member of the High Council. Bestros was aware of her namesake (KOTOR 2′s handmaiden who became a historian herself) and felt it was appropriate for her to be trained by another historian. Though she was trained as a warrior since birth, she proved to be an attentive and dedicated student that eagerly met every challenge given to her.
She was knighted in 3651 BBY / 2 ATC at the age of nineteen after she singlehandedly defeated a group of Knights and Masters that were planning to return to war despite the Treaty of Coruscant forbidding it. Her martial skills were so impressive that she became a highly sought after lightsaber and hand to hand instructor.
In 3638 BBY / 15 ATC she was named Battlemaster of the Order after Ryscha Kine (my Hero of Tython) turned down the position and left the Order. Brianna would go on the train many Jedi until the invasion of Zakuul. With the Jedi Order broken, she and the Barsen’thor led the evacuation of Tython and were among the many Jedi refugees that settled on Ossus.
After the fall of the Alliance, the Jedi Order would be rebuilt and Brianna would continue to serve as Battlemaster and be given a seat on the High Council.
Name: Temeli Izuni born Teme’lizuni Gender: Female Species: Twi’lek Status/Position: Alive / Voidhound / Head of her own criminal empire Relationships: Married to her longtime partner Lynora Paige
Bio: Temeli was born on her parents independent shipping freighter in 3667 BBY / 14 BTC. She spent the first several years of her life aboard her parents ship until the Mandalorians blockaded the Hydian Way. Her parents ship was destroyed but not before Temeli and her twin sister were placed into escape pods. Temeli was picked up in Republic space while her sister was taken by the Mandalorians and raised as one of their own.
She would go on to work odd jobs for years while trying to find any trace of her sister. During her search she eventually ran afoul of the Empire and ended up in an Imperial labor camp. There she would meet her future wife, Lynora Paige. Together the pair put together an escape plan that liberated the entire camp.
Lynora stuck with Temeli after the escape and the pair continued to work together, making a name for themselves as effective smugglers. They were eventually hired by Rogun to deliver a shipment of blasters, beginning the class story.
After the pair found Nok Drayen’s treasure and gained more wealth than they ever imagined, they married. They then set their sights on building a criminal empire that would rival all others.
When Zakuul invaded, the pair’s empire was severely damaged but it did survive. They would go on to provide support to the fledgling Alliance as they wanted a return to the status quo for the galaxy’s criminal underworld.
Name: Lynora Paige Gender: Female Species: Human Status/Position: Alive / Former SIS agent / Second in command of the Voidhound’s criminal empire Relationships: Married to her longtime partner Temeli Izuni
Bio: She was born on Eriadu in 3671 BBY / 18 BTC, just before the world fell to the Empire in the Third Battle of the Seswenna sector. Her parents managed to get the newborn off-world which left Lynora an orphan without memories of her home world or parents.
She was raised in the Core Worlds and was among many orphans targeted by the Republic SIS and Military as potential recruits. With the only thing she knew of her family being that they likely died in an Imperial attack, she was easily indoctrinated by the Republic recruiters. After completing training, Lynora became an SIS informant that was placed behind enemy lines. She was responsible for sending a great deal of information back to the Republic and became a highly effective agent.
Having never known anything else, all of her faith was placed in the Republic and she believed that the government cared for her as much as she cared for it. Her faith would eventually be broken when she was captured by the Empire and put into a labor camp. She maintained hope that she would be rescued by her SIS comrades but after five years she was forced to realize that no one was coming for her and she was just an expendable cog in the Republic war machine.
Not having any other options, she began to form an escape plan with a newly arrived Twi’lek, Temeli Izuni. Wanting a new life away from the Republic, Lynora joined Temeli after their escape and they made names for themselves as effective smugglers.
As a result of her SIS / Republic indoctrination, Lynora dedicated herself completely to Temeli and everything she did. Temeli eventually recognized this blind devotion and helped Lynora to develop as a person and individual. The pair remained dedicated to each other as their infamy grew and they eventually married.
Lynora would become the de facto second in command of the Voidhound’s criminal empire though she preferred acting as Temeli’s bodyguard wherever she went. Her SIS training would save her wife on more than one occasion during their rise in the criminal underworld as well as when Zakuul invaded and their empire was threatened. Through good times and bad, they continued to love and trust one another and would run their empire long after Zakuul fell.
