A sour face 

Lemon expression

Tart and twisted

Maybe a bit of depression

Thick skin only goes so deep

Until you hit what’s sweet

The inside of me

Is filled with sugar

But what’s underneath

Can only be seen

When you cut me open

And begin to eat

Sometimes when i ask those dangerous questions i can see the pain brimming  underneath your blonde lashes. A pain that crushes your heart into producing tears that constantly dwell in your tear ducts. Yet those tears are too afraid of the unknown terrains of the outside world to dare to venture down your beautiful face.

Another prompted one! I wrote about a gift I was given. I have this terrible fear of bees. But my boyfriend is pretty comfy with them. And he has tickled bumblebees before. (I almost think they're cute now). But I do like some flowers but I've always been scared of getting a bouquet since if there's a bee flying in it, I'm definitely chucking it. And that would probably upset my date. So my boyfriend made me a metal bouquet ❤️❤️ he's so sweet! Her smile was the biggest smile I'd seen yet, as she pulled out the note he wrote her a while back...
