मातृसदन भेजा जाए स्वामी सानंद का पार्थिव शरीर: हाई कोर्ट नैनीताल: उत्तराखंड हाई कोर्ट ने 8 घंटे में स्वामी ज्ञानस्वरूप सानंद उर्फ जीडी अग्रवाल के पार्थिव शरीर को मातृसदन भेजने का आदेश दिया है. कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद स्वामी सानंद का पार्थिव शरीर 76 घंटे के लिए मातृसदन में अंतिम दर्शन के लिए रखा जाएगा. गौरतलब है की अभी स्वामी सानंद का पार्थिव शरीर ऋषिकेश एम्स में रखा हुआ है. उन्होंने अपना शरीर ऋषिकेश एम्स को दान कर दिया था. यह भी पढ़े: पिछड़ों को आगे और अगड़ों को पीछे कर नया चेहरा तैयार करेगी बीजेपी बता दें कि गंगा रक्षा के लिए स्वामी सानंद ने 112 दिनों तक हरिद्वार स्थित मातृसदन में अनशन किया था. इसी दौरान 11 अक्टूबर को ऋषिकेश में उनका निधन हो गया था. उन्होंने अपना शरीर ऋषिकेश एम्स को दान कर दिया था. इस पर ऋषिकेश एम्स प्रशासन ने स्वामी सानंद के अंतिम दर्शन के लिए किसी को अनुमति नहीं दी थी. इस समय स्वामी सानंद का पार्थिव शरीर ऋषिकेश एम्स में रखा हुआ है. यह भी पढ़े: भाजपा का ‘दलित प्रेम’, ‘कलेवर’ जरा हटके स्वामी सानंद के पार्थिव शरीर का अंतिम दर्शन और अंतिम संस्कार को लेकर उनके अनुयायी हाई कोर्ट में एक याचिक दायर की थी. जिस पर सुनवाई करते हुए हाई कोर्ट ने स्वामी सानंद के पार्थिव शरीर को 8 घंटे के अंदर मातृसदन भेजने का आदेश दिया है. साथ ही उनके पार्थिव शरीर को 76 घंटे के लिए मातृसदन में अंतिम दर्शन के लिए रखे जाने का आदेश दिया है.

Uttaranchal High Court: The Division Bench of Alok Singh and Rajiv Sharma, JJ. declared that petitioner who was a conscious keeper of the society shall be protected by the State and aided in his protest.

The petitioner was an 86 years old Sanyasi who has devoted his life to preserve, protect and conserve the holy river Ganga for which he has undertaken fasts against the construction of power projects on it. He was forcibly removed from Matri Sadan by the Police to some unknown destination without giving any information as to the whereabouts to his disciples which was clearly an inhuman treatment. He further pressed upon the fact that there was no occasion for him to end the fast since he was healthy and hearty and there was no imminent threat to his life. 

The Court observed that this act of the respondent was clearly inhuman and an arbitrary exercise by the respondent. It reiterated the fact that every citizen has a right to protest subject to just restrictions imposed by the State Government in larger public interest and petitioner by no way was exceeding those restrictions plus the respondent has the duty to maintain his dignity owing to the fact he was protesting for a just cause and rightfully has the right to maintain his conviction. Accordingly the Court directed the respondents to

Hold parleys with the petitioner to address the issue.

Disclose the identity of the place to his disciples where the petitioner has been kept by the police. 

Provide all the medical facilities to the petitioner under the supervision.

स्वामी सानंद की जगह अनशन पर बैठे संत गोपालदास, देर रात एम्स में कराया गया भर्ती हरिद्वार: गंगा की स्वच्छता और अविरलता के लिए प्राणों की आहुति देने वाले स्वामी ज्ञान स्वरूप सानंद के बाद शुक्रवार को मातृसदन में संत गोपालदास अनशन पर बैठ गए. हरियाणा के गुहाना के रहने वाले संत गोपालदास पिछले 111 दिनों से उत्तराखंड के अलग-अलग स्थानों पर अनशन कर रहे थे. देर रात करीब 2 बजे मातृ सदन पहुंची एम्स के डॉक्टरों की टीम ने उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती करा दिया. डॉक्टरों के मुताबिक गिरती सेहत को देखते हुए उन्हें एहतियातन एम्स में भर्ती कराया गया है. शुक्रवार को मातृ सदन पहुंचे थे गोपालदास स्वामी सानंद की मृत्यु की खबर मिलने के बाद संत गोपाल दास शुक्रवार को जल पुरुष राजेंद्र सिंह के साथ हरिद्वार पहुंचे थे. मातृ सदन के स्वामी शिवानन्द के कहने पर वह उसी स्थान से अनशन आगे बढ़ाने लगे जहां स्वामी सानंद अनशन कर रहे थे. जब स्वामी सानंद ने 10 अक्टूबर को जल का त्याग किया था उसी दिन ही ऋषिकेश में संत गोपालदास ने भी जल त्याग किया था. बिगड़ती हालत को देखते हुए स्वामी शिवानंद और राजेंद्र सिंह के आग्रह पर उन्होंने जल लेना शुरू कर दिया, लेकिन अनशन जारी रखा. गोपालदास के अनशन की सूचना मिलते ही जिला और पुलिस प्रशासन में हड़कंप मच गया था. खुफिया विभाग ने उच्च अधिकारियों को जानकारी दी तो अधिकारी संत गोपालदास के अनशन को समाप्त कराने के तरीके तलाशते नजर आए. देर रात डॉक्टरों की टीम ने उन्हें एम्स में शिफ्ट करा दिया. हरियाणा के हैं संत गोपालदास संत गोपालदास मूलरूप से हरियाणा के रहने वाले हैं. वह 2011 में गंगा के लिए मातृ सदन के निगमानंद की अनशन के दौरान हुई मृत्यु से प्रभावित हुए थे. तब से गंगा और पर्यावरण को लेकर उनका प्रेम जागा था. हरियाणा में उन्होंने गोचारण भूमि की मुक्ति के लिए लम्बा अनशन किया था. 22 जून को जब स्वामी सानंद मातृ सदन में अनशन पर बैठे थे, तो उनसे प्रेरित होकर 24 जून से संत गोपालदास भी बदरीनाथ में गंगा की अविरलता और निर्मलता के लिए आमरण अनशन पर बैठ गए थे. 111 दिन से जारी है अनशन बता दें कि प्रशासन की लाख कोशिशों के बाद भी संत गोपालदास अपना अनशन जारी रखे हुए हैं. भले ही उन्हें एक जगह से दूसरी जगह जबरन उठाकर भेजा जाता रहा लेकिन संत गोपालदास ने अपना अनशन नहीं तोड़ा. अनशन से बार-बार हटाने के कारण अब वह बदरीनाथ से ऋषिकेश पहुंचे हैं. उनके बिगड़ते स्वास्थ्य को देखकर उन्हें प्रशासन द्वारा एम्स ऋषिकेश ले जाया गया.

''Hey, you are Swapna, right?'' For the first time in over 30 years during my frequent visits to Puttaparthi, I was asked this question by a stranger. I was taken aback because this is a very unusual occurrence for me in Puttaparthi. My parents and I were about to sit down for dinner when the stranger walked over to us.  "I am Rakesh Menon, your husband's friend from Class 1,'' he said.

Phew! Of course, I have heard about Rakesh Menon from my husband though the two friends have not met each other for over two decades. They have also not been in touch but the affection and mutual respect is always there.  They had been classmates from Class 1 and had been briefly in touch. Rakesh had also been my friend on Facebook till he later deactivated his FB account. The surprise factor is that I had not met him before but he seemed to have recognized me. ''Heard so much about you and now I finally got to meet you....the year was 1997. Sanand couldn't stop talking about you and I have heard so much about your romance...,'' Rakesh was smiling as he said this. I was literally squirming - it does feel a little odd to hear about my romance in front of my parents and my very curious 11-year-old son. But Rakesh Menon has this amazing way of making everyone feel at ease, especially my son.  ''I lost my mother at a young age, my uncle brought me to Puttaparthi to see Swami. From then, Swami ''adopted'' me, told me that He will be ''mother'' and He kept His word. His love and protectiveness towards all of us - his students - was that of a mother, but perhaps more than a mother. He could not bear any of us fall sick or get hurt. He knew every little thought in our minds, particularly mine and every day he would ask how many idlis I had or what I ate for breakfast, he was parent and Guru for us,'' a smiling Rakesh showed us many personal photographs from his students days with Swami.  Adi was wonder struck by the personal photographs and keeps asking many questions, which Rakesh patiently answered.  ''I am from Kochi but for me, Puttaparthi is my home. Our life is simple here, so are we. The joy of being able to make a positive difference in the lives of many people cannot be described,'' Rakesh told us. Rakesh Menon was Senior Vice President of JP Morgan Europe, and later, he worked as Senior Vice President and Controller, Credit Suisse Asia Pacific. Prior to this, he had worked with Citigroup, the Middle East and Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai.  That he left a successful corporate career in London to embrace a life of simple living in Puttaparthi is inspiring. It is not an easy choice.  The fact that Rakesh and his family are happy in Puttaparthi speaks volumes about the ''correctness'' of the unconventional choice he made.  Just as I was thinking these thoughts, like a bolt from the blue, Rakesh addresses me, ''I know you are Swami's ambassador. You should write about Swami.'' "Write like you used to, make it your Seva," Rakesh reminded. You know that scene in Ustad Hotel, where Dulquer Salman gives up a great opportunity to shine as a chef abroad after he has the experience of cooking for children who are differently abled? मेडिकल साइंस के काम आएगा स्वामी सानंद का पार्थिव शरीर, अंतिम इच्छा के मुताबिक फैसला ऋषिकेश: गंगा की स्वच्छता के लिए जान देने वाले स्वामी सानंद का पार्थिव शरीर अब मेडिकल साइंस में काम आएगा. उनकी इच्छा के मुताबिक परिजनों ने पार्थिव शरीर ऋषिकेश एम्स को दान कर दिया. उनके पार्थिव शरीर को अस्पताल प्रशासन ने सुरक्षित रखने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है. सानंद ने देहदान का लिया था संकल्प सानंद ने 28 अगस्त को देहदान का संकल्प पत्र भरा था. 17 सितंबर को एम्स प्रशासन ने इसे स्वीकार कर लिया था. एम्स के निदेशक प्रो.रविकांत ने बताया कि शरीर दान की प्रक्रिया के तहत स्वामी सानंद के परिजनों से बातचीत की गई. उनके दत्तक पुत्र तरुण अग्रवाल, भतीजे चेतन गर्ग और अन्य परिजनों ने इसके लिए सहमति प्रदान की है. पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उनके शरीर को सुरक्षित रखने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है. डॉक्टरों के मुताबिक सानंद का निधन हृदयघात के कारण हुआ है, इसलिए उनके शरीर के अंदरूनी अंग काम नहीं आ सकते. फिर भी, पार्थिव शरीर के नब्बे फीसदी हिस्से को मेडिकल साइंस की पढ़ाई में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. ये भी पढ़ें- स्वामी सानंद से पहले ये संत भी दे चुके हैं गंगा के लिए जान, मौत के रहस्य से अब तक नहीं उठा पर्दा स्वामी सानंद का पोस्टमॉर्टम हुआ जिलाधिकारी की इजाजत के बाद चार डाक्टरों की टीम ने देर रात स्वामी सानंद के शव का पोस्टमार्टम किया. पोस्टमॉर्टम की वीडियोग्राफी भी कराई गई. किसी विवाद से बचने के लिए प्रशासन ने तय किया था कि एम्स के फोरेंसिंक एक्सपर्ट की टीम उनके पार्थिव शरीर का पोस्टमार्टम करेगी. उनके कुछ विशेष अंगों को चिकित्सा जांच के लिए भी भेजा जाएगा. डॉक्टरों के मुताबिक कमजोरी और हार्ट अटैक से स्वामी सानंद का निधन हुआ है. बुधवार को स्वामी सांनद को एम्स ऋषिकेश में भर्ती कराया गया था. लगातार कई महीनो से अनशन पर बैठे स्वामी सांनद ने मंगलवार को जल भी त्याग दिया था. स्वामी ज्ञान स्वरूप सानंद 22 जून से गंगा के लिए कानून बनाने की मांग को लेकर अनशन पर बैठे थे.
