Frequently Asked Questions – Chakra Balancing
What are Chakras?
An individual’s energy body is made up of subtle energy that flows through thousands of channels called nadis. Any physical ailment can usually be ascribed to the flow of energy within these channels.
The points where these nadis intersect give rise to a ‘chakra’ or a ‘spinning disc of energy’. Therefore, chakras can be described as invisible energy centers present in the human body.
How many Chakras are present in a human body?
There are 114 chakras, out of which 4 are located outside the physical body, and seven major chakras run along the spine, viz.:
Muladhara or Root Chakra
Swadisthana or Sacral Chakra
Manipura or Solar Plexus Chakra
Anahata or Heart Chakra
Vishuddha or Throat Chakra
Ajna or Third Eye Chakra
Sahasrara or Crown Chakra
How are Chakras connected to healing?
According to yogic teachings, the root cause of most ailments, whether physical or emotional, is a result of imbalances in the 7 major chakras that correspond to major organs, the nervous system, and also the energetic body which has a deep impact on one’s physical and mental well-being. At times, a high or low flow of energy in any/all of those chakras affects the general health and well-being of a person. Therefore, Chakra Balancing is essential to maintain good physical as well as mental health.
What is the meaning of Chakra Balancing?
Chakra balancing means restoring a balanced flow of life force energy or Prana shakti within a person’s energy centers.
When should you get a Chakra Balancing?
You must consider getting your Chakra Balancing done when:
You need to relieve yourself from a stressful or particularly challenging experience.
You are feeling stuck and do not know which direction to take.
You need to get over loss of a loved one, heartbreak or any other grief that is stopping you from moving forward in life.
During a major life transition, such as marriage, shifting to another country, enrolling into a prestigious course/university, changing jobs, starting a new business or venture etc.
What are the techniques that can help in balancing a person’s chakras?
A few techniques that can help balance the chakras are:
Pranayama – Breathing Technique: The first step in chakra balancing is to establish the right breathing pattern, which can be done by practicing Pranayama.
Aura Cleansing: The human body’s energy shield or Aura should be clean to attract positive energies.
Reiki and Crystal healing of Chakras
Chakra attunement
Mantras: Each chakra is associated with a specific mantra that can be chanted regularly to bring about healing.
Tibetan Bowls - Sound Healing: Involves producing the right frequency - through the sounds made by the bowls - to heal each chakra.
Chakra Meditation, yogic exercises, diet etc.
Who can learn Chakra balancing?
Anyone, irrespective of religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality etc, is welcome to attend our Chakra Balancing classes or purchase our pre-recorded Chakra Balancing course.

Eso es suficiente 🙏🏻😌 • You came to be happy, do not get distracted 🎈 . It's normal that you feel unfocused and aimless, we are used to being bombarded with information by different ways, this makes it more difficult to connect with ourselves. The key to finding ourselves is to go inward, find that moment for ourselves, listen to that inner voice and follow our intuition 👁️ . The crow posture (Kakasana) improves concentration and brings focus, brings calmness and mental clarity. Improves balance and stability at the physical, mental and spiritual levels. This posture works the chakras of the sacrum (Swadisthana) and solar plexus (Manipura) 💛🔥 . We all need a moment for ourselves, give yourself a moment of silence, without distractions. Breathe a couple of times, being conscious. That's enough 🙏🏻😌 • #behappy #kakasana #balance #happy #smile #evoluciona #despierta #om #awakened #lightworker #focus #amor #enfoque #yoga #swadisthana #beyou #manipura #meditacion #meditation (en Barrio Bellas Artes Santiago De Chile) https://www.instagram.com/p/By1MMzzj_DD/?igshid=nvm4zw0xke3h

The Beauty of Childrearing, and Raising Men Who Love Themselves
It is my mission to end...forever...the "Christmas Madness". I've learned, now that this has happened to my Son, the tradition of child rape during Christmastime. Some people even believe that "Christ" is the archetype describing what would by modern people be considered (though not accurately), an age-old 'tradition'.
In general, what I know to be the root of this is very simply, unhealthy, poorly groomed sexuality, and issues with genuine intimacy.
I feel, the best place to begin healing this terribly important issue, is male sexuality, as males are usually the pursuers in our society, past, and current as well...though, this may change in the future even more than it has already.
Men, have a unique beauty to who they are as sensual beings. Men have the ability to be cohesive socially through more than just physical strength, or through dominance, since that dominance is what can be the breeding ground for the undesirable...and not in men only.
Sexual experiences should always be experiences of happiness. The lack of this is more simple than one might imagine. When children do not learn about their bodies, they grow into equally uniformed adults, now equipped with the ability to reproduce, and to exert force.
When our children are taught appreciation of self, they learn to see through different eyes. They learn the delicacy of life, and have a different level of reverence and respect for the process of procreation. They then, can enter adulthood with profound appreciation for intimacy, and can approach sexuality in an appropriate way that brings happiness and continued health into their adult lives.
When we shy away from correctly teaching our children about responsibility surrounding sexuality, we are setting ourselves up for a world saturated with horror. Children are sponges, and absorb every bit of precious knowledge that we, as parents, share with them. They naturally seek out approval, and will naturally seek that from whomever will provide it, wherever we miss the important windows of opportunity to guide them. The more love, and guidance we give our male children, the more the world will reflect the time and effort we put into them...and the women of the world will live in a space wherein they are so fully cherished and revered, that we will begin to enjoy a society that brings life to the ideals that we've held for so long.

Some differences to contrast practises / techniques Mahayana Buddhist Samatha, Vipassana & Kundalini Yoga
Samatha - Calm Abiding, Mindfulness of Breath
    - work with what is there, what arises, what is (in present moment)
    - origination: buddhism (sakya, kagu), influences: zen
    - acknowlege, do not seek to influence (as in leave only footprints
visiting a protected nature reserve)
    - some people practise for years and little happens
    - posture is neutral and loose (half/full lotus), higher chakra
subtle mudras (locks) engaged hands, tongue
    - emaphasis on
acknowlegement and letting go (non grasping) - thoughts, sounds, memory,
emotion, physical sensations that arise
breath, natural rythmic deep breathing, no breath retention
encourages clarity, stillness, sharpness - control of mind,
clear focus, improves memory
mahayana (greater vehicle), dedication of merit, setting of
intention
Vipassana - Insight, Observation
    - directed enquiry into nature of what arises (in present moment)
    - practised in tandem with commitment to moral (not causing harm)
behaviour
    - how does it feel, what is its nature, what conditions / causation?
    - introspect mind body complex in systematic manner
    - non-commerical
Kundalini - active, channeled awakening
specific techniques breath (prana), posture (asana), chanting
(mantra), locks (mudra)
body (physical & subtle) focus, chakra energy centre based
channel sexual energies, orgasmic impluse from moolahdra perennium /
(swadisthana) seat of self
breath timing and retention (kumbhaka) on inhalation (antara) & post
exhale (bahya)
promotes trancendence of individual genderised self, to realise divine
universal cosmic forces in nature
aim to blissful union of feminine (shakti) and male (shiva) energies
experience of architypal respository of memory, sensation, sound
possibility to activate siddhis including experience of
clairvoyance, telepathy, multiple self, universe
    - tendancy for excess energy to be generated that must be channeled
    - can fix imbalances - appetite, motivation, fear / anxiety, intro/extrovertedness
- prerequisites, preliminaries, qualification requirements, application, suitability, risks?
