Hi, I'm not the artist type, but I'm pretty proud of this.

My best friend recently gave me this bag and allowed me to "personalize" it (because I clearly don't share imperial thinking lol) and it ended up looking like this. The phrase on the bag says "Mishuk gotal'u meshuroke, pako kyore", which means "Pressure makes gems, ease makes decay." It's my favorite Mandalorian proverb.

Also, I added the Starbird as a symbol, because it's practically Sabine Wren's personal signature and she means a lot to me. Here you have what it originally looked like and how it turned out, I hope you like it 💜

frantically opened up a bunch of boxes looking for some of my Marvel posters that weren't with my other art and finally found them in a box helpfully labeled "crafts," since they were in smaller poster tubes that could fit in other boxes.

I own...so much art and so many posters, y'all. most of it Star Wars, which I have been putting off destashing for years because it's overwhelming. (so obviously I just moved it to South Dakota rather than dealing with it in Atlanta.) IDK how many SW people are still following me, but I am going to have to destash and most of it will be up for sale -- a lot of limited edition Rebels and TCW art and posters, some figures (I've got a Gentle Giant Sabine still in the box), cosplay stuff (Hera, Sabine, Kanan -- I've got Kanan and Ezra lightsabers somewhere in here), enamel pins, miscellaneous convention or fanmade merch. clothes. so many clothes. (Her Universe, Elhoffer, Heroes & Villains, Musterbrand.) some signed stuff; I just turned up a poster signed by Vanessa Marshall and Taylor Gray with the MCU posters and I think there's at least one poster signed by Ashley Eckstein somewhere. ugh, I want this stuff out of my life, but I know it's worth a lot of money, so I have to actually deal with it. if any of that sounds appealing, let me know, the idea of dealing with this is panic-inducing.

I love Jenny Nicholson's review of Forces of Destiny. I wish there was (an improved) soft reboot/continuation of it and we got to see a short with Jannah and her team. Imagine if we got a doll for her... Or maybe even those polly pocket-style toy sets

nothing but a big fat stack of cold hard cash could get me to pay attention to anything that woman has to say about anything but especially star wars. also jannah is not in forces of destiny...it only has 2 season in 2017 and 2018 when she didn't even exist yet. the black woman in that show is a completely different character from rebels named ketsu onyo.

..anyway, i don't really care much about dolls tbh. I would maybe get a figurine bc they look more accurate, but a doll kind of means nothing to me unless it comes with a booklet of fun little lore or smth. merch is cool i guess (i have unintentionally amassed a collection of sw stuff over the last 15 years of birthday and holiday gifts) but a doll/figurine would just be her in her outfit from TROS so like....nothing new, nothing to expand or contextualize our perspective of her.

what i really want is something with substance. i would much rather take information over a toy. i'd gladly accept a toy as a gift from a loved one but if i was going to spend my own money it'd need to be something i can sink my teeth (brain) into
