The helmet glared in your direction. It was taunting you in a way, as if it knew that you were scared.
It was dumb, really—a mere helmet causing such unease—but here you were, voice wavering as you mumbled, “There’s absolutely no way I’m getting on that bike.”
Wonwoo chuckled softly, the sound teasing but warm. And as much as Wonwoo wanted to tease you about this, he knew it would only make you resist riding the bike with him. So for now, he planned to calm you down and make fun of you later.
“Yn, come on,” he said, placing a warm hand on your shoulder. The comforting weight of it anchored you, even as you felt your nerves spiraling all over the place. “I promise I’ll be careful.”
He leaned in slightly, his eyes meeting yours with a softness that was almost disarming. “We’ll just ride through the streets,” he assured, “and I’ll go slow.”
His thumb moved in gentle circles as he spoke, a small, mindless motion that shouldn’t have been so calming but somehow was. You took a shaky breath, trying to steady yourself under his touch.
There was a pause as you studied him. Wonwoo’s expression was earnest, his words reassuring. As much as your cautious side screamed at you to refuse, another part of you—the part that, unfortunately, trusted him—nudged you forward. Maybe this could actually be fun?
“Promise you’ll be careful?” you asked again, needing to hear it one more time.
“Absolutely,” he replied without hesitation, his voice firm.
With a reluctant sigh, you grabbed his backpack. It was heavier than expected, filled with a mix of his and your belongings, but it was manageable. “Let’s hope this thing even fits me,” you muttered, reaching for the helmet.
Sliding it on took more effort than you’d anticipated. The snug fit surprised you, given how helmets aren’t exactly one-size-fits-all. Probably just pure luck, you thought.
Wonwoo stepped closer to help secure the straps. His hands worked deftly, and before you realized it, his face was mere inches from yours. Heat crept up your cheeks, and you silently thanked the helmet for concealing your embarrassment. The last thing you wanted was to feed his already-inflated ego.
But as he adjusted the straps, you noticed the smaller details of his face—the faint blemishes, the tiny imperfections that only seemed to make him more human. More real.
“Having fun?” His voice broke through your thoughts.
You blinked, refocusing on his smirking face. That smirk—arrogant yet endearing—should be trademarked at this point.
“Don’t flatter yourself,” you shot back, attempting to salvage your pride. “I can still back out, you know.”
Wonwoo chuckled, clearly unimpressed by your empty threat. “And yet, here you are.”
You rolled your eyes, choosing silence instead of fighting back. You distracted yourself with the weather. The air carried a light warmth, a preview of spring’s arrival. Clouds lingered from last night’s rain, their soft edges catching hints of sunlight. It was, admittedly, a perfect day for a ride.
The growl of the engine pulled your attention back to the present. Wonwoo glanced at you, his helmet obscuring most of his face but not the playful tilt of his head.
“Ynnn,” he drawled, motioning for you to get on.
“Uh,” you hesitated, awkwardly gesturing at the bike. “How do I…?”
He laughed, the sound low and easy. “Okay, first, stand on the left side. Put your foot here.” He tapped the footpeg. “Then swing your other leg over.”
You followed his instructions, pausing halfway. God, this was nerve-wracking.
“Don’t worry,” he said gently. “I’m keeping the bike steady. Just hold onto me if you need to.”
Summoning your courage, you followed his instructions and managed to climb onto the bike. It wasn’t as bad as you’d imagined.
“Good,” Wonwoo praised. “Now, scoot closer to me so we can balance better.”
Your arms hovered uncertainly around his waist.
With a light chuckle, he reached back and pulled your arms firmly around him. “Like this,” he said, tapping your hands lightly.
The closeness made your heart race even more. You prayed he couldn’t feel it through his jacket.
Wonwoo adjusted his helmet and then turned slightly to playfully bump it against yours. He gave you a double thumbs-up, silently asking if you were ready.
Well, you’ve come this far, you thought. No turning back now.
With a deep sigh, you returned the gesture.
The bike jerked forward gently, easing into motion. Wonwoo kept the speed low at first, giving you time to adjust. As he twisted the accelerator, the wind began to rush past, carrying your nerves with it.
The city unfolded around you, familiar streets taking on a new perspective. The freedom of the ride was exhilarating, the hum of the engine a steady reassurance to your being. Despite your initial hesitance, you felt… safe.
You tightened your hold on Wonwoo as the bike picked up speed, your heart pounding—not just from the ride but from his proximity and the warmth radiating through his jacket.
For the duration of the ride, neither of you spoke. Well, it’s not like you could, anyway. The world blurred in a rush of motion and colors, leaving you breathless in the best way.
And… when the bike finally came to a stop, you almost wished it hadn’t.
Wonwoo set the kickstand down and turned off the engine. He glanced back at you, smirking as he noticed your arms still wrapped tightly around him.
“Enjoying yourself, huh?”
Flustered, you quickly let go and tried to dismount without his help, only to stumble halfway.
“Careful,” he said, steadying you with a hand on your waist, “don’t want you getting hurt now, do we?” And with that, he hopped off the bike with ease, extending his hand like it was second nature.
Taking his hand, you let him guide you off the bike; your legs felt wobbly, but you managed to stand nonetheless.
“How was the ride?” he asked, his voice slightly muffled through the helmet.
“It was…” you said as you both pulled off your helmets, the sound of the world rushing back to your ears. “…it was actually kind of fun.”
Wonwoo grinned, happy with your response. “Told you so.”
There was a beat or two where you just looked at each other, not knowing what else to say.
With little reluctance, you held out the helmet with both hands, feeling oddly shy. “Here. Thanks for letting me borrow it,” you said softly.
He took the helmet, his fingers briefly brushing yours. “You kind of needed it.”
Ugh, there he goes!
“I regret ever saying anything,” you groaned out, already making your way past him.
Wonwoo didn’t say anything as he trailed behind you, too busy basking in his victory
As you made your way inside the elevator, you couldn’t resist the urge to tease him back. “And just where do you think you’re going?”
He shrugged casually. “Just following my backpack,” he murmured, giving a light tug on the grab handle of his backpack—the one that you forgot you had on.
Oh.
“If you just wanted to invite me over, you could have said so.” You didn’t need to look at him to know he was thoroughly amused with himself.
You huffed in annoyance, there was no winning when it came to him. “Just shut up.”
You shrugged off his backpack, taking your squished tote from its confines. “Here you go! Now you can go on your way.”
Wonwoo laughed at your little attitude. “Well, now that I’m here… it would be rude to just have you walk alone, wouldn’t it?”
While you would be more strict on letting a guy walk you to your apartment—more for privacy and safety reasons—you couldn’t help but be more lenient for Wonwoo. Part of you thinks that it’s due to knowing him for many years, but you know that wouldn’t be the complete truth.
You rolled your eyes at him but couldn’t help the smile that tugged at your lips.
He chuckled, the sound low and warm. “Cat got your tongue?”
You didn’t say anything, only opting to flip him off as a response.
The elevator finally dinged, and you stepped out, leading him down the hallway. When you reached your door, you turned to face him fiddling with the handle. “Well, this is me. Thanks again for today, Wonwoo. Really.”
He leaned casually against the wall, his hands tucked into his jacket pockets. “Anytime.”
And just as you were about to respond to him, the sound of an apartment door—more specifically yours—creaked wide open.
The sight of Yubin standing in the doorway startled you, and you stepped aside just as Sohee appeared behind her, holding a cup of coffee.
The pair froze at the sight of Wonwoo by the door.
“Oh,” Yubin said slowly, her gaze flicking between the two of you. “Didn’t realize you were… busy.”
“Oh—I’m not!” you managed to blurt out. “I mean, we’re not. We just…” You trailed off, gesturing vaguely toward nothing.
“Right,” Yubin said, her tone neutral but laced with that teasing tone you’ve grown accustomed to.
You groaned inwardly, knowing they wanted an introduction. “This is Wonwoo,” you mumbled, motioning toward him. “He’s an old friend.”
“Old friend?” Yubin repeated, her tone still teasing. “And I was beginning to think that you didn’t have any friends besides us…”
You shot her a glare. “Well, we only knew each other back then—”
Sohee’s eyes widened as she continued to look at you and Wonwoo. “Oh my god! Yubin, it’s that Wonwoo!” She said as she violently shook Yubin’s shoulders.
Wonwoo couldn’t help but laugh at the cute dynamic between the three of you. He also couldn’t help but feel more interested to know about what you may have told them about him.
“Didn’t know you spoke about me, birdy,” he piped in, looking directly into your eyes.
“She actua—” Sohee started, but you quickly covered her mouth with your hands, embarrassment flushing your cheeks.
“Relax. We’re just messing with you,” Yubin said, giving you a playful nudge. Her attention turned back to Wonwoo. “Well, we’d love to stay and chat, but we were actually heading to the library. Don’t have too much fun, you two.”
“Yubin!” you hissed as she sauntered past, Sohee close behind.
“See you later, Yn. Don’t let the rain get to you, Wonwoo!” Sohee called over her shoulder, shooting you one last knowing grin before disappearing down the hallway. Rain?
As the door softly clicked shut, you were left in an almost suffocating silence. You exhaled heavily, your cheeks still burning from the encounter.
“Your roommates seem fun,” Wonwoo said, his lips twitching with amusement.
“Very,” you agreed almost instantly.
He tilted his head, studying you for a moment. “You know,” he said casually, “I don’t mind being teased, especially if it’s about you.”
Your heart skipped a beat, and you fumbled for a response. “That’s… I mean… they’re just—”
“Glad to know that you talk about me, though,” he said, leaning slightly closer, his voice dropping just enough to make your pulse quicken. “I wouldn’t mind doing this again.”
You blinked, your breath catching.
His smile deepened, and for a moment, you thought he was going to say something else. But instead, he straightened himself and stepped back. “Although, what’s this about rain?… Wasn’t it just sunny when we got here?”
You shrugged. “I’m not sure either, I was kind of confused by that too.”
Wonwoo only hummed. “Well, a little rain never hurt anyone.”
Maybe he was right, a little rain wasn’t the end of the world. If anything, it should be sprinkling at most right now. The weather can’t change that fast.
“I’ll see you on Sunday?” he said, ruffling your hair a bit.
You swatted at his hand only to reply with a meek, “Sure.”
With that, he turned on his heel, slipping out into the hallway. You watched as he walked back to the elevator, hands in his pockets, before finally shutting your apartment door.
Tumblr media
A little bit after Wonwoo had left, you decided to change into something more comfortable, opting for sweats and an oversized shirt. You put on one of your favorite shows for background noise only to notice how loud the it was outside.
Wanting to see, you went over to the window near the kitchen, peeling back the curtain slightly—the sky was considerably darker than before.
Your brows furrowed. Huh?
The rain was coming down in thick sheets now, the wind faintly whistling as it rattled the nearby street signs. That was weird. It hadn’t even been a full thirty minutes since you came in with Wonwoo, and now it was pouring? The sight of it made your stomach churn in concern.
“A little rain never hurt anyone.”
You sighed. What an idiot.
Still, he was an adult. He could take care of himself. You turned away from the window, trying to ignore the pit growing in your stomach. He’ll be fine.
To take your mind off of him, you decided to pull out some of your favorite candles—to help boost that rainy day ambiance, at least.
While lighting them up, you heard a loud knock at your door.
Then another. The second knock was a lot louder this time. Frantic, if anything.
Hesitant, you made your way to the door, checking to see who it was through the peephole, only for it to be Wonwoo. Ha.
Opening the door, you immediately burst into a fit of laughter—he was completely drenched. His black jacket clung to him, rainwater dripping from the ends of his hair, strands plastered to his forehead. His face was set in a deadpan expression, unamused by your amusement.
“Oh my God,” you wheezed, covering your mouth. “What happened to ‘a little rain never hurt anyone’?”
Wonwoo rolled his eyes, peeling his wet jacket off. “Are you going to keep laughing, or are you going to let me in?”
You pretended to think for a minute, tapping your chin as if you were in deep thought. “Hmm.”
Annoyed, Wonwoo began to move away from you—only for you to catch his wrist and drag him inside. “Yeah, okay, fine. I’m only doing this because you look pathetic.”
He muttered something under his breath but didn’t argue. You shut the door behind him, shaking your head as you turned to look at him again.
“You should’ve just left when you had the chance,” you teased, disappearing into the hallway closet. You returned a moment later with a clean towel, tossing it at him.
He caught it effortlessly, rubbing it over his face and hair before sighing. “It wasn’t that bad at first. But then the wind picked up like crazy, so I just ended up covering my bike.”
You bit your lip, trying to suppress another laugh.
Wonwoo narrowed his eyes. “I hate you.”
You grinned back at him. “No, you don’t.”
He didn’t respond, just continued to dry his hair before reaching for the hem of his soaked shirt. You turned away before he pulled it over his head, quickly rummaging through your dresser for something dry. Eventually, you found another oversized t-shirt and sweatpants—courtesy of your ex-boyfriend from many years ago.
“Here,” you said, handing it over without looking. “Change before you get sick.”
He raised a brow. “This yours?”
“No, it’s Casper’s,” you deadpanned. “Yes, of course, it’s mine! The bathroom is the first door to the right. Now go.” He didn’t need to know the truth…
Wonwoo only hummed, clearly amused by your response. He grabbed the set of clothes and disappeared into the bathroom.
As he changed, you busied yourself in the kitchen, setting water to boil for tea. The rain continued its steady rhythm against the windows, filling the space with a soothing ambiance.
By the time Wonwoo returned—his hair was still slightly damp, but he looked much warmer—he accepted the mug you handed him without question. You led him towards the couch since the kitchen was too cluttered for your liking. For a few minutes, the two of you simply sat there, comfortably sipping your drinks.
“That’s a lot better,” he admitted.
You hummed in agreement. And then, just when you thought the moment would pass without incident—
“So,” he said, setting the mug down on the coffee table. “Your roommates seemed very familiar with me.”
You groaned. “Seriously? We’re back to this again?”
“Uh-huh.” He stretched, letting out a satisfied chuckle. “Any hint to what you have been saying about me?”
You glared at him. “That you’re super annoying.”
He grinned. “And…?”
“I plead the fifth!”
His smirk didn’t fade. If anything, it deepened. “Oh, that’s interesting.”
Your face burned. “That’s not—”
Wonwoo shifted closer, fingers grazing yours, his voice dropping ever so slightly. “It’s cute, birdy,” he murmured.
Your breath hitched.
The smirk on Wonwoo’s face lingered, but his eyes darkened slightly, scanning your expression like he was waiting—for you to pull away, for you to say something, for anything that might indicate that you don’t want to explore this with him.
But you didn’t move.
Your heart pounded in your ears. The warmth of his hand near yours suddenly felt scorching, his fingertips barely grazing your skin, setting every nerve on fire.
“Birdy,” he murmured, the nickname rolling off his tongue softer this time, almost teasing but laced with something else—something heavier.
You swallowed hard. “You’re so—”
But before you could finish your sentence, Wonwoo closed the distance.
His lips pressed against yours—light at first, testing, lingering just long enough to make your stomach flip. But the second you melted into it, his restraint snapped.
Wonwoo moved fast, one hand slipping around your waist while the other cradled the side of your face, tilting your face just enough to deepen the kiss. He tasted like the tea you had made for him earlier mixed with something distinctly him—something you knew you would crave later. His lips moved against yours like he was trying to make up for all of the times he had almost kissed you but didn’t.
And God, he kissed like he meant it.
Your fingers fisted the fabric of his borrowed shirt, pulling him closer. Wonwoo groaned softly at the movement, the sound low and utterly wrecking. His grip on you tightened as he shifted, guiding you back until your arm met the cushions near the armrest.
He hovered over you now, his body pressed deliciously close, his weight grounding you in a way that made your head spin. His knee slotted between your legs, just barely brushing against you, the contact sending shivers down your spine.
Wonwoo pulled back for a brief moment, his lips barely an inch from yours, his breath warm against your skin. His thumb traced along your jaw, his eyes flickering between yours, searching. “Tell me to stop,” he murmured, voice hoarse, “and I will.”
That was the last thing you wanted, you needed Wonwoo right now.
Instead of answering him, you surged forward, tugging on the collar of his shirt to bring his lips down to yours again. This time, it was you who deepened the kiss, pressing your body against his in a way that made his breath stutter.
“Shit,” he muttered against your mouth, his hand sliding beneath your shirt, fingertips grazing over the skin of your waist. He wasn’t rushing anything—just feeling, mapping out every reaction, every sharp inhale, every soft noise you let slip past your lips.
Your legs wrapped around his waist instinctively, and Wonwoo let out a strained curse under his breath before pressing his lips to your neck, trailing heated kisses along your jawline.
“Didn’t think you’d ever let me get this close,” he murmured, lips brushing against the shell of your ear.
“Felt generous today.” You replied casually, trying to hide your nerves.
His low chuckle vibrated against your throat, and then his teeth grazed against your pulse point, making your fingers dig into his shoulders. “How lucky of me.”
Your mind was sent into a frenzy—you didn’t know where this was leading to. But the way his hands were gripping your waist, combined with the heat of his kisses, you knew that this was something neither of you wanted to stop anytime soon.
And, judging by the way he whispered your name before claiming your lips again, you weren’t going to.
Wonwoo’s lips were relentless, moving against yours like a starved man. Every touch, every press of his fingers against your skin was filled with desire or frustration—one of the two, the weight of whatever had been building between you for far too long taking over.
But then came a sharp knock at the door.
Your entire body tensed. Wonwoo stilled too, his breath fanning against your neck as you both listened—a beat of silence, then muffled voices passing by in the hallway.
Your heart pounded in fear.
Wonwoo exhaled a quiet laugh, his forehead pressing against yours. “We should—” He sucked in a breath when you shifted against him, his fingers tightening on your hips. “—probably move this to your room.”
It took a second a second for you to fully process what he was saying, your mind still fogged with the way he was pressed against you. But then reality hit—your roommates. If they came home right now, they’d find you both tangled up on the couch, and you would never hear the end of it.
You hesitated, but Wonwoo tilted his head, watching you carefully. “Unless you’re into that…” he teased, voice lower now, rougher.
You glared at him, but the effect was lost when he playfully nipped at your jaw. “Freak,” you muttered, shoving at his shoulder. “Come on.”
There was a flicker of something dark in his eyes before he pulled away from you, allowing you to grab his wrist and lead him to your room.
The second the door clicked shut behind you, Wonwoo had you against it almost immediately.
The kiss that followed was hotter and messier. His hands were a lot bolder now, skimming beneath your shirt, fingers tracing over your heated skin like he was trying to memorize every detail. You gasped against his lips when he grabbed the back of your thighs, effortlessly lifting you up until your legs wrapped around his waist again.
“Fuck,” he muttered, guiding you toward your bed. “You’re making this so hard for me.”
You barely had time to process the words before your back met the mattress, Wonwoo hovering above you, his weight deliciously solid between your thighs, hips rutting up slowly—testing the waters. His lips were on you again in an instant, trailing from your jaw down to your neck, lingering at the sensitive spot just beneath your ear.
“You drive me crazy, you know that?” he murmured, voice husky.
Your breath hitched when his hands slipped up, thumbs brushing just beneath the curve of your ribs. You weren’t sure if he meant the teasing, the back-and-forth banter, or just the fact that you were here now, beneath him, letting this happen.
Maybe all of it.
Your fingers tangled in his hair, tugging just enough to make him groan. The sound sent a thrill through your body, heat pooling low in your stomach.
“I guess I could say the same about you,” you managed to whisper in response.
Wonwoo chuckled, his nose brushing against your collarbone before he kissed along the exposed skin, each press of his lips making your pulse stutter.
Minutes blurred together—clothes shifted, touches became more desperate. Heat swirled between the two of you, every movement of his pulling you further into the haze of want.
But just as things started to pick up again, Wonwoo suddenly slowed down.
You blinked up at him, confused. “Wonwoo?”
His fingers skimmed along your arm before stopping at your wrist, his grip gentle but firm. “Are you sure?”
“About?”
“This.” He exhaled sharply, like he was forcing himself to hold back. “I don’t want to rush you, that’s all.”
Your chest tightened at his words.
Despite the heat of the moment, despite how badly you knew he wanted you, he was still thinking about you.
Your fingers trailed up his spine, grounding yourself in the warmth of him. The intensity in his gaze made your stomach flip, but you found yourself nodding. “Please.”
A flicker of something—relief, maybe—crossed his expression before he kissed you again, slower this time, softer.
He pulled away again, but before you could complain, he was already tugging at your sweats and underwear.
You helped him slide them off by moving your hips upward, anxiously waiting for his next move.
Wonwoo sat up, throwing your clothing to the ground. Feeling overly exposed, you tugged at his shirt, wanting him to take it off. Balance it out, you know?
He let out a low chuckle at your insistence but didn’t hesitate to peel his shirt off, tossing it somewhere near your pile. Your fingers instinctively traced over his toned stomach, feeling the heat radiating beneath your touch.
His lips were on you in an instant—starting at your mouth, then trailing down the column of your neck, his breath hot against your skin. He took his time pressing open-mouthed kisses along your collarbone, then lower, his hands mapping out the curves of your body as he went.
Your breath hitched when he reached your stomach, his lips grazing over sensitive skin. His fingers splayed over your waist, holding you in place as he continued downward, his mouth painting a slow, deliberate path. The anticipation was dizzying, every brush of his lips making you ache for more.
When he finally settled between your thighs, his gaze flickered up to meet yours—searching, waiting for permission.
You quickly nod, needing him now more than ever.
With your approval, he moved his arms down toward your thighs, his fingers gently pressing into the soft flesh, pulling you closer to him. His breath ghosted over your skin, sending shivers down your spine as he made sure to take his time with you.
He started off slow, pressing fluttering kisses near your cunt, his lips barely brushing the sensitive skin, his touch featherlight. The softness of his kisses was a gentle reminder of the tenderness between you both, teasing as well as coaxing you into the moment.
As the seconds passed, he grew more confident, his mouth finding its rhythm, draggin a long, slow lick up to your clit, the pressure light at first but just enough to make your breath catch. Your body arched instinctively toward him, a soft moan escaping your lips, and you found yourself pulling him closer, urging him on.
Wonwoo’s movements were deliberate and controlled, but there was an undeniable hunger in the way he continued, each kiss, each lick sending waves of pleasure through your body. His tongue circled around you, experimenting, drawing out every inch of pleasure as you melted into the feeling.
You moaned softly, your hands gripping the sheets beneath you as his tongue moved with purpose, the sensation making your hips instinctively buck upward. Each time his mouth pressed against you, your body trembled, and a heat bloomed deep within you.
Wonwoo’s hands tightened around your thighs, holding you steady as his tongue flicked and teased, bringing you closer to the edge. He was deliberate, each movement calculated, but there was a sense of urgency in the way his lips parted against you, the hunger in his eyes evident as he looked up at you, gauging your reactions.
You could feel the tension building inside of you, coiling tight as he slowly dragged his tongue up again, swirling around your clit before sucking it into his mouth with a steady pull. Your breath hitched at the sensation, the pressure mounting, your chest rising and falling with each sharp inhale.
“Wonwoo,” you whispered, your voice shaky. “Please, more.”
His eyes darkened at your plea. He didn’t need another invitation. His hands moved up your body, pulling you closer, urging you to open yourself to him fully.
The way his mouth devoured you, his movements were more urgent now; he was like a drug, leaving you with no control over your reactions. You clutched at his hair, fingers tangling in the strands as he took you higher and higher.
You were on the brink, so close, your body tense with anticipation. With one final flick of his tongue, your hips jerked as you reached the edge, a breathless cry escaping you as you finally shattered, your body shaking as the pleasure overwhelmed you.
He didn’t stop; instead, he slowed down, licking you gently, helping you ride out the waves. His mouth soft and tender as he continued to kiss and soothe you, his hands never leaving your body.
As you came down from your high, your body still tingling, Wonwoo didn’t move away. Instead, he pressed lingering kisses along your inner thighs, his lips warm and teasing as he worked his way back up. The slow drag of his mouth against your skin sent another shiver through you, anticipation curling in your stomach all over again.
“You’re shaking,” he murmured, his voice husky, filled with something smug yet fond. His hands slid up, fingertips ghosting over your waist before settling on your hips. “Didn’t know you could be this sensitive.”
You wanted to fire back with something, but your brain was too mushy to come up with anything, your body still trying to recover from the way he’d completely unraveled you. Instead, you groaned and weakly pushed at his shoulder. “Shut up.”
Wonwoo only chuckled, low and throaty, before he crawled back over you, his weight pressing into you in the best way. His knee slotted between your thighs, his bare chest warm against yours. You barely had a moment to adjust before you felt it—his hard length pressing against your thigh through his sweats.
A smirk tugged at your lips as you shifted slightly, feeling the way he twitched against you. “You’re really worked up, huh?”
Wonwoo’s jaw clenched, his arms bracketing your head as he hovered over you. “What do you think?” His voice was strained, deeper, and it sent a thrill down your spine.
To test him, you shifted your hips ever so slightly, dragging against him. He let out a sharp exhale through his nose, his grip on your waist tightening.
“Yn,” he warned, but there was no real threat behind it—just desperation.
Grinning, you reached up, threading your fingers into his hair. His breath hitched as you gave a small tug, watching the way his eyes fluttered shut for a brief second before snapping open again, darker and hungrier than before.
“You like that?” you mused, your voice teasing.
He didn’t answer, but the way he groaned, pressing his hips down against yours in response, told you enough.
“God,” he muttered, dropping his forehead against yours. “You’re going to kill me.”
You giggled but quickly gasped when he rolled his hips again, this time more deliberately, seeking friction. The warmth of him, the weight, the sheer neediness of it all made your head spin.
His hands found yours, fingers slipping between yours as he pinned them against the mattress. His grip was firm, grounding, like he needed to hold onto you just as much as you needed to hold onto him.
“I should make you pay for teasing me,” he murmured, lips brushing against your cheek before trailing lower, nipping at your jawline.
You hummed, squeezing his hands as he continued to kiss his way down your neck. “I think you’re the one who’s suffering here, not me.”
Wonwoo huffed a soft laugh against your skin. “That so?” His hips rutted against you again, a little more desperate this time, his breath coming out uneven. “Feel that?”
You did. You felt all of him—hot and aching against you, his restraint slipping with each passing second.
“Tell me what you want, Yn,” he rasped, lips brushing against your collarbone.
Your breath hitched, your nails digging into his hands. “I think you already know.”
Wonwoo groaned, his head dropping into the crook of your neck as he rutted against you again, the friction between you both drawing sharp little gasps from you. His hands released yours, only for one to slip under your shirt, fingers toying with your breast as if he was trying to ground himself with it. The other trailed up your thigh, slow and deliberate, before he hooked it around his waist.
You tangled your fingers in his hair again, tugging just enough to make him hiss. He retaliated by rolling his hips down again, sharper this time, making you whimper in response.
“Still want to tease me?” he murmured against your skin.
You bit your lip, barely holding back a whine. “Maybe.”
He scoffed, tightening his grip on your waist as a warning.
Wonwoo shifted again, suddenly sitting back on his heels, dragging you up with him. His arms wrapped around you, pressing you against his chest as he settled you onto his lap.
“Better,” he mumbled, his hands soothing over your bare thighs as he pressed his forehead against yours. “Easier to hear you like this.”
Your cheeks burned, but you couldn’t deny the way your body reacted to his words, the way the need between your legs only grew worse.
His hands slipped under your shirt again, his palms warm against your back, and when he kissed you this time, it was slower, deeper. He let you set the pace, guiding the way your hips moved against his, taking his time with you.
You gasped as his hands roamed, tracing gentle but deliberate patterns along your spine. His kisses grew more languid, as if he wanted to take his time memorizing every inch of you, every shuddering gasp you gave him.
You moved against him again, chasing that intoxicating friction, and he groaned low in his throat, fingers digging into your hips as he guided your movements.
“Just like that,” he murmured, his voice rough, breath warm against your lips. “You feel so good—”
A shiver wracked through you at his words, the heat between you becoming unbearable. You tugged at his hair again, earning a delicious groan from him as his hips stuttered beneath you.
The rhythm between you both turned desperate, more frantic, your hands clinging to each other as the tension coiled tighter and tighter in your stomach. Wonwoo’s forehead dropped against yours, his breaths coming in short, unsteady pants, his grip on you firm as he chased his own high.
“Wonwoo—” his name slipped from your lips, a breathless plea.
“I know,” he rasped, pressing a kiss to your temple, his movements growing more erratic. “I got you, birdy—just let go for me.”
The sound of his voice alone nearly undid you, and when he dipped his hand between you, adding just enough pressure where you needed it most, your body tensed before unraveling completely. A sharp cry left your lips as pleasure crashed over you, your nails biting into his shoulders as you clung to him.
Wonwoo wasn’t far behind. The way you trembled in his arms, the way you moaned his name like it was the only thing you knew—it sent him over the edge, a deep groan rumbling from his chest as he buried his face in your neck, riding out his own high. His grip on you tightened before slowly loosening, his breath shaky as he tried to come down from it.
For a long moment, the only sounds in the room were your ragged breaths. Your bodies were still tangled together, skin damp with sweat.
“I’ll be right back,” Wonwoo whispered, pressing a lingering kiss to your shoulder before slipping out of bed. You watched as he padded out of your room and toward the bathroom.
He returned a few minutes later, looking more at ease now that he had cleaned himself off. Then, without warning, he flopped back onto the mattress, draping himself over you dramatically.
“Wonwoo—” you groaned, squirming as he pressed his weight against you.
“Shhh,” he murmured against your neck. “Just let me have this.”
“You smell like sweat,” you deadpanned, but your hand was already threading through his hair.
You sighed; your body was still jittery from the intensity of everything, but the pressure of his body against yours was grounding. Wonwoo shifted slightly, pulling you close. His hand moved up to cup your face, thumb brushing along your cheek.
“You good?” His voice softened, and for a moment, the teasing tone melted away.
You hummed in response, barely able to keep your eyes open. “Mhm… just a little tired.”
He chuckled softly, his breath tickling your ear. “Me too.”
You shifted, nuzzling closer to him, and he responded by pulling you even tighter against him, his warmth lulling you deeper into sleep.
And as the night stretched on, with his steady heartbeat beneath your ear and his arms wrapped securely around you, you let yourself relax completely—safe in his warmth.
Silence settled between you, the heat from his body lulling you toward sleep. And just before you drifted off, you swore you felt him press the softest kiss against your forehead.
Tumblr media
When you woke up the following morning, the other side of your bed was empty.
Your heart dropped at the coldness from it. For a second, a pang of something—disappointment? hurt?—settled in your chest. Was this a mistake?
Before you could even wallow in self-pity, you noticed one of your sticky notes clung to your phone.
Had an early shift today. See you on Sunday :)
And while you were conflicted about last night’s events, you couldn’t help the feeling of relief you felt from the note.
A sigh escaped you as you sank back into the pillows, only to realize that his scent was now embedded in your bed. Great.
Sunday.
You have no idea what to expect when you see him again, but one thing is certain—there is no going back to how things were before, well, not for you at least.
Part Four: Coming Soon…

idol!wonwoo x idol!reader
small instances where both of your fanbases start to notice lingering looks between the two of you until it becomes so much more
a/n: this isn’t much but i had fun writing it, lmk what you think! :)
pt 2
the first interaction is when you’re presenting an award that seventeen happens to win
as you and your co-announcer pass out awards, your fingers brush against his as you congratulate him, and he flashes a smile at you
both of your fan bases were quick to screen grab the interaction, and it very quickly became a cherished moment of more to come
it was closely followed by a different interaction where both of your groups were talking on stage, and you were moving to the side and had tripped over the length of your gown
he was quick to catch you by the elbow to steady you on your two feet
the people around you gasped and moved to make room
which left a spotlight on the two of you
it was slightly comical the way you both looked at each other before turning to the audience with shy smiles
wonwoo stood behind you the rest of the time on stage
when it came time to leave, he offered you his arm as you stepped off the stage
with a bright smile his way, you accepted and walked off together
fans nearly had a heart attack
since then, people would point out almost every interaction between the two of you
if you would be in the same room and happen to make eye contact
during a game competition, you two get paired up together, and safe to say, you demolish the rest of the teams
wonwoo is an extremely smart man, and as are you a smart person, and after the episode airs, fans make memes on how you both make a dangerous and powerful duo
you were both quick to devise a plan, hushed whispers in the few seconds you had together, his shoulders shielding you from the rest of the room from where you both stood
your mics caught your plan clearly, and fans were impressed by how in sync you both were
he worked with distracting other people, making it seem like he was the one they should look out for
however it was you who gathered information and the hidden objects you were supposed to find to complete your mission
in the end, not only were you both able to complete your mission, but you were also able to hide the other object other groups were supposed to find, making it near impossible for them to find
the prize you both won was a coupon to a nearby cafe
it was adorable the way you both cheered in excitement for the coupon, wonwoo even raising your hands clasped together in the air in celebration
you would have thought that you both couldn’t afford your own coffees with the way you both cheered
the video ended with vlog footage of you both walking to the cafe
you held the camera in your hands facing you as you both walked to the location, camera tilted up to capture wonwoo in the frame
fans were surprised to see the way that wonwoo joked with you and tugged on the end of your hair to catch your attention to point to a billboard with your group in it
he took the camera from you to capture a shot of you smiling and posing in front of the billboard
when you took the camera from him, you also made him pose in front of the billboard, which was comical since you couldn’t see much of his face due to his hat and mask, but he did make a peace sign when posing to amuse you
he opened the door for you and stood behind you in line, even crouching down slightly in order to hear your answer when he asked what you were going to order
when it was your turn to order, he walked forward to place your orders before handing the cashier the coupon you both worked hard for
wonwoo even paid for the difference despite you trying to pay, and he stepped in front of you to block your way from the pin pad
you both sat down at a small table in the corner of the cafe side by side so you could both be in frame, and you rated the coffees you had bought
you weren’t the biggest fan of your own coffee, stating that it was slightly too bitter, and he was quick to switch out your straws and give you his cup
the video ended with you both waving goodbye, and safe to say, the video was trending for a week
when you posted a selfie together after the episode aired, it quickly became your most liked image on instagram
wonwoo also posted a different picture of you together standing back to back with your arms crossed
he captioned it “partner in crime”
you commented “dream team”
other svt members would comment under your posts demanding a rematch and wondering how they won
wonwoo would comment the shrugging emoji in response 🤷🏻‍♂️
you once post a picture if you out in the city
a few days later wonwoo posts a picture taken of him holding a camera, and fans were quick to notice the similar locations you were both in
when at other music events, there was footage of you waving to him from your seats with your group, and him shyly waving back
later when he walks with the rest of svt on the red carpet, fans notice him wearing a ring with the top facing in, and it’s not until he waves that people capture your initial on it
on your birthday when you post a clip of someone recording you with a cake while people sing happy birthday, fans swear they can hear wonwoo’s voice singing amongst the rest
one day you post the cutest kitten on your instagram page, showing your fans how you recently adopted a cat
a few months later, wonwoo posts a selfie of the same colored cat, only slightly bigger, sitting on top of an open book (presumably the one he was reading)
fans once spot you both visiting a bookstore and they just about died when they saw you walk out with the same book
at times, sometimes wonwoo is spotted exiting your company building while other times you are exiting his
fans are waiting for the collab tbh
you are both extremely private people, and any interactions you have together publicly has fans eating it UP
rumors of your potential relationship are all anyone talks about leading up to major events where both your groups will be attending
wonwoo surprisingly is the one to confirm the rumors two years later when he posts a mirror selfie of the two of you on your birthday with a simple cake emoji
the internet broke

Ranked First, You Second—Wait, No, You First
Genre: Fluff, Gamer!Wonwoo, Clingy but Lovable Girlfriend, Soft Affection
Summary: Wonwoo is in the middle of an important ranked game when his clingy girlfriend demands his attention. Unable to ignore her, he pulls her onto his lap, letting her cling to him while he finishes the match. The moment he wins? She becomes his only priority.
It started with a simple poke to his shoulder.
Then, a soft whine.
And then—a full-on koala cling.
Wonwoo sighed through his nose, not in frustration, but in quiet amusement. He was in the middle of an intense ranked match, headset on, fingers flying over his keyboard with perfect precision. His focus was sharp—until you started nuzzling against his back like a cat demanding attention.
"Jagi," he murmured, eyes still locked on the screen. "I'm in a match."
"I know," you mumbled, wrapping your arms around his waist from behind. "But I miss you."
He exhaled softly, tilting his head slightly as if considering his options. Then, without a word, he reached out, hooked an arm around your waist, and effortlessly pulled you into his lap.
You blinked in surprise. "Oh."
Wonwoo adjusted you so you were comfortable, one arm loosely wrapped around your waist while his other hand remained on the mouse. His focus never wavered, even as you rested your head against his shoulder.
"Better?" he asked, voice low and even.
You hummed, burying your face into the crook of his neck. "Mhm. Much better."
Wonwoo smirked slightly but said nothing. He simply continued playing, his movements precise and calculated, barely affected by the added weight of you clinging onto him. His chat, however, had a lot to say about it.
"WHO IS HE PLAYING WITH ON HIS LAP???" "Gamer bf but soft bf at the same time???" "I love how he didn’t even hesitate to pull her in." "Sir, focus on the game, not your cute gf."
You peeked at the screen, watching him take down opponents effortlessly. Even in this position, he was completely in his element. But every now and then, his fingers would ghost over your back in soft, absentminded strokes—little reminders that he hadn’t forgotten about you.
Then, finally, after what felt like forever, the victory banner flashed on his screen.
"Alright," he muttered, taking off his headset. "Now, where were we?"
Before you could answer, he shifted slightly, adjusting you in his lap so he could fully face you. His eyes, once sharp and calculating, had softened considerably.
"You wanted attention, right?" he asked, tilting his head.
You grinned. "Yes, I did."
"Okay," he murmured, pressing a kiss to your forehead. "You have all of it now."
And just like that, the world of gaming faded into the background—because as much as he loved winning, nothing compared to the feeling of having you in his arms.

thoughts about fwb wonu who’s down baaaaad and you might never know if not for the little things he does to show you ☝️😩
this is so clear to me too anon because wonu can’t help but show affection, it will show somehow fr
warnings: nsfw college au! rough wonu fem reader
wonu and his 12 other frat brothers love to host parties, which is actually how you met.
that night he took you upstairs to his room, flashing a filthy smirk at whichever frat bro saw him guiding you upstairs.
he fucked you with the least amount of intimacy or gentleness, leaning towards being rougher with you. doggy on his mattress, palm pressing your face into its softness, spanking you until your ass was red for his pleasure only, and finishing on your back.
your pussy alone was the best he’d ever had. tight, slick, gummy walls engulfed his length completely and he was an utter mess above you. he wouldn’t let you see it, of course, having to maintain his reputation of casual hookups meaning nothing and never craving a previous partner after already fucking them.
after that party, it was only then he realized how often he saw you in his day to day life. three times a week in one of his classes, on the same routes to nearby buildings, in the campus cafe around the same times. it was you all along that he’d seen around.
so he gains the courage to “formally” introduce himself, still keeping up his nonchalant manner, and ask for your number. “if you ever need some relief you can just text me, yeah?” he spoke a simple code you understood. and you agreed.
after each hookup, he got more intimate. switching from doggy to cowgirl to missionary. going from spanking you to leaving hickeys to kissing while fucking you. it used to be you asking when to hookup until he started asking too, but more frequently.
you didn’t even bat an eye at his shift in behavior, only seeming to notice that the sex was just that much more enjoyable.
poor wonu wondered if he went too far when he bought you a drink, unasked for, and gave it to you in class.
“got this for you,” he’d mutter offhandedly while placing the cup on your desk.
you quirked a brow and saw his expression turn defensive.
“i-i mean you were just saying how late you’d been studying so… i figured i might as well get you a coffee while i was getting one too,” he spits.
“but you don’t have a coffee?” you spoke, noticing his bare hands and desk.
his eyes widen before saying, “i… finished mine already, hah,” he coughs and faces forward in the lecture, realizing he was caught slipping.
the careless seeming frat boy had a little crush on his fwb and knew he would get teased if any of his bros heard about it so he kept it a secret. but he simply couldn’t hide just how much he craved you. he might not have been dating you, but being with you in any capacity was enough for him.
(sorry if this isn’t what u were aiming for anon i think i got carried away T^T)

first time having raw sex with wonwoo
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ahh stop I love these types of requests hehe gives me so much freedom hehe hope you enjoy guys!!
Wonwoo had always been gentle with you, always careful not to push too far or move too fast. But tonight was different. Tonight, there was a hunger in his eyes that you'd never seen before. As he pressed you down onto the bed, his hands roamed over your body with a newfound urgency. His lips found yours, his kisses rough and demanding as he tried to devour you.
"I need you," he growled against your skin, his voice low and desperate. "I need you so badly."
He pulled away from you for a moment, his eyes searching yours.
"I want to feel you, all of you," he whispered, his hand trailing down your body to the hem of your shirt. "No barriers, no condoms. Just you and me, skin to skin."
You nodded, your heart racing at the thought of feeling him inside you with nothing between you. Wonwoo quickly stripped off your clothes, his eyes drinking in the sight of your naked body.
"You're so beautiful," he murmured, his hands roaming over your curves as he admired you. "So perfect."
He positioned himself between your legs, his eyes dark with desire as he looked down at you.
"Are you sure about this?" he asked, his voice low and serious. "There's no going back once we start."
You nodded again, your heart pounding in your chest.
"I want this," you whispered, reaching up to touch his cheek. "I want you, all of you."
Wonwoo leaned down to capture your lips in a searing kiss, his body pressing against yours as he lined himself up with your entrance. He slowly pushed into you, groaning at the feeling of your tight, bare walls enveloping him.
"Fuck," he hissed, his eyes fluttering closed as he fought to control himself. "You feel so good, even better than I imagined."
He stayed still for a moment, his breathing ragged as he adjusted to the sensation of being inside you with nothing between you.
"You're mine," he growled, his hands gripping your hips tightly. "Mine and only mine."
He pulled out slightly before thrusting back in, his movements slow and deliberate.
"I'm never letting you go," he murmured, his lips trailing down your neck. "You're going to be mine forever."
His pace gradually increased, his hips snapping against yours as he began to lose control. He buried his face in your neck, his teeth grazing against your skin as he panted and groaned.
"You're driving me crazy," he growled, his
fingers digging into your hips hard enough to leave bruises.
You wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him closer as you met his thrusts with your own.
"Harder," you moaned, your nails raking down his back. "I need more, please."
Wonwoo's eyes darkened at your plea, his control snapping entirely.
He slammed into you with a ferocity that left you breathless, his movements rough and possessive as he claimed you as his own. He was relentless, his hips pounding into you with a punishing pace. He pulled back slightly, his eyes raking over your body as he watched himself disappear inside you.
"Look at you," he groaned, his voice thick with desire. "Taking me so well, like you were made for me."
He shifted his angle slightly, his cock hitting a spot deep inside you that made you see stars. You cried out, your back arching off the bed as pleasure coursed through your veins.
"Found it," he grunted, a smirk playing at the corners of his lips.
He continued to pound into that spot, relentlessly driving you closer and closer to the edge.
"You're close, aren't you?" he whispered, his breath hot against your ear. "I can feel you tightening around me."
You could only moan in response, your body trembling as the pleasure built to an almost unbearable level. Wonwoo leaned down, his lips brushing against your ear.
"Come for me," he growled, his voice low and commanding. "I want to feel you come undone around me."
His words were your undoing.
You came with a loud cry, your walls clenching around him as waves of pleasure crashed over you. Wonwoo's pace faltered for a moment as he fought to hold back his own release, his jaw clenched tightly. He gritted his teeth, his grip on your hips tightening as he struggled to maintain control.
"Where do you want me to cum?" he asked through gritted teeth, his body trembling with the effort of holding back.
You looked up at him, your eyes hazy with pleasure as you fought to catch your breath.
"Inside me," you whispered, your voice hoarse. "I want to feel you fill me up."
Wonwoo's eyes rolled back as he came, his body shaking with the force of his release.
He spilled himself deep inside you, his hot cum coating your walls as he let out a low, guttural moan. He collapsed on top of you, his chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath. He buried his face in your neck, still reeling from the intensity of his orgasm.
"I can't believe I just..." he trailed off, too overwhelmed to finish his sentence.
You ran your fingers through his hair, a soft smile on your face.
"That was intense," you whispered, your own body still tingling from the aftershocks of your orgasm.
Wonwoo nodded, his face still buried in your neck. He was quiet for a moment, his breathing slowly returning to normal.
"I've never lost control like that before," he finally admitted, his voice muffled against your skin.

You’re kept awake by the glaring light of Wonwoo’s computer and the sound of his keyboard. No matter how many times he’s adjusted his screen’s brightness, it’s still not enough to hide his tendency to game late into the night. His roommate is sound asleep in his room, and you feel suddenly jealous - Mingyu’s obviously getting sleep - while you and your boyfriend are not.
The only thing saving Wonwoo from your crankiness and lack of sleep is the fact that he looks back at you every time he’s waiting for the next round to load, his eyes full of adoration and mild amusement as you grump. “You love watching me play.” He’d remind you constantly, never forgetting how you had once complimented his skills and how fast his fingers could move - which eventually led to him showing you just how fast - but never mind.
Wonwoo, who finds it adorable, how you’re restless even when tired, how you pad around his room like you own it - and you basically do. You own the owner of the room, which makes this room yours as much as it is his. It’s evident you’ve colonized his place by the sheer amount of trinkets that are yours, your own drawer, your own section of his shelf for your romance books. He’ll never admit to it, but he’s read through almost everything you bring over, cringing at some - but secretly enjoying most.
Wonwoo, who knows you’re bored out of your mind but trying to support his interests nevertheless. He’s a perceptive man - he sees your eyerolls whenever he tries schooling you on computer terms you’re unaware of, or how your shoulders shake from a silent sigh whenever he’s yelling out his gaming terms, passionate and on call with his friends. He loves you for just trying because he knows what his interests are aren’t for everyone.
Wonwoo, who can only smile at you amusedly when you nudge his leg from your side of bed, sprawled out so you can reach him at his gaming chair. His lips thin into his infamous smile when you quietly ask him for ramen, stating that waiting for him to finish has gotten you hungry once again.
Wonwoo, who wouldn’t trade your nightly routine for anything else in the world. As much as he loves gaming, he loves having a presence next to him more - liking how you’re only ever a step away whenever he needs a break from the virtual world. You make him love reality - it’s that simple.
Wonwoo, who blows on the steaming ramen before he serves it to you, knowing the countless times you’ve forgotten and had burned your tongue. A bout of satisfaction and pride washes over him when you let out a hum of enjoyment, mumbling through bites of ramen just how much you love his cooking - even if it is just a packet of instant noodles. The satisfaction and pride far outweighs that in which he feels after a win.
Wonwoo, who abandons his computer in favour of his bed, wrapping his arms around you as he waits for you to drift off. He would never tell you, but he’s never fallen asleep before you - relishing the few pockets of time left before he must relinquish his sight, taking off his glasses and turning you into a blurred figure beside him. He insists your beautiful even as a blurred figure, but Wonwoo likes having your peaceful face be the last thing he sees before sleep comes for him too.

Your heart skipped beats as you looked at yourself in the mirror, working on your final touches, topping it off with a deep breath. Wonwoo was coming over to your house to watch a show you both planned on binging together, and it being the first time he was going to be inside your home, as ecstatic as you were, anxiety invaded your body. The combination of nervousness and perfectionism didn’t collide well—double, triple, even quadruple checking and fixing everything—clumsiness taking over at times from how jittery you’d get.
Meeting in some RPG you were peer pressured into purchasing by your friends, you and Wonwoo met just playing together, joining each other in quests and occasionally helping each other reach to the games top rank. It went from you both went from exchanging Discords, to numbers, and when you found out you both lived in the same area, it graduated to going on several dates and hanging out in person.
You both clicked in an instant, feeling as if you didn’t need a filter around him or felt the need to pick and choose certain traits to accommodate to his unmentioned preferences, often leaving you thinking that perhaps you felt more comfortable with him at times than with the friends you’ve been around for years.
Your hands running through fabric of your clothing, smoothing itself, you take a final look at yourself in the mirror before the music you had quietly playing through your bluetooth speakers gets interrupted by a familiar jingle being your ringtone. Looking at your cellphones screen, you watched as the phone buzzed on the table, the screen displaying Wonwoos contact name, alongside a picture you had of him from one of the many dates you went on. The skin of your cheeks started growing warm, a soft shade of pink seeping out, your makeup failing to cover the current state of your face.
Clearing your throat, you answer the phone a couple rings before the call ended, “Heyy.” You greeted, playing it off as casual as possible to cover your nervous state.
“Hey, Y/N, uh, what was the code to the gate again? I forgot.” He chuckled over the phone, listening to his husky voice from the call alone sent chills down your spine. You tell him the code, following with a question, “You know which building, right?”
“Yeah, I know—“ He followed with telling you your building and apartment number, “Alright I’m past the gates now, I’ll see you in a little bit, okay?”
“See ya! Call me if you get lost.” You snicker, exiting your bedroom as you walked to the fridge in your kitchen, double checking if you had all the snacks and booze you got just the other day.
“Will do. Bye.” He hung up the call, allowing you to finally breathe a little more comfortably.
It isn’t official yet, neither of you have made the move or tugged at the idea of making it official. You both were consistent and mutually agreed on taking things slow, making this a friends-to-relationship type of deal. You appreciated and even loved the fact he never tried to rush you and was so consistent on taking things slow, refusing to surpass any boundaries and just letting things happen at the right time, it makes the connection between the both of you spark brighter, your infatuation towards him as well grow stronger.
You really liked him and currently, the thought of possibly putting the stamp on making it official has crossed your mind nonstop. Every time you’re around him, your feelings get stronger, you feel secure and sure about him, his intentions are clear, and the fact he’s so respectful and aware of your wants and needs as well as aware of your intentions makes you like him even more.
After a couple of minutes, those minutes feeling like dreadful, elongated hours, you hear a knock on your front door, your already speeding heart racing more than you believe it would, the butterflies in your stomach kicking you. Taking a self-soothing breath, you adjust your already fixed hair as you approached the door, unlocking it as you slowly pull it open, revealing a smiling Wonwoo.
His soft grin etched on his cheeks as his frames sat snuggly on his nose, his broad, catwalk silhouette towered over you as his hands were behind his back, appearing as if he were hiding something from you. An uncontrollably wide smile grows on your face, needing to purse your lips to disguise the wide, almost insane-looking grin.
“Heyyyy!” You greeted, opening the door wider. His eyes skimmed all over you, his sharp yet gentle eyes analyzing your beautiful details.
“Hey, you.” He greeted in return, freeing one of his arms in order to give you a small yet warm hug, your entire body feeling as if sparks were ignited inside of you. After breaking the hug, his hands grazed down your arm, softly holding your hand, fingers intertwining with yours. His soft gaze stayed stuck on you, your sparkling eyes turning into crescents from your wide smile.
“I got this for you, I saw them and it reminded me of you.” He chuckled a little awkwardly, having the hidden arm reveal a bouquet of flowers.
Your eyes widened as a small gasp comes out of you, admiring the bundle of blossoms, a combination of soft pink and deep red roses scattered in the bundle, white gerbera daisies between some of the roses, forming a beautiful contrast with the flowers, the colors of the roses popping out, wrapped in newspaper as it was tightened with a red ribbon, tied with an elegant and aligned bow.
“Oh my god—they’re so beautiful! Thank you, Wonu.” You pout to the sweet gesture, pulling him in for another hug, the scent of his cologne intoxicating you. “Come in, come in!” You gesture him, faintly holding his hand as he walked into the apartment.
Entering the apartment, he was analyzing the living space, nodding his head in approval to the decorative design you picked out for the home, his eyes suddenly braking at the end of your couch, spotting the cat tree. With his head slightly tilted as his eyebrows subtly furrowed, he asked, “You have a cat?”
Your eyes followed in his eyes direction, looking at your cat tree with him,
“Yeah! I do. She’s probably hidden somewhere she doesn’t really do too well with strangers.” You chuckle as you prep a vase you had, partially filling it with water as you set the flowers inside of it, arranging the bouquet to your liking.
He gave a returning chuckle in response as his eyes shifted to you, watching you arrange the flowers as you place it in the center of your dining table, watching as you were admiring the bunch while he was admiring you, his adoring gaze never straying away.
You look back, catching his eyes on you, your body flushed as a smile instinctively widened across your face, breaking eye contact.
“What?-“ you drag in your shy tone, a small giggle escaping you as you attempt to look at him, nearly failing to maintain eye contact.
“Nothing, you’re just so cute.” His smile widening, his nose scrunching a little in admiration to your flustered state.
His words alone made you break eye contact once again, looking down as your smile never faded, your grin so wide it nearly cramped your face.
“Stop—“ You whine as Wonwoo approached you, holding both your hands as his smug grin remains sewn on his cheeks, meanwhile you bit your bottom lip to hide your bashful smile.
Your bodies grew closer, his hand slivering its way to your waist, holding it lightly as your bodies swayed amongst each other. Looking at his plush lips, the craving to taste them grew stronger, but both your nervousness and the sake of trying not to make a move too quick held you back.
Tumblr media
You both eventually settled down, gathering the snacks you prepared as well as a couple of beers, both of you sitting on the couch as you shared a blanket.
His arm wrapped around your shoulder, his thumb grazing your clothed skin, both your eyes glued on the screen, micro expressions revealing reactions to the scenes and plot of the show you started watching.
Suddenly, you hear a soft meow from a distance, making you turn your head in the sounds direction, catching your sweet tabby cat looking at you, following a stretch before hopping on the couch. The cat grabbed Wonwoos attention as well, finally meeting your feline child for the first time.
A small gasp can be heard from him, “Is that your cat? She’s so cute!” He whisper yells, trying not to interrupt the show as best he could as well as in attempt to not scare off your cat.
You nod in response with a smile, gesturing the cat to come closer, which she did. Once she looked at Wonwoo she stood still as a statue, her eyes widening. She approached him slowly, sniffing him along the way, being very cautious with every step she took.
Catching the both of you off guard, especially you, you watch her immediately warm up to Wonwoo, standing on his lap, loudly purring as she rubbed her head on his chest, wanting his attention. You go wide-eyed, your jaw dropping as she gets pet with Wonwoos free hand.
“She got comfortable with you insanely quick! What?” You chuckled.
Wonwoo pulled you closer with the arm he had around you, your heart that was finally calm beginning to race.
“I guess she knows I like you.” He murmured. A beam of lightning rippled through your body, your face flushed to a rosey red, fortunately hidden by the darkness surrounding the both of you, the TV being the only source of light available.
“She definitely knows I like you.” You chuckled, in attempt to hide the fact you’re internally shrieking.
His eyes met yours, his glasses reflecting the glowing screen in its corners. You melt in his arms, looking into his dilated cat-like eyes, his large frame hovering over you in contrast to his gentle demeanor. The moment got slightly interrupted when your cat suddenly ran off to a small beeping sound, Wonwoo jolted a little to her sudden reaction.
“It’s just the feeder, it’s okay.” You reassure with a chuckle, a small brush of confidence stroked your body as you softly cup his cheek to have him look at you, taking off his glasses in the process.
“I want to see your eyes better.” You mutter out, your eyes shifting between his eyes and lips.
A smirked etched on his face as his free hand ghosts over your thigh, “What about the show?” He asked, his velvety voice deepening,
“What about it?” You ask, both your bodies inching closer, that spark of subtle dominance leaving as quickly as it entered.
His chuckle darkened as his hand gripped your thigh, moving your leg on top of his, nearly straddling him, “You’re so cute when you act like you aren’t flustered—makes me want to just get you more nervous and shy.”
With a sheepish grin, your breathing suddenly hitched to the movement, his eyes piercing into yours, not allowing you to break its deepening contact.
“Wonuu—“ You whined, following a timid giggle.
“Yeah?” He raised his eyebrow, his hand cupping your cheek, his bottom lip grazed yours, his hot breath fanning against your skin.
“Oh, fuck that.” You groan out, pulling him by the collar of his hoodie, your lips finally crashing as your body turned to putty against his.
His sweet taste foreign yet turned instantly addicting, letting a sigh come out of you as his hands subtly roamed your delicate body, their final placement being at your waist, your pressed bodies only getting closer, having your legs straddled on one of his thighs. Your fingers running through his hair, you slightly tug on the silky strands, causing a groan to escape him, his grip only tightening as your lips remained hungrily intertwined, his soft tongue gliding on your bottom lip, eventually dominating your mouth.
Your stomach turned into a knot as your core got tense, your breathing gone heavy as you feel yourself pool above him. He moved his hand to cup your cheek, however his thumb traveled to the opposite end of your jaw, his fingers nearly on your throat. Feeling his placement, your desire turned darker, pushing yourself forward which made his land lace around your throat, having him react to your move with a smug chuckle.
He distanced his lips from yours, leaving a small clear trail between each other. A small whine leaves you as you felt empty without his taste, needing that fix. His intimidating eyes looked up to your current state, on top of him as your radiating heat was seeping into him, watching how you leashed yourself with his hand, how easily you gave into him.
“You’re so beautiful when you’re like this.” He cooed, his hand on your waist pulling you closer, the sudden grinding friction making you sharply inhale as your core pulsated, your breathing growing heavier as you felt the puddle beneath you grow worse, your body becoming sensitive to the touch, its sensation sending waves of subtle pleasure up your taut muscles.
“What about the show?” You ask his question from earlier, trying to disguise your embarrassment from the quick turn to desperation.
“What about it?” He tilted his head, repeating your previous words with a smirk, a small scoff coming out of you before your lips crash onto his once again, deeper and hungrier than before.

content: Idol Wonwoo x non Idol reader, fight, angst, happy end, fluff, smut
wc: 3.4 k
a/n: I had a talk with my best friend, we were thinking how hard it must be for idols to keep any kind of relationship a secret. It must be tiring for both parts, not being able to show your love freely.
Tumblr media
Standing in the spotlight comes with many negative aspects, but what if the person you love gets hurt in the process?
You and Wonwoo have been dating for about two years. You met during one of his nights out with close friends. Both of you were pretty drunk, and it ended with the two of you making out in the back of a cab.
Normally, Wonwoo would not have called or reached out to you, but as you made breakfast the next morning, dancing through your kitchen in an oversized shirt with some lace panties peeking out, he knew he was hooked.
From then on, the two of you started dating. He wanted you just as much as you wanted him.
He took you out on dates, always delivered flowers to your office, and made sure to spoil you with affection. Wonwoo seemed pretty distant at first, but as you got to know him, you noticed how loving he was.
Jeon Wonwoo made sure to give you all that he had.
At first, you weren’t sure if you could date an idol or if you wanted a secret relationship, but you were so in love with him that you wanted to try. It wasn’t always easy, but it became easier with time. You both knew your little tricks to hide in public.
But today was not like the other days. As you woke up to your phone ringing, you stretched your limbs and yawned while answering the call.
“They found out,” your best friend’s voice said, and your blood ran cold. “Well, good morning to you too,” you tried to lighten the mood. “Y/N, you went to the drive-in movies, and now you’re all over the news. You two are the top news,” you sat up straight.
You suddenly felt sick. “Please tell me this is a joke,” you whispered. “No, love, I think Pledis is trying to remove it, but it’s nearly impossible,” she said with sorrow in her voice.
“I need to call Wonwoo,” you said, panicking, and she agreed.
But you couldn’t reach Wonwoo. The time difference was a problem; they were currently in Glastonbury for their first festival, and he was probably fast asleep by now.
Y/N: Nonu, please call me as soon as possible. Y/N: God, shit is about to go down... they know me now... they know my name... Y/N: I think I’m going to freak out...
You put your phone away, trying to catch your breath, but you felt the panic attack coming like a truck. You made it to the window, and the fresh air helped you calm down, but you also felt panic tears running down your cheek.
Luckily, you could work remotely, so today you stayed at home.
You went on Twitter, and there were two pictures everywhere: one where you two were getting snacks, giggling with each other, and the other clearly showed him kissing you softly. How could you not have noticed?
The day went by in a blur. You could barely focus and were relieved when work was over. You felt your phone vibrating, and when Wonwoo’s name appeared, you didn’t hesitate.
“Nonu,” you breathed, and his voice was raspy; he had been asleep but woke up seeing your messages. “Baby,” he breathed. “Nonu, I’m so confused. I really don’t know what’s happening,” your voice was quiet. “I didn’t see them; I wasn’t careful,” he sighed. “I talked to Jinyoung. He said they’re currently removing it everywhere, but it’s impossible; the fans know,” he tried to be strong.
“What am I supposed to do? Just wait and watch while they rip my life apart until they know everything?” you whined, feeling exhausted.
“You can’t do anything right now, baby. I’ll handle it. Fuck, you don’t know how sorry I am that I’m not by your side right now,” his voice was weak.
“It’s not your fault, love, you know that…” you meant it, but you knew that Wonwoo would blame himself. He always does.
“I need to go, baby. Please be careful. I’ll handle it,” he tried to sound positive. “I love you, Nonu,” you said with a soft smile. “I love you too, baby, more than you can imagine.”
You were excited for Wonwoo to finally be back home again. The situation got out of control at work today; paparazzi were standing in front of the office building, and you got called in for a meeting.
Everything would have been fine if they hadn’t live-streamed everything. Your boss said that under those circumstances, he couldn’t let you work at the moment, so you were now on paid holidays.
Wonwoo was supposed to be home already, but his car wasn’t in his spot. You still decided to cook something simple, just some Kimchi Jjigae.
But even when the clock showed 11 PM, Wonwoo was nowhere to be seen.
You fell asleep in his bed, worry written all over your face.
Tumblr media
When the next morning came, you woke up to a text from Wonwoo telling you to come to the Hybe building.
Now you were sure that something was going on. You wasted no time, hurrying towards the Hybe building. You were directly guided to the right floor.
You could see Wonwoo’s red hair that he had freshly dyed, through the glass window. He had his black glasses on and an oversized hoodie. He looked so tired that you just wanted to hug him.
Next to him were Cheol and Gyu, and they all looked exhausted.
You knocked carefully and then entered the room. All eyes were on you except your boyfriend's, who just looked down like he was ashamed.
“Morning,” you said quietly, and Jinyoung looked at you. “Good morning, Y/N. Sit down, please,” he gestured towards the empty seat opposite Wonwoo.
You sat down with Joshua next to you.
“I want to keep it quick and simple, Y/N. After those pictures came out, Wonwoo lost about 1M followers, and the new single with Jeonghan was found thrown away. This entire thing was the worst that could have happened,” you gasped because you didn’t know about that. “Wonwoo tried to help us, but the fans want a statement. This statement will go live in about 15 minutes, so we wanted you to know that the decision is final.”
“What decision?” you whispered, looking for help between the members. “That Wonwoo wants to break up, that there will no longer be a relationship, and that we will post that this was the first and only meeting the two of you ever had,” Jinyoung said. You felt your heart stand still.
“This is not true, right?” you asked, fiddling with the pen in front of you.
“This is for your and his safety,” he said, and you scoffed. “What do you know about my safety? Do you know that I was crowded at my workplace? That they found my parents’ restaurant? That they even stabbed the tires of my car?” you looked at Wonwoo, hoping for a response.
He looked up, his eyes filled with worry. “Are you okay?” his voice was raspy, but you just shrugged. “I don’t know if you really care,” you looked at Jinyoung, feeling fragile and small. “So that means, I’ll leave this room and never talk to him again?”
“That would be better. I know this will be hard, but if they spot you again, they won’t believe in Wonwoo’s honesty ever again,” he sighed, and you felt the tears. “Because he is not honest. This wasn’t just one time; it’s two years he will throw away, two years of love, of sharing important moments,” you sobbed, looking back at Wonwoo. “You will still lie to your fans. You will break me and yourself. But if this is what you want, we can do that,” you whispered.
“I already signed, Y/N,” he said, looking at the papers. “And you need to sign these NDAs.” A choked sob escaped you. “You really make sure nobody knows about us,” you felt like this was a sick joke.
“Y/N, I do this for you, for your safety,” he pleaded, and you shook your head. “You do this for yourself, Wonwoo, for your image. You’re not thinking about me right now!” you raised your voice. “You promised me to handle this, and this was the easiest way, pretending we never happened.”
The other members just watched. Joshua took your hand, trying to calm you down. “Maybe we should’ve never happened in the first place, Y/N,” Wonwoo said, and your eyes widened. You gasped, feeling yourself begin to shake.
“Don’t say something you’ll regret later,” Cheol said to Wonwoo.
You took the pen, signed the NDA, and got up. “I thought we were endgame, Wonwoo. I thought I found the man who would burn for me. But after all, you’re just running along the easy path.”
You must have looked like a madwoman, sobbing like that. “From now on, I’ll pretend you never owned my heart.” You handed Jinyoung the paper and rushed out of the door. “Y/N,” Wonwoo’s voice followed you towards the elevator.
“You need to believe me. I did this for you,” he said behind you, and you stepped into the elevator. “I wish I could, but this meeting changed my view on you. After all, you’re just an idol who would do anything for the perfect image,” he gulped at that.
You were right, that´s exactly how this seems.
I’ll pack your things and place them in the garden. I will never enter your apartment again. I left some things there yesterday; you can just throw them away. I didn’t think today would end like this,” you said as the door closed.
The journey home was a blur. You felt like throwing up the entire time. Your heart felt so heavy that you just wanted to scream.
You could only lay in your bed and cry. And as you saw the new Pledis update, you knew that this was not a fever dream:
‘Hello, this is Pledis Entertainment, We would like to inform you of some updates regarding the recent scandal involving our member, Wonwoo. He was recently spotted having a night out with a woman, leading to rumors that the two are dating. Wir möchten diese Gerüchte dementieren. Wonwoo ist im Moment mit niemandem zusammen; Dieses Treffen war ein einmaliges Ereignis. We ask for respect and privacy for the individuals involved. If we receive any reports of stalking or violence, we will not tolerate it. Thank you.’
You deleted the Weverse app in an instant, along with all your social media accounts, including Instagram.
You wanted to end this chapter of your life with a clean cut. Even if it hurt, maybe one day this wound would close again.
Two days later, when you saw a message from Wonwoo telling you that he had packed your things and you could collect them anytime, followed by an “I miss you,” you hovered over the block button. You hesitated for a moment but then pressed it.
You slumped down in your chair, sobbing once again.
This chapter was over.
Tumblr media
The days that followed were a haze of sorrow and confusion. Each morning felt heavier than the last as you grappled with the aftermath of what had transpired. You avoided any mention of Wonwoo, refusing to engage with news or social media that might remind you of him. Every corner of your apartment seemed haunted by memories, making it difficult to find peace even in your own space.
Work became your hiding spot—a place where you could bury yourself in tasks and momentarily forget the pain. Yet, the public scrutiny persisted, with curious glances and whispered conversations following you wherever you went. Colleagues offered sympathetic smiles, unsure of what to say or how to comfort you.
After all they were just happy that they were not getting crowded anymore.
One evening, as you sat at your kitchen table drinking a lukewarm cup of tea, a knock on the door startled you. It was an unexpected visitor at this hour, and your heart skipped a beat, hoping it wasn't who you feared it might be. You cautiously approached the door, peering through the peephole before cautiously opening it.
Standing before you was not Wonwoo, but your best friend, who had been your rock through all the highs and lows of your relationship. She enveloped you in a warm embrace, her presence offering a small measure of comfort amidst the chaos.
"I brought ice cream," she said softly, holding up a tub of your favorite flavor. "Thought we could have a girls' night in. Thought you could need it right now"
You managed a weak smile, grateful for her understanding without needing to explain. Together, you walked to the couch, sharing memories and laughter that momentarily lifted the weight from your shoulders. She was what you needed right now.
As the hours passed, she gently broached the subject that weighed heavily on both your minds.
"Have you thought about what's next?" she asked, her voice filled with concern.
You sighed, staring at the television screen playing a mindless show in the background. "I don't know. I can't even think about it without feeling... empty. Like something is missing."
She nodded in understanding, placing a comforting hand on your knee. "You don't have to decide now. Just focus on taking care of yourself. You´re well being is the priority here right now."
You hugged her, telling her how grateful you are for her.
Tumblr media
Days turned into weeks, and slowly, you began to piece together a new routine—a life that didn't revolve around Wonwoo or the whirlwind romance that had captivated and ultimately shattered your heart. You leaned on friends and family for support, finding peace in their unwavering presence.
One afternoon, while browsing through a local bookstore, a familiar voice called out your name. Startled, you turned to find Jake, a Colleague from your past—someone you hadn't seen since before Wonwoo entered your life.
"Y/N, right?" he asked with a warm smile. "It's been ages. How have you been?"
The conversation flowed effortlessly, filled with ,memories of old times and updates on each other's lives. It was refreshing to connect with someone outside the tumultuous world you had left behind. Jake was also pretty funny and you liked talking to him.
As you parted ways, he handed you a slip of paper with his number scribbled on it. "If you ever want to grab coffee or just talk, give me a call," he said kindly.
You tucked the paper into your pocket, a glimmer of hope flickering in your heart. Perhaps there was life beyond the shadows of your past—a future waiting to be discovered, one step at a time. Maybe a love after Wonwoo was possible.
But you felt Idiotic, you graved Wonwoo.
Tumblr media
Weeks had passed since you had last seen or heard from Wonwoo. The pain had dulled into a persistent ache, but you were slowly regaining your footing in a life that no longer included him. You had started to believe that perhaps this was the closure you needed to move forward.
One evening, as you returned home from work, you found a bouquet of flowers at your doorstep. Your heart skipped a beat as you recognized the handwriting on the card—a familiar one that had once brought you joy and comfort.
The card simply read, "Can we talk? - Wonwoo."
Conflicted emotions surged within you. Part of you wanted to ignore it, to continue healing and moving on. But another part—the part that still held onto love and hope—wanted closure, wanted to hear him out.
Against your better judgment, you found yourself dialing his number. The one you first needed do unblock. He picked up on the second ring, his voice tentative yet filled with longing.
"Y/N," he breathed. "I didn't think you'd call." his voice was so familiar to you, that you felt like screaming.
"Why did you send me flowers, Wonwoo?" you asked, your voice steady despite the storm of emotions raging inside you. You were everything but calm at the moment.
"I... I needed to see you," he admitted, his voice cracking with emotion. "Can we meet? Please?"
After some hesitation, you agreed to meet him at a quiet café that held memories of happier times, the one you always went to at night when no one was around. As you sat across from each other, the weight of unspoken words hung in the air.
His hair has gotten longer, messier. His Glasses were also new, he probably broke his last ones again, a habit of his.
He looked tired, like he did after comebacks.
"I'm sorry, Y/N," Wonwoo began, his eyes pleading for forgiveness. "I made a terrible mistake. I let fear and pressure dictate my actions, and I hurt you in the process. I never should have let you go."
His words were honest, and for the first time since the betrayal, you saw the vulnerability beneath his composed look. His words stirred a tumult of conflicting emotions within you—anger, hurt, and a flicker of lingering love.
"Why now, Wonwoo? It´s been months" you asked, searching his eyes for answers.
He took a deep breath, reaching across the table to hold your hands in his. "I've been a wreck without you. Seeing you move on... it made me realize how much I need you in my life. I can't bear the thought of losing you."
You pulled your hands away gently, needing space to process his words. "What about your career? The fans? The things that broke us in the first place"
"I don't care about any of that if it means losing you," he said honest and desperate. "I'll do whatever it takes to make things right, Y/N. I'll fight for us."
His declaration stirred something deep within you—a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, you could find a way to rebuild what was lost. But doubts lingered.
"What about her?" you asked quietly, referring to the new Woman you had met recently, after you visited Vernons release party. "Are you sure it's me you want?"
Wonwoo's expression softened, regret etched in his features. "I was jealous, Y/N. Seeing you with someone else made me realize how much I took you for granted. You're the one I want, the one I love. The only one I´ve ever loved"
Silence enveloped the café as you processed his words. The wounds were still raw, but a part of you yearned to believe in his sincerity—to believe in second chances.
"I don't know if I can trust you again, Wonwoo," you finally admitted, your voice wavering with emotion.
He nodded, his eyes never leaving yours. "I understand. But please, give me a chance to show you. I'll prove to you that things can be different this time. I'll be there for you, Y/N, every step of the way. I already told Jinyoung that I don´t care about the consequences, I only want you back "
As you sat there, thinking about the past and of the future, a part of you softened. You saw the remorse in Wonwoo's eyes, felt the depth of his love despite everything that had happened.
Maybe, just maybe, love was worth fighting for.
Tumblr media
In the weeks that followed Wonwoo's heartfelt apology and plea for a second chance, you cautiously allowed him back into your life. Despite lingering doubts and the fear of history repeating itself, his consistent efforts to prove his commitment slowly chipped away at your defenses.
However, the path ahead was far from smooth. He still was an Idol, fans took the Dating reveal of their Bias not very well. Every public outing together landed on Twitter and in genereal Social. The hate comments on social media intensified, criticizing your every move and questioning your worthiness of Wonwoo.
One particularly harsh article surfaced, dissecting your relationship with ruthless scrutiny. Tears streamed down your face as you scrolled through the hurtful comments, feeling exposed and vulnerable.
What if they are right? What if you´re not enough for him?
After all you´re just an average girl which is in love with an Idol.
Wonwoo found you curled up on the couch, trembling with tears streaming down your face. He wrapped his arms around you, pulling you close as you buried your face in his chest, seeking comfort in his warmth.
"I can't take this anymore, Wonwoo," you sobbed, your voice muffled against his shirt. "Why can't they just leave us alone?"
He held you tighter, his own frustration evident. "I'm sorry, Y/N. I hate seeing you like this. But please, don't let them get to you. They don't know us."
You looked up at him, searching his eyes for reassurance. "Do you really think we can make this work, despite everything?"
Wonwoo cupped your face in his hands, his gaze unwavering. "I know it won't be easy, but I want to try. I love you, Y/N, more than anything. And I'll fight for us, no matter what."
His words echoed in your heart, sending a flicker of hope amidst the storm of doubt. Slowly, tentatively, you leaned into his touch, seeking comfort in his embrace.
That night, as emotions ran high and the weight of their struggles bore down on them, you found solace in each other's arms. It was a tender, vulnerable moment—the feeling of longing, forgiveness, and the shared desire to rebuild what had been broken.
Wonwoo made sure to let you know how much he loved you, how much he cherished you and how much he graved you.
The night was like no other and you were grateful it happened.
As the morning light filtered through the curtains, you woke to find Wonwoo still beside you, his fingers intertwined with yours. His presence was a calm feeling within your heart.
"We can do this, Y/N," he whispered, pressing a gentle kiss to your forehead. "Together."
And in that fragile, hopeful moment, you dared to believe that love could conquer the challenges ahead—that perhaps, against all odds, your love story will find its way back to happiness.

wonwoo - all-nighter
word count : 532
happy happy birthday to wonu >.<
-
as you go through some flashcards, you feel someone tap the top of your head. you turn your head around and see your boyfriend standing behind you. you put the flash cards down and take your earbuds out. "what are you doing here?" you whisper.
"you didn't answer my texts, so i came to check up on you," wonwoo answers. "it's almost three," he mentions.
"i'm already set on staying up, so don't try to take me back to my dorm," you say to him.
wonwoo sighs and walks away to pull up a nearby chair. you resume studying while wonwoo sits down next to you. he takes his tablet out of his backpack and starts working on something, most likely something for one of his projects.
after you finish going through your flashcards, you go through a few sections of your notes. you peek at the time, realizing how committed you are to pulling an all-nighter. then, you look over at wonwoo, who is editing photos and watching an episode of a show via spilt screen.
wonwoo glances up and notices you looking at him. "yes?"
"just wanted to see what you're up to," you reply.
"i have photos to submit for class," he mentions while starting to work again. "i know i'm your handsome boyfriend but get back to studying," he says to you.
"i can't help it. you're a distraction," you say to him. he smiles and reaches forward to kiss your cheek. you face forward again and start studying again, pulling out more notecards and writing new flashcards to help you study later.
after awhile, you manage to finish studying all of the material you had planned on looking over. the wooden chair is not helping your body, so you stretch your arms and sigh in relief. you look out of a window and notice that the sky had brightened up a bit, but it was still before sunrise.
you look over at wonwoo, who is still on his tablet. you peek over and see him no longer working on editing but just watching a show. wonwoo notices you and pushes you away, trying to get you to study again. you lean towards him again, but he pushes you away again.
"i'm done studying," you mention.
he takes one of his earbuds out, "do you want to head home?" he asks.
"at this point, we might as well get breakfast at the dining hall," you reply.
"it's too early still. let's go to your dorm, and i'll cook breakfast for us. you should get some sleep," he says to you.
"but you haven't slept yet either. you need to sleep," you say to him.
"i don't have class today. that's why i came to the library to find you in the first place," he explains. "come on, let's go."
you two pack up and leave the library. the dining hall isn't too far away, and you see a few runners going through their routes around campus as you walk together.
"hey," you call out to wonwoo, "thanks for keeping me company."
wonwoo smiles, "no problem. glad i could be with you," he says and kisses your cheek.

Player Two
Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing: wonwoo x f!reader
word count: 726
genre: fluff, friends to lovers
sum. usual game nights with wonwoo were never the same again after that one night.
You and Wonwoo have a tradition—late-night gaming sessions at his house every Friday night. You and Wonwoo were neighbours and attended the same high school. One day, some parcels were delivered to your house instead of his so your mom asked you to drop it off at his. When you rang the doorbell, you were greeted by his mom who smiled brightly at you and invited you into his house. You walked in and saw Wonwoo playing the Mario Kart on his PS4. "You play Mario Kart?" you asked curiously. Wonwoo, focused on his game, did not turn around and simply answered with a "Yes." Later on, Wonwoo asked you to join him since he got bored of playing alone. You excitedly took the other controller and started to race him. This continued on in the following Friday night.
One Friday game night turned to two, which then turned to every Friday night.
Now 2 years later, you and Wonwoo are in college. However, this tradition still continued. Instead of going to his house, you now walk over to his dorm to catch a gaming session every Friday night, which was mostly fueled by cans of Monster energy drinks and the usual buldak samyang cup noodle.
The difference between you and Wonwoo when gaming was that he is always calm and collected but you tend to mash the buttons on the controller furiously, in hopes of beating Wonwoo. After so many years of gaming with Wonwoo, you sure had learn ways to beat him but he still wins more... Other than competing against Wonwoo, you sometimes team up with him. It really depends on what game he chooses for the night. Regardless, you enjoyed every Friday night with him.
Just like every Friday night, you walk your way to Wonwoo's dorm. He welcomed you in and you were greeted by the usual setting. Lights dimmed while the brightness of the Tv screen radiated off the walls of his room. Tonight Wonwoo chose Mario Kart. "Ah, the good ol' days." you sighed. You parked yourself comfortably in his couch and took the controller that you have always been using.
"Player two, are you ready?" Wonwoo asked as he came to you with a cup of water. You nodded and the game night started.
As the night went on, you realised you lost more than you won. Wonwoo laughed every time you lose, smugly offering to "help" you by leaning close and guiding your hands over the controller. You tried to ignore how warm his hands were and how good he smelt—but it was getting harder each time. You rolled your eyes and avoided the fact that he was making you feeling giddy. There was even one time where you accidentally made eye contact with him. Feeling shy, you immediately turned away and cleared your throat. Tonight surely felt different as you thought to yourself.
"How bout we bet on something." you suggested.
"Sure, what do you want?"
"Hmm, if I win this round, you owe me something. Anything I ask for. Deal?"
Wonwoo smirked. "Deal. But if I win, you owe me something too."
That one particular game of Mario Kart turned super competitive. You were so agitated that you ended up standing on the couch.
"HAH. I won." You announced proudly as you jumped on his couch. You definitely did not expect to win considering how it was a difficult map.
"What do you want?" Wonwoo asked, which surprised you.
Heart racing, and before you could even think, you blurted out, "Take me on a date."
He blinked at you and for a moment an uncomfortable silence filled the air.
"I was hoping for you to say that."
Your cheeks turned red. Hiding your face behind his couch cushions, you heard him chuckling.
"Now let's see what happens when I win." Wonwoo turned back to the Tv to select a new game.
The next round was filled with more playful trash talks and stolen glances. You would occasionally rest your legs on his lap while he tickles you to distract you. Giggles heard, and hopes of new beginnings to something more were felt in the room.
Wonwoo leaned in before the game even ended and whispered, "I think I'll take my prize now."
And just like that, Friday game nights will never be the same again.

hellooo!!! can i request prompt #12 with wonwoo, i think by now we’ve all seen how crazy wonwoo’s bed hair is😭 i wonder how he’d feel letting reader see it for the first time or just what they think of it in general!!
hellooo! ahahah yeah, that suits wonwoo very well!! makes me happy when prompts are very certain member coded :) thank you for requesting! 💜 hopefully you will like it!
fluff prompt: 'i love your bedhead.'
wonwoo is not dramatic. at least he likes to think that he's not; but even he can admit that right now he's being a little - just a little! - dramatic over this thing. but it's important - he wants to maintain certain image around you. every single voice in wonwoo's head screams at him that you will like him regardless of how he looks, but there is one tiny doubt he has and that tiny doubt is the reason why he's stuck in the bathroom for the past ten minutes now.
'woo?' you call out. 'is everything okay?'
a very legit question to ask, but wonwoo still cringes: 'ugh- yeah.'
'that did not come out very confident,' you point out and then he can hear shuffling and next time yuo open your mouth, your voice sounds much closer like you're leaning on the door: 'baby, is everything okay? do you need something?'
wonwoo thinks he has the best, sweetest girlfriend. he also thinks that he is being unnecessarily dramatic over staying at yours for the night for the first time ever. 'no, it's all good, love. i'm just doing my hair. you can come in, by the way.'
the door creaks and you enter with puzzled expression on your face. 'what's wrong with your hair?'
wonwoo is too focused on you looking incredibly cute in your christmas themed pjs that he doesn't catch the question at first; he blinks back to you, when you step very close, brushing his hand with yours. 'so what's up with your hair? i didn't know you had some night routine thing.'
he doesn't. he never did but you can't possibly see him with his bedhead in the morning because then you will run away and fall out of love with him. yeah, maybe he is being dramatic. 'i'm just thinking of ways how to comb my hair so in the morning it won't scare you away.'
he hopes it sounds like a joke but judging by your raised eyebrow and no smile, he didn't really land it correctly. 'i love your bedhead,' you say surely, which is cute, it really is, but-
'you've never seen my bedhead.' wonwoo points out rightfully.
you shrug. 'and? i will love it anyway.' you lean in, smiling at him sweetly. 'woo, don't overthink it. it's you, okay? i'll love your bedhead, i promise.'
that tiny doubt which used to lead his brain into this stupid predicament slowly melts away, disappears under the weight of your assureness. and he can tell that you're sincere, which makes everything even better. so he takes a deep breath and smiles: 'okay. let's go to bed then?'
you perk up, nodding. 'yes! left side is mine!'
left side is also his, but wonwoo only nods, eager to let you always take his favorite side of the bed as long as you'll have him. which he hopes is forever.
