We have been trying to find an empty classroom for what feels like hours.Every one seems to be infested by zombies or the glass has been broken. “Are we gonna sit down soon or what?”I sigh dragging my bat on the floor.

“Yes soon!Can you just shut up I’m trying to listen for any noises and pick up your bat!”He slaps my wrist for me to pick it up.I scoffed looking at him.His eye swollen and bleeding for the incident with Cheong-san.The jacket he has on stained in blood from him and others,I sort of feel bad for him.

No way in a millions year would I of thought I would be walking down a hallway with him.My thoughts were interrupted by being dragged into a room.I stumbled into the room which looked to be Zombie free. “We can stay here until it becomes light again,”He said walking around checking everything.

I nodded looking around as well.I went to pull back a curtain when I heard growling from behind it.I grabbed my bat to poke it slightly.The growling stopped.I poked it again.Nothing.I quickly grabbed it expecting the worse.

I fell backwards as the thing pounced onto me.My eyes closed in reflexes as I expected the worst.I felt blood dripping on my face.I slightly opened my eyes to see the thing hovering above my head snapping and growling at me.

Gwi Nam had the Zombie by its hair.He pulled it up and snapped the neck causing it to still.He opened the window chucking it out.I was still on the floor trying to catch my breath.

I stood up after regaining my breath and walked over to him.I wrapped my arms around his waist, squeezing him slightly. “What are you doing?”He asked lifting his hands up.

“Hugging you?”I looked up at him.He gulped looking down at me. “Why?”I chuckled at his sudden nervousness. “Well you did just save my life.I could have had my brains eaten out and taken over,”

He nodded. “Well I suppose I did,”He gently patted my back.It felt like how someone would pet an animal for the first time.I just kept laughing at how he had changed. The intimidating, scary popular boy had never been hugged before.

The morning had arrived and we had to get on the move.I don’t know what we are actually trying to do or where we are going to but at least I am with him.This morning was a bit cold and I was shivering as I was wearing my Gym clothes.Word of advice don’t wear your Gym clothes when a zombie apocalypse happens.

We leave the classroom slowly being as quiet as we can. “You just stay behind me and I will get you through all of them,”He says to me looking me dead in the eyes.I nod back eyes wide.He grabs my hand as he ran through the zombies as they paid no attention to him.It was only when they saw me they started chasing us.

We turned the corner and hid against the wall.I shiver again out of coldness and my adrenaline rushing everywhere.A hand appears in front of my eyes.He is holding his jacket out in front of me.I look up at him but he’s looking elsewhere.He shakes it in front of me.

I looked behind me.Nothing.Nobody was behind me. Did they leave me? Have they forgotten me? I should just go back. I ran the way I came to be greeted by Zombies. Their necks cracked towards me. Their body’s twitched and snapped.

I ran as fast as could looking for an empty room or any normal people. Tears streamed down my face out of desperation. My legs wouldn’t be able to cope with this much longer. I turned the corner sliding on the floor. My legs had just given way. I could hear the snarls and growls coming closer. I slapped my legs trying to make them work again. I closed my eyes breathing calmly. Waiting.

Cheong san POV-

“Y/n,” Nam-ra spoke looking towards the door. Everyone turned towards her breathing heavily after just running away from a guard of zombies. “What do you mean Y/n?She's here.”On-jo said looking around counting everyone. Her face turned pale as she finished counting.

“She’s um I-,” She stuttered falling to her knees. “She’s not here!”I stood up after finally catching my breath. “What do you mean she’s not here! What happened to her? Why was she left behind!” I shouted at everyone. Their eyes looking at the floor.

“We left her out for the dead! She’s probably one of them now and it’s all of our faults!”Suhyeok spoke up."Come on let's all stay calm!"I scoffed at him."Calm you expect us to stay calm! That's a great plan well done!"I clapped at him.

I walked over to the window. I looked out watching all the Zombies trying to find one that looks like her. I’ve already lost one of my best friends and now I’ve lost my only reason to stay alive.

I lone tear falls down my cheek as I feel a hand on my shoulder. I quickly wipe away the tear and tried to look composed. It was Nam-ra. “I’m sure she’s okay she's strong,” She smiled up at me. I smiled back at her with the little strength I had. What do I do now?

We all sat there for what felt like days just sitting in the comfort of each other’s presence. I isolated myself in a corner staring up at the ceiling. She is really gone. I gave up hoping it had been hours. There’s no way she hasn’t been bitten.

Y/n’s POV:

I dragged the bat I found to protect myself on the floor as I grip it with all my strength. I limp as my left leg got scratched by something as I tried to run for my life. I’m lucky to be alive. I’m surprised my guts haven’t been ripped out yet and I’ve been torn apart. But here I am alive and walking.

I’ve looked in so many classrooms I’m starting to lose hope. I wipe the blood from my lip as the re-occurring cut keeps splitting. I jump at the sound of zombies again, I thought it would all be over. I can’t go a second round. I panic and start walking faster my leg dragging behind me.

I see a classroom with the glass-covered up. I reach it and knock lightly.No answer. I knock harder. Trying not to make much noise to attract the Zombies. A piece of paper is peeled back to reveal my friend Dae-Su. His eyes go wide as he sees me. “Y/N!” He opens the door and hugs me!

Everyone stands up and rushes towards me. I am hugged so many times I can’t even count them. Suhyeok goes to try and find a medic kit to fix up my leg and lip. I see Cheong-san staring at me waiting for everyone to stop fussing over me.

I waddle over to him and sit beside him. “Surprise,” I smile faintly at him. He quietly chuckles. “This is not really a good surprise,” I gently punch his arm. He turns to me with a serious face. “I seriously thought you were dead! I left you behind it’s all my fault,”

I sighed grabbing his hand. “It’s not your fault, If it’s anyone's fault it’s mine I lost track of all of you guys and..”I was cut off by him placing a soft kiss on my lip. He pulled away staring away from me. My eyes went wide. I looked at him seeing some blood on his lips.
