there's something to be said about jean and his need for orders i.e. refusing to sign the contract unless he's ordered to behave because without it his "nature" will get the better of him which he believes will end in his death. similar to how neil felt when he decided to play exy / join the foxes against all of his mother's orders and how i think they really are similar at their core it's just that they gave up in different ways. neil gave up on surviving from the time he met wymack until he made that deal with ichirou, and jean gave up on living years ago.

hey - so since gege never thought to tell us why the inumaki clan had been outlawed and why jujutsu society was happy to let their entire bloodline die out along with, in my opinion, one of the strongest techniques in the entire lore, i've taken it upon myself with my own original character (inumaki no sukeyasu) to say that at one point in time they were considered in line with the big three until their inherited techinque holder of the period was killed by another sorcerer and nothing was done about it, so they closed their doors to jujutsu society and developed a strictly "them or us" attitude in which they only cared for and extended their hands for the people living within their lands. this changed roughly two generations before sukeyasu, in which their forbearers once again thought to open themselves to the whims and orders of jujutsu society, but after sukeyasu's death in the war against sukuna (being that sukeyasu's twin brother was head of the family at this time, and in his grief he dealt the extreme) they once again turned their backs on society. closed their doors, made it very clear they were not to be involved with any future disturbances, and in anger against their defiance to fall into order, they have been outlawed ever since.

I really wish they had kept the scene of Reaper apologizing to Jessup for having to kill him and promising to get vengeance on the Capitol and Jessup spitting at him in response because this sort of thing really can flesh someone out beyond the 1 trait the narrative allows them

I think the fact that troopertyr ate shit twice playing the update today vs agent canon operative tyr being able to breeze through it like nobody's business a) is further data for my ongoing loveletter to stealth in solo play and b) says a lot about troopertyr somehow possibly being both more of a war criminal (probably) than actual imperial agent og and also exponentially by far the most soggiest incarnation of him and quite possibly the soggiest little guy i've ever made. dramatic ass shelter dog sighing on the couch while he looks like some cross between morty posing and family guy death pose.

Announcing Dawn of Defiance: Mix of Survival, Crafting, and Mythology

Dawn of Defiance is a new Geek crafting survival game is due to evolve onto Linux with Windows PC. Thanks to the skilled team at Traega Entertainment for making this happen. Due to make its way onto Steam Early Access this year. Exciting news from Traega Entertainment! They've just announced Dawn of Defiance, a new adventure that mixes survival and crafting elements with a dash of ancient Greek mythology. Due to release the game in early access later this year on Steam, this adventure promises to be a unique title. Plus there are also plans to expand platform support as well.

I do not believe we will be supporting Linux when releasing into early access, but ideally during that period of development we will expand our support for different platforms. As for which engine, we’re on UE5.

Although a Linux version won't be released immediately, there's promising news: the developers are already considering support for it. Plus, there's a great chance it will work well with Proton, especially since it's being developed with Unreal Engine 5.
