Fun Fact
Kazakhstan’s Minister of Communications and Informatics has blocked the Tumblr site because it contained 60 sites of terrorism, extremism, and pornography in 2015.
If I may, I have a little theory about how our decisions in Deltarune are going to effect things in the future. So Toby stated that there will only be one ending, and if he's to be believed then our choices really wouldn't matter much in the end.
...except there's one thing we seem to be forgetting: the entirety of Deltarune is an experiment being conducted by an unknown entity, theorized to be Gaster due to the various connections to him that ya'll already know about.
So my theory is that while the ending of our adventure won't change (if Toby is telling the truth), our actions in-game will instead change the results of this experiment and thus also change whatever dialogue we'll likely get from Gaster afterwards. We still don't know what exactly he's trying to get out of this though, so there's no telling what he'll actually react to.
Either way, I wholeheartedly believe we'll hear from him again at the end of the experiment...and he'll have much to say regarding our chosen actions.
Since late April this has been a project I've had in the background but I started working on it a lot more this last month. I originally just wanted to know which knight theories people liked and then I fell down this rabbit hole lol
Check it out here:
It spans 21 different categories of theories about the game. Theories about Kris, Susie, Ralsei, Dess, The Knight, "Don't Forget", and so on and so forth! It's time to figure what consensus is on everything!
Which theories are people more likely to believe and what actually ends up happening Instead?Instead of looking back at these times and saying stuff that isn't entirely true for everyone we have something we can look back on.
I've worked really hard on this. Especially with the summaries. Yes, everything has a summary. I had to write about theories I hate positively. I tried my best.
just thought of another poll that could be interesting:
i often wonder how people find my comic in the first place, and i just realized i could finally get something of an answer pretty easily without making people send in asks. now you just have to click a button!
I recorded this video and posted it on my other YT channel in 2021. At the time, it seemed silly- I was brand new to the franchise while everyone else had already discovered all the secrets.
But since the Steam version was released, a lot of people can't remember if the wrist protector was even real. Fans who never played SURVEY-PROGRAM don't believe in the existence of Wrist Protector.
I saw a poll about doing formal reviews of AO3 works that horrified me so thoroughly that I don't want to reblog it here, but it DID get me wondering about how many folks on Tumblr post reviews of original works they read. :D
(note that I don't care how often you post reviews, once or a hundred times still counts as a yes. :D )
reblog for reach? I can't think of anything clever to ask y'all to put in the tags, lmao, but I'd still love if this one circulated at least a little, I get the sense very few people post reviews but I'm curious.
Hear me out. Early Penrose program prototype ship before they figured out a gestalt/replika pairing was optimal and so they had two replikas exploring the cosmos
Cancelled Missions: Apollo Application Program mission 1 (AAP-1)
One of the proposals for the Apollo Application Program was to conduct surveys of Earth resources. This module (dubbed the Earth Survey Module) would use a equipped with NRO surveillance equipment. Not much is known about the specifics of this earlier proposal, other than it would be one of the first missions launched. Ultimately, push back from the NRO officials, budget cuts and better unmanned satellites led to its cancelation in 1969.
Random question that’s answer is probably very obvious, but I’ll ask it just in case:
What kind of magic does each Addison specialize in, and what do they visually look like? I remember them being used in the big Spamton NEO fight in the last few chapters, but I was wondering if it could be a bit clarified?
Like, does Click’s magic just look like a Cursor, or is it more complex?
(Also, sorry if the question’s worded weirdly, I didn’t really know how to phrase it)
it's all good! i honestly had to go back to even remember what id written for that chapter just to regain my thoughts on their attacks lol
so i thoughtd id put a fun spin on some different types of advertising as if the addisons were enemies in the deltarune universe! their attacks are meant to be visualized in the deltarune fighting format, with bullets relating to their forms of advertising.
Clicks has a variation of cursors, based on clickable product advertisements that show up on webpages, whether that be pointer fingers or simple arrows, Banner has banner ads (which i imagined like literal fabric banners with some sort of advertising on them), Survey has poll-based advertising, which can be bullets of "most likely-least likely" (or whatever poll options they summon) being used as attacks, Sponsor is those ads that shows you sponsored items that pop up first in your search engine, and he doubles as sponsor ads in internet videos, the attacks being video shields or computerized reinterpretations of random items he's had lightners search in the past. Spam's used to be mail projectiles, but he doesn't use them anymore, with the exception of being Neo.
Like if you were in the game and had to fight an army of these particular addisons, you'd be met with a deltarune-style battle of cursors, banners, polling options, and random items from the light world's town. Maybe some coupons here and there. It'd be the reverse of spamton's battle, in where you actually have to buy things to spare them.
Post #176: Opinion poll by Small Basic Programming on Tumblr, Question: Which object-oriented programming language do you prefer to program with?, 2023.
Idk if this is controversial, but studying for a English/writing degree at university shouldn’t make you NOT want to engage with writing or literature. Just a thought.
hello!!! so i'm doing my computing a-level coursework project thing atm, i would massively appreciate any responses to this survey!!! (just a couple of questions about your thoughts on touch typing and what features you'd like to see in a typing speed game)
https://forms.office.com/r/iZEuLXhzhF
shouldn't take more than 1-2 mins :)
also reblogs would be hugely appreciated so i can get as many responses as possible, thank you :) <33
