I wonder if the promoters (and dan) relied on his view numbers to plan those many shows. His video count up until wiqy had millions, and his collabs with phil also had those number of views when otherwise phil hasn’t had any million viewed solo video after dml2 (devastated to report this). Maybe they thought “the anticipation of seeing dan after a while and see what he’s doing” that worked in his youtube uploads will translate to a paying live audience as well? Combined that with AEG not used to working with a youtuber and its audience? Idk im just saying speculations out loud since at the end of the day we don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes
wait, all true and AEG sucks. but i forgot something in all my answers. Europe's promoter is mainly A Comic Soul + locals. Iceland show's promoter was Sena (as was written on the venue's website). i don't know if AEG delegated Europe to A Comic Soul and the locals, Dan never mentioned anyone other than AEG. and looks like they are responsible for the site that died after they added shows. i wonder if Dan has a contract not only with AEG but also with A Comic Soul and etc. wouldn't that be too much considering that he didn't want to search for local promoters and book venues himself? a lot to think about. it would be so much easier if we knew what was happening behind the scenes, at least related to public information.
you mentioned Dan's views numbers and i wanted to bring dd into conversation. what was before dd is very inaccurate and i don't think people thought about it as much as they should have. Dan disappeared for 4 years. BIG doesn't count, WIQY also doesn't count – coming outs and call outs get views. it's not about Dan, it's about the importance of topics, of course it gets views (BIG is bigger than just a topic, but you know what i mean, shut up y'all). dystopia daily on the other hand shows how many of us remained and how interested in Dan's content we are. and the stats are very sad. 500k, that's the maximum he can get now without any extra help from the algorithm. and with 500k views you can't book venues of 3k capacity and expect them to sell out like they used to when there were Dan AND Phil on stage.
"seeing Dan after a while" damn, it could work if this tour wasn't so out of nowhere and after such a long period of silence. people stopped caring after 2020. he uploaded BIG, then was something Pride related and he disappeared again. why bother waiting for him, you know? (that's why i think Rihanna's new album may flop, it's been too long, people let go. all hopes are on super bowl, unfortunately) even i don't remember when and what he did between 2019 and 2022, and i was here all this time :( a book, pride thing, hometown showdown that was never on his channel – but i can't name you years when each of these happened because there's no associations with other things. we saw, we nodded, we forgot in 2 weeks. it's not a foundation for a tour, it's dust in the middle of nowhere. and wad didn't have a proper foundation/base.
but tour is a huge thing. mid 2022 – mid 2023 will be remembered as wad, dystopia daily will be on the side. dd is good for promo but the timing of this comeback wasn't ideal for it to be the foundation. and look, he will most likely disappear again after the tour ends. and who knows for how long.
so how the fuck is he gonna sell the next tour and what audience is he expecting?
#it's 5am. i tried to fall asleep 2 hours ago. you see how it went. i remembered about other promoters#answered#wad 2022#wad.europe#dan and phil

Disney Animated Movie Music
Our first tournament (the reason we even created this blog) is about which animated Disney movie has the best music.
Nominate your favorite Disney animated movies based on their music. Whether it be your absolute favorite song, the genius of the composer, the contribution to music, which soundtrack is full of the most bangers, or really anything you want, as long as you include the name, it will be considered.
There is space for you to nominate up to five films if you are super committed to one movie you can always put it multiple times. there is no requirement for you to chose five movies as well. And for clarification; this is for purely animated movies. We will accept Pixar as well as Disney Animated Studios, but not something acquired by Disney (like Anastasia 1997). We also will not accept Mary Poppins, High School Musical, or (while we do call it an animated movie) the 2019 Lion King and the like here.
The votes will be tallied to create the bracket inclusions and placements. Any movie that has won or been nominated for a notable award (like Oscars) will start with one point for each nomination and two points for each win.
The size of the bracket will depend on how many submissions are received. Nominations will remain open until May 20th, unless we are overwhelmed. (in that case we will close it early after announcing the change).

Blog post #6 — Representation
Nowadays, the representation of different people in cinema has become the norm. Comparing the films of the 2000s with those of today, we can see that there are many more people of different colors in the films, as well as representations of different minorities. It's very good and quite pleasant when you can associate yourself with a certain character. However, all the advantages have their disadvantages, such as when the representation goes too far and spoils the perception of the film.
As an example of this development, I would like to cite the recently released remake of the movie "The little mermaid"
(Fig. 1)
No, I don't want to say that because a woman of a different color was shown in the film, the film immediately becomes bad. Of course not, but if you look at this movie from a logical point of view, it doesn't look right. Mermaids, after all, are shown to be deep-sea creatures living at the bottom of the sea. And as you know, the deeper you go under the water, the less light reaches. So, logically speaking, there simply shouldn't be a dark-skinned little mermaid.
On the other hand, it also contradicts some aesthetic norms. Since this is not an original movie, but a remake of an old Disney cartoon, we already have an idea of what the Little mermaid should look like. And this movie, with just one trailer, knocked many fans out of their track.
Again, I don't want to say that dark-skinned people shouldn't act in films, on the contrary, I'm all for it. However, I'm only in favor of this when they're shooting something new and original, and not what everyone is already used to.
An example of such a film is the movie "Black Panther".
(Fig. 2)
The film "Black Panther", as for me, is a wonderful film showing the representation of dark-skinned people. Most of the caste has somewhat dark skin. This film very beautifully shows the showdown of people of the same color among themselves, without inserting someone worse than the other. As you know, dark-skinned people were previously portrayed in films in a very bad light, and they were often some kind of gangsters or worse. However, in the "Black Panther" movie, they are smart engineers and great military men, and even super heroes who protect the earth. This is the representation that people with dark skin deserve. Now they also have their own heroes that they can focus on and not feel alienated for always being portrayed as villains.
By the way, there is another good movie with a great representation in it, namely "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”
(Fig. 3)
In this film, the main character Miles Morales travels through universes encountering a wide variety of versions of himself from different universes. We can say that this film is the very ideal of representation, because probably if you search through the characters, you can find the spider-man that you like. This film presents the viewer with the idea that no matter who you are, no matter what your gender is, you can become a superhero no matter what. As for me, this is a very pleasant message, because it is very rare to see something like this, especially in the current cinematography. I was very impressed with this cartoon when I watched it, and at that time I even came up with my own Spidersona.
In general, all I wanted to say in this blog post is that the representation of minorities in cinema is a good idea, as long as you don't overdo it. People may get tired of constantly seeing characters of only one color as the main characters, so it's worth diversifying everything. But you also shouldn't touch ready-made films and make remakes of them into something completely different. Make a new story for this and then everyone will be happy.

Beterbiev-Bivol will be a special one-fight broadcast from Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — An undisputed light heavyweight king will soon be crowned in The Kingdom. WBO/WBC/IBF unified champion Artur Beterbiev will battle WBA ruler Dmitry Bivol on Saturday, June 1 at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The victor will become the division’s first undisputed champion since Roy Jones Jr. defeated Reggie Johnson in 1999. This battle of 175-pound titans will stream live and exclusively on ESPN+ in the U.S. as a special one-fight broadcast. Beterbiev-Bivol will be promoted by Top Rank, Queensberry Promotions, Matchroom Boxing, World of Boxing Promotions, and Sela. “This a dream matchup between two of the best light heavyweights we’ve ever seen,” said Top Rank Chairman Bob Arum. “The beautiful city of Riyadh will play host to this legacy-defining fight. Thank you to His Excellency Turki Alalshikh for his vision and determination in bringing boxing fans the fights they want to see.” Beterbiev (20-0, 20 KOs) is boxing’s only current world champion with a 100 percent knockout ratio, a human wrecking ball who entered the pro ranks in 2013 following Olympic berths in 2008 and 2012. Beterbiev wasted little time establishing his pro credentials, knocking out former world champion Tavoris Cloud in his sixth fight and stopping Enrico Koelling in his 12th outing to capture the IBF world title. Beterbiev picked up the WBC strap with a 10th-round TKO over Oleksandr Gvozdyk in 2019 and added the WBO title in June 2022 with a second-round TKO of Joe Smith Jr. He made his eighth title defense on January 13 in Quebec City, Canada, knocking out former super middleweight world champion Callum Smith in seven rounds. Bivol (22-0, 11 KOs) is a 10-year pro with 11 consecutive world title defenses, tied for third-most in light heavyweight history. A decorated amateur who tallied more than 250 victories, he picked up his first regional title in his fourth pro fight. Following two defenses of the WBA interim title, Bivol was elevated to full champion in 2017 and began his reign of dominance. He notched wins over Jean Pascal, Joe Smith Jr., and Sullivan Barrera, among others, before a career-defining triumph that vaulted him up the pound-for-pound rankings. In May 2022, Bivol neutralized living legend Canelo Alvarez en route to a unanimous decision win. Six months later, he bested former super middleweight champion Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez. Last December, Bivol fought on the historic “Day of Reckoning” card in Riyadh, shutting out British challenger Lyndon Arthur.

CSK vs MI IPL Rivalry
The Chennai Super Kings–Mumbai Indians rivalry is an iconic fixture in the Indian Premier League (IPL), characterized by intense battles and historic clashes. Having faced each other 36 times in the IPL and twice in the Champions League Twenty20 (CLT20), they hold the record for the most encounters between any two IPL teams. The Mumbai Indians have emerged victorious in 21 of these encounters, making for a compelling rivalry.
Both Chennai and Mumbai represent two of India's largest metropolitan cities and serve as the capitals of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, respectively. Additionally, they host the Hindi film industry (Bollywood) and the Tamil film industry (Kollywood), further adding to the cultural significance of their rivalry.
On the cricketing front, the rivalry between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians has produced some unforgettable moments, including four encounters in the IPL finals.
In the inaugural IPL season, Chennai Super Kings set the tone for the rivalry with a thrilling victory over Mumbai Indians. This match, held at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chepauk, saw CSK's batting prowess lead them to a formidable total, eventually securing a narrow win by six runs.
The rivalry intensified over the years, culminating in multiple showdowns in the IPL finals. In 2010, Chennai Super Kings clinched their maiden IPL title by defeating Mumbai Indians in a closely contested final, showcasing their resilience and skill.
The subsequent years witnessed further clashes in the finals, with Mumbai Indians emerging victorious in 2013, 2015, and 2019. These encounters were marked by tense battles and memorable performances, cementing the rivalry's status as one of the most iconic in IPL history.
Individual performances have also contributed to the rivalry's allure, with players like Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma delivering stellar performances for their respective teams. Raina holds the record for the highest run-scorer in matches between the two teams, closely followed by Rohit Sharma.

Justin Hartley certainly has a proven track record when it comes to post-Super Bowl dramas.
In an often-uneven linear landscape, the This Is Us alum’s new CBS series Tracker scored a very solid 18.4 million viewers in its debut after the network’s Super Bowl coverage Sunday. That’s the best premiere of any series on any network since … well, the last time the still Shari Redstone-owned network had the Super Bowl in 2021 and Queen Latifah’s The Equalizer hit the small screen.
The hip hop legend’s still-running crime procedural had a viewership of 20.4 million on February 7, 2021.
As for the crime-solving Hartley show based on Jeffrey Deaver’s 2019 book The Never Game, there could be more eyeballs coming once viewers on Paramount+, CBS.com and the CBS app are factored in over the coming days. As it is, CBS is predicting the Tracker debut will top out at around 25 million viewers.
Currently up around 16% in viewers so far compared with last year’s post-Super Bowl Next Level Chief on Fox, Tracker hung on to about 15% of Super Bowl LVIII’s record-breaking crowd of 123.4 million. It should be noted that the Super Bowl audience total — bigger than anything ever on American TV outside of the Apollo 11 moon landing in 1969 — is a meld of viewers on CBS, Paramount+, Nickelodeon, Univision and various digital platforms including NFL+.
Hartley last starred in a post-Super Bowl drama on February 4, 2018 when This Is Us’ emotional “Super Bowl Sunday” as the 14th episode of the Dan Fogelman-created series’ second season. You can check out the football-themed plot yourself, but suffice to say the episode pulled in almost 27 million viewers – the most for any post-Super Bowl drama ever.
With this year’s NFL title showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers going into OT, Tracker had the one of the latest debuts of any post-game show ever when it began at 11:14 p.m. ET/8:14 p.m. PT. Only Alias in 2003 on ABC and Elementary in 2016 on CBS started later.

Turkish Super Lig Showdown: Trabzonspor vs. Alanyaspor – Can the Underdogs Upset the Odds? Turkish Super Lig Showdown: Trabzonspor vs. Alanyaspor – Can the Underdogs Upset the Odds? Trabzonspor and Alanyaspor are two teams looking to make a statement in the Turkish Super Lig. On paper, Trabzonspor are the favorites to come out on top, but Alanyaspor will be looking to upset the odds and secure an important victory. Trabzonspor: The Favorites Trabzonspor is a formidable team with a storied history in Turkish football. They have won the league title on six occasions and are currently sitting in the top half of the table. Led by veteran striker Alexander Sørloth, the team boasts a strong attacking game and is capable of winning matches by high margins. Their Road to the Top Trabzonspor has been building momentum over the past few seasons. They finished fourth in the 2018-2019 season and second in the 2019-2020 season. They have started the current season strongly, winning four of their first six matches and drawing the other two. Their Strengths and Weaknesses Trabzonspor's strengths lie in their attacking prowess, leadership, and overall team chemistry. They work well together, and their players are experienced enough to handle high-pressure situations. Their weaknesses, on the other hand, are primarily in defense. They have conceded some goals this season, and if Alanyaspor manages to exploit this weakness, it could be a tough day for Trabzonspor. Alanyaspor: The Underdogs Alanyaspor, on the other hand, is yet to win a major trophy in Turkish football. But that doesn't mean they're not capable of causing an upset. They have been performing well in recent seasons and are currently sitting just above Trabzonspor in the table. Their Road to the Top The team from the coastal city of Alanya has made impressive strides in the Turkish Super Lig over the past few seasons. They finished in fifth place in the 2018-2019 season and then improved further by finishing in fourth place in the 2019-2020 season. Their Strengths and Weaknesses Alanyaspor's strengths lie in their pace, agility, and creativity in midfield. They move the ball around quickly and are capable of playing through the middle or down the flanks. Their attackers are also in good form, and if they get good service, they could cause Trabzonspor problems. Their weaknesses are primarily in defense. They have conceded more goals than they would like this season, and if they're not careful, Trabzonspor could capitalize on this weakness. Alanyaspor, on the other hand, will look to play on the counter and use their pace to attack quickly. The Prediction Trabzonspor should have too much firepower for Alanyaspor. They are the favorites to come out on top and will most likely win the game by at least a two-goal margin. Monday Night Raw 5/20/19 Review
We opened with Heyman and Lesnar, who still has that briefcase for some reason. Apparently the two planned this when they saw Zayn beat Strowman on Raw last week. And I guess Lesnar was actually in that match, because of some negotaitions backstage, and I’m glad they addressed it. Heyman cut a really good promo about how both world champions should be paranoid. Seth Rollins then came out. Rollins insulted Lesnar for being a terrible champion. He challenged Lesnar to cash in the contract now, which Heyman desperately tried to stop from happening. But Heyman basically just said that it wouldn’t happen, because Rollins is on their time. Heyman kinda insulted Rollins by saying that he didn’t main event Wrestlemania while his girlfriend, Becky Lynch, did. I didn’t know they were dating, so that was lovely to hear. I’m a sucker for wrestling couples. Anyway, Heyman said that Lesnar may cash in on Kofi as well, because Rollins isn’t worthy of being in the ring with Lesnar. Kingston came out, and said that he doesn’t mind fighting Lesnar, and even challenged him. Heyman said that since both champions were asking Brock for a match, which kinda makes him more important than both titles. He didn’t cash in, but he said that he might at any point in the night.
Backstage, Kingston and Rollins talked to Triple H about what they’d be doing later, which was them teaming up for the main event against Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin. Ugh.
Grade: B. Super good promo, but it didn’t actually give us anything new. I always love to hear Heyman on the mic, and I like that dynamic where Brock is so important that both champions want to fight him. Its interesting. Honestly, Brock having the title is exciting, because he is an exciting talent. I want to see where this ends up going. Personally, I think Kofi is gonna get his ass beat by Lesnar, because he has a fairytale story that is worth ruining to get Brock over more. Hopefully, that’ll be later rather than sooner.
Then we had Braun Strowman vs. Sami Zayn. Zayn ran away before the match could even start. They brawled a bit backstage, and Zayn got his ass beat. Strowman was face to face with Bobby Lashley, but they did not come to blows. Strowman literally carried Zayn back to the ring. Zayn kinda had the advantage by the time the match actually started, but Strowman flattened him and hit a running powerslam for the win.
Grade: B+. This whole segment was super fun. Zayn’s acting here, where he was just ridiculously terrified of Bruan was entertaining. I am not usually into this, but the way that Sami sold everything was pretty funny. I don’t think they should make a habit of this kind of thing, but this was good in isolation.
Lars Sullivan then had an interview, which before I even heard I felt was detrimental to his character. Charly seemed really scared, which was good, and then we saw a video package of him since his debut. Charly asked about his goals, but the Lucha House party came out ot interrupt him. They wanted to fight him, and the three of them together were actually able to beat him to the ground. However, one on one he had an advantage. He was able to outlast each other them by waiting for the team to split up and he attacked them one at a time. Sullivan was able to stand tall once again, although not in as dominant a way as at Money in the Bank.
Grade: B-. A discount version of last night, with the added dynamic of the Lucha House Party being able to take down Sullivan when they worked together. But given that I saw it literally last night, I am gonna be a bit harsher.
Next up was Ricochet vs. Cesaro. Cesaro had a new entrance that was very generic. The match happened because Cesaro called Ricochet weak for having his back hurt in the ladder match last night. So naturally Cesaro worked over the back. At one point, Ricochet literally jumped onto Cesaro’s shoulders and then backflipped off of him. That is insane control from both guys. Ricochet hit an awesome suicide dive, but the spot was kinda ruined by the commercial for the secret life of pets ad. Cesaro was able to get the win here with a neutralizer.
Grade: B-. Not a lot of time here, but some pretty good spots. I think that they can do great stuff together if they are given some faith.
Backstage, Charly interviewed AJ Styles about his loss, and he was pretty humble about his loss. Corbin then showed up and they trash talked back and forth, and it ended with AJ slapping Corbin. Corbin just said that he would pay for that, and then the segment just ended.
Roman Reigns then had a promo, but before he could even start, Shane McMahon came out to confront him. Shane said that he was totally done with the Miz, and he said that he was still pissed about how Reigns attacked Vince a while ago. Reigns then said that he wanted to fight Shane tonight, but Shane refused. Instead, Drew McIntyre came out, and just sorta stood next to Shane for the rest of the promo. However, he then said that he accepted the challenge for Super Showdown.
Grade: D+. This was really boring, and they teased McIntyre vs. Reigns (I still have hope that it’ll be good sometime) and then didn’t give it to us. Figured Reigns vs. Shane would happen at some point, but it will proabably suck unless they give it a stip.
Backstage, McIntyre and Shane were walking around backstage, and Miz confronted them. McIntyre kinda said that he would protect Shane, and then Miz challenged McIntyre.
Next up was the Usos vs. The Revival. Wilder jumped Jimmy before the bell, and then beat the living crap out of him. Jey got a huge hot tag and beat down both heels. Jey and Dawson slugged it out in the middle of the ring at one point, culminating in a double superkick and a near fall. On the outside, Wilder nailed Jimmy with a tornado DDT, and then Wilder got hit with a vicious suicide dive.
Grade: B. Almost a B+, but not quite competitive enough. This really is a dream match, and I cannot wait to see them actually able to cut loose. I want to see them pull off a really good match. For now though, this was the match of the night.
Backstage, Alexa Bliss confronted Nikki Cross about losing the ladder match last week. And then the Revival came in and were being annoying, and then the segment ended.
Then came the firefly funhouse, and all it was was the themsong glitching out a bit.
Then was a moment of Bliss, with Nikki Cross as the guest, as well as Becky Lynch. Lynch was over as hell in this venue. Cross just stood there awkwardly as they talked. Before Lynch could say anything, the Iconics came out. They said she was Becky One Belt, which is still better than most can say. Lynch wasn’t having any of their BS, and actually challenged them to a match for the Women’s Tag Team Championship. Lacey Evans came out and was being mean, and Becky said that she already beat Evans with only half her attention. She then challenged Evans and the Iiconics to a six woman tag. Cross volunteered to be on Lynch’s team, and Becky said that Alexa would also join. Alexa tried to protest, but Lynch told her to stand around and look pretty. I laughed out loud.
Grade: B+. Not quite an A- because it was a little too crowded, and everyone else brought the quality down, but Becky was sure as hell on point during this. She was tough, she was funny, and it felt like one of her twitter wars. I missed this Becky
In the actual match, Nikki Cross was in the ring a little bit, but really was only fighting so that Becky could get a hot tag. Evans immediately left when Becky got in the ring. She beat the crap out of the Iiconics, and she beat them with a top rope leg drop. Bliss and Cross celebrated in the ring, but Lynch just walked out and held her title high
Grade: D. I was going to grade this and the promo at the same time, but this match sucked. The only reason that it got some points in my book was that Becky really shined, and there were some funny moments, like Alexa just drinking coffee on the outside and one point when Becky hit Billie Cay really hard, and Royce yelled her named, followed immediately by a huge “oof” because Becky Knocked her off the apron. Funny, but not good.
Then we had Mick Foley with a huge announcement: the next title in the WWE. He talked about what being a champion meant, and then he brought out the 24/7 title, which is basically a neutered version of the hardcore championship. The crowd knew that too, and they booed. He resorted to saying the name of the city to get a pop.
The inaugeral champion was crowned by a scramble for the belt, and a bunch of the lower card guys ran down to try to get it. Corey was gonna run out and get it, but Cole and Renee told him to sit down. This was just wild and stupid fun, nothing of note really happened. Titus was able to grab it, so he is the first champion. But then Robert Roode ran out and rolled him up, so Robert Roode won it.
Grade: B-. I don’t think the smark in me can give this any higher than a B-. But I loved this to death. It was so dumb and awesome. The promo kinda flopped when it wasn’t the hardcore championship, and I genuinely don’t think that this belt is worth anything, but it is kinda a kick in the ass that will make me want to watch. I think that it’ll be less exciting then the Hardcore championship given the lack of weapon shots to the face and head, but it’ll still be stupid fun.
Next match was Miz vs. McIntyre. I don’t know why this match took place in the dark, but they changed the logo mid show and it made the stadium look a bunch darker. Miz desperately fought against his bigger opponent, trying to take him out at the knees but not really standing much of a chance. Miz continued to work the knee and eventually locked in the figure four for a submission sequence. Miz tried to attack Shane on the outside, but Shane ran away, which allowed him to run back and attack him when the ref’s back was turned. McIntyre followed up with a claymore for the win.
After the match, Shane went for a coast to coast on Miz, but Roman came out to fight him off. He hit McIntyre with a superman punch and stood tall.
Grade: C. This was very meh. Just felt placeholder, and there was no reason for Miz to almost be able to beat McIntyre.
Backstage, Robert Roode ran past Corbin and Lashley, told them they didn’t see him, and then ran again. The rest of the low card chased him, including Drake Maverick, who hurt his back during the scramble cuz Titus threw him out of the ring. He was limping, and just sort of apologized to the heels. I love this belt, it is so dumb.
Samoa Joe then addressed his attack on Rey Mysterio, who apparently was injured during the attack. Basically he said that Mysterio deserved it.
Robert Roode hid inside of R-Truth’s trunk, who was helping him. Then Truth attacked Roode, and won the title. I love this.
And in the main event, Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins took on Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin in a no disqualification match. The heels jumped the faces before the bell, and they were tagging in and out for some reason when the match started proper. At one point, Lashley and Corbin were going to superplex Kingston, but Rollins attacked them both with a chair. Kingston was able to get the win with a trouble in paradise.
Immediately after the match, Lashley speared both faces. Brock Lesnar then walked down to the ring, but did not end up cashing in.
Grade: B-. This match was kinda bland, but the no DQ stip was a good change of pace. I liked that, but the match didn’t do much for me. But it was still a cool thing to have in the main event. I definitely never thought that Brock was cashing in, so that didn’t bother me.
Overall Grade: B-, because most of this show was just meh.
Pros: opening promo; strowman squash; usos vs. revival; moment of bliss; 24/7 championship
Cons: shane mcmahon promo; 6-woman tag; Miz vs. McIntyre

My WWE SuperShowdown 2018 Review
The Card:
Universal Title Match - Seth Rollins vs Baron Corbin
I honest don’t care about either one. Seth is overrated and Baron is cool character, but a boring guy irl. I was waiting for Brock to come the whole time that they FLUFFED the cash in?! No thank you. Next!
4/10
Intercontinental Title Match - Finn Balor vs Andrade
Again, I DON’T CARE ABOUT THESE TWO!!! The demon is cool, but Finn Balor (Fergal Devitt) isn’t! Also he was very disrespectful to the gracious country of Agraba before this wondrous event. This was a boring match with two overrated wrestlers. What have they even done to deserve to be here? Andrade needs to learn English and stop doing the stupid KNEES thing. So stupid. I don’t even know what Andrade’s skillset is because he shows no talent. This match is something the we could have seen on SmackDown Live any other night. No, I say! No!
3/10
Roman Reigns vs Shane McMahon (& Drew McIntyre)
I couldn’t wait for Roman’s ass to be handed to him. I didn’t like the energy they let Reigns have, but in the end Drew did what we all were wanting; he kicked Roman with the Claymore while the referee was distracted. Well done.
8/10
Lars Sullivan vs Lucha House Party
Lars should have squashed these clowns. The match itself was confusing. I don’t understand what happened, but at least Lars stayed looking strong and got the victory. Go, Lars, go!
8/10
Randy Orton vs Triple H
This was a battle between two living legends in their near primes. Neither seemed to have lost a step. The Viper vs the Cerebral Assassin was my personal favorite match tonight. Nothing could top this match for me. No words needed. More of this, please!
10/10
Bobby Lashley vs Braun Strowman
This was a sensational match. An animal in Bobby Lashley with a great physique and the future face of WWE in Braun Strowman. Great job by both guys. Another gem from this event.
9/10
WWE Title Match - Kofi vs Dolph Ziggler
When life hands Dolph Ziggler lemons, he makes lemonade. He also looked great. Dolph has carried this feud. He did great work tonight throughout the match. Kofi did very little in the wrestling department, as usual. Xavier Woods was Kofi’s crony and they cheated to have Dolph lose. Stupid and unoriginal, but predictable. Dolph continues saving this feud as he put on an expertly executed promo to get a rematch. Ziggler is such a great HEEL. Hopefully they will do his great work justice and Dolph wins the title from this clown Kofi and his posse.
8/10
Battle Royal
This was an even bigger battle royale, if you can believe that. It was very cool that a local guy won. The crowd was electric the entire event, but when he won the surge turned into a sonic boom. Very cool. I cannot wait to see him every week from now on.
7/10
Main Event - Goldberg vs The Undertaker
The legend Undertaker fought this old guy from WCW. The old guy couldn’t even pick up ‘Taker. So the Undertaker carried this match and put the bleeding old man down. Great to see the legend Undertaker in the ring again. I hope he shows up at SummerSlam and WreslteMania. I can’t get enough of watching his matches. Triple H vs Undertaker again anyone? Just more Undertaker matches!
9/10
Final thoughts:
As per usual with WWE, the production was immaculate, the matches were well thought out, and the crowd was electric. For an event that had 0 women wrestling (I think Saudi has a law that prevents women from physically or figuratively touching other women under any circumstances), this was near perfect. I hope that piss-ant company took notes because this is how you do an event. WWE Super Showdown 2019 felt like those epic WrestleManias and had moments no wrestling fan will ever forget. I loved the whole experience! I can’t wait for another two!
9/10 overall
