Today was long. I had to take Jay to the craft store after work so he could get supplies for his ren faire outfit (lots of chain mail).

I also stopped at the pot shop because I need some pot tonight, it's iron supplements night 🤢

And I had to do it all in Frisk (Husband's Kia SOUL) because Sunmi is broken. Her poor splash guard is dragging under one of the front wheels. It came loose (again) because I went up on a parking block (again) because I suck at spatial reasoning. So that'll get fixed on Saturday.

I haven't been updating as much as I'd like because I've been working on fanfiction: Winter Star Stories 2023. The original was so fun to write, I decided to do it again. This time, Pierre and Abigail bring the drama instead of Lewis and Marnie.

I’m trying this answer in points, hopefully it works too! (ps. Tail is so good omg)

• Sunmi had just released her new song, and she had been preparing for performances and interviews here and there

• So when she asked you if you’d like to spend the whole weekend at her flat, lazying around, you were happily surprised

• Your girlfriend really made an effort to spend time with you before her promotion period started to take up her whole schedule, which gave you butterflies

• When you arrived at her flat, you had brought with you some fluffy pijamas, a few drinks and the pizza you guys had ordered from down the street

• As soon as you stepped in the apartment, you heard Sunmi’s sweet voice coming from the kitchen

• You always found yourself lucky to be able to hear her sing almost every day

• She stopped singing once she spotted you, and it was only a matter of minutes before you were comfortably chatting while eating the pizzas

• She would insist to pour you the glass of soju herself, she’s a gentlewoman after all

• Playing footsies under the table

• Once your bellies would be full, you would snuggle close on her couch, competing in a very serious mario kart game

You had been so happy to learn that today was finally the day you had been waiting for for two months already.

Today, your girlfriend was finally coming back home.

Obviously, you had been both happy and proud when she told you that she was going on tour overseas; Sunmi had worked hard for years and you truly believed that she deserved the attention she was getting and more.

The little bell on the flat’s front door rang suddenly, pulling you away from your thoughts and prompting you to rush to the hallway.

You couldn’t contain your excitement when you saw Sunmi standing there, a heavy suitcase behind her, and a lovely smile on her face. She barely had the time to prepare herself before you tackled her into a hug, her giggles like music to your ears.

After a copious amount of good morning kisses and hugs, you two finally moved to your shared bedroom. You placed Sunmi’s suitcase against the closet door, and then you sat on your bed, patting the spot next to you.

Sunmi was happy to come back to her own bed, and it was only seconds before she joined you, almost instantly nuzzling into your neck.

You smiled and held her tighter, your hand quickly finding hers, interlacing your fingers together.

You laughed at Sunmi’s pleading face, then kissed the tip of her nose lovingly, seeing how her cheeks became slightly redder.
