Ah, San Myshuno: the Golden Apple of the Sims universe! So it goes without saying why Torvald chose to stop by during her long Internet-wide vacation. What is even more convenient as a tourist was that she happened to show up during the city’s Romance festival. Little did she know that from this night forward, the trajectory of her life was about to change…

Next time, I’ll do his “One Piece” cosplay concept as Usopp; even if I would’ve done it differently when bringing for today’s Inktober artwork.

At least it’s nothing bad when I’d did this instead. Just having a typical pirate day where Cheddars is swashbuckling for treasure….a treasure of sweet treats that is. It’s something that his buck teeth had to do with after eating too many sweets, but no sugar rush can’t stop him.

🐭Cheddars: I don’t mind when exploring through the seas to search every treasure had to offer. After all, where in the month of spooks and what not! ARG!

🐭Cheddars: (Speaking in normal voice) Although I highly recommend not eating too much candy or else you’ll gonna be in the next dentist appointment soon. Why else where I did get my buck teeth so different? Can’t help it to get along for this Inktober post, though. Darn….😓

SR Inktober Day 1: Nostalgia

Another October in the Wreck-It Ralph community means another launching of Sugar Rush Inktober hosted by my fellow artist and friend @dorkaarts. Find the official prompts here on her page here:

You know the drill. For the next 31 days, art will be published following a designated prompt of the day. Search up the hashtag #sugarrushinktober2024 to see all the art posted for this event! I won’t tackle all 31 prompts, so who knows which day gets done or not? Well, I do. But I’m not telling! But I can guarantee my usual madness and twisting of the prompts with whichever one I do. Like Day 1 here!

Day 1: Nostalgia

Have you ever noticed that ‘Nostalgia’ and ‘Nougetsia’ share the same first 2 and last 2 letters? Well, now you do. From what I’ve seen over the years in the Wreck-It Ralph fandom, this girl is an interesting case. Firstly, it’s rare for anyone to think of the Palette-Swaps. After passing that obstacle, unless she’s your favourite character, Nougetsia is the last racer anyone really thinks about. Secondly, her portrayal in the fandom always seems to be different while the other 3 have pretty much received agreed-upon personalities from the fans: Sticky is shy and timid, Torvald is more brash, Citrusella is cool and outgoing. Those aren’t everyone’s portrayal of them, but it’s the majority. Yet, Nougetsia seems to be the wildcard. She doesn’t have a portrayal that the majority has settled with. Some folks headcanon her as the weak and unlucky one, while others see her as braver and more daring than her twin. Digging through past artwork and fan theories over the years has made me feel rather nostalgic for the days when the world was as WiR-crazy as I am now.

I've developed a lot for most of the racers, yet Nougetsia is still a blank slate in my content. I’ve deliberately been holding her off until I’m ready to really explore her. I’ve rarely drawn her and have you noticed that in all the times she appears in my fanfics thus far, she is the only racer who has never spoken a single word? Don’t worry…this is very intentional and is set to change soon. But for now, say hello to Nougetsia Brumblestain! But not too loudly, please. She doesn’t like attention.

#inktober day 3: Sugar Pie DeSanto was #SALTYAF long before sea salt caramel was mainstream. Daughter of an African American mother and Filipino father, Sugar Pie's raspy soul, blues and R&B vocals and energy are still larger than her teeny 4'11" frame. She still does shows in the Bay Area - hopefully I can catch her if she makes her way to the PNW! Day 3 - Stargazing

It's a fun activity to do at night. Just lie down on the grass and observe the starry night sky and all of the constellations hidden there. And whether you're awake enjoying the view, or asleep after a long exhausting day...it's always more fun with your soulmate, right?

Sugar Rush Inktober Day 3: "Stargazing"

The characters depicted are Nougetsia Brumblestain- originally from WIR, and my OC Jostlynn Chewnatic- the Exclusive April Fool's Day NPC based on shock gum.

"Whoa...", Nougetsia sighed to herself in awe, before turning to look towards an unusual guest. "J.C., are you sure you don't want to take a peek through my scope? I promise you, the view is much better than with the naked eye!", she said to her. Little did she know that her one eye wasn't quite naked.

"*-schft!* No, it's okay, Nuggy! I prefer it this way", Jostlynn tried to restrain her giggles. This was her doing.

"Suit yourself!"

Sugar Rush Inktober Day 5: "Elements"

For this piece, I decided to grab my two Wreck-It Ralph Next Generation OCs Florence Von Schweetz and Steep. Since the two are at very strong odds with each other, I decided to draw them as the Snow Miser and Heat Miser, respectively. :3
