PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOGAN X PASTRY CHEF READER HEADCANON😭😭
oh this is cute! kinda ran with this idea! also how perfect was this divider skdufhlskdfh
Tumblr media
Logan Howlett x Pastry Chef!Reader HC's wc: 550
Tumblr media
divider credit: @saradika-graphics / here -> Logan doesn't have a sweet tooth, and You Are Sweet. Almost... too sweet for Logan. He just wanted to stop for a coffee and a bite to eat— a simple transaction. He ordered an Americano, got stumped on what pastry to try, and took your recommendation of a pain au chocolate. Classic, buttery. He eats in, crowded off by the window, a sad look on his face. You try and figure him out from the counter, as you often do with customers, but he grabs your intrigue a little stronger. -> He pops by semi-frequently as you're a local shop. Doesn't trust the coffee pot back at Wade and Al's and wants something quick and easy. You recognise him quickly, learn his order off by heart, and even get his coffee started as soon as he joins the queue. -> You always invite him to try your latest pastries. He declines at first as he prefers to stick with what he's used to, but you let him try free of charge! Besides, how can he deny those eyes, softened with plea? With how you offer so sweetly?
-> Not really a sugar kind of guy, but he starts to develop a taste for it just to see you smile. Just to see you blush when he says he likes it. It makes his insides feel buttery in a way he hasn't let himself indulge in feeling for years. It very quickly stops being a "quick and easy" visit, now rather "long and difficult" for a man who hasn't addressed his feelings in years.
-> Leaves bigger tips than he can afford. Doesn't tell Wade about your shop, wants to keep this small space to himself. He feels like it's the only place he can hide away and breathe. -> Kinda knows he's in deep shit when you start to draw smiley faces, hearts and other illustrations on his coffee cup, and he likes it. Gives him that honey-syrup drop of dopamine. He loves that cute yellow apron on you. He's more disheartened than he expected himself to be when your shop is closed for maintenance/you're away for any reason.
-> He starts to hang around for when you close, especially when it starts to get darker earlier in the winter months. Chats to you when you clean the tables, and keeps his eye on the fishier-looking guys outside. It's a rougher part of the city, after all, and he wants to make sure you're safe. Offers to walk you home, and starts to make a routine out of it. He just about dies when you kiss his cheek goodbye.
-> You leave your number on his coffee cup one day, refusing to meet his eye. He goes out of his way to buy a phone just so he can contact you, and you stay up all night texting. You are so sweet, too sweet, for Logan. He feels guilty for liking you. But he can't stay away— he's hooked on your sugar, literally and figuratively.
-> Your walks home start to become longer and slower. Deep conversations woven between free coffees and leftover pastries. A kiss like cappuccino foam and caramel syrup, a contrasting warmth to the bitter winter. A fire in the hearth of his chest that was once cold and barren. -> Safe to say he's got a sweet tooth now.

Riddle, Rook: By Order of the Queen
I wrote this one during a very busy time for me irl so I apologize if I didn’t end off the Platinum Jacket line of imagines strongly 🙇‍♀️
A Tale as Old as Time.
Tumblr media
A young girl, an older man, and an odd hare shared the same table. The latter two were sitting upon it, propping their feet on the cloth.
Pots of tea—each of a different design—did not match the cups. A mouse poked its head out of one, curiously staring at the girl. Bent spoons sat beside the saucers, gigantic sugar cubes floating in pools of tea.
Riddle stared at the painting intensely, picking apart the details, the rules being skirted or blatantly violated. The man and the hare are not in chairs, there’s far too much sugar in their drinks, and is there even jam properly smeared on that dormouse?
“Roi des Roses, what about this painting has captured your gaze so?”
He startled at the deep timbre at his ear, jolting back. His shoulders relaxed when he met a familiar face. His heart, still racing, was unable to be wrested under control.
Devious, tumultuous thing, the heart.
Riddle cleared his throat. “A roundabout way of asking for my opinion on this work, Rook-senpai.”
The grin the Pomefiore student wore stretched, reminding Riddle of his childhood days. Cheshire smiles and sugar-coated memories, tasting far sweeter than the hours he toiled at a desk.
“Ah, do forgive me for the sudden request! As an avid fan of art, I love to hear different interpretations of the same piece,” Rook rambled excitedly. “A painting that invokes joy in myself, for example, may bring about despair for you, or vice versa! The wellspring of human emotion, expression, and experience is just that vast.”
With an exasperated expression, Riddle folded his arms. “… Well, I was just thinking that I would never allow for this sort of behavior at an unbirthday party. It would be an affront to the spirit of Heartslabyul.”
And yet…
His chest ached so longing when he looked at the illustration. A taste that remained long after he tried to wash it down. It drew a word out of him, pulled thin.
“However… I must admit, I feel a little envious of their quaint little tea party. It looks…” He grasped for the correct adjective. “… fun.”
Rook’s brows sprung up. “Fun!”
“You disagree? Or does it perhaps surprise you that the rose-red tyrant would make such a remark?”
I know what they say about me. The thought was tinged bitter like medicine as he swallowed.
“Non, non.” Rook wagged a finger, his eyes half-lidded. “You are correct in every way!”
“I beg your pardon?”
The Pomefiore vice dorm leader placed a hand on his chest. “My immediate family is quite large and likes to keep busy. Those few precious times when we are able to steal away and sit down for a meal with one another… Those are the most magical of all.”
“We each fall into our seats and—like a match struck, the moment comes alive. Words and laughter flow like fine wine, enhancing the flavor of the food that touches our lips. The weariness of study and work melts away in the dishes and drinks, replaced with good company in a safe, warm haven.
Riddle squinted at his senior. Suspicious. “… What is it that your family does for a living again?” When met with Rook’s still dubious smile, he sighed. “Well, I suppose it’s fine so long as you’re not hurting anyone.”
“Fufufu. Roi des Roses, I see that you’ve considerably lightened your evaluation of the rules.”
Riddle made a pensive sound, not confirming nor denying. “Mmm. Lately I’ve come to a realization.”
“And what might that be?”
He hesitated. “That perhaps the world as I saw it is not as it truly is.”
It feels like waking up from a dream. Tendrils of it still clinging to him as he made to rub them from his eyes.
Rook silently nodded, watching him. Not the huntsman stalking his mark, but a silent observer.
“I wonder for just how long I’ve been living in that false reality. Seeing the tea party and thinking it a disgrace…”
Something slovenly. In need of fixing. Out of line.
Wrong.
“Ah, but—” Rook raised a finger, “what matters now is that the veil has lifted. The line between truth and lies is that much clearer to you. That is the first step to any story: the beginning.”
Then his hand fell and grasped Riddle’s.
“R-Rook-senpai…?!”
The man practically glowed, his grip firm. “Now the decision to stay on the path or to stray from it is yours.”
To renounce the party or to join it, given the invitationz
Riddle pulled himself away with a frown. “Of course, within the limits of what is acceptable,” he lectured. “A minimum level of decorum is expected, even at the most ‘fun’ of festivities. Should anyone cause a disturbance in the peace—”
He raised his arm, slashing at the air once, delivering a strong blow to an invisible victim. Riddle, in his element, brimmed with smugness, arrogant as an unchallenged queen.
“—it will be off with their head!”
Without an ounce of fear, Rook laughed and bowed his head. “As the queen commands, so shall I heed her orders,” he drawled. A tilt of the head, then came a suggestion. “And if I were to drop by an unbirthday party to observe?”
“Because you asked politely, I may consider it—but see to it that you attend as your normal self,” Riddle warned. “That means I expect you to be on time, your behind planted in a seat at the table. There will be no hiding out in the bushes, no watching us from a distance. You are to stay and engage in all manner of merrymaking with us.”
“Oh la la!” Rook feigned surprise, throwing both hands up in an exaggerated act. “Is that a rule?”
“No, but they are orders,” Riddle clarified with an all-knowing smirk. “After all, it would be a shame if you disobeyed and missed out on all the fun we shall have.”

In the drip of the moment
Tumblr media
Summary: In a leaky underworld apartment, you and Fox share cup noodles.
Pairing: Fox x GN!Reader Word count: 2633 Warnings: swearing
Illustration: TCW and Cyberpunk 2077
Crack treated seriously based on a chat with @orangez3st. Thanks for the idea, vod!
--------------------------------
It wasn’t rain. Not really.
But here, on the uppermost floor of your apartment building in Gavas-Eclat, a harsh neighbourhood in Level 3215, the underworld’s so-called "rainy season" might as well be a full-blown monsoon. The pipes in the structures overhead groaned and rattled, letting loose a deluge of runoff that hammered your roof. Leaks sprouted like weeds, dripping incessantly into the buckets and pans scattered around your apartment.
"CYARE!" Fox’s voice rang out from the bedroom. "THIS PART IS LEAKING AGAIN. FUCKING HELL, GRAB A BUCKET!"
You sighed, abandoning your attempt to shuffle another set of towels around the already waterlogged floor. The storage closet offered a lone bucket, battered from years of service. You grabbed it and made your way to Fox, whose patience seemed to be hanging by a thread.
"I told you it was going to get worse!" you called as you walked to the bedroom.
"I didn’t think the whole damn level would spring a leak!" Fox stomped into view, a soggy towel thrown over one shoulder and an empty caf mug dangling from his fingers. Half of his black undershirt was drenched, whilst his trousers were rolled up to his knees. “Please tell me you still have the nice caf. I can’t for the life of me go down to your apartment lobby and buy that shitty vending machine caf. Babe, you know how terrible that stuff is. It’s all sugar.”
“First of all, it’s not a leak - it’s a waterfall,” you corrected, pointing to the stream now pouring from the ceiling. "Don’t think a bucket’s gonna cut it. Second, new beans are in the second-to-right drawer in the kitchen. Grind it yourself.”
“Well, what do you want me to do, cyare? Patch the whole damn underworld?” He shoved the bucket under the latest torrent. “I hate this level. I hate it here.”
You couldn’t help but laugh. “Could be worse. At least this time it’s not raining some gas runoff or—”
“Don’t. Don’t even finish that thought,” he snagged his already-cold caf pot from the counter. “And you’re insane if you think I’m grinding beans in the middle of this fucking waterfall. I should’ve stayed at HQ. At least that place only smells like bantha shit half the time.”
Despite a fresh leak appearing alarmingly close to where he was standing, he poured what little caf remained into his mug, grimacing as he noticed the new wet spot on the ceiling. You were almost certain it was the eighth or ninth cup he’d downed today, but you didn’t have the heart to mention it. Or maybe you just enjoyed watching him spiral into caffeinated madness. “You’re so needy,” you sat on one of the kitchen counters, arguably the driest patch of the room. “Come on, Fox. Where’s that Marshal Commander efficacy? Surely you’ve got a strategy for this.”
“Strategy?” he repeated. “You want a strategy? Here’s my strategy: burn this fucking apartment down and collect the insurance. Problem solved.”
You gasped in horror. “Fox!”
“Oh, come on, like you haven’t thought about it,” he slammed his mug onto the counter with unnecessary force. "Why’d you even pick this shithole anyway? You could’ve at least chosen a level that doesn’t come with its own weather system.”
“It was cheap,” you said with a shrug, opening a jar of biscuits you’d bought from the corner shop run by a nice Ithorian lady in your building. You extended the jar to him, and his eyes lit up as he eagerly grabbed a handful of biscuits. “And I didn’t think my boyfriend would be over here complaining about caf and leaks every other day. Nobody asked you to come down here anyway, cyare.”
Months of dating had made you an expert at reading the man beside you. The way he leaned against the counter, sipping his caf whilst simultaneously munching on at least three biscuits, told you he was no longer upset. Fox was like a tooka, almost. Feed him, give him something to drink, and he’d settle down. It always amused you how much he loathed the Underworld, yet he still made the effort to come down to your apartment every other day. He knew the trek to the surface level was a hassle for you, and though he’d never admit it to you, he cared enough to make it easier. You watched him, an involuntary smile stretched on your face as he stared blankly ahead, a biscuit in one hand and his caf in the other. Just as you found yourself admiring the rare moment of peace, a fresh drip from the ceiling landed squarely on his shoulder. His scowl returned in full force as muttered a string of curses.
“Yeah, well,” he grumbled, brushing at the wet spot, “someone’s gotta keep an eye on you before this whole fucking building collapses.”
“Just admit it, babe,” you leaned towards his direction with a playful smirk. “You prefer being down here with me instead of in your sterile private quarters up there. For stars’ sake, the last time I stayed at your place, I thought I woke up in a medbay. Do you even own a single decoration? A plant? A poster? Anything?”
You gave him a light sideways punch to his shoulder, earning a low chuckle from him. It was rare to hear him laugh - most days, he was all work and discipline - but when it happened, it was like seeing the actual sunlight in 3215. “Decorate?” he echoed. “Cyare, I’m a soldier, not a fucking interior designer. What do you expect me to do? String up fairy lights and start collecting throw pillows?”
“Well, a few cushions and maybe a rug wouldn’t kill you. I don’t know, a holo-photo of the boys maybe? Something to make it look like an actual human being lives there.”
He snorted before taking another sip of his caf. “I live there just fine without all that junk. But sure, I’ll pick out a nice floral print just for you, sweetheart.”
“I don’t even like flowers,” you laughed, rolling your eyes. It was cute, really. He knew you hated flowers - they always reminded you of funerals. Instead, in lieu of flowers, Fox had developed a habit of giving you snacks from the Coruscant Guard vending machines. And not just any snacks. It was always the most ridiculous, random thing he could find! Neon-coloured jelly that you swore had some kind of caffeine in it, off-brand dried nerf strips, or those spicy crackers that nobody but him seemed to like. He always acted like it was no big deal, handing them to you every time you went out together or whenever he came down to stay at your place. He’d casually say, “Found this on patrol,” as if he hadn’t gone out of his way to snag them.
You grinned at the thought. “Honestly, I think I’d be more freaked out if you did show up with floral prints. Stick to your weird snacks - make a basket full of them.”
“Like a mini bar situation?” He turned his head towards you.
“Yeah, maybe with some drinks, and fruits, or whatever,” you shrugged as you grabbed a biscuit from the jar. “You could even paint that bedside table of yours red - it’d be a great pop of colour amidst all that sterile white.”
Fox snorted but looked thoughtful as he pushed off the cabinet and stood in front of you, hands resting on the countertop where you were sitting, right beside your thighs. “Funny you mention that. I actually saw a nice cabinet while I was patrolling around Calocour Heights the other day.”
“Oh yeah?” you raised your eyebrows. “What kind?”
“It was one of those, uh… modular things,” he gestured vaguely with one hand, the other still steady on the counter. “Real sleek, real clean. Bright red, with these glossy panels that fit together like a puzzle. The whole thing looked like it belonged in one of those fancy apartments topside - like it could double as art or something. It had compartments for everything! Drinks, snacks, gear, even these little hidden drawers you could lock. Thought it might actually make my quarters look less like a medbay.”
You tilted your head as you tried to picture it. “Huh. Sleek, red, functional, and versatile? Sounds like your soulmate, Fox.”
He lowered his gaze to the floor, chuckling as he shook his head lightly. “Yeah, well, the romance died when I looked at the price tag.”
“How bad?”
“Let’s just say,” he narrowed his eyes, “if I wanted that thing, I’d have to sell my speeder - which is a Republic property, my armour, and maybe half the Guard’s refectory rations for a month. And even then, I’d still be short.” He paused before facing you with a grin. “Or maybe I could sell Grizzer, and face Hound’s wrath.”
You laughed, nearly choking on your biscuit. “For a cabinet? Stars, Fox, that’s next-level.”
“Exactly,” he joined your laughter. “Because what I really need in my life is debt over some shiny red furniture.”
“Shame,” you squeezed his cheeks together. “You’d look good with a fancy cabinet. It’d go great with your style.”
“But if it keeps you from staying down here in this death trap of an apartment, I might actually consider it.” He leaned forward to get closer to you. From this distance, you could catch the bitter scent of caf on his breath. You lifted a hand, fingers tousling his curls as you let out a bright smile. “Oh, so that’s it? You’re secretly hoping to bribe me into moving topside?”
“Bribe? I’d call it... strategic persuasion.” He gave you a quick peck on the cheek. “I’m a tactical genius.”
You laughed as you playfully shoved his shoulder. “That would’ve been a hell of a flex. Commander Fox’s quarters featured in one of those interior design videos on the HoloNet. And the best feature? The overengineered snack holder.” Fox grinned, arms crossed with that smug look you had come to love plastered on his face. “Damn right. ‘State-of-the-art compartments for your snacks and fancy caf beans.’ I’d probably go viral.”
“Oh, for sure,” you joined his sarcasm. “People would flock to see the legendary Commander Fox and his impeccable taste in mid galactic modern design.”
“You’re not wrong. I’ve got fans everywhere.” His grin widened as he added with mock seriousness. “Have you seen those ladies lining up near the Senate Building? They’re all lining up to meet me,”
A belly laugh burst out of you, so sudden and loud you had to clutch your stomach. “Those old ladies?!” you managed between fits of laughter. “You can’t be serious!” Fox crossed his arms. “Dead serious. They’re lining up for me. Every single one of them.”
You wiped a tear from the corner of your eye, still laughing. “Okay, what the fuck are you talking about?”
“It’s part of that Senate Elder Aid program. The Guard’s been running supply deliveries for the retired citizens in that sector. And who do they see when they open their doors? Me. In uniform. Doing my job.” He closed the distance between you again, lifting his caf cup to your lips. You grabbed the cup and took a sip before answering with a teasing grin, “Let me guess. They’re thrilled to see such a dashing young man handling their deliveries.”
He snorted. “They tell me I remind them of their grandsons - or in some cases, their late husbands. One of them even gave me a pie last week.”
That sets you off again, making you laugh so hard. “Oh, stars, Fox. You’re out here breaking hearts and collecting pies.”
“Hey, don’t laugh. Those pies are no joke,” he opened your fridge and groaned when he saw nothing in it. “One of them had so much jogan spread in it, I swear I saw the Force. It was orgasmic.”
You shook your head as you watched him rummage through your kitchen. It struck you then - this wasn’t the same Fox you’d first met. When you started seeing him many moons ago, you had no idea what to expect. He’d always been grumbly, guarded, the kind of man who carried a lot of baggage on his shoulders and refused to let anyone lighten the load. His brothers had even warned you, “It’ll take a few drinks to get him to crack a smile.” But here he was now, standing in your leaky apartment, cracking jokes about orgasmic pies and cursing at the leaks. This side of him, the side that raided your kitchen cabinets and made jokes about burning down your apartment, felt like a secret he shared only with you. Outside, the relentless sound of dripping water finally eased, and the oppressive atmosphere of the leaks seemed to lift with it. “Fucking finally,” you muttered under your breath.
“Yeah, fucking finally, babe,” Fox agreed, looking over his shoulder with a smirk. “Guess we don’t have to burn down your apartment now.” He muttered as he continued raiding your cabinets. “Aha - found it.”
He pulled out two cup noodles, the ones he’d given you last week with a ridiculous backstory about a senator who brought them back from an Outer Rim trip. He tossed one to you before tearing into his own. “You saved these?” he asked in disbelief as he filled the cups with hot water. “I thought you’d have devoured them by now.”
“They’re souvenirs,” you said with a shrug. “Figured I’d save them for a special occasion.”
He chuckled, handing your cup back and settling beside you on the counter. “Well, I’m glad I could be here for the big event.” You smiled, resting your head against his shoulder for a moment. The two of you sat there in the quiet, eating noodles and listening to the last echoes of dripping water fade away. Fox slurped a particularly long noodle, before kissing the top of your head. “I’ll stick to raiding vending machines for you, cyare. Much easier on my wallet.”
“Oh, don’t think this means you’re off the hook. You’re still making me that snack basket.” You elbowed him, and sipped the spicy noodle soup from the flimsi cup.
“Yes, boss.” He signed dramatically at your request.
“You’re such a baby.” You laughed again, resisting the urge to start a food fight. Fox held out his cup noodle above his head like he just received some kind of award for being a decent partner. “And yet, this baby just saved your apartment and provided dinner. I expect proper gratitude, cyare.”
“Gratitude?” you raised an eyebrow. “I’ll think about it. Maybe after you build that basket.”
He let out a soft chuckle, the sound warming you like the noodles you were eating. Both of you would get back to cleaning up soon, hoping the hot water was still working so you could finally take a shower and wash off the day. You thought about dragging him to The Wharf tomorrow for a quick fix for the ceiling leak - he had mentioned it was his off day. Maybe you’d stop by that little diner he liked on Level 4780, grab a plate of fried dumplings, or finally let him show you the vendor that sold the ridiculous milky gummies he kept sneaking into your cabinets.
But you pushed those thoughts aside for now as you turned your attention to him. His serious expression as he ate his cup noodles made you smile. You decided to stay in the moment. The galaxy outside could wait - its noise, its demands, all the things neither of you could control. For now, it was just the two of you, sitting shoulder to shoulder in your leaky kitchen, sharing a moment of peace that, somehow, felt like it was always meant to be.

How could you and Mikalia befriend with Cassandra Nya, a LITERAL Neo-Nazi, all because you hate Rebecca Sugar?
I AM NOT AWARE OF THIS "Cassidy Nyquil" PERSON YOU SPEAK OF. But, say, HYPOTHETICALLY, both me and my wife have an easily found long documented history of being friends with Cassandra online well . . .
Nobody's perfect. ;3
Tumblr media
___
For the record, this was the thing that made me decide Mikaila was worthy of some of the smoke, too.
For obvious reasons I try to mostly stay clear of memtioning Lily's victims and try to be as careful as I can when I allude to certain things. I'm on vaguely familiar terms with some of them, and I hope they'd feel comfortable interacting with the blog if they wanted have a little goof with me, but really, none of that is my pot to piss in.
Makaila was the one exception I made after some consideration. She's a big girl, who met Lily as an adult, and she's done A LOT to enable her. She's demonstrated multiple times to be a little more than just complicit in Lily's fucked behavior-- like this shit.
Still, I do try to stay clear of getting too victim blamey. A shitty person who's a victim is still a victim. Plus I do try to seperate both the "Liquid Orcard" character and the "Mikailer" character somewhat from their "inspirations." They're both women's most ridiculous aspects dialed up to absurdist degrees.
Especially with Mikaila. I can assure you she's just a head with arms and legs in real life. Or has a ridiculous American accent.
Appropriating Lily's persona's likeness and making her this goofy Lovecraftian Regina George is meant to defang the real Lily. I'm under no illusion she's fond of my portrayal. But even with her, I've made judgment calls, even scrapped completed illustrations when I finished them only to realize they weren't reading the way I wanted. If not for her sake, then not to risk encourage that sort of mockery at all.
That's why Liquid isn't a caricature of what Lily actually looks like, but an amalgamation of her various little puppets.
That's why the "young Lily" Bhaalspawn is an impression of the Avatar on her fanfiction.net account even though there's plenty of photos of Lily at 17 out there.
That's why I don't draw Liquid with a beard.
That's why I don't draw her overweight.
That's why I don't allude to the real bad shit that's legitimately happened to Lily in her childhood.
That's even why I slightly pivoted away from making fun of Lily pretending to be charokee too much/too directly to Liquid pretending to be human. It gets the essence across a little clearer without implicating other white passing POC and/or First Nations people as much.
Thank you for coming to my Tedtalk, now I must give myself 20 lashes for getting serious on the on an ask about the braindead Australian trans naz1 chick.

Good Omentober Day 18 - Books
Prompt by @disaster-dog
Cosiness is amplified when you're with the one you love.
Tumblr media
New shipment day was Aziraphale’s favourite day. He would close the store, unbox all of his new treasures and read each and every one, giving each book the attention it deserves. Anyone who knew Aziraphale knew this wasn’t the time to disturb him with meaningless squabble.
As he gently cut away the shipping plastic, the smell of paper and old glue filled his nose. There were 6 new books, perfectly preserved in their box with not even a scratch on the covers. Two more first edition Agatha Christie books, a worthy addition to any collection, some reprints of his favourite Shakespeare plays, Hamlet and Othello, with some illustrations and two books he promised Crowley. A compendium on stars and one on temperate plants.
Crowley wasn’t much of a reader. For a very long time, he thought it was a waste of his time, but as he spent more time with the angel he noticed how peaceful it made him so he started to make an effort. He mostly read about things he knew and would pick apart any inaccuracies which irked Aziraphale a bit but he was glad that his partner was reading.
He placed Crowley’s books aside gently after removing the stickers from them. That was one thing Aziraphale despised. Putting stickers on books was a terrible idea. He had a small jar of acetone ready always with a tiny craft blade to carefully remove the pesky intruders. The only thing worse than stickers on books was the sticky residue left behind.
He placed the other books on his coffee table before walking upstairs to make tea. Aziraphale had a routine, you see. He would unpackage the books, remove any stickers and make himself a fresh pot of English Breakfast tea. That teapot would then be placed on a small steel serving tray with the sugar jar and teaspoon as well as two teacups. Two, in case Crowley came to join him, of course.
He carefully carried the tray downstairs and saw the still slightly sleepy demon on the couch waiting for him.
“Morning, angel,” He yawned before smiling up at his partner.
“Good morning, dear. You’re just in time for tea,” Aziraphale gushed, placing the tray down before pouring them both a cup, “Any sugar?”
Crowley shook his head.
“Of course not, dear. You’re sweet enough already,” the angel chuckled before stirring one cube into his own cup and taking a sip, “So what would you like to start with today? Both your books arrived this morning.”
Crowley shrugged and initiated the next part of the routine. He switched on the heater and unfolded two blankets from the basket beside Aziraphale’s desk. Admittedly, they ended up sharing one blanket most of the time but the sentiment was there. Their favourite was a tan mink blanket that was incredibly warm to cosy up under.
Aziraphale handed him the book of stars and he began to read his own book. Crowley took a while to get comfy, eventually settling in to lay with his head in Aziraphale’s lap, the blanket only half covering him, the other half covering the angel’s shoulders. For a few hours, the only sounds to be heard in the bookshop were the turning of pages and the occasional sound of a teaspoon clattering against the edges of a cup.
The angel didn’t notice at first but at some point, the demon had drifted off to sleep, his book lying open on his chest and his sunglasses having fallen haphazardly to the floor. He couldn’t help but chuckle as he shifted the book and placed the glasses on the table to avoid any damage. He made sure to not shift too much so the demon didn’t wake up. He wanted to enjoy Crowley’s little sleepy murmurs and yawns for as long as he could.
He managed to finish all his books while Crowley slept. They originally had plans to go out to dinner but with both the angel and the demon wrapped up in their own relaxation, the day had passed and the first lights of the morning were peering through the windows. The candles Aziraphale had lit earlier in the day were burning their final wax and the tiny dribbles of tea left in the pot had fallen cold.
“Crowley, my dear. I’m going to make something to eat. Would you like a drink or something?”
“Mm something strong,” He whined, burying his head in the cushion after Aziraphale got up from his seated position.
Aziraphale chuckled slightly and went to get himself some picky bits and he poured a glass of scotch for Crowley. He reused the tray from earlier and carried the goods over, “You looked very peaceful dear, how did you sleep?”
Crowley shrugged and picked up the drink, all but downing it in one go, much to the angel’s surprise, “It was fine. Had a weird dream. Sorry for falling asleep, angel. You’re just so comfy.”
Aziraphale let out a small, breathy chuckle before running his hand through Crowley’s hair, “You never have to apologise. I just like your company.”
“It’d be a long six thousand years if you didn’t,” The demon grinned before placing a kiss on the angel’s cheek, “I’d spend another six thousand more if you’d let me.”
“I wouldn’t want to spend it with anyone else,” Aziraphale assured, reaching over to grab some of the goat’s cheese off the plate, “All the other demons are a bit too creepy for me.”
Crowley shrugged, wrapping his arms loosely around Aziraphale’s waist. He let his head rest on Aziraphale’s shoulder and just breathed in the familiar scent, “All the other angels are too stuck up for me.”
“We best not give them anymore thought,” Aziraphale suggested softly, moving to stroke the back of Crowley’s head. “They’re not worth the time.”
“You’re right,” He muttered into the angel’s shoulder, “You’re the only thing worth talking about.”
“I don’t know, there’s a pretty wonderful demon I’d love to talk about.”

The Heist pt. 3 "Draco's Study"
For those who have been enjoying my blurbs on the Draco/Theo/Granger pieces I've been drabbling about with. Here is part three. I've somehow managed to get this and two classes worth of assignments done today plus my daughters parent/teacher conference.
So, thank you for your encouragement and inspiration.
...
Draco stared down at the announcement placed in the Daily Prophet.
B. Nolan Flamel throws Gala of the year! An event meant to raise money for more affordable education and leave guests talking about it for years to come!
“Why does he leave the B?” Theo mused as he and Granger crowded around Draco’s desk. “If he hates his name so much, why doesn’t he just go by Nolan?”
Theo turned away and walked over to the book case that took up the entirety of the west wall of Draco’s study.
“He probably think it makes him seem more refined.” Granger snorted but kept staring at the paper, her eyes scanning the articles surrounding the ad. “Oh, look!” Draco lifted his eyes to catch her own light up. “Flourish and Blotts is having a summer sale.”
“Try to focus, love.” Theo drawled and snatched a random book from Draco’s shelf. “Here,” He sent it sailing toward her with the flick of his wrist. Granger reached out a hand and caught it, effortlessly. “Something to satiate your appetite for now.”
Draco laughed and pointed to the announcement. “This is how we’ll get in to case the house.”
Hermione opened the book, her eyes running over the pages. “It’s invite only.” She said and then grimaced at the contents. Draco grinned as he took in the title embossed into the spine. How to Master the Magic of the Bedroom. A book, he knew, to have a lot of illustrations.
“It was a gift.” He settled into his office chair as her scrutinizing eyes glanced up at him.
She snapped the book shut, but didn’t return it to the shelf. “I have an invite, but how will everyone else get one?”
“You have an invite?” Theo whirled on her.
She sniffed. “Of course. We did end things amicably, after all.”
“You’re friends with a man you dated, who has been known to traffic humans and whom you are currently in the process of taking down.” Theo threw himself onto a sofa. “Seems healthy.”
“Would we have an invite if I didn’t?” Granger’s voice oozed a sickly sweetness that belied the narrowed gaze she settled onto Theo.
“Well woo for you. But, how are the rest of us supposed to get in?”
“What rest of us? You two have yet to help me assemble a team.” She opened the book back and and began to flip through the pages. There was a new determination in the way she browsed the book that kept Draco’s grin in place.
“First of all,” Draco interrupted. “I can duplicate them.”
Granger looked up from her book, her cheeks slightly flushed. “You can? These invites are really quite difficult to replicate.”
Draco shrugged. “Tea?” He asked before flicking his wand, summoning a platter of tea cups, a tea pot and raspberry scones. “Regardless, I think I can only successfully duplicate three before the charm starts to weaken. We’ll need more.”
“We also need a distraction. Someone or something to distract Flamel from the rest of us casing the place.” Theo added as he walked around the room. His friend, Draco had noted, was pacing, which meant that he was nervous. Or otherwise, mentally preoccupied.
Draco nodded as he poured them each a cup of tea. “A celebrity amongst the crowd. Milk?” He asked Granger, having no idea how she took her tea. He took his sweet and creamy, while Theo took his bitter and overly steeped.
“Yes, but no sugar.” She slid onto the edge of his desk and continued to peruse the book in her hands. “Do you know of any celebrities that would be willing to attend?”
He took a sip of his tea and lifted his brows at her. “No, but you do.”
She shut the book and Draco smiled as she slipped it into her charmed purse. It sunk into the bag with ease, disappearing into an abyss. “You mean Harry?” Granger picked up her cup of tea and blew on it.
“The chosen one himself.”
While Draco had expected her to scoff and suggest anyone else, he was pleasantly surprised when she looked at him, thoughtfully.
Her warm brown eyes penetrated into his skin, though he knew she had sunk into herself. He learned, over the past two days, what Theo had meant when he had called Granger ‘interesting.’
She rambled, endlessly, whenever her brain simply could not hold all of her thoughts inside of her head. She would spew them into the atmosphere and down the, all before falling calm and quiet once more. And in that quiet, she would dive deep into her inner dialogue. Her replies would become short, but her stare never turned vacant.
As if she were indeed there, while also somewhere else.
“Some form of astral projection,” Theo had called it yesterday while musing over the behavior or Hermione Granger.
Draco had called her a bit mad but Theo had only shrugged and pointed out that really, weren’t they all a bit mad?
He had to agree, as he stared and stared at the witch he had once incessantly insulted. The witch who now believed in her morals so heavily that she had deemed that illegally screwing them over was well worth it. With him and Theo Nott, no less. Two rich, high class wizards who didn’t need the pretty things they stole. Yet, they did it and they enjoyed it. Sure, their pockets grew a bit fatter, but that wasn’t why they became thief’s. It wasn’t the reason for their rebellion against society.
“Do you think he’ll actually do it? He doesn’t have to know about the job, obviously.”
“No,” she said the word slowly. Pulling it out like honey as a flutter of a smile pressed into her lips. She set her cup down. “No, it’s brilliant, actually.” And she leapt from the desk.
“Potter?” Theo leaned onto his elbows and looked over the couch at the two of them. “Really? I mean, I get that he’s really into catching bad wizards and all that but this sort of work falls right into the morally grey area that Potter seems so against.”
Draco continued to sip on his tea as he watched the exchange. Still thoroughly amused by it all.
“Actually, Harry is passionately opposed to the dark side of magic. The in between is pretty much where I, his best friend, has lived for the majority of her life.”
Theo pushed his lower lip out. “I thought I was your best friend.”
But Granger frowned with a little shake of her head. “I don’t know how to answer that right now.”
“I wish you would.” Draco said just before biting into a raspberry scone.
She only glanced at him. “What time is it?” She checked her muggle watch. It was 10:30 in the morning. “I’ll need use your Floo.” She said to Draco before heading for the door of his study.
“Fine, I’ll accept Potter. But I draw the line at Weasley!” Theo called after her as she swept from the room.
Draco lifted his tea and said around his bite, “Here, here.”
Theo fell back onto the couch with a heavy sigh but lifted his wand into the air. The cup of tea Draco had poured for him drifted over and landed, gracefully into his waiting hand.
Draco bit, again, into his scone and watched his friend rest his cup onto his chest.
“I can feel your eyes on me, Draco.” He said as he gazed up at the ceiling. “You think we’re missing something.” He pauses and Draco merely swallows his bite and settles his eyes back onto the paper. “You think we need a demo guy.” He sighed, exasperatedly, as if Draco had replied. “I can see how it would come in handy, obviously. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that we also need an Inside Man.”
Draco leaned back in his chair and took a sip of his tea.
“Fine.” He exhaled, sat up and chugged his tea. “I’ll go find our Demo guy.” He shot a speculative look at Draco. “But you had better go and get our Inside Guy.”
Draco frowned at his friend as he turned to leave. “Wouldn’t Potter be our Inside Guy?”
Theo froze and glanced over his shoulder. “He can be both the distraction and the Inside guy, I suppose. Let’s wait until Granger returns and see what he says.”
“Theo,”
Theo groaned and spun to face Draco. “What?”
“There’s a nonzero chance this will work.”
The look of annoyance vanished and Theo’s face morphed into one of jubilant determination. “It has to. I’m going all in.”

Science Experiment For Schools Fun with Chemistry Explosive Reactions and Colorful Creations
Science Experiment For Schools can be tailored to different age groups, interests, and skill levels, ranging from simple, fun activities to more complex projects for in-depth exploration.
Volcano Eruption Simulation
Materials
Baking soda, vinegar, dish soap, food coloring, clay or paper mache, plastic bottle.
Procedure
Create a model volcano using clay or paper mache with a small bottle in the center as the vent. Add baking soda and a few drops of dish soap to the bottle, then pour in vinegar mixed with food coloring. The reaction will simulate a volcanic eruption.
Science Concept
This experiment demonstrates an acid-base reaction, where baking soda (a base) reacts with vinegar (an acid) to release carbon dioxide gas, causing the eruption.
Growing Crystals
Materials
Borax, sugar, salt, or Epsom salt; water; string; pencil; jar.
Procedure
Dissolve the chosen substance (Borax, sugar, or salt) in hot water to create a supersaturated solution. Tie a string to a pencil and suspend it in the jar filled with the solution, leaving it undisturbed. Over time, crystals will form on the string.
Science Concept
This experiment illustrates how crystals form through the process of evaporation and supersaturation, where a solution holds more solute than it normally would at room temperature.
Lava Lamp Experiment
Materials
Water, vegetable oil, food coloring, Alka-Seltzer tablets, clear bottle or jar.
Procedure
Fill a jar or bottle with water and vegetable oil, leaving some space at the top. Add a few drops of food coloring, then drop an Alka-Seltzer tablet into the jar. Watch as colorful blobs float up and down, creating a lava lamp effect.
Science Concept
This experiment demonstrates the concept of density and chemical reactions. Water and oil do not mix because oil is less dense, and the Alka-Seltzer tablet releases gas bubbles that rise through the oil, creating the lamp effect.
Egg in Vinegar Experiment
Materials
Egg, vinegar, jar.
Procedure
Place an egg in a jar and cover it with vinegar. Leave it for 48 hours and observe the changes. The shell will dissolve, leaving behind a rubbery egg.
Science Concept
This experiment shows a chemical reaction between the calcium carbonate in the eggshell and the acetic acid in vinegar, which produces carbon dioxide gas and dissolves the shell.
Homemade Electromagnet
Materials
Iron nail, copper wire, battery, small paper clips.
Procedure:
Wrap copper wire around the iron nail, leaving some wire at both ends to connect to a battery. Attach the wires to the positive and negative ends of the battery, and the nail will become magnetized. Use it to pick up paper clips or other small metallic objects.
Science Concept
This experiment demonstrates electromagnetism, where electric current flowing through the wire generates a magnetic field around the iron nail.
Invisible Ink Experiment
Materials
Lemon juice, water, cotton swab, paper, heat source (lamp or iron).
Procedure
Mix lemon juice and water, then use a cotton swab to write a secret message on paper. Let the paper dry. To reveal the message, heat the paper with a lamp or iron.
Science Concept
Lemon juice oxidizes and turns brown when heated, making the invisible message visible. This experiment shows the process of oxidation and heat sensitivity of organic compounds.
Plant Growth and Light Experiment
Materials
Seeds (bean, pea, or other fast-growing plants), soil, pots, light sources (sunlight, artificial light).
Procedure
Plant seeds in pots and expose them to different light conditions (e.g., natural sunlight, dim light, complete darkness). Water them regularly and observe their growth over time.
Science Concept:
This experiment explores how light affects photosynthesis and plant growth, demonstrating the importance of light in a plant's life cycle.
Balloon Rocket
Materials:
Balloon, string, straw, tape.
Procedure:
Thread a long string through a straw and tie both ends of the string to fixed points. Inflate a balloon but don’t tie it off—tape it to the straw. Let go of the balloon and watch it propel itself along the string.
Science Concept:
This experiment demonstrates Newton's Third Law of Motion: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. The air rushing out of the balloon pushes it in the opposite direction.
Density Tower
Materials
Honey, dish soap, water, vegetable oil, rubbing alcohol, food coloring, clear glass or jar.
Procedure:
Slowly layer different liquids with varying densities into a clear jar. Add food coloring to distinguish the layers. Observe how they form separate layers due to their different densities.
Science Concept:
This experiment demonstrates density. Liquids with higher density (e.g., honey) settle at the bottom, while less dense liquids (e.g., alcohol) float on top.
Bending Water with Static Electricity
Materials:
Plastic comb or balloon, running water (from a tap).
Procedure:
Rub the comb or balloon on your hair or a woolen fabric to build up static electricity. Slowly bring it close to a thin stream of running water, and watch as the water bends toward the charged object.
Science Concept:
This experiment illustrates static electricity and electrostatic forces. The static charge on the comb attracts the neutral water molecules, causing them to bend.
Rainbow in a Glass
Materials:
Sugar, water, food coloring, clear glass, spoon.
Procedure:
Dissolve increasing amounts of sugar in separate containers of water (e.g., 1 tsp, 2 tsp, 3 tsp, etc.), then color each solution with different food coloring. Slowly layer the solutions in a glass, starting with the one with the most sugar, to create a rainbow effect.
Science Concept:
This experiment demonstrates how density affects liquid layering. Solutions with more sugar are denser and sink below less dense ones, creating a colorful gradient.
Balloon and Static Electricity
Materials:
Balloon, salt, pepper.
Procedure:
Blow up a balloon and rub it on your hair or wool fabric to create static electricity. Sprinkle a mix of salt and pepper on a table and bring the balloon close. Watch as the pepper jumps toward the balloon.
Science Concept
This experiment showcases how static electricity works. The static charge on the balloon attracts the lightweight pepper particles more easily than the heavier salt.
Solar Oven
Materials
Cardboard box, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, black construction paper, tape, thermometer, food (like s’mores).
Procedure
Line the inside of a cardboard box with aluminum foil, place black paper at the bottom, and cover the top with plastic wrap. Angle the box to capture sunlight, and place food inside to cook using solar energy.
Science Concept
This experiment demonstrates how solar energy can be used for cooking. The foil reflects sunlight into the box, and the black paper absorbs heat, turning it into a simple solar oven.
Simple Water Filtration System
Materials
Sand, gravel, charcoal, coffee filter, plastic bottle, dirty water.
Procedure
Cut a plastic bottle in half and layer sand, gravel, and charcoal inside. Pour dirty water through the filter and observe how clean water comes out the other side.
Science Concept:
This experiment simulates the basic principles of water filtration, showing how natural materials can remove impurities from water.
Pendulum Experiment
Materials
String, weight (like a small ball), protractor, stopwatch.
Procedure
Attach a weight to a string and let it swing like a pendulum. Measure the time it takes for the pendulum to complete one full swing at different lengths or angles.
Science Concept
Science Experiment At Home explores the physics of pendulums, demonstrating how factors like string length affect the period of the pendulum's swing.

Savoring Balinese Cuisine: Seminyak's Top Eateries
Tumblr media
Bali, an Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, beaches, and coral reefs, is also celebrated for its rich culinary heritage. Seminyak, a beach resort area at the southern end of Bali, has emerged as a vibrant epicenter for gourmet enthusiasts and food explorers. The culinary scene in Seminyak is a harmonious blend of traditional Balinese flavors and international influences, offering a unique gastronomic experience to its visitors. The diversity of its food landscape reflects not only the traditional Balinese cooking methods and ingredients but also the modern, creative spins added by local and international chefs.
When discussing gourmet experiences in Seminyak, the conversation invariably includes the phrase "Seminyak dinner." This seemingly simple dish has been transformed in the hands of local chefs, who infuse it with a variety of local spices and flavors. From the traditional Babi Guling (suckling pig) sandwich, which is a Balinese specialty, to more modern interpretations featuring locally sourced vegetables and seafood, the sandwich offerings in Seminyak illustrate the culinary creativity of the region. These sandwiches, often served with a side of fresh sambal or local fruits, provide a quick yet immersive way to taste the local cuisine.
However, the culinary journey in Seminyak is not limited to sandwiches. The area is renowned for its Warungs – small family-owned restaurants – where one can savor authentic Balinese dishes like Nasi Campur (mixed rice), Sate Lilit (Balinese satay), and Lawar (a traditional mix
made of vegetables, coconut, and minced meat or fish, often mixed with rich herbs and spices). These dishes are not just meals; they are a reflection of the island's culture and traditions. Eating in a warung, often characterized by its open-air setting and simple decor, offers an authentic experience of Balinese life and hospitality.
Seafood also plays a pivotal role in Seminyak's culinary tapestry. Multitasking microbes: scientists engineer bacteria to make two valuable products from plant fiber - Technology Org
We often look to the smallest lifeforms for help solving the biggest problems: Microbes help make foods and beverages, cure diseases, treat waste and even clean up pollution. Yeast and bacteria can also convert plant sugars into biofuels and chemicals traditionally derived from fossil fuels — a key component of most plans to slow climate change.

Now University of Wisconsin–Madison researchers have engineered bacteria that can produce two chemical products at the same time from underutilized plant fiber. And unlike humans, these multitasking microbes can do both things equally well.
“To my knowledge, it’s one of the first times you can make two valuable products simultaneously in one microbe,” says Tim Donohue, UW–Madison professor of bacteriology and director of the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center.
The discovery, detailed in a paper in the December issue of the journal Applied and Environmental Microbiology, could help make biofuels more sustainable and commercially viable.
“In principle, the strategy lowers the net greenhouse gas emissions and improves the economics,” Donohue says. “The amount of energy and greenhouse gas that you need to make two products in one pot is going to be less than running two pots to make one product in each pot.”
Every molecule counts
The quest to replace fossil fuels with sustainable alternatives hinges on extracting the most possible value from renewable biomass. Just as with petrochemicals, every molecule counts: Low-volume, high-value products help keep fuel more affordable.
One of the biggest barriers is a part of the plant cell wall called lignin. Lignin is the world’s most abundant source of renewable aromatic carbons, but its irregular structure makes it notoriously difficult to break apart into useful components.
That’s why scientists with GLBRC have studied a bacterium named Novosphingobium aromaticivorans (sometimes referred to as simply Novo), which can digest many components of lignin and is relatively easy to genetically modify.
In 2019, researchers engineered a strain of Novo that can produce a key ingredient of plastics like nylon and polyurethane known as PDC. More recently, a team in Donohue’s lab discovered another modification that allows Novo to make a different plastic ingredient called ccMA.
But they didn’t stop there.
“We’re not going to solve our carbon emissions problem by only producing two products,” says Ben Hall, a recent doctoral graduate who contributed to the research.
Donohue’s team used genomic modeling to come up with a list of potential products that could be made from biomass aromatics. Near the top of the list was zeaxanthin, one of a group of organic pigments known as carotenoids.
Carotenoids, which give carrots, pumpkins, salmon and even flamingos their distinctive hues, are used as nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics and have a cumulative market value worth tens of billions of dollars a year.
Researchers knew that Novo had the genes to produce another carotenoid with little market value. Based on the bacteria’s genome sequence, they suspected zeaxanthin is a steppingstone to that less valuable carotenoid in the process that cells use to make complex molecules. It was just a matter of altering the right genes to stop the digestive assembly line at the more valuable product.
By deleting or adding selected genes, they engineered strains that produced zeaxanthin as well as other valuable carotenoids — beta-carotene, lycopene and astaxanthin — when grown on an aromatic compound commonly found in lignin.
Next, the team showed that the engineered bacteria could produce the same carotenoids from a liquor made from ground and treated sorghum stems, a solution that contains a mixture of aromatics that many industrial bacteria can’t digest.
One pot, two products
Hall then wondered what would happen if he combined the genetic changes needed to make PDC and a carotenoid in the same microbe.
The resulting strains produced both PDC and the target carotenoid — with no discernable loss to either yield. Even better, the bacteria accumulated carotenoids within their cells, which must be separated from the solution that contains the PDC, which they secreted.
“We’re already separating the cells from the media,” Hall says. “Now we would have a product coming out of both.”
The next steps include testing whether engineered strains can simultaneously produce carotenoids and ccMA, which Donohue thinks they will, and to engineer strains to improve yields in industrial conditions.
While there are lucrative markets for each of these products, Donohue and Hall say the real value of the discovery is the ability to add multiple functions to this biological platform.
“To me, it’s both the strategy and the products,” Donohue says. “Now that we’ve done this, I think it opens the door to see if we can create other microbial chassis that make two products.”

Introduction
Pune, often referred to as the cultural capital of Maharashtra, is a city steeped in tradition and spirituality. Amidst its bustling streets and modern infrastructure, the city continues to preserve its rich heritage, and one such tradition that holds a special place in the hearts of Punekars is the Satyanarayan Puja. This sacred ritual, dedicated to Lord Satyanarayan, is an integral part of the spiritual fabric of Pune. In this article, we will explore the significance, history, and the experience of Satyanarayan Puja in Pune, delving deep into the spiritual journey that this ritual offers.
The Significance of Satyanarayan Puja
Satyanarayan Puja, also known as Satyanarayan Vrat, is a Hindu ritual performed to seek the blessings of Lord Satyanarayan, a manifestation of Lord Vishnu. The word "Satya" means truth, and "Narayan" is one of the many names of Lord Vishnu, symbolizing the embodiment of truth. This puja is considered highly auspicious and is performed to express gratitude, seek blessings, and fulfill one's desires.
The significance of Satyanarayan Puja lies in its ability to promote truth, righteousness, and moral values in the lives of the devotees. It is often performed during important life events such as weddings, housewarming ceremonies, and childbirth, to ensure a harmonious and prosperous future. The ritual is believed to bring peace, prosperity, and happiness to the household, and it is a way for devotees to show their devotion and commitment to leading a righteous life.
History and Origin
The history of Satyanarayan Puja dates back to ancient times, with its origins shrouded in mythological stories. The most famous narrative associated with this puja is the story of a poor Brahmin named Sudama and his friend Lord Krishna.
According to the legend, Sudama was going through a period of extreme poverty and decided to visit Lord Krishna, who had become a king in Dwarka. Sudama brought a humble offering of beaten rice (poha) as a gift for Lord Krishna, despite his own dire circumstances. When Sudama reached Dwarka and met Lord Krishna, he was welcomed with great love and affection. Lord Krishna washed Sudama's feet, served him with utmost devotion, and in return, blessed Sudama with immense wealth and prosperity.
The story of Sudama illustrates the power of faith, devotion, and selflessness. It is believed that Lord Satyanarayan, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, blesses devotees with similar grace and abundance when they perform the Satyanarayan Puja with sincerity and devotion.
