⁡ ⁡ ⁡ フリーランスとして生きるために、「ヒマ」をアピールする I'm self-employed and enjoying my life.  ⁡ フリーランスとして活動を始めて、11年ほど。それまでサラリーマンとして飲食店で働いていた時と大きく異なるのは、一方は仕事が与えられる事が多く、一方は仕事を掴みに行くのがほとんど。 ⁡ 最近では仕事をふったり、お願いする機会も増えてきた。 自分がダンサーという立場から言葉を選ばずに表現すると 『ダンスがうまい奴は腐るほどいる』 ⁡ その中で、決してまだまだ多くはないかもしれないが、仕事を依頼するときに、どんな人に声をかけているのかというと、仕事の対応やレスポンスが迅速かつ確実な人や、普段から自分の活動を発信している人、そして活き活きとやりたいことをしている人、等。 ⁡ ⁡ つまり、そこに『技術』はほとんど求めていない事が分かった。 ⁡ 指導やパフォーマンスに必要な最低限のスキルは持っていることが大前提だが、それ以上に、 「ワタシ、ヒマデス、シゴトクダサイ」 とシンプルに言ってくれた方が、仕事もふりやすい。仕事を待つんじゃなくて、仕事を獲得していくためには、こう言っているだけでも十分なんだ。 そして、こういう人に限って、絶対ヒマじゃない。　 ⁡ ⁡ 自分が本当にやりたいことに、いつでも時間を注げるようなワークスタイルをしているから、面白いことにもすぐに飛びつけるし、興味のあることに挑戦できる。 ⁡ 事実、仕事をふる方の立場からすると、常に忙しそうにしている人には声をかけづらいし、気軽に相談もできないと思ってしまう。 常に仕事が与えられていたサラリーマン時代からは想像もできないけど、基本はフリーで活動していても、組織や大きい団体に属している人も、思い当たるふしがあるのではないか。 ⁡ ⁡ ちなみに僕は普段からこんな写真のようなことしてて時間はあるので、いつでもワクワクする事に飛びつきます！お待ちしてます( ^ω^ ) ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ #フリーランス #ニューヨーク #仕事 #独立 #起業 #脱サラ #ニューヨーク写真 #地下鉄 #サラリーマン ⁡ ⁡ #中澤利彦 #10代のバイブル #ダンサー #写真好きな人と繋がりたい #ダンススクール #小学校の先生 #中学校の先生 #GIGAスクール構想 ⁡ ⁡ #subwayphotography #subwayphotoshoot #subway #nycsubway #iloveny #seeyourcity #explorenyc #nycityworld #nycphotography #midtown #manhattan #nyc #Toshihikonakazawa ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ https://www.instagram.com/p/CSIfk0xJgJf/?utm_medium=tumblr
