[[ More old arts from me ...! First one is when I first pulled Kzinssie and his many Fatal Steal counters. I remember his banner had really cool music xD He shared banner with Dantarg and Termite Queen but only Kzinssie showed up for me.

Subier and Narwhal's Daughter I got after re-run of the New Year event banners ...or was it from a reprint... my memory fails me. The New Year event was so wholesome! Subier was just having good time with drinks and teaching how to write "Sea" with caligraphy brush and ND was saying how she doesn't want to leave this world cause no one needs to fight and die here. :") .... additionally ND was enabling the agi cheese strategy back then which was mandatory to clear the very hardcore content. She quickly became a beloved and very much used character for a good long while. ]]

"Hehe, rumour has it that Noel and Wagnas were picking candidates based on their looks." Kzinssie's smirk broadened, "Obviously, I'm the only perfect ten they could find, so I thought I'd do them a favour."

He cast a quick, surreptitious glance to either side, ensuring their conversation remained private, then leaned in closer to Subier. His voice dropped low, his hand cupped around his mouth to prevent their words from being overheard.

"It does make you think, right? What that Dantarg guy's doing among us? I guess they needed someone on the lower end of the scale-- Sub-5, you know, so the not-so-fortunate-looking folks have someone they can identify with."

"It is wonderful that you have returned to us. Noel-- All of us, were worried." Not Bokhohn, Bokhohn hadn't given a flying care that she was gone. But Wagnas was not going to acknowledge that.

She was touched by Wagnas' words - though she had to remind herself to be more aware of timespans. "I'm sorry for making you all worry, Lord Wagnas - especially my dear brother. I had originally planned to be away only for a week or two at most, but time got away from me and there were some... different obstacles than usual in my way this time. I can't imagine what lengths he went to in order to find me. It's good to finally be back together again."

She paused, remembering she still had some gifts to give out - partially as penance, but even more so for the holiday season. There were some bottles in a decorative bag and a couple of wrapped boxes that rattled a bit as she gave them to him.

"Oh yes, that reminds me. Merry Christmas Lord Wagnas! I recall both you and Sir Subier love some good alcohol, so I managed to find some for the both of you while I was out and about. Some stronger otherworldly wines for Subier, and some gentler spirits for you... I think this one was a... Surly Templar? It's a spirit without alcohol, so you can drink alongside him without worry. The top box has some Salamat chocolates made with spirits as well - they're quite tasty!"

She did a once-over to check and make sure she gave everything, and thankfully did. Noel was more for giving cards, anyhow. "And finally, that last box below it has some premium hot cocoa straight from Salamat, with some delightful flavors to bear the cold with. There's Salamat Pepper, Comroon Coconut, Melu Mint, and Steppe Wildflower. Enjoy!" She said, twirling about in a pinup pose on her heel while waving goodbye to him. Now to make sure the rest of her presents got delivered on time.

My Imperial history and lineage of Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven.

Year 1000-1001 Emperor Leon & his younger son Gerard they are always meant to be the beginning parts of my Imperial history.

Year 1050 My male Mercenary Emperor Orion he successfully prevented Cumberland from going to a state of civil war.

Year 1148 My male Crusader Emperor Peter first he solved the problem with the corsairs, then he took full control of the gemstone mine for the Empire's revenue stream, then he built the Imperial University, & he defeated Dantarg of the Seven Heroes.

Year 1262 My female Light Infantry Empress Audrey first she built Leon Bridge over the Victor Canal, then she defeated the Termite Queen beneath the Savannah, & she defeated Noel the best Swordsman of the Seven Heroes.

Year 1376 My male Ranger Emperor Philip his was short because he fell in love with a mermaid and went missing, became a subject of legend.

Year 1457 My Amazon Empress Yekaterina first she defeated Bokhohn the smartest of the Seven Heroes at the Steppe, & she defeated the leader of the Seven Heroes Wagnas at the Floating Castle.

Year 1588 At last my Final Empress Alicia first she defeated the Termite Queen beneath Avalon, then she defeated Kzinssie of the Seven Heroes once again in the Sealed Cave, then she defeated Subier of the Seven Heroes in the Frozen Sea and seized control of Longit Sea, then she defeated Noel's sister Rocbouquet who was defending the Den of Umbrage as part of the Seven Heroes' blood oath, & she successfully triumphed in battle against the Seven Heroes!

That was my Imperial history and lineage at Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven. I'm already doing a second run this time as the Final Emperor Gerard the Second.

SaGa Prefecture Items

// Noelmun here, sharing some info on the (2024) 10th Anniversary SaGa Prefecture Collaboration festivities that started yesterday.

So about a decade ago Ishikawa-san started collabing with Saga prefecture to boost sales/marketing for both the series and the prefecture's tourism. To that end, they do various collabs with local businesses and you'll see them around SaGa events. Seriously, they even have SaGa print on the trains.

So because of Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven being released this year, they're collaborating with the local government to have some of their residential taxes (ふるさと納税, furisato nouzei) be dedicated toward different initiatives. Each group gives a thank you gift and a card and I just wanted to point out two in particular.

The other five before those two are:

Noel - JA Foods glutinous rice, notable for its sweet flavor

Rocbouquet - Marubun ramen bowl set

Subier - Squid Siumai & Toppings Set (Crab, Squid, Shrimp)

Bokhohn - Shirokawa Tea Garden's Yoshino Tea

Kzinssie - Ariake Seaweed

But then come Dantarg's and Wagnas' items...

Dantarg's item is Sirloin Steak from Saga Central Ranch. I find it funny that the item, if you're from the UK, is a "rump steak". Even the devs know it!
