You know, a person made the coment about how Gabriel shouldn't have been the main villain for so long, and I agree completely.
But besides Felix and Nathalie, there hasn't been a villain who is also a Miraculous holder, or at least who wishes the miraculouses of Ladybug and Chat Noir for themselves, which is... Strange, because we are talking about a wish to modify reality!
Many people, organizations, and even governments would want a piece of that! Hell, even Chloe would want some of that! Gabriel shouldn't have been the only person who was uncomfortable with his life! (And akumas do not count, because it has been well established that they are Monarch's VICTIMS)
You know what would have been great? More villains interested in the miraculouses when Gabriel was still around, you know why? Because it would not only challenge Marinette and cemented the idea of "Ladybug and Chat Noir against the WORLD", but would have also challenged GABRIEL, because now not only Gabriel would have to get Ladybug and Chat Noir's Miraculouses to get what he wants, now he would also have to get them FIRST.
Which means he would have to be on amert 24/7, becuase if it's not one of his akumas who gets the miraculouses, it would be another villain, WHICH HE CAN'T ALLOW, he would have to change his strategies, negotiate, scheme more, watch out for his own ass because he would also have people wanting to find out who he is, search for info, USE HIS BRAIN, and even serve as an excuse for Ladybug ans Chat Noir to find out who he is, because he would be dealing with so much shit he would get sloppy one day or another and give himself away!
It would have been a change of pace and made the show interesting because it would have challenged everyone, but somehow Thomas decides to take the most boring decisions for the show...
You know who could have been an interesting wild card to add to the show's rogues' gallery? Su-Han.
Think about it. He's the leader of the Order of the Guardians, the people connected to protecting the Miraculous, the show already hinted at the Guardians not being perfect due to how they caused Fu to accidentally destroy their temple, and Su-Han is trained in a martial art designed specifically to fight Miraculous users.
What if, instead of making sporadic appearances where he does nothing but yell at Ladybug, Su-Han starts opposing both Ladybug and Monarch's factions? What if he believes none of the characters should be using Miraculous, so he and the Guardians try to take away everyone's Miraculous?
That way, you'd have a third party threatening both the heroes and villains, a chance to expand on the show's lore, and possibly create situations where Ladybug and Cat Noir have to team up with Monarch.

I will say this: if Su-Han was The Supreme, it'd be so easy to beat him. All you'd need to do is have Adrien and Marinette go back to our world and get an Alliance ring and he'd be so befuddled by this swanky new modern contraption it that he'd just. Quit. Like, he'd get addicted to cat videos and give up on world domination just like that. Have Gabriel design him a pair of fancy shoes on top of that and he'd just jump away. Cause who needs world domination when you can have drip instead amirite.

Calm Before the Storm - Chapter 5 - Deadly Sins
Beginning || Previous || Next
Wayhem sighed as he scrolled through the latest from the Agreste brand. He smiled seeing Adrien as radiant and dazing as ever. Though a pang of sorrow hit him as he wished he could have seen Adrien outside of the lovely photos. He had been able to get peeks at Adrien whenever he saw Adrien around, but never had the chance to speak with him like before. It was like Adrien couldn’t see him anymore.
“Do you want that to change?” Adrien’s voice asked.
Wayhem gasped and looked around his room. Chills ran up his spine as the air chilled around him. He moved to stand when an imitation Adrien manifested in his room. He screamed and fell back.
            “Who are you?”
“I’m a friend that can give you exactly what you desire most, and the power to achieve it.”
            “I… I don’t know what you mean.”
“Oh, Wayhem, I can see right into your heart. You long for him. The boy with hair of sunshine gold, fair and beautiful skin, a voice of angels, all wrapped up nicely with those piercing, hypnotic eyes. But it doesn’t just stop there. Oh, no. You want to know his touch, his embrace, his everything. I can see it. I can feel it.”
Wayhem blushed. “N-no. No! I don’t want all of that. Well, maybe a little, but… he’s just… just a friend.”
“Aww, poor thing. Why deny yourself when you could have so much more? Especially when he needs your help.”
            “He… he needs me?”
“Oh, yes. Adrien has lost his way as he chases that which is lost to him. Would you not want to help save him from himself? Would you not want to show him something better? Something newer?”
“I… I suppose? And you could help me with that?”
The imitation Adrien smirked and held out its hand. A belt chain materialized in its palm.
            “What’s that?”
“A special jewel. With it, a covenant is forged, and a bargain made. Will you accept?”
Wayhem considered, then took the belt chain and put it on.
            “Good. Shall we get started?”
“Uh, how do we get started?”
“Simple. You need only utter the phrase, ‘Libidine, lust.’ Only then will everything be sealed and I yours to use as you wish.”
Wayhem hesitated. “I… are you sure this will help Adrien?”
“Of course. I wouldn’t have any reason to lie to you.”
            Wayhem gulped. “Alright. Libidine, lust.”
~~
Su-Han stopped to rest. He and the remaining Guardians were almost back to Paris. He hoped that they were not too late and they would be able to assist in stopping Hawkmoth. He lamented his missed opportunity when Hawkmoth, or rather Shadowmoth, seized all the miraculous from the temple while he was away. He would be sure to set things right this time. It was his duty as the Celestial Guardian.
“Your guardianship means nothing anymore, old man,” a man’s voice hissed.
Su-Han jumped to his feet. “Who’s there? Show yourself, coward!”
A moment passed before a purple demon kwami materialized.
“What the-? What kwami are you? Why are you roaming freely? Who was your Guardian?”
Superbia laughed. “I belonged to no one. Your precious Mage felt it too dangerous to allow me and my fellow sins, and even loathsome virtues, to be created. At least, not without figuring out how to tamper with what we are.”
“If that is all true, then how do you exist now?”
“Why, because of Velze. Dear Daddy was brought back. He stripped all mortals of their dominion over us kwamis while giving all kwamis a physical form to inhabit.”
            “What? You lie!”
“Lying is for the weak, and I am not weak. Everything I say is true. Anything that you once were is a mere memory. You are nothing. Even those teens could beat your sorry butts now. Granted, they all have our favored siblings. Shame. Daddy wasn’t supposed to have any favorites, but we know better.”
            “But… what about Hawkmoth?”
“Oh, handled almost a year ago. See, you took too long and left everything to a bunch of teenagers that allowed your powers and rights to be stripped away. Now all kwamis are free to roam around and cause all sorts of mayhem as they please. Including little Plagg. My, I wonder what he’d get up to first now that he can use his powers without consequence.”
Su-Han’s jaw dropped. “What? They didn’t! They wouldn’t!”
“Oh, but they did. All kwamis are free and you have nothing. Now the world will fall to ruin and there’s nothing you can do about it. Unless.”
            “Unless what?”
Superbia’s eyes lit up. “Let’s make a deal. You can become my holder, and you’d get access to the greatest of all powers.”
“But… a Guardian is never meant to use a miraculous,” Su-Han argued.
Superbia shrugged. “Suit yourself. I’m sure the others will understand.”
            “What others?”
Superbia didn’t answer, but clapped their hands. Su-Han watched as the remaining four Guardians emerged from the shadow, transformed into demons.
“What did you do to them?” Su-Han demanded.
“I didn’t do anything. They made the choice. They choose power and a return to the true order. You can join them. You can gain the power of a kwami and return everything to how it is meant to be. That is, if you’re not scared.”
            Su-Han considered. “This is wrong.”
“Oh, please. You mortals have such polarizing views. There is no true right or wrong. You allow such ideas to keep you from doing what you feel is good. So, what do you feel is good, Celestial Guardian?”
“I… I want to keep Order. That is my job.”
“Then what do you feel you should do?”
Su-Han reconsidered. “Where is your jewel?”
Superbia held out his hand as a pair of earrings materialized. Su-Han took a deep breath and put them on.
“What is your phrase to transform?”
“Utter the phrase, ‘Superbia, Pride,’ and this covenant will be sealed.”
            “Superbia, Pride.”

Fanfiction Prompt
Post Monarch defeat, all the Miraculous are recovered (except possibly the Peacock with Felix), the heroes daily grind switches from fighting Akumas to fighting rogue holders who begin to come out of the woodwork. After all, the core of the Guardian order was missing for over 170 years, and many of the Miraculous that weren't in the temple when the disaster happened have gone through multiple hands in the meantime. Su-han serves as a light mentor, compiling a list of the currently missing miraculouses. This is all well and good, until the day the Emperor Penguin Miraculous appears. Su-Han: Oh, oh no... This... This cannot BE! Ladybug: What? What's wrong, we defeated him and recovered the miraculous, what's wrong? Chat Noir: Yeah, what's the problem? Su-Han: You don't understand. There ISN'T an Emperor Penguin Miraculous! Chat Noir: Uh, Yeah there is, I'm holding it! Su-Han: Yes, but there WASN'T one before! The Magus never made one. I, I doubt he even knew about Penguins. Ladybug: So, what, someone made a new miraculous? Su-Han: I can think of no other possiblity. And that is VERY worrying. Because even WE don't know how to make Miraculouses. The Magus never taught any of his disciples the secret...

Wang Fu and Su-Han Xu Redesign
Tumblr media
I really didn't change much with Fu, the main this was the design of his shirt (now having blue) and his camouflaged Miraculous matching it
Tumblr media
Because they had to hide who they were, Su-Han and Wang had to dress in a way to keep themselves hidden from the public (this is expanded upon in the story) so I gave Su-Han a simple black hoodie and gray sweatpants as he's not the type of person to go all out

After Happily Ever After
He always knew it would be a bad idea. Even when she was Ladybug. He first saw her on a screen on Tim’s laptop. Gorgeous blue eyes. Freckled skin like chocolate chips on a cake. A deep commanding look on her face, which he usually saw on the faces of seasoned heroes like Batman or Superman or Wonder Woman. She looked around his physical age. Not that it was a true measuring unit. He'd been around for a couple of years and still looked 18. Yeah, but the first thing that came into his mind when he saw her was the word ‘pretty’. More specifically, that she looked pretty.
But he never had an opportunity to directly talk to her. Wonder Woman, Zatana and John were in charge of the communication from the Parisian heroes and the Bats were only backing up as detectives, aiming to find her villain. He first had the opportunity to meet her when she first stepped into the tower as ‘Lady Miracle’, finally defeating her villain.
They were all standing around in the watchtower as she and Wonder Woman walked in. His surprise must have shown on his face because Rob was trying to elbow him in his gut to get his mouth closed and Clark and Jon were smirking at him.
Wonder Woman gave them a quick review of the situation in France and then the main founders left for their meeting while the ‘sidekicks’ hung around as so helpfully said by Green Lantern(Hal- the git). The younger school-going superheroes were also sent back. Yeah, but it gave the young heroes a perfect opportunity to chat with Lady Miracle. Which Bart helpfully emphasized by running up to her first.
“Hey, what's up? How are you doing?” Bart said, shaking her hand. Classic speedster style.
If Lady Miracle was shocked by it, she didn't let it show on her face. “Yeah, I'm doing good. Defeated my villain and all. Finally my schedule was cleaned up a bit.”
And of course, that had to catch Nightwing’s attention. “You mean to tell me that you didn't drop out of school?”
“Why would I?” Lady Miracle asked.
“So how did you take care of the akuma-ta-ta?” Bart asked.
“First of all, it's Akuma. Come on, say it with me a–”
“A–” Repeated Bart.
“Ku–ma”
“Ku-maai”
“Close enough.” Lady Miracle said with a smile.
“Anyway, getting back to the topic.” Red Robin said. “How the hell did you manage that?”
“I made up excuses like– ‘Miss, I wanna go to the bathroom.’ or ‘I need to help my parents out at the–their business’ or something.” Lady Miracle said, shrugging her shoulders.
“So you mean to say your parents know?” Nightwing asked.
“WHAT? No. They don't know. Hopefully they'll never find out.”
“But why not?” Superboy(elder) asked.
“I really don't like talking about it, sorry.”
“No problem.” Superboy answered before one of the detective boys could jump in and insist on an answer.
“We all have something we don't want to talk about, right Red?” He said, giving the boy in question a pointed glare.
“Yeah, right. Totally.”
This was a bad idea. He had a sinking feeling he would be back on that question the moment he got the chance. But there was a really pretty lady in front of her and maybe he would not get a chance to ask her out later on, so-he-probably- shoulddoitnow. Why on Earth was he rambling? He was supposed to be the smoothest talker in his team for God's sake! He stopped as he felt a touch on his forearm. He lived up to see Lady Miracle smiling at him curiously.
“You were rambling.”
He gulped. Quite visibly. This fact was verified by the snickers from his team. Whole herd of betrayers, that lot.
“Are you fine?” Lady Miracle asked.
“Sure. Why wouldn’t I be?” He replied, trying desperately to gain some swagger back.
She certainly let go of his arm as she heard the door open. More specifically the meeting door. “Let’s go see my new room.” She said, slightly tilting her head over the door where all the senior founder members were coming out of.
“Wait a minute, You're joining Young Justice?” Superboy asked, looking down at her and confusion.
“Yeah, didn't you hear, Wonder Woman? Wonder Woman is supposed to take me to the Young Justice headquarters.”
Apparently his lack of awareness was too much for his so-called teammates (Betrayers, as he had previously established) because those goons burst out LAUGHING.
“Ah, I've never seen Kon so FLUSTERED in my life.” Red said, trying to get his laughs under control, pretending to wipe a fake tear. Dude wore domino masks! And his (Robin’s) life was about to get VERY short.
“Ohh I'm gonna enjoy having you around.” Cassie said, lightly patting Lady Miracle’s arm.
The meeting got over and they were all on their way to the Young Justice cave. Correction Batman, Wonder Woman, Lady Miracle and the Young Justice were on their way to the Cave.
Although it wasn't clear enough from Lady Miracle’s face, it was easy enough to tell that she was excited. No, excited wasn’t the word. Terrified? Yeah, that was closer. And to be fair, they were the upcoming heroes who were eventually gonna be the new Justice League. That makes them sound like rich kids ‘heirs to huge empires’ club. Whatever.
Jon’s mind was distracted. Will she date him? She was very pretty smart, and he was pretty sure many heroes would try to ask her out. Not that he owned her, but he really really wanted to date her. He tried to ease his mind as he heard Lady Miracle’s gasp as she first saw the cave.
And the days flew by.
Surprisingly, Lady Miracle, fit right in with Red Robin and Superboy. They were all around the same age group. She and Red Robin, specially bonded over coming up with ridiculous ideas during battles. It didn’t help that her superpower only spurred them on. Stupid polka-doted stuff that made everything more risky. They would come up with ridiculous angles and what not to take down simple villains! Too bad, he loves them. He did, because those mini-heart attacks were never easy on the kryptonian.
I won’t bore you with the fluffy details. This story isn’t about that. The story isn’t about the happily ever after. It’s about what comes after the happily ever after.
So let’s turn up the speed of the story.
Lady Miracle and Red Robin went on a couple of dates, but they decided they were better off as friends. Sometimes, when people have too much in common, it doesn’t fit right. After that Kon finally picked up the courage to ask her out, and it was a whirlwind from there. Happy days, passionate nights (or days, depending on their mood). Meeting the parents. Well Connor’s parents. Lady Miracle’s parents, as she told them, didn’t believe her, and they had a fall out. Something personal she said and they dropped it. Meeting Martha and Jonathan. Meeting Jon. Meeting Lex, Clark and Lois. Her revealing her identity. Her story. Kon getting down on one knee. Both of them, laughing in their wedding pictures. Marinette with their baby boy in her arms. Jon and Tim’s awed faces as they finally held baby Andrew. Tim crying as Kon and Marinette asked him to be the Godfather. It all flew by in a whirlwind.
Their are happily ever after.
Wise men say that there is a definite point, a decision that turns one fates’ around.
And to understand that point, you need to look at the line before and after it.
So, let’s start at normal speed. A few hours before they are happily ever after ended.

Su-Han is a glorified civilian, despite his attempts at critiquing our heroes.
In Season 4 of Miraculous: The Tales Of Ladybug And Chat Noir, we got introduced to Grand Master Su-Han, the "Celestial Guardian of the Mother Box" as he puts it.
This guy is a Big Deal.
Or rather, he should be.
See, the problem is that outside of a few instances, Su-Han largely does nothing but stand on the sidelines and tell our heroes (mostly Marinette) that they suck.
And yet, for all he complains about "you don't know each other's identities" and "you're children" and "you lost all the Miraculous" and so on, he never really tries to help?
His complaints have some merit to them, don't get me wrong, but he staunchly refuses to do anything to assist in improving these things. He tells them their failures, but doesn't do so much as explain how they can be better going forward.
Don't like that the heroes are kids? Either join the fight or get some backup from the Order.
Don't like that they don't know each other's identities? Well, the reason for that is the mind controlling supervillain, so tell them how to shield their minds or whatever first.
Don't like that Ladybug lost all the Miraculous? Then how about you do something to help recover them?!
He teaches Luka Mira Kung-Fu (fuck I hate that name), so maybe that'll come around to something in Season 6.
But by and large, Su-Han's role in the story is "glorified civilian". He rarely contributes anything more than vaguely being an authority figure that disapproves of the way our heroes do things, despite offering no alternatives outside of ultimatums.
So, even when he's largely right about our heroes' shortcomings, why should we care? If he's not going to put in the effort to do more than stand around and glare, why should we give his critiques any value?

Miraculous Ladybug: No More Heroes - Chapter 35
A Matter of Trust - Summary:
Chloe and Nino struggle with their training in the past, whilst Gabriel makes a new friend in the present.
"Gabriel, be honest. It wasn't Emilie's death that made you a villain, it wasn't the world, and it wasn't the miraculous. It was always you - You were a villain long before you created Hawkmoth." Three years after his death, Gabriel Agreste awakens to a Paris ruled by akumas. He has no idea how he's alive, he has no idea what happened to Paris, all he knows it that he was the one who allowed this to happen. Hunted by the ghosts of his past, with no miraculous to protect him, and his greatest enemy now his only ally, Gabriel must brave this nightmare with Marinette Dupain-Cheng and make a choice: To become the villain he knows he is, or to find a way to become the father he failed to be.

Characters that deserved better from the writers part 2, because this show really robbed a lot of them.
From Chloé and Zoé not being allowed to form a bond, grow together and stand up to Audrey, to Zoé’s throw-away and rushed introduction in general.
Luka was introduced as nothing more that the third wheel, dropped, and later turned into yet other mindless shipper of Adrien and Marinette (no hate to the ship btw). He has no personality, and seeing his backstory, it’s really a shame they didn’t develop him further.
And finally to Su-Han, a Master of the miraculous, with over two centuries of training, who instead of becoming Marinette’s new teacher, was insulted and degraded by the writers and made into a pathetic wimp, groveling in front of a holder with less than a year of experience.

Suhan was done dirty. They can’t differentiate between character flaws and Order’s flaws and end up mixing the two due to Suhan’s incompetent yet competent portrayal. Some flaws Suhan has is tied to the order even when they don’t make sense like with the Akuma training thing. They don’t even acknowledge that the situation IS rather dire and that Suhan CAN help bring a sense of mental stability to Mari’s suffering through some training because they don’t wanna admit Fu was flawed in his ways.
The show really wants to let the audience know that the Order was very flawed, but we never get any indication that they methods were actually wrong since it was Fu breaking the rules that led to their downfall. Even with Su-Han, they make it out like it was just him that was the problem with the Order, given how strict he is about the rules Fu himself never followed.
I don't get what the point of Su-Han is if he doesn't become another mentor for Marinette or an antagonist with his own goals, because he's just so underutilized in this show.

Wait, seriously? Su Han's been teaching Penny and Jagged? Well, at least he's been making himself useful.

Note
Hi! I hope I'm not repeating already answered question but if you don't mind, I'd like to ask your opinion about Luka, Jagged and Penny now trained under Su Han. Many people said "It make senses because Luka know lb and CN identity" but I don't think it make senses because Jagged and Penny doesn't??
If people think the reason CN can't be in the last battle because he's too emotional and can be akumatized, then wouldn't it make more senses for him to be the one trained by Su Han?
My opinion is that it makes literally no sense and came out of nowhere, and Su-Han is a tragically wasted character. There was literally no foreshadowing or build-up to Luka learning from Su-Han, and even less so for his deadbeat father and the lady who's somehow in love with him. I'll admit I liked the scene where Fang beats up a bunch of people, but it was just so jarring and out of nowhere. It would have made more sense if Luka had, like, any sort of prior interaction with Su-Han outside of just standing there when he and Ladybug were beefing.
And Su-Han is such a wasted character. We could have learnt more about the lore of the Guardians that the show started to explore and then promptly dropped. We could have had him mentor Ladybug and Chat Noir and help them develop more powers or something, but he just ended up being comic relief and a punching bag for Ladybug so that we could see how awesome and amazing she was as Guardian. I'll never get over how Su-Han ended up apologizing to Ladybug for not helping her after she chewed him out for being angry over something he had every right to be angry about. And this is all after she told him she could handle it herself.
And about Su-Han training Adrien, it would have made perfect sense. If Adrien's "flaw" is that he'll get akumatized, why not let the person who has an anti-akumatization technique mentor him? I'll tell you why, it's because the akumatization excuse is just a way to get Adrien out of the picture so that Marinette doesn't have to share the spotlight. And it's also because Adrien doesn't get to have anything that isn't somehow connected to Marinette, and Su-Han is not Marinette's mentor so he can't be Adrien's either. It's just so bad.
Thank you for your ask!

Tales of Bloody Bug and Chat Noir - Chapter 54 - A Step Back
Beginning || Previous || Next
SEASON THREE FINALE!!
Sunlight streamed into Alix’s room onto her face. Her eyes fluttered open as she found herself sandwiched between Felix and Adrien once again. She growled as she crawled out of Felix’s arms and pushed Adrien onto the floor. Adrien yelped as she walked around her room.
“Do you need to do that every morning?” Adrien asked.
“Until you sleep in your own room, yes.”
Adrien opened his mouth when his eyes darted to the window. Alix raised a brow and glanced out it to see a blue feather. They glanced at each other as the feather danced around in place.
            “Mayura,” Adrien growled.
Alix snorted and opened the window. Adrien reached out as the feather came in and formed into Nathalie.
“Too good to come yourself for once?” Alix asked.
            “Excuse me?” Adrien asked.
“Don’t worry about it. What do you want?”
“We have a visitor to our fair city,” Nathalie announced.
“Visitor? You mean the Order is here? But it hasn’t been two months just yet,” Adrien protested.
“Why are you telling us this? What do you want?” Alix demanded.
Nathalie smirked. “Your cooperation, and your earrings.”
            “Excuse me?” Alix asked.
“I have a little plan, but need a couple more things. One of which is your earrings.”
“Hell no. What reason would I have to trust you with them? Especially since Hawkmoth was actively trying to steal my earrings and Adrien’s ring?”
“It’s not a matter of trust, little bug. This is a matter of accomplishing similar goals. Unless you truly think this Order of yours is a good thing.”
“I… fuck, I don’t know, but I’m not trusting you with my earrings.”
Nathalie shrugged. “Fine, just be prepared to handle this on your own then.”
            “What do you-!” Alix yelled.
Nathalie’s body dissipated back to the feather as it left. Alix frowned while Adrien fidgeted.
“This isn’t good. What are we going to do?” Adrien asked.
Alix sighed. “I suppose let the old man know. After that, I’m not sure.”
“Should we go together? Preferably now?”
            “Might as well. Let’s go.”
Adrien and Alix transformed and headed out. They arrived at Wang Fu’s massage parlor. They walked up to his usual room to find the door slightly open. They exchanged glances before they crouched and peeked inside. Their eyes widened as they saw Wang Fu with a tall, muscular man in monk clothes with crazy eyebrows and bald.
“Su-Han, please, I assure you, this was all necessary. We had a terrible threat to deal with and I had to trust the jewels to someone,” Wang Fu said.
“And what was this threat that you needed to give out the entire mother box?” Su-Han demanded.
Wang Fu hesitated. “Well, that initial threat had passed, but gave way to another. A woman with a stolen miraculous. Well, not stolen, but a lost miraculous.”
“You lost one of the miraculous? And you think to call yourself a Guardian? You’re a disgrace to the Order, but that came long ago when you doomed us all to the belly of a monster!”
Wang Fu flinched. “I… I was young! Can you really blame me for a single lapse in judgement?”
“A single? All I see is a mistake and stain on the Order. A mistake we should have discarded years ago. First you fail your final test. Second, you steal the mother box as you doomed us all. Third, you give away every miraculous in that box for no good reason. Lastly, you dare to parade around with a miraculous on your person. A Guardian should only ever wear one in times of crisis, but I don’t see that here.”
“N-no! You must understand, this woman, Mayura, she-!”
“Enough! I’m done listening to your excuses. I’m going to collect the miraculous and return them to the temple. Starting with that one.”
Bloody Bug sucked in a breath and charged in. She rushed and kicked Su-Han in the side. He grunted and staggered, but retained his balance. Fear washed over her as he turned and glared down at her.
“This is who you dared trust the most dangerous of the kwamis with? You’re more of a fool than I thought, Wang Fu,” Su-Han hissed.
“Get out of here, now!” Wang Fu yelled.
            “But-!” Bloody Bug protested.
Chat Noir ran in and scooped up Bloody Bug before he jumped out the window. Bloody Bug gasped as she looked back to see Su-Han in the window frame with a green glint around his wrist.
“Fuck! He got the turtle! We have to go back! We have to-!” Bloody Bug yelled.
A shadow streaked across the rooftops and snatched Chat Noir and Bloody Bug out of the air. They both sucked in a breath as they found to get their bearings, but everything around them moved too fast to be recognized. They watched in desperation until they arrived atop the Eiffel Tower to see their captor was Mayura.
“What the fuck are you doing?” Bloody Bug demanded.
“Saving your sorry asses. Like a couple of children, you rush in without thinking. Have you no thought of anything?” Mayura scolded.
“Fuck you! I saw an old man getting bullied by some fucking ass stain. Do you honestly expect me to just sit by and do nothing?”
Mayura frowned, then sighed. She dropped them both and stepped up to the railing. Bloody Bug and Chat Noir dusted themselves off as they stood.
“What do we do now? It’ll be a matter of moments before that Su-Han person comes here,” Chat Noir remarked.
“We need a plan. Hey, bird, you’ve been waiting for this moment. What do you have up your sleeve?” Bloody Bug asked.
“Are you finally ready to listen to reason?” Mayura asked.
“Fuck you and your reason. I just want to see that man taken care of.”
            “To what end, I wonder.”
Bloody Bug narrowed her eyes. “What do you want?”
“I already told you: your earrings. And, little kitty, I’m chasing in a favor. Give me your ring.”
“I’m sorry, what?” Bloody Bug yelled.
Chat Noir flinched. “I, uh, made a deal with Mayura to find Kagami for Llamrei.”
“Of all that, fuck! Why? Before we do anything, why? Why are you doing all this? Why do you need our miraculouses?”
Mayura didn’t answer as she put on the goat clips and the butterfly brooch. Bloody Bug’s eyes narrowed as Mayura pulled out a fancy, hi-tech stencil tool.
            “Kitten, your ring,” Mayura ordered.
Chat Noir hesitated as he looked at Bloody Bug. Bloody Bug considered, then sighed and nodded. He gulped and handed his ring to Mayura. Mayura snatched it and held it just so as she lifted the tool to the ring. They watched as Mayura hit specific points inside the band of the ring that caused it to light up. Mayura worked with points until the ring flashed and Plagg popped out of the ring. His body quivered and glitched before he settled.
Adrien reached out and scooped up Plagg. “Are you alright?”
“Ow, my head! Why’d you do that?” Plagg demanded.
Mayura slipped the ring on. “This only works if you’re free. Now, the earrings.”
“Free? Free from what?” Plagg asked.
“Look to your own memories, cat. Or rather, allow me to free Tikki and she can tell you. The earrings, quickly.”
Bloody Bug hesitated before she took off the earrings and handed them to Mayura. Mayura raised the tool as Su-Han arrived. His eyes met with Mayura’s as he attacked her. She sneered and dodged his attacks. Alix grabbed Adrien and pulled him down the stairs away from the fight.
“What do we do?” Adrien asked.
Alix wracked her brain for an idea when she had a revelation. She felt her pockets and pulled out the pocket watch. Adrien’s eyes widened as he nodded. She nodded back and held up the watch.
            “Fluff, clockwise!”
A moment passed before a white light zipped into the watch. Alix’s clothes transformed into a dark, blood red jacket, red crop top with a swirling clock design, dark red-grey short shorts, dark, blood red fingerless gloves layered on top of red gloves, red knee-high stockings, dark red and grey rabbit-themed sneakers, dark red rabbit ears, and a cotton tail. She slipped the watch into the front pocket of her shorts.
“What’s the plan, Bug?” Adrien asked.
“Call me Blood Bun. We’re going to give Mayura some time.”
“Should we? We don’t what she’s got planned.”
“No, but this is our chance to find out. Let’s go.”
Blood Bun ran up to the platform. She watched Mayura dance around while Su-Han attacked her. She watched them until she saw the perfect opportunity. She opened a portal to the Burrow as Su-Han lunged at Mayura. He yelled out as he fell into it, and she closed the portal behind him. Mayura let out a breath and worked on the earrings.
“Thank you for that. He was annoying me,” Mayura remarked.
“Consider this favor for a favor. Tell me what you aim to accomplish,” Blood Bun demanded.
Mayura paused, then chuckled. “Well, when you put it that way, I suppose I should pay my debts forward. Very well, little ember, in very plain and simple terms, I intend to correct an ancient wrong performed by the Mage himself, and later, the Order.”
“What did they do that needs to be corrected?”
Mayura smirked as she chuckled. She ignored the question as she finished tinkering with Tikki’s earrings. They watched as Tikki popped out and her body glitched like Plagg’s before it settled.
“Tikki, are you ok?” Blood Bun asked.
“I… what did you do?” Tikki asked Mayura.
“I’m sure you remember by now,” Mayura remarked as she put on the earrings.
            “Tikki?” Blood Bun said.
“I… I’m starting to remember everything. The Order, the Mage… Father.”
            “Father? I don’t-.”
“Another time, little ember. Bring the Enforcer back out,” Mayura instructed.
“Wait! If we do that, there will be a massive fight that’ll draw the other heroes here. We can’t put them in danger!” Adrien yelled.
“Fuck. We can’t allow that,” Blood Bun commented.
“Who cares? Let him out!” Mayura ordered.
“No. Not unless you can keep our team busy and away from Su-Han, otherwise he can stay in that Burrow.”
Mayura narrowed her eyes. “I will under one condition.”
“Really? Who are you to make demands when you already want that man let out of the perfect containment.”
“Is it truly perfect? What happens if another little bunny finds their way home to the burrow? What happens then?” Mayura pressed.
“How do you… how do you know about that?” Blood Bun demanded.
“Listen to my condition and you shall find out.”
“Fine, I’ll humor you. What’s the condition?”
“Step back to a time long lost to utter destruction. A time whose fragments are buried under the ruins of our current world. You want answers and so do I, and the past is the only place we’ll find it. Do this for both of us and I’ll ensure your little team is kept as far from this fight as possible.”
“But you’ll never find it, not with Fluff as she is. The Order made sure of it,” Tikki said.
“Fine. Give me the watch and I’ll remove the Order’s limitations on her too,” Mayura commented.
Blood Bun hesitated. “I… I’m not sure. Is… is this even safe? What are we even looking for?”
Tikki considered and looked at Mayura. “You’re looking for information about Father, aren’t you?”
“Yes, little ladybug. Answers I can’t get from you all. Answers I can only get from the past. Answers I passed up on until this moment. Do this for us, little ember, and make all this worth it. All the years I’ve spent researching, and your mother’s hope and investment in me. Let it all come to fruition. Don’t you want to make her proud?”
Blood Bun’s breath caught. Fear of disappointment tore through her as the memory of her mother’s disappointed face rushed forward. Bile rose and caught in her throat. She looked to Adrien with a dark desperation in her eyes. Adrien grimaced, sighed, and nodded. She nodded slowly as she shakily took the pocket watch out and handed it to Mayura. Mayura fiddled with the watch as she removed the limitations put on it by the Order. Fluff popped out of the watch, her body glitched, and then stabilized.
“Woah! Been a while since I felt like that! Or did I always feel like that? Has nothing changed? Or has everything changed?” Fluff rambled.
“There. Do we have an accord?” Mayura asked.
Alix took the watch and nodded. Mayura returned the nod and opened her fan. She slammed it into the tower as dark lights streaked out from it. Alix and Adrien watched as dark, shadowy versions of Carapace, Lady Tigress, and Kagami formed. Alix grimaced as Mayura approached her.
“Now, let’s complete the team, shall we?”
Alix’s jaw dropped as she stared into one of the eyes on the fan. Her vision blurred from the dark purple-blue light before it blinded her. She gasped as the darkness faded and she staggered back. She took several deep, frantic breaths as Mayura moved onto Adrien. She gasped and reached out as an orb shot out of Adrien and into the fan.
“What did you do? What did you steal from us?” Alix demanded.
“Only the strongest emotions you bother harbor. Don’t worry, I promise that you’ll both feel much better once they are gone for good,” Mayura cooed.
Alix opened her mouth as shadowy versions of Bloody Bug and Chat Noir manifested with the others. She grimaced as Mayura gave a silent order and the sentis left.
“I held up my end of the bargain. Now, release the fool,” Mayura ordered.
Alix sighed and transformed into Blood Bun. She grabbed Adrien and stepped onto the opposite side of the platform. She opened a portal and waited as Su-Han emerged, transformed with the turtle. She held on tight to Adrien as she leapt into the Burrow with him. She released him as she closed the portal behind her. They both collapsed and took several deep breaths.
“That… that was unpleasant,” Adrien breathed.
“Are you ok?” Blood Bun asked.
“I… I don’t know. I don’t even know what she took from me.”
“I… I don’t either. But… but that can wait. We need to look for whatever we need to.”
“How? We don’t really know what to look for. Not when Mayura was as cryptic.”
Blood Bun grimaced when she felt her ears twitch. She furrowed her brows as she listened to the sounds of the Burrow. She listened to all of time around her as she noticed a pattern to the sounds. There was a blend of radio, distorted voices along with robotic, distorted voices. She bounced around the Burrow as she deciphered where the voices belonged to. She found the radio voices lead to gates into the past while the robotic lead to the future.
Blood Bun returned to the center and listened. She blocked out the robotic voices as she focused on the radio ones. Her ears twitched and turned as new voices came in until she picked up one that was robotic and radio with a static distortion over it. She closed her eyes and focused on the bizarre mixture. She followed it as it got louder and louder until it was deafening. She opened her eyes to find herself in front of a blurred, static gate. She placed a hand on it, hoping it would clear up, but the static remained.
“This is it,” Blood Bun announced.
            “Are we sure?”
“No, but it seems right. No other gate seems to have this. Not from what I can hear.”
“There’s no telling where this leads though?”
“No, not until we go through it.”
“Then we’re doing this? We’re really going to do what Mayura tells us to? What if it’s a trap?”
“Then it’s one hell of a trap, but I’m done with these games. I’m tired of not knowing. I want answers.”
“Answers, or to not disappoint the dead?”
            Blood Bun froze.
“Seriously, Bug, don’t tell me this is all for someone who is long and gone.”
Blood Bun considered before she looked at Adrien. “It is in their memory. For her, I’ll find the truth. For myself, I’ll get answers. For our team, I will get to the bottom of this. What about you?”
“You really think we’ll get answers from this?”
“I can only hope. Shall we?”
            “Together?”
Blood Bun held out her hand with a smile. “Together.”
Adrien smiled and took her hand. “Let’s hop to it then.”
Blood Bun gently nudged Adrien before they stepped through the gateway.
