Brain is empty of all thoughts entirely. Just white noise. Static. Empty.

#eds posting #mol.txt #essentially i have pain meds for my ankle #which do work for pain!#but also make me fucking stupid like brain dead #and make me congested as fuck #i haven't taken them for a few days and still my nose is SO stuffed #just had to let the shower run on hot and create a fake sauna in my bathroom to try and help #but my sinuses are still SO angry like i can breathe now but holy fuck #literally one side effect is DISCOURAGEMENT like i don't need help with that lmao! i have adhd etc #i just want to nap a little and then shower and also make noodles #sesame noodles save me. save me sesame noodles !#actually i might need to get some tahini but #i only slept for like. four hours i need the nap #anyway. at least there's a habs game tonight!!!!!!!

it should be illegal to wake up with a headache id you didn't have one when you went to sleep

#maybe yesterday WAS prodrome...#then again i also woke up in my wintertime classic: cold sweats #and the stuffed up nostril that i had in my dream was also stuffed up when i woke up #which is on the same side as the headache #but as ever it's impossible to tell which came first in these situations. do i have a headache bc my sinuses are blocked?#or are my sinuses feeling pressure because i have a headache??

everybody ive ever told abt my thing that toothpaste does to me sometimes has been like ?? maybe i should see a doctor

my sinuses are extremely clogged and painful, my face hurts a whole bunch but the worst part is the area around my gums where i had one of my wisdom teeth out a year ago is so sensitive and hurts so bad i can barely move my face, and when i blow my nose or sniffle i get a sharp pain in my wisdom tooth hole, just that one

#last year when i woke up from the surgery they told me theyd damaged my sinuses when taking out that tooth #like i woke up with a bloody tissue stuffed up my nose #and they said basically dont blow your nose for a week and it'll heal #and it did. but this is the first time ive been sick since then and this is just really fucked up idk #this is not normallll #gonna see a doctor? i guess? since its too hard to go to the surgeon where i had the teeth extracted #i know i had a complicated extraction with a lot of complications but anyone else had this?#if u think u need ur wisdom teeth out pls do it before 27

I've had an awful headache for like 6 straight months that won't go away no matter what I do and it is in fact slowly whittling away at my will to live along with the everything else wrong with me that i cannot afford to deal with and so just have to try and shrug off forever. hell country

#vent #personal #i did go to the dr and at first my sinuses were super stuffed. so she gave me antibiotics and such #which actually did help for about two days.#now my sinuses are not full but my head is in fact still killing me and we don't know why ¯\_(ツ)_/¯#im worried its my neck just not being strong enough to support my stupid head but you know what I can't afford? PHYSICAL THERAPY 🥳#and we just got switched over to UHC. which is so great and fun and cool and freaking me out but i can't actually say anything about that 🙃#cant even sleep properly because my head hurts. the hallucinations are slowly coming back. sigh #im going to jump in front of a fucking train 😃

NOT me on the piano but I did come up with the harmonies. Older version with bad audio quality but all the harmonies. I had to do them in basically one take each because this was before my parathyroid surgery and I would get really sick sitting up that long. You can hear my voice cracking really bad on the higher notes and I messed up the lyrics in a few spots. (APPARENTLY I can't share private links anymore?? Whatever. Here's this again for everyone who heard in when I first posted it years ago.)

#I also couldn't warm up at all #because this was back when any time I used my voice it caused my sinuses to swell really bad #and clog my nose entirely until I couldn't really sing #by the time I would warm up it'd be too stuffed to sing #tbh that still happens now just not as bad
