Studying in real life

Inspired by this post by the amazing @universi-tea, I took a photo of my desk this morning while I was studying. It’s nothing to write home about, but it’s the reality. Sometimes (a lot of the times) studying is not glamorous, perfect and something you want to share with the world. Sometimes, it’s working so much on so many things all at once while going to school, work and trying to have a life, that you don’t have the energy or motivation to make everything look pretty. 

And that’s okay.

Heyo! This is Alpha and Theta and we’re classmates who decided that maybe starting a studyblr would be a wonderful way to get grades and satisfy our creative cravings (since we have absolutely no time!). Okay, so the time has finally come. This is my first original post :) cramming some Italian vocab in the middle of summer yaay~ I've been hiding in the background, following the studyblr community for a few years now. This whole tag helped me so much in my uni years that I can't express my gratitude in words, tbh. The reason I decided to finally step up and to post myself is that I am starting my last year of university in September and I have to gear up for my master's application, and this way I am hoping to motivate myself as well as others. A few things about me: My name is Sara, and I'm a 23 year old Hungarian student. I major in English and minor in Hungarian Linguistics and Literature. I lovelovelove reading and I live and breathe music :) My goal is to become a translator and interpreter which is the reason I am studying Italian this summer. I need to take an intermediate level language exam to be able to apply for the master's course :) I am a very extroverted person who likes to make new friends and loves to learn new things about the world. A year back I got hooked on Kdramas, which led me to the world of Kpop and the beauties of the Korean language. After I have my Italian exam my next big goal is to learn to speak Korean as well! :) I also have a second tumblr @saragoeskpop 👸🏼 To be honest I'm not sure that the pictures I'll post will be of the same quality I've seen here (some of you are seriously talented photographers wth) but I've always been the kind to do my own thing regardless.
