i'm trying to strike a balance between complaining and uh... not complaining but it's so hard😭 civil procedure has come back to bite me in the ass. it was my lowest grade in law school and one of the densest/most abstract subjects i've encountered, so i am absolutely terrified and shaking in my boots. i'm staying positive, however, and will not let it crush my spirit !!!

wednesday 8/14

worked on practice problems for tax law, started reading and briefing cases for evidence law, and applied for a few internships for next summer. tomorrow i want to finish up evidence law and i'm also giving my younger sister a tour of her college campus where i graduated from last year. one of my friends might come visit and help with my "tour" too which will be super fun!

Hello again! This was me writing out my timetable into my planner for all the weeks of my first semester, as well as looking up my reading lists ahead of time and saving them to my library account. Tomorrow I will download the ones available online and set up my digital notebooks on Noteshelf for Second Year. Exciting!!

I still have yet to receive my marks from my August exams but I think (fingers crossed) that I have passed the year, so I am looking forward to my new modules this September <3
