Communist History Of V. P. Kamala Harris
This is a really revealing history of of this nation's Vice President and presidential candidate. It is a long article but is necessary because it is so very important for you to know. This editorial is by Major General Higginbotham U.S. Marines (Ret)
This timely editorial that exposes the hidden background of Kamala Harris is from the Combat Veterans for Congress Political Action Committee. It is posted here with permission of the author. CVFC PAC supports the election of US military combat veterans to the US Senate and House of Representatives.
The editorial begins:
Kamala Harris' father was an avowed Marxist professor in the Economics Department at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. Both of Harris' parents were active in the Berkeley based Afro-American Association; Fidel Castro and Che Guevara were the heroes of the Afro-American Association. The group's leader, Donald Warden (aka Khalid al-Mansour), mentored two young Afro-American Association members, Huey Newton and Bobby Seale; they created the Maoist inspired Black Panther Party which gained strong support from Communist China; the Black Panther Party served as the model for creation of the Black Lives Matter Marxist organization Khalid al-Mansour subsequently went on to arrange financing and facilitated for Barack Hussein Obama to be accepted as a student to matriculate at Harvard Law School.
Following her graduation from college, Harris returned to California and subsequently became the mistress of the 60-year-old married Speaker of the California Assembly, Willie Brown, Jr. Brown's political campaigns were supported and funded by Dr. Carlton Goodlett, the owner of The Sun Reporter and several other pro-Communist newspapers. Brown was elected as Mayor of San Francisco, and strongly endorsed Harris' Marxist political philosophy; he guided Harris' political rise in California politics, leading to her election as California's Attorney General. Willie Brown, Jr. is a well-known long-time Communist sympathizer.
Willie Brown, Jr. was initially elected to public office with substantial help of the Communist Party USA. Today, Willie Brown is widely regarded as one of the Chinese Communist Party's best friends in the San Francisco Bay Area. While serving as San Francisco District Attorney, Kamala Harris mentored a young San Francisco Radical Maoist activist, Lateefah Simon, who was a member of the STORM Revolutionary Movement; Simon currently chairs the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Board. Simon has always been close friends with the founder of Black Lives Matter Marxist Domestic Terrorists, Alicia Garza, as well as STORM member and avowed Communist, Van Jones. Harris has been openly and aggressively supporting Black Lives Matter Marxists; Kamala Harris is still closely associated with Maoist Lateefah Simon and Marxist Alicia Garza.
Kamala Harris's sister Maya Harris was a student activist at Stanford University. She was a closely associated with Steve Phillips, one of the leading Marxist-Leninists on campus and a long-time affiliate with the League of Revolutionary Struggle, a pro-Chinese Communist group. Phillips came out of the Left, and in college he studied Marx, Mao, and Lenin, and maintained close associations with fellow Communists. Phillips married into the multi billion dollar Sandler family of the Golden West Savings and Loan Fortune. He funded many leftist political campaigns, and the voter registration drives in the Southern and South Western states in order to help his friend, Barack Hussein Obama, defeat Hillary Clinton.
Phillips has been a major financial sponsor for Kamala Harris's political campaigns for various California elective offices. Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff works for the law firm DLA Piper, which "boasts nearly 30 years of experience in Communist China with over 140 lawyers dedicated to its 'Communist China investment Services' branch. He was just appointed to Professor at Yale to school future lawyers in the fine points of Communism. When she was elected to the US Senate,Kamala Harris appointed a Pro-Communist Senate Chief of Staff, Karine Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre was active with the New York-based Haiti Support Network. The organization worked closely with the pro-Communist China/Communist North Korea Workers World Party and supported Jean-Bertrand Aristide, the far-left Communist former president of Haiti and the radical Lavalas movement.
Fortunately for Harris, but potentially disastrous for the Republic, elected office holders are not subject to the security clearance process. If the FBI did a Background Investigation on Kamala Harris, she never would have passed, because of her 40-year close ties with Marxists, Communists, Maoists, and Communist China. Harris would never have been approved for acceptance to any of the 5 Military Service Academies, been appointed to a U.S. Government Sub-Cabinet position, or would have been approved to fill a sensitive position for a high security defense contractor. Yet, since Joe Biden was elected, Harris could be a heartbeat away from being President. The U.S. constitutional Republic is being threatened by the People's Republic of Communist China (PPC) externally, and by their very active espionage operations within the United States. The People's Republic of Communist China (PPC), with 1.4 billion people, is governed by the 90 million member Chinese Communist Party (CCP), that has been working with Russia to destroy the U.S. Constitutional Republic for over 70 years.
If the American voters read the background information (in Trevor Loudon's article) on Kamala Harris, they would never support her election as Vice President of the United States. Joe Biden is suffering from the early onset of dementia and will continue to decline in cerebral awareness; he will never be able to fill out a four-year term of office. Since Biden was elected, the Socialists, Marxists, and Communist who control Kamala Harris, are planning to enact provisions of the 25th Amendment, in order to remove Joe Biden from office, so Harris can become the first Communist President of the United States. Since Biden was elected, because Biden would not be up to it,
Kamala Harris would lead the effort to appoint very dangerous anti-American Leftist, Communist, Socialists, and Marxists to fill highly sensitive positions in the Washington Deep State Bureaucracy. She would fill all appointive positions in the US Intelligence Agencies, in the Department of Homeland Security, in the Department of Defense, in The Justice Department, the Department of State, the FBI, the CIA, most cabinet positions, the National Security Council, and in the White House Staff. American voters must alert their fellow Americans that Kamala Harris is a very serious National Security threat to the very survival of the US Constitutional Republic; she has been a fellow traveler of Marxists, Communists, Maoists, Socialists, Progressives, and Chinese Communists for over 35 years.
President Trump had much more background information on Kamala Harris than we presented here, and he was correct, when he accused Kamala Harris of being a Communist subverter.
Geoffrey B. Higginbotham Major General, USMC (Ret).
Ernest Rauthschild's Response
Further, Geoffrey B. Higginbotham is standing in front of the foreign corporate British Territorial United States and Vatican Municipal United States BANNER; and not our Autochthonous Preamble Posterity General Government Flag enacted by the General Congress Assembled July 14th, 1777.
None of the "presidents of the United States" in my lifetime have been elected either in accord with Art. 2, Section 1 or Amendment 12 of the United States Constitution. There is no Constitutional provision that allows the Winners of the partisan conventions, who somehow become a candidate the Electoral College Select from, to choose or pick the candidate for Vice' President.
Since Congress has never declared war during Higginbotham tenure and lifetime, his resume is merely that of a foreign corporate Indentured 13th and 14th Amendment White Negro Slave in a foreign corporate Mercenary uniform.

you can prove that your dog is in pain, take a picture of which pills you need to buy for dogs and how much they cost, otherwise I don't believe that your dog is sick
Tumblr media
Listen, I don’t like being accused of stuff like this and it’s rude of you to think that I’m lying. I don’t play around when it comes to my dog. But if you really must know. Here are the medical records:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now I’m not sure what kinda proof you need of her pain but I feel like her not being able to eat solid foods because of a gum disease is pretty painful.
Tumblr media
You wanna see my bank account too? The only reason I was able to take her in was because I had a coupon.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The $36 is for the mandatory rabies vaccine.
Now my finances. Why so low?
Well a few months ago I got fired from a job that didn’t pay well anyways. I had car issues then a medical emergency that had me in the hospital for a bit. I needed a blood transfusion for my severe anemia which was worsened by my anorexia. That along with my body being strained by my anxiety and depression. I was weak and barely able to do anything.
This put me in a situation where I couldn’t pay my rent. It got so bad to the point where I got the 3 day eviction warning.
Tumblr media
There’s some days where I don’t eat and am currently holding off getting my OWN ADHD(which has been newly diagnosed) medication. I made a payment plan with the landlord and although I got a new job, currently, everything I make goes right to the overdue rent. Everything! I held onto some for gas, toilet paper, and some food.
It’s sad because you would think that in the profession I’m in , that I’d make good money. But unfortunately lawyers are cheap when paying their staff and California is just ridiculously expensive as it is!
(Basic summary of what I do)
Oh and did I mention the student loans I have for acquiring a bachelors degree and paralegal studies certificate?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So yeah, I’m in a rough spot and I’m hoping to get back on my feet 100% by January. I don’t do this because I want to.

How Does Debt Work During Divorce
Tumblr media
Divorce can be emotionally and financially challenging, and one aspect that often adds complexity is debt. Understanding how debt works during divorce is crucial for ensuring a fair resolution. In this comprehensive guide, we'll delve into the intricacies of debt division, the role of a San Jose divorce lawyer, and why AffordableandExpressLegal.com is your ideal partner during this difficult time.
Understanding Debt Division in Divorce
Divorce involves the division of assets and liabilities, including debt. In community property states like California, debts acquired during the marriage are typically considered marital debt, regardless of whose name is on the account. This means that both spouses are usually responsible for repaying these debts, regardless of who incurred them.
Types of Debt
Secured Debt: This includes mortgages and car loans, where the debt is secured by the property itself. During divorce, these debts may be assigned to the spouse who will retain ownership of the asset.
Unsecured Debt: Credit card debt, personal loans, and medical bills fall under this category. Courts may divide these debts equitably based on factors such as each spouse's income and financial circumstances.
Joint Debt: Debts jointly acquired by spouses are typically divided equally during divorce, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
The Role of a San Jose Divorce Lawyer
Navigating debt division during divorce can be complex, requiring legal expertise to ensure your rights are protected. A San Jose divorce lawyer specializes in family law and can provide invaluable assistance in the following areas:
Legal Guidance: A skilled attorney will explain your rights and obligations regarding debt division, helping you make informed decisions.
Negotiation: Your lawyer will negotiate with your spouse's legal representation to reach a fair settlement, minimizing conflict and stress.
Court Representation: In cases where an agreement cannot be reached, your lawyer will represent you in court, advocating for your interests before the judge.

Efficiency: With AffordableandExpressLegal.com, you can expect prompt and efficient handling of your case, minimizing delays and expediting the divorce process.
FAQ
Q: What happens to joint credit card debt during divorce?
A: In most cases, joint credit card debt acquired during the marriage is divided equally between spouses. However, if one spouse agrees to take responsibility for the debt, they may need to refinance the account in their name alone.
Q: Will my spouse be responsible for my student loans after divorce?
A: Whether your spouse is responsible for your student loans depends on various factors, including whether the loans were acquired before or during the marriage and the laws of your state. Consulting with a San Jose divorce lawyer can provide clarity on this issue.
Q: Can I be held responsible for my spouse's premarital debt?
A: In community property states like California, pre-marital debts are typically considered separate property. However, if those debts were commingled with marital assets or used for the benefit of the marriage, they may be subject to division during divorce proceedings.
Q: What if my spouse refuses to pay their share of the marital debt?
A: If your spouse refuses to fulfill their obligations regarding marital debt, you may need to seek legal intervention. A San Jose divorce lawyer can assist you in enforcing the terms of your divorce agreement or petitioning the court for a resolution.
Q: How can I protect myself from future liability for joint debts after divorce?
A: One option is to work with your San Jose divorce lawyer to include provisions in your divorce settlement that specify each spouse's responsibility for joint debts and outline consequences for non-compliance. Additionally, closing joint accounts and opening individual accounts can help prevent future liability.
Conclusion
Navigating debt during divorce requires careful consideration and expert guidance. A San Jose divorce lawyer from AffordableandExpressLegal.com can provide the legal support you need to achieve a fair resolution. 2 Owls
“Can I get 2 grape-flavored white owls?” I said sliding a twenty on the counter.
The gas station clerk grabbed two cigars from off the wall behind him and about $17 worth of change out the cash register. I stuffed the change in my jacket pocket and kept the blunts in my hand as I walked back to my BMW with expired plates. I hadn’t driven my car in a while so the gas tank was still practically full. This was one of those mandatory joy rides you had to make on a vintage foreign car because when you don’t drive a car enough and just leave it sitting, all type of stuff start happening to the transmission and what not.
I never drive too far. Just a few miles around Logan Square or Humboldt Park. I’ll usually just let my sister drive and I ride shotgun to stay out of trouble. But my sister was out of town and I needed to get out the house anyway.
I wasn’t good at rolling so I was rolling on the way to pick up Lisa cause I hadn’t seen her since our college days at Northwestern. I would write her English Papers and she would write my Biology papers. She became a nurse. And I became a greedy banker because being a teacher wasn’t going to cut it when I had lawyer fees. She had just moved back to the hood too. But her stint was looking more permanent cause her father got really sick and it honestly just wasn’t looking good for Mr. Reyes. Student loans and medical bills don’t stop. But neither can you. You know?
I pulled up in front of Lisa’s child home apartment on Drake. She popped right out. Lisa is a very attractive woman but it’s like life made her forget it. Kids, abusive baby daddies and life can do that to you. Lisa was hiding her eyes behind huge reading glasses, a northwestern hoodie and Jordan 9’s. It was like she got dressed using whatever I had in my closet. Her pony tail was messy too.
“Hey Los.” Lisa said after pecking my cheek.
“Sup, Lisa.” I said handing her the blunts and the eighth I had just bought. “There’s some cd’s in my glovebox you could use.”
“Damn. Right to the point, huh? No how are you?” Lisa said digging in my glovebox.
“You know I’m pressed for time and I can’t get pulled over.” I replied. “How’s your dad?”
“I don’t want to talk about my dad.” Lisa replied.
Lisa pulled out my copy of The College Dropout and started breaking everything up on the booklet.
“Why you playing V103?” Lisa asked.
“Cause it’s night time and I like to relax at night. Everything ain’t about turning up.”
“I’m not trying to turn up either. But damn. This song old asf.”
The radio was playing “Remind Me” by Patrice Rushen and I did not want to change the station cause I really loved this song. It was literally one of my favorite songs ever.
“What you tryna hear?” I asked.
“You can leave it.” Lisa replied already licking the blunt.
I kept on Armitage until I saw Margie’s Candies and then made a right on Western so we could smoke in Humboldt Park by the Paseo Boriqua signs on California.
Once we parked, we lit the blunt and took several puffs each in silence. We were still as tight as we were in College. Distance and years of no communication couldn’t change that. We were family.
“Why you so quiet, nigga?” Lisa asked.
“You quiet too!” I replied.
“How are you, though?” Lisa asked. “You always checking on me which I appreciate and all. But you gotta start making things more about you, Papa.”
“Here we go.” I replied. “Look, I’m good. Never better.”
“If you say so, Los Cruz.”
“The whole government?” I asked laughing.
“The whole government.” Lisa replied matter-of-factly.
Once the blunt was finished, I opened the sun roof to let in some fresh air. I was taken back by how bright the stars were. And despite being hidden behind clouds, the moon was still visible in a subtle, but still beautiful way.

Martha Fulford, Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Division of Civil Protections and Rights In Fulford’s new role, she will lead a team focused on the areas of fair housing, workers’ protection, and civil rights.  Fulford will also continue to serve as the consumer credit administrator, a position she has held since joining the department in 2019, administering laws related to consumer credit, licensing and regulation of consumer lenders, student loan servicers, debt collectors, and debt settlement providers.  Before joining the Department of Law, Fulford was senior counsel at the National Student Legal Defense Network.  From 2012 to 2018, she served as attorney-advisor at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Washington, D.C. She clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Tucker L. Melançon and for Judge Michael A. Chagares on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Fulford has a B.A. from Yale University and earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. Student Loan Forgiveness Programs by State
Many Americans are worried about the impact of student loan debt, but it’s important to understand that relief options are available, often depending on where you live.
We have compiled a comprehensive list of student loan forgiveness programs that are specific to each state. These programs are designed to assist individuals in managing their student debt, as each state offers distinct programs that can help reduce or eliminate the debt. These programs are usually linked to certain professions or public service obligations, which can be beneficial for those who are struggling with loan repayment.
If you’re a recent graduate or someone who has been dealing with student loans for a while, this list can be very useful. We’ve compiled comprehensive data on what each state has to offer, who’s eligible, and how to apply. Our goal is to provide you with the necessary information and resources to take control of your financial situation.
Understanding the Concept of State-Specific Student Loan Forgiveness
State-specific student loan forgiveness programs are initiatives run by individual state governments to help their residents manage and potentially eliminate their student loan debt.
These programs are separate from federal loan forgiveness programs and are often designed to meet the unique needs and priorities of each state.
For instance, many states offer loan forgiveness programs that are targeted towards specific professions, such as healthcare, education, and law, which are in high demand or underserved in their region.
These programs are often referred to as Loan Repayment Assistance Programs (LRAPs).
Unlike federal forgiveness programs, LRAPs don’t automatically discharge a portion of your loan balance. Instead, they provide funds that you can use towards your student loans, usually in exchange for a commitment to serve in your profession in that state for a certain period.
How State-Level Loan Forgiveness Programs Work
The specifics of how state-level loan forgiveness programs work can vary greatly from one state to another. However, most of these programs have a few common elements.
Firstly, you typically need to be a resident of the state offering the program. Secondly, you usually need to work in a specific field or profession that is eligible for the program. This could include professions such as teachers, nurses, doctors, lawyers, and more.
In many cases, you may also need to commit to working in a specific area of the state, often in a community that is underserved or experiencing a shortage in your profession. The length of this service commitment can vary, but it’s typically a few years.
The amount of loan forgiveness provided can also vary widely, with some programs offering to forgive a set dollar amount, while others may forgive a percentage of your loans. Some states even offer tiered forgiveness amounts that increase with each year of service.
Remember, each state-based program has its own rules and regulations, so it’s important to read the program requirements carefully before applying.

ROSARIO “ROSIE” BUTLER.    32  28.   sometimes i wonder if i should be medicated,  if i would feel better just lightly sedated.  the feeling comes so fast and i cannot control it.   i’m on fire but i’m trying not to show it.
STATS.
GENDER/PRONOUNS:   she/her,  ciswoman
OCCUPATION:  manager at lucky lasso,  housewife,  mother
HOBBIES:  shopping,  manicures,  karaoke,  drinking,  horse-riding,  community event planning, gossiping
NOTABLE FEATURES: contracture scars on her back/chest,  upper arm.   discolouration on the right side of her neck/shoulder/face (no texture change + covered with heavy makeup).  hypertrophic scar on hip.   facial dimples,  shoulder dimples.
FC:  priscilla quintana
TIMELINE.
TWs:  fire, sibling death,  body image, perfectionism.
0-7:  A man in love doesn’t see a woman leaving her husband and child for what she is:   a cycle waiting to happen.   Your mother leaves before you can form words and tell her hi.  She doesn’t tell you bye,  either.   Daddy loves you and your older brother enough for two and works that way,  too.
8:  The homocidal flame that ate their rickedy apartment brought a paycheque with it.   Some of it paid for the grafts and surgeries to fix his daughter’s skin (and the biennial follow-ups),  while the rest made them rich.   You and your father,  that is.  Your brother is dead (and it will never be mentioned again).
9-13:  Oblivious peers count your frequent days-off lucky.   You relish in the false spotlight,   but suffer how consistently bodies grow through childhood;   skin grafting is painful and it never seems to end.  Once, people called you beautiful.
14-18:  Beauty is subjective.  It’s also flexible.  Stuff enough tissue paper down your shirt and you’re the classroom envy.  Hundreds are spent on appearance enhancers and daddy’s got plenty and can’t tell you no.  Ugly duckling doesn’t grow into her beauty;   it is made.  Life at the top is glorious and short-lived. The friends you loved and those you claimed to all promised each other a life-long bond.  You never hear from them again.
19:   Your studies land you outside the state,  because the university of california garnered more envy than the local.  What sounded like a good idea (a teaching degree) just made you loathe sticky hands.  Half through it’s completion,  you meet the man you make yourself love and—
20-23:  —you make your husband.  His lawyer position pays off your unfinished student loan and everything that you learned from it;  you try for children.   Everywhere needs a lawyer and Whiskey Flats is where you raise them.  You live in a two-story home,  not an apartment.   Life is good.
24-28 (31):  Then it’s boring.   One girl was manageable.  Two,  and the depression that comes with it— her,  is insufferable.  By chance,   a friend resorts to you as a fill-in for her understaffed jewelry store.   That desperate measure turns into an unexpected (borderline inappropriate) obsession.   A sense of control is found behind the counter and the conversation never ends.
28 (32):   THE June Watson purchases a store in the center of town.  Even better,  your lucky stars align and she employs you manager.  Working for a beloved,  house-hold name trumps any other piece of information in an introduction:   Rosie Butler,   I work with (for) THE June Watson,  married to a loving husband,  mother of two bright girls.  All those (bitches!) that claimed you peaked in highschool have gone awfully quiet these days.

Tens Of Thousands Of Dollars Hang In The Balance For Student Loan Borrowers Awaiting Supreme Court’s Decision
Joy Morales-Bartlett could finally see an end to her decadeslong student debt by the end of this year.
But her ability to pay it off now rests in the hands of the Supreme Court.
More than 40 million borrowers like Morales-Bartlett were eligible to cancel up to $20,000 in federal student loan debt under President Joe Biden’s one-time student loan forgiveness plan.
With a remaining balance of $19,000, the former University of California, Santa Barbara, student applied to the program as soon as it opened, with high hopes. Morales-Bartlett received an email from the U.S. Department of Education two weeks ago saying her application had been approved.
But instead, her debt and that of roughly 16 million applicants who were also approved may never be forgiven if the Supreme Court sides with lower courts in Republican-led states that blocked the program.
“It’s disheartening,” said Joy Morales-Bartlett, 46, a former teacher from California who has been paying off her $89,000 in student loan debt the last thirty years.
The Biden administration filed a legal brief with the U.S. Supreme Court defending its plan to cancel hundreds of billions of dollars in student debt.
In its arguments to the highest court submitted late Wednesday, lawyers for the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Justice argued that the challenges to the plan were brought by parties that failed to show harm from the policy, which is typically a requirement to establish so-called legal standing.
"We remain confident in our legal authority to adopt this program that will ensure the financial harms caused by the pandemic don't drive borrowers into delinquency and default," U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona said in a statement.
The Supreme Court agreed to take the case on President Joe Biden's student loan forgiveness plan last month, and the justices will hear oral arguments on Feb. 28.
Stay tuned.
