I must say this PoshBox from @Influenster was so much fun! I loved everything in it 💖 I got the @sigmabeauty Aura Powder Blush in Nymphaea and I wasn’t sure that particular one would look good on me, but it is the perfect shade! It gives such a pretty flush of color to the cheeks and it also stayed on all day! 😊 I also got the @sigmabeauty F40 brush, which did a beautiful job applying the Sigma blush. So my lips have been a bit of a mess with taking my meds for#Lupus and have been looking for something to help. I rcvd some samples and a sweet note from @amber_dermalogica_utah and I am so thankful. Effects of stress on the skin...By Sam Cousens, Skin Specialist at Vita

Hi guys, I just thought I would share a blog with you on stress, as we all have experienced stress in our lives and it really can make a massive difference to the effects on our skin! 

Just recently I became a skin specialist at Vita Skin Spa, specialising in Dermalogica. 

Since coming back from the training, I have had a bit of stress and needed a little pick me up and what better way than to take time to relax and pamper myself with some Dermalogica skin care.

Before I chat to you about that, let's see how stress can effect our skin!

Stress plays a major part in the health of our skin. When we are stressed, a hormone called cortisol is realised, causing many things to occur in our bodies, including accumulating fat! As well as making your skin very dry, oily, wrinkled, or full of acne. 

Another major way that stress effects the skin is by affecting complexion. When stressed, our bodies also produce adrenaline, which is helpful if you are in the woods running from a predator, but In daily life, it can only hurt!
