okay so how do we feel about the grand bazaar remake being the next SoS game we are getting?? i want to be excited because it’s gorgeous and almost, almost feels different enough to be a new game but with a similar premise, but grand bazaar was so frustrating for me at a certain point, so i hope they addressed balancing (mainly with the bazaar function) in the remake

During today’s Nintendo Direct, it was announced that the next Bokujō Monogatari game Marvelous will be remaking, is Grand Bazaar. A new Story of Seasons remake was announced in today's Nintendo Direct.

At first all I wanted to know is whether it was a "Story of Seasons" or "Harvest Moon" game, lol.

Grand Bazaar?? Ugh. Tbf I never played it on the 3DS; it didn't seem like I would like it. Maybe I should give it a chance?

The graphics in the trailer look nice at least. And it seems like they've added some voice acting.

It's a bit disappointing. I was hoping for a new game, not a remake. Maybe there will be something in the Switch 2 direct next week, but I doubt it.

Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar adds Switch 2 version - Gematsu

Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar will launch for Switch 2 alongside its previously announced Switch and PC (Steam) versions on August 27, Marvelous announced.

The game will be available in a standard physical edition for $49.99 on Switch and $59.99 on Switch 2, and a physical Premium Edition including a copy of Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, a plush Suffolk sheep, a cloth poster, a physical art book with over 115 pages of artwork, and an original soundtrack CD, for $69.99 on Switch and $79.99 on Switch 2.

The title will also be available digitally on Nintendo eShop for Switch and Switch 2, and PC via Steam. The standard edition, which includes the game and the downloadable content “Cow Set,” will be $49.99 Switch and Windows PC, and $59.99 on Switch 2. A Digital Deluxe edition, which includes the game, the downloadable content “Cow Set,” and the downloadable content “Trunk of Transformation,” will be available on Switch and PC for $59.99; and a Super Digital Deluxe edition, which includes the game, the downloadable content “Cow Set,” the downloadable content “Trunk of Transformation,” a digital soundtrack, and a digital art book, will be available on Switch and PC for $69.99.
