I can smell the rain, and the cool breeze envelops me in a sense of home, a sense of longing for those glorious crystalline droplets to fall from the heavens. Rain is the only time I find peace, for I dwell in the warmth of this place, where the fragrance of heat often overwhelms my senses. But on rainy days, my senses come alive! I love to hear the music it makes as it patters on the ground, the way the trees sing happily, and the birds fly to shelter. The foxes burrow deeper, but not me - I sway with the trees and sing with the wind, dancing to the sound of the droplets. Rain is a blessing for the weary, a source of everlasting peace.
