  1) I'm missing out on something This type of thinking occurs when we compare ourselves to others. We imagine that others have fantastic lives and are living out their dreams on a daily basis. Deliriously happy and fulfilling their every need and want, we can end up feeling that our lives don't measure up. Our thoughts are often irrational when it comes to our beliefs about how others live their lives. We all have issues and troubles that arise. No one escapes this. What you need to focus on is your own inner happiness. If your attitude and approach to life and not healthy, life will never be happy. Love your life as it is and if you don't like something, find a way to change it. Comparing your life to others is non-productive and won't fix anything. Look within and find your own fun. 2) It's not my fault Playing the victim is easy as we can absolve ourselves of all blame. The problem with blaming others for our predicaments is that we need others to fix it for us. We give away our power and personal responsibility to shape life the way we want it. We therefore have to rely on the generosity of others to repair the damage. You might end up waiting a loooong time. Decide to take responsibility for where you are and find positive ways to move forward. Adulting
At some point in our life being a child has come to pass, being a teenager has also come to pass. All those memories that build you being a experience person. On that stage of life you learn about many things, you experience new things, and you also to start to fall in love to someone.
Those feelings are the best feeling ever for me. that moment when you see your crush in corridor or in the canteen it feels like your day was totally complete. And that moment you feels the worlds was in slow motion everytime we cross our path. You got a tingling feelings is that right? Haha
Of course we never forget all our "gimik" with our classmate and friends those time that we learn some vices. We start to skip the class, roam around to find your crush, we got fake over night project so that we can hang out and talk a lot of things about our crushes or about our first kiss, open up the relationship we had. And the most unforgetable moment when we have our allowances. Haha honestly that's the best thing ever on teenage life or high school life. I got money so easily to buy some stuff or use it from a date.
Haiyzz those life was so colorful and meaningful to me. It's really nice to look back on those days. My only concern is to study, pass all the subject, and to graduate.
Then, here it comes the adulting life. It's really hard the way I think it before. Through enough It's really fun to go back on our teenager life so that we can escape on our personal dilemma as an adult.
We got anxiety, stressed from work, boss, co-employee, and sometimes friends. It's really hard for us to let go of some things that will help us to survive. That's why even if we really don't like our job we still need to wake up in the morning and go to the place that we hate. Those time that we will realize that life was not fair. We have responsible to pay our monthly bills, house mortgage, and other stuff. And being an adult we will appreciate every cent that we spend. We love to stay on the house and rest rather than to go party on friday night, minimize all the gimicks, and budget our money for the whole month.
Adulting is not easy the way we think when we our teenager. It's really hard to be honest. And sometimes you will wake up in the morning and suddenly you don't know your real puspose. You don't know what you need to do. It will break your heart, it will destroy you as a person. You will feel empty. And you will lost on track. That's what we called QUARTER LIFE CRISIS.
But don't worry that is normal. All we have to do is to find another reason to live. Another motivation to move forward. Another positive opportunities. I know it's not easy, I know it's really hard. Because I've been there I experience it personally. That's why I share it. Actually until now I can't fully recover for this area. I'm still finding a solution or answer to this situation. But I believe there is a good reason behind it. And I just want to find out what is it.
So come on! Cheer up and look forward, move forward, and believe in yourself again. Pray, smile, and trust God. This is from my friends words to cheer me up. So you too!
