"it's very obvious that they were not planned." and he's already spoken about how not only were they supposed to originally kiss in 1x05, but that if it weren't for the chemistry between their actors, the show would have went a lot differently. endgame or not, acting like they weren't ever going to be at least explored on kind of makes you look a bit delusional. any tv watcher would be able to tell you that the one couple with unfinished business will always end up getting a chance in the spotlight. it's one of the biggest tropes that constantly gets used. and if they weren't endgame, you know damn well rini was not going to be based on how they were written in season 2 episode 1 alone. the cracks were always there. you were just too biased to see them.

"they basically stopped talking after 2x6 and she went all in for ej and he went all in for nini." and what actually ended up happening was that they had to physically remove ricky from gina's storyline in order to make a relationship with any other male character work, and when ej stopped stepping up, you were somehow surprised that a relationship that had rebound all over it failed even after gina kept emphasizing how she doesn't get things right the first time. and if ricky deleting nini's comments and lashing out on her meant "going all in", i fear for what you consider to be healthy depictions of relationships.

"they only made the switch because olivia left after s2, and they didn't know that she was going to bc drivers license blew up right before they wrapped." yet before they wrapped, three episodes in (all filmed and written before drivers license) rini's miscommunication problems were only getting worse by the episode. even if you were rooting for them in season 1, there's no way you saw a positive ending coming for them in season 2. i accept some forms of delusion because it tends to work out sometimes, but what exactly were you holding onto by that point? and how much of it was actually you just liking nini as a character more than anyone else. you can't convince me you like ricky. so what exactly was the motivation?

anyways, no excuse or speculation will make rina not endgame. complain about the technicalities all you want. it's not amounting to anything. and maybe re-read some of those post season 1 interviews. they're more telling than you might think.

this is so awkward because you act like i'm mad because i'm a rini shipper when if you look at what i said i was actually rooting for rina (literally go into my rina tag and you'll see lol) but my actual issue was how poorly handled rina was after season 2 and how forced it felt. there was a way to make them work because it is a fact that they only happened because of olivia leaving (which is fine, every tv show needs to adapt to actors leaving) but they shoved all these phony backstories and ruined the build up for portwell (who i didnt care for) and then shoved all the other character's development aside just so they can put ricky and gina's love story at the forefront. they ruined ej's development and even made ricky become a total asshole just so they can make rina make sense and yet the only people who cared for them were the twitter fandom, because that's who tim based all of his decisions on.

and we know rina were gonna be explored because they literally were where did i deny that??? they were explored for the first season and a half but then they ended them and made both of them move on. and ricky and nini ending on bad terms at the end of season 2 doesn't mean they weren't going to be explored as most endgame couples tend to only really have their time in the sun during the last season anyway. but the difference is that rini were still in a story together, whereas rina barely spoke for four episodes so i'm really not sure what you thought you were cooking but we need to get you out the kitchen cos BOOOOOO

I think this was the most interesting Stationhead we've had so far with JK. JK was chatty, informative (well, to an extent), I would maybe even say combative? Maybe that's a little too strong a term to use, but I do think he came to show that he is unbothered by the shitstorm going on and clap back just a little bit. And he knows about that shitstorm, make no mistake.

I see Jikookers falling for this hateful campaign against JK. Not only are they perpetuating it, but they are also adding to it, embellishing it, and spreading it.

By now JK has had several girlfriends named, he's a baby daddy (she was pregnant in Feb, so...), he's going on double dates with his mate Tae, trucking (censorship issues had me change that - you know exactly what it's meant to be) her with the windows and curtains open for all to see (after telling us he's aware he's being followed around including home). All this he managed to get done before he sat down and did hours on end of JM dedicated lives, calling him his fan, flirting with him online while in bed for all of us to see, and going on a 4 day private trip with him.

A very wise blogger once said: (@ourwinterspring, hope you don't mind me quoting your wise words):

People that called themselves Jikook supporters (I'm not talking about shippers, they are in this for their own self gratification, while supporters are supposed to be looking out for JM and JK and supporting them both individually and their relationship, which btw is still considered tabooed in their own country), they are rushing to conclusions, and aiding in the spread of these lies.

K-army laughed them off.

Chinese army are fighting them off.

And I army are just spreading them like wildfire.

Why this long winded introduction?

Because Jikook are in an impossible position really. They are a closeted queer couple in a country and industry that would not accept their relationship if it would become publicly known. As long as the door is open for deniability they are ok. Taking that step through that door and out of the closet, that is one hell of a step with many consequences, to them and to those who surround them.

JK is about to release his 1st solo album, and he's in the midst of trying to infiltrate the American and Western music market. To do so they are selling a very certain image, and being queer is not part of it.

They are also both before enlistment to the military.

Them going: "hey bitches, the stories are untrue, we're in a long term loving relationship", is not a realistic expectation. And no matter what JK would say otherwise, the rumours they are just gonna keep coming, cause this train, this coordinated smear attack, it's not finished. And if and when that would be done, we'd be back to Yubi and Rose and Lisa (oh, oops, she's with Freddie), and Miju. Ehm, she's married. But wait, since when has that stopped anyone, eh? It didn't stop the Nicole stories, which, btw, are still rampant, including among some Jikookers (?) - what the actual truck is wrong with people???

So, no Jikook announcement.

A company one? Kind of feel that one won't come either. Again, JK 3D promotions and upcoming album in mind. Not to mention, and this my friends is me being super cynical right now, other than the harassment claims, the company doesn't have a problem with these rumours, given it solidifies his bad boy, truckboy, heterosexual image they are selling right now. There, I said it.

But Jikook, JM and JK, they aren't happy with this. They can't be happy with this. As much as this image is a price to pay, on the way JK is sending us constant hints that it ain't all that you see. That he's a complex being. That he might appear one way in 3D, but another in Seven and another in his CK and Vogue photoshoots (the latter with him being the artistic designer and bringing along some outfits and/or accessories that he wanted himself), not to mention someone else all together in his long lives with us. He tells us this is him. Who we see. But those that only see that image in 3D are just not looking at the full picture he's painting.

It's funny that JK is singing 3D (basically having phone sex and wishing for more) but at the same time he's telling us "this is me in 3D". Not one dimensional. A complex grown up human being.

Btw, I kind of feel like I need to link this post again, seeing that so many are still thinking that having muscles, tattoos and piercings makes you heterosexual or at least bi. Cause, I mean, you must be sexually attracted to women if you are super masculine, and get tattoos or pierce your body, right?

Oh boy, this is a long one. I haven't even started with Stationhead, lol.

So, JK is trying to show us he's a complex human being. This is him. Not one MV or song he chose to sing. The full picture. The shoots he chooses, the concepts for his songs (do I have to remind of his Seven concept shoot?), his lives, what he shared with us (as in past tense cause Idk how much more he will with everything that's going on).

And in the midst of this, knowing you are in a committed relationship, having your integrity, your good name smeared, being with the person you love and knowing that the world not only doesn't see how dear you are to each other but also thinks you're being sexually intimate with multiple others. Not to mention, having to deal at this young age with the knowledge that there are people out there that hate you enough to want to hurt you on such a level, to ruin your good name, your career. It can be paralyzing. And they put on a brave face. JK says he knows people hate him and good for them, he'll continue to live his life. But it's hard, it's hurtful, and these two, they are the kindest sweetest people out there, they don't deserve this.

Well, not precipice per say. That's being a little dramatic. But I am finally going to get to JK on Stationhead, as in what we got from him during the show.

I guess with this long introduction I should start with the Jikook related, right?

Let's start with JK repeating the endearment JM used in his IG post for 3D.

And then JK basically confirmed that he and JM were together when drawing the cloud whale drawing JM shared with us on IG telling us JK drew it.

Making sure we know that they drew the whale together.

You don't have to understand Korean to hear the amusement in his voice. We don't know when this was taken (CT or perhaps more recently... although my initial thought was CT I'm kind of leaning to it being more recent, like very recent), but we know they were together. We thought so and now JK confirmed it.

Enjoyed confirming it.

He also brought up JM's birthday being this month. Yes, he could be reacting to comments, but we've discussed this multiple times in the past. You know. Choices. And in this case, his choice which ones to answer, right?

Once again, it's all in the way it's all being said. The "I know something you don't" tone of voice. The "a-ha, yeah, Uhah" while supposedly looking up if he's doing something on the day. The "I'm going to be busy...I see I have a schedule..?" ending with a question mark? As in "do I really?" Lol.

The way he was talking, the man has something planned. I really don't want to have any expectations here. But man, he's making it hard for me not to have them. Lmao.

And another JM related comment he chooses to answer:

This time you don't get the sassiness or teasing in his voice like we did with the JM birthday answer. Idk why they aren't doing each other's challenges. It's for them to know. We know JK was showing/teaching JM Seven moves. We know that JK knew SMF pt. 2 moves. I guess it's something they just decided between them. Or perhaps schedules didn't and aren't aligning. Ok, so he saw his parents. He goes on to also talk about his mother's cooking (oh, that man is so in trouble with his mom calling her cooking bland, lmao). Kind of gathering from it all that JK was in Busan for the holiday. Could that photo JM shared, you know, the one JK made sure we know they both drew the whale on, have been taken when they were both down in Busan for the holiday? I wonder...

This here is, I feel, JK clapping back a little at the haters. But also telling us, once again, that he's an adult and does adult things. Knows how to work hard when needed, and when to "play hard", as in relax and have a good time, when allowed.

This one isn't about Jikook (well in a sense maybe it is, as it's about shooting down TKKs hopes and prayers, lol). JK clarifying Tae's story about him recording a song at JK's place and JK directing him.

So, no pre-planning, JK's reply "and I was like "suddenly"? And also letting us know Tae didn't record the final at his place. Burn, lol. Also answers (again - like in the Inkigayo live) a question about karaoke with Tae. More or less same answer. More or less "that's a no"?

And this I already shared with you guys:

This is basically JK. Again, when he says I'm showing you my true self. It's not the image of the hunky guy with the sexy expressions doing that sexy choreography with the female dancers hands on him. Well not only. It's the shy introvert that feels awkward when these women are touching him. And just to be clear here. This isn't me saying anything about his sexuality. But it's definitley me saying he is not this careless truckboy people are so badly wanting him to be. Being an adult and having sex (let's call it rex from now on), a lot of it, enjoying it, doesn't make it the core of who you are as a person, doesn't mean you are having rex with multiple people for the only pursual of physical gratification nor does it mean that the rex you are having is necessarily with a female even if you are singing a song saying girl in it, to which the lyrics were not written by yourself. JK also sang a song about having rex 7 days a week, but with that one person, in his words, wanting to be all the time with "the love of my life". See, that was a little slip of the tongue by him, lol. But very revealing. Thank you ever so much for that one JK.

Do you understand the difference here?

One being lyrics to a song he's performing, him being a singer. Lyrics he didn't write himself.

The other is his explanation, his take on the meaning of the song he is singing (also not written by him). Inserting that little very personal touch.

Do we get it? JK isn't the lyrics, the lyrics aren't JK.

Oh, and by the by, JK's lyrics aren't referencing multiple partners. If we are being all about "but he's singing it, so it must be who he is". The multiple partners, the truckboy image, that's Jack Harlow's bit. JK is still talking to one person.

But again, I stress, the song doesn't represent JK as a person or his character. And those that are making that leap are simply...

Moving on.

JK's asked which he prefers more? 7 or 3D. Very diplomatically makes sure we know that at the time he liked Seven and now it's leaning more towards 3D. Well duh, this is him promoting it. Then he combines the two to 7D.

"What's your favourite part of 3D?" Him asking the listeners.

JK talked about eating chicken, being busy practicing all the time (I am curious to know what for), finishing up and going home to workout, shower and sleep.

He also talked about GCF and his appreciation for Army.

Asked about music or variety show, and the answer is probably not, it's hard for him (this is where the shy introvert part of him wins, I guess). It's easier to be alone on a stage in front of thousands performing than have to interact one on one with people that you aren't as familiar or comfortable with. On stage you go after much practice. Small talk and interviews and socializing means having to be focused (neuro divergent prince here) and it's so so hard for a shy introvert to deal with. Key word ALONE.

Although he's asked about further plans he's adamant not to give spoilers (well, more so afraid he'll be told off by the company, lol).

He misses the old days I guess. Of Kakao Fancafe. The intimacy of it. The safety of it perhaps.

He also wants to cook for army.

I feel like him telling us he is pulling back on the lives, allowing for the mystery, well he's also missing those lives. He needs that connection with his fans. Maybe even more so with this path he's going down, disconnecting from the idol and becoming the mega star. He needs that emotional connection with his fans. But at the same time, a more intimate setting, where he can really connect with them, is something he prefers.

And again, the connection with Army.

HELLO GOOD MORNING CHERIK FANDOM SO the other day I made this post about a very hurtful and surprisingly overlooked parallel: Cherik not being able to shoot each other. Aaaand that second scene from DOFP where Erik is unable to shoot Charles has been keeping me awake at night for AGES and I really feel like we don't talk enough about it. So, here I am. Still being pissed off because of some fictional characters not kissing in some movies made years ago lol

So, here's an extended extract from that scene:

So. Erik's plan here is to kill Raven, bc you can't use Raven to create evil war machines if there's no Raven am I right lol. Charles, before Erik can shoot his sister, puts himself in between the gun and her (btw shoutout to Charles for being brave enough to put himself in front of a gun again after what happened in Cuba and the ptsd he 100% has bc of it I love you muac).

Let's make things clear here: There was nothing stopping Erik from killing Charles in this scene. He could've done it. Erik's mission at that very moment was to kill Raven, and Charles was getting between his mission and him. And we all know how things end when something gets in Erik's way when he's completing his mission. Erik does not care about collateral damage. For fucks sake, in this very same scene, he was willing to kill Raven off just bc it was easier and faster. He doesn't give a fuck about who has to die in favor of the greater good.

And I mean, technically, Erik should be more willing to kill Charles than Raven. Raven was his right hand for a while before he went to prison and she was his canonical lover. Charles, at this point in time, was his enemy. Both of them are very powerful mutants, with the difference that Raven is usually by Erik's side, and Charles is one of the only people in the world able to stop Erik thanks to his mutation. If Erik was willing to kill Raven, he should be willing to kill Charles too, if not as much, then more.

So... Why not? Why not shoot him, and once Charles was down, kill Raven too? Why is he able to attempt to kill Raven (his former ally and EX LOVER) and not Charles?

ALSO, now that we're here: Let's talk a bit about Dark Phoenix, too.

So, let's face it, DP is a bad movie. Overall, it's boring and that's pretty sad counting the masterpieces FC and DOFP are. But, hey, I can live with a boring movie. It's fine. What I CANNOT live with are things that are out of character. Especially when my fave characters are out of character. Ok maybe I'm being a bit too over dramatic here but I'M NOT

So: Let's talk about how Erik wants to rip the world apart over Raven's death in Dark Phoenix bc he's just so destroyed bc the love of his life died or whatever. Dude. I'm sorry but I don't buy it.

Correct me if I'm wrong here bc there's been a while since I don't rewatch Apocalypse or Dark Phoenix (again, meh movies), but from what I understand Erik didn't spend more time with Raven, apart from that bit in Apocalypse? Because after DOFP, Erik distanced himself from anything related to mutant wars to create a family, and then after Apocalypse Erik created Genosha and Raven stayed at the mansion, isn't it?

Assuming that this is correct, they're trying to tell me that between the scene where Erik was willing to kill Raven over the greater good in DOFP and the scene where he was willing to rip the world apart bc of her dying in DP, Raven and Erik only saw each other once. Riiiiight.

And, look. I'm not saying that Erik wouldn't feel sad about Raven dying. Of course he would. He's not made of steel (bc most steel is not magnetic. Get it? Magnetism, Erik... Imma shut up lol). Obviously he would feel bad. And I'm not saying that love can't last that long if they haven't seen each other in a long time, bc c'mon. I'm a cherik shipper. Of course I believe it can.

What I'm saying is that I can't believe that Erik is so devastated that gets blinded enough by his broken heart to hunt down a teenager that's being haunted by something she can't control. I can't believe it bc 20 years ago, it was him who was trying to kill Raven (and almost succeeding), a time that was way closer to their partnership and relationship than when DP takes place. If anything, he should be more affected in DOFP. Instead, he goes from almost killing her himself to wanting to rip everything apart bc of her death.

It. Doesn't. Make. Sense. So, Dark Phoenix's Raven x Erik plotline can suck my dick lol. If it doesn't make sense with the character's previous actions, it's not canon. That's how this works lol I don't make the rules

Summing up: Erik willing to kill Raven but not being able to shoot Charles in DOFP is EXTREMELY fruity and romantic, and Dark Phoenix's romantic plot between Raven and Erik makes 0 sense and is forced as shit

Roman and Remus were brothers. Twin brothers. Their parents me and Mrs Prince treated them very differently. Roman was the golden child, the favorite. Remus was the mistake, the one that wasn’t supposed to be here.

Whenever Remus was misbehaving they’d lock him into a room and just listen as Remus banged on the walls and scream and scream. As Roman just listened from the other room.

Roman and Remus were never close. As in they didn’t like each other at all. Although they didn’t completely hate each other. They weren’t close enough to stop Remus from leaving the minute he turned 18.

However, unknown events happened for the 2-3 years Remus had left. Causing Roman to develop a twisted obsession with him. (Not incest, it’s platonic protectiveness please don’t tag as remrom)

One day Remus was sitting in the park when Roman somehow found out where he was living and kidnapped him, taking him to their childhood home. Roman had his own house but took him to their childhood one for..sentimental purposes. To go back to when they sort of got along when they were kids. (They’re parents be 💀 btw Roman sorta…offed them)

It continues with Remus being kidnapped for a while

Not unless Remus’s boyfriend Logan has anything to say about it.

Krolia

Alright, I just had a thought.

I get that it's a major plot point that Krolia is part of the Blade of Marmora, but what if she was just another soldier?

What if she had been heading to Earth as a Galra soldier, and was shot down by a Blade member?

And then Keith's dad saves her!

So after that, she either decides to change after falling in love with him and realizing that destroying planets is killing innocent people like this man, oooor she continues to fight for the Galra.

If she continued with Galra, then she most likely would reunite with Keith in a battle, or at least see his picture in some battle briefing and be like, oH CRAP THAT'S MY KID.

And then if we continue on this path, then Keith would see her, and she tells him who she is, either mid-battle to throw him off, or to tell him why she won't kill him.

And if she were to do it mid-battle, Keith would be absolutely crushed and either have a character development arc in which he pushes back his feelings of betrayal and hurt and defeats her, or he gets distracted and she manages to injure him.

If Keith defeats her himself, (and this is all during fighting her) then right before she passes out/ dies they would have a moment where either Krolia apologizes, or tells Keith that he was a the best and worst mistake she's ever made, and either way she would tell him that she's proud of him.

If Keith were to get hurt by her, Lance would shoot her down and rush over to Keith. There would be one of those moments where character A is like dying, and character B places character A's head on their lap and like cries while character A is making some heartfelt speech and giving them a bunch of cliché advice, you know?

And then Keith passes out, and the team is there by then to rush him back to the castle and he makes it.

And then he breaks down when the reality of what happened with Krolia hits him.

And he has a moment with one of the paladins, BUT ONLY ONE OF THEM. More than one other paladin ruins the moment, don't ask me why, it just does.

And then if Krolia were to be still alive (This is assuming that the 'I'm proud of you' moment never happened), then she would rise up in ranks until when Zarkon dies, she's the empress. Haggar and Voltron think that she's controlling Krolia, so Haggar is targeted by Voltron and the coalition.

They CANNOT defeat her, no matter what they do, but then Krolia takes her out in order to gain full power of the Galra empire, and everyone's just SHOCKED. Krolia doesn't even do it in secret, this is like a full-on battle and she goes, "Bold of you to assume that you EVER controlled me, Witch. The only one who valued you was Zarkon, and that made him weak."

And then she straight-up stabs Haggar and leaves the battle saying to the paladins, "We've both won this battle. Now go. We all know that you are outnumbered here."

AND THEN instead of the whole Honerva thing, it's them against Krolia.

Keith would most likely be the one to kill her. Or maybe Krolia would have the same ending as Honerva! Though if that were to happen, then Allura can still sacrifice herself.

And throughout this, KLANCE exists. Allurance shippers can BACK OFF. ALLURANCE. NEVER. HAPPENS. AND NO. I am NOT adding Allurance to my computer's dictionary so that it will stop autocorrecting me, because the only ship that belongs in the dictionary is KLANCE.

You're one of a handful of the regular shippers I know who thinks about, like, long term relationship stuff with your oc and Minthara, beyond the puppy love years and actually considering how they'd manage to live/work/survive together without it all breaking down.

I hope anon will forgive me if I jump off their very kind note to mention a few reasons why I think I might be good at what they noticed about my character pieces like the one they mentioned.

First, age. I was recently told in no uncertain terms (by people much younger) that it's both hilarious and pathetic for me, a 47-year-old person, to post on Tumblr about anything at all, let alone BG3 character ships. I think someone even said "you're as old as my parents, just stop." And, well, whatever. I made a dumb and needlessly negative mistake (which earned me a lot of other weirdly reductive and untrue assumptions, and because this is the internet, all of it will of course live forever somewhere) on a topic I'd already covered better in non-negative ways. But it ultimately doesn't matter, because life is cringe and self-flagellation is performatively silly and nobody who cares about me judges me for blogging on Tumblr anyway.

However, I think my age (at least in terms of life experience) helps me think about interpersonal behavior and relationships in ways that younger people might not. I don't wanna go full Joe-Biden-in-denial about this—because who the fuck am I, really?—but the fact that I'm still married to the same person after 18 years (with 8 more together before that) speaks to what I've been able to learn and know about how these things work. (Pro tip for a successful marriage: don't have kids; we don't and we're very happy about that.). So that's a bit of an obvious self-insert in what I write for Cannor.

Second, employment status. After decades in the professional design/marketing world, I'm very fortunate to (post-quarantine) be able to freelance part-time as a creative professional and stay home as a house-spouse. I can make art and record songs and write posts and bike for exercise pretty much when I want, as well as take care of housework. It's really inspiring and I like to spread inspiration whenever I can. I also think it's important to be a proud house-spouse as a cishet USAmerican man because even now (get your tiny violins ready) we are still mocked as unmanly and societally useless if we don't have the right job title or don't make more money than our wives or don't have 6 kids or whatever it is that a man's man's man is supposed to be like. Fuck that noise.

I have no problem being a man who is, in many ways, overshadowed by what my spouse does in her life and with her career. She works hard, she's really good at what she does, and is really patient with a flighty artist guy at home. That's how love works for us. (She would probably be annoyed at the mere fact of me getting hung up on all this shit, btw). Most of my "career" work has been ephemeral (that's marketing for you), and I value my decades of making art and music way more anyway, even and especially since it's a hobby and I'll never be celebrated for it. So that vibe goes into my Cannor-Minthara headcanon as well (remember folks, self-insert is not a sin).

Finally (and I say this as a reminder to myself as much as anyone else): think before posting. Don't put needlessly negative things out there, because the world will oblige you in return a hundredfold. Perhaps obvious, but always a lesson worth re-learning. Believe it or not, some old people do realize when they need to re-learn shit.

Feyzriel | Morning, Noon and Night

The High Lord’s power stretched out like a dark cloud, enveloping Feyre and Azriel, making their stomachs churn and twist.

“I demand an explanation from you!” Rhysand shouted, his voice bouncing of the wall and rumbling through the wall. The power that rang with it could shake the Illyrian mountains. 

Not for once had Azriel and Feyre believed that they could keep their relationship a secret–yet they had hoped. That hope had vanished just like every happy feeling they had once felt. Their betrayal became public. 

“Why do you this?” Rhysand growled and snapped his head into the direction of Azriel. He grabbed the shadowsinger by his arm, glowering into his eyes.

Azriel shoved the High Lord backwards, his features nothing but pure rage. “Because I care about her. Morning, noon and night I care about her. I love her with my whole heart and she does too.” Azriel’s shadows encircled him, crawling up their owner and forming something like a protective armor.

“You are just too blind to see it. With what you are saying you hurt her. And if you hurt here, if you hurt Feyre, you hurt me.”

Azriel pointed at his chest, right to the spot above his heart.

Rhysand closed his eyes, fighting against the rage burning inside him. The veins in his neck and on his forehead popped, his hands forming fists at his side.

“You are stealing my wife. You are stealing my mate, my High Lady and you dare speak about me hurting you!” the High Lord growled, shouting.

“It wasn’t his choice. Azriel is who I want. He is the one where my loyalties lie. I…The cauldron must have made a mistake.” Feyre stepped forward, leaving some distance between her and the shadowsinger to not enrage Rhysand anymore. 

“I am the father of your son—“ “Don’t bring Nyx into this!” Feyre’s voice trembled, her legs feeling wobbly. Azriel wanted to reach over, hold her, but through mind-to-mind talk Feyre stopped him. They couldn’t do this to Rhysand in that moment. 

“I am the male the Cauldron has chosen for you. I am the one you accepted the bond with. You fucking betrayed me. My brother and my mate. Was this what you meant when you said that the Cauldron made a mistake—that you deserved what his mine, Azriel?” the High Lord once again addressed Azriel, stepping forward and poking his index finger into the shadowsinger’s chest. 

“You cannot blame him. I am the one who chose him as well. I am the one who betrayed her husband, her mate. Don’t put all the blame on him, Rhysand.” The High Lord’s gaze snapped to his High Lady’s, tears brimming his eyes. His mouth opened and he shouted, shouted so loudly that the cutlery in the kitchen rattled. 

“Did you ever love me? Or was it all fake? Was it all fake from the first moment on? Every I love you? Every nice little thing you told me? Did you fake it all just so you could be close to him?” 

Power once again radiated from the fuming High Lord. Azriel sucked in a sharp breath, his own hands forming fists at his side. 

“I loved you, Rhysand. More than anything. I loved you for centuries, but I started falling out of love with you in the last decades. I am so sorry, I wish it had been different. I wish I could have—“ “Spare me with this bullshit,” Rhysand spat and slammed his hands over his face. A sob left him that made both Feyre and Azriel’s chests clench. 

“Rhys—“ “Don’t,” Rhysand said and lifted a hand. “Don't talk to me now. Don’t ever talk to me again. You two truly deserve each other. Leave, leave this place. Leave Velaris and leave me alone. I never want to see you again.” 

It was the last thing their two of them heard before black mist appeared and the High Lord was gone, vanished into thin air. 

It was then that Feyre let her tears run free, sobbing. Azriel wrapped her into his arms, held her till there were no tears left to cry. Her shoulders still shook when they started talking—talking about what they should do from now on.

“I love you so much, but you know what we have to do now,” Azriel whispered, his own shoulders, trembling.

Feyre dipped her chin and wiped a hand over her tear-streaked cheek. “I love you, Azriel.” “And I will come find you. I will find you again, Feyre. I will come for you. Please—“ Azriel’s voice broke, scarred, trembling fingers curling around Feyre’s wrists. He pulled the female to his chest and kissed her forehead. “Please wait for me.”

Hi Saint! Reading the Gojohime scenes kinda reminds me of this particular quote from The Business Proposal novel. Most people who read the story knows that Kang Tae Mu (the ML) is a crazy workaholic, he really really loves to work. Basically, he mentioned that "work is his first love, while Ha Ri (mc) is his last love". I think for Gojo, Y/N is his first love, while Utahime is going to be his last love. To be honest, as a GojoY/N shipper, I'm sad that there's no hope for them anymore. However, as a neutral reader, I am glad that Gojo found someone to move on with and that someone makes him believe that he is still worth fighting for/to love despite all the mistakes he made previously. Comparing his relationship with Y/N and Utahime, his love for Y/N is the most explosive and dramatic kind, whereas his growing love for Utahime is the one that gives him peace and warmth.

So, here I go... I am not writing this because I like Elain as a character or because I am an Elriel shipper (I think they are cute, but my heart is 100% Nessian). I just need to get this out of my system because I can’t stop think about it (and because I am a sucker for literary theory, but unfortunately my professor doesn’t think me writing an academic paper on ACOTAR is a good idea, GIVE ME PATIENT TO DEAL WITH THAT MAN).

Anyway, the thing is I will be SO surprise if the next book isn’t about Elain or if Elriel isn’t endgame. SJM was also surprise to hear that for some people wasn’t obvious, but... It kind is? If we focus on what we already have from the books, and put our personal wishes aside, it is very clear. In ACOSF we basically have all of those moments saying that we don’t know Elain. We never had her POV or more than a few lines about her. We don’t know what was like for her to be able to hear and see things the others didn’t after the Cauldron. We don’t know her powers. We don’t know if it is difficult for her to accept what she has become, her new body. Some people think she is predictable, but then SJM is saying WAIT AND SEE with all letters. And she is changing; Feyre says that she’s never seen Elain so “confrontational”. So we have a character that we don’t know much who is passing through some internal change, which is a great opportunity for a development arc. Besides we are talking about a character who is the ONLY PERSON (except for Nesta) that can find the fourth Trove. She also has a connection with Korschei. So narratively speaking, all signs are pointing for Elain’s book.

I read an AMAZING theory about Elain becoming a spy (but I don’t remember who wrote it) and I love it because again it makes sense. At this point we know SJM. We know her patterns. In every book we have a female character learning something and going through an overcoming journey. I mean before ACOSF, some people defended that Nesta would not become a warrior, and now she is practically the female version of Enalius and is thinking about commanding a small unit of females). So if I had to bet, I’d say that Elain is going to learn something with Azriel.

Now about the romantic part, I will say two things: 1) SJM knew exactly what she was doing when she wrote Az’s chapter; 2) SJM writes about choices.

Before someone hate me, let me say that she needs us to be interested in her books. And by “us” I don’t mean us, people who write and read fanfics or even discuss it on Tumblr, I am talking about normal people (LOL) who just like her books and don’t participate in fandons. So when I was reading ACOSF I was feeling zero romantic tension (can I call it that?) between Azriel and Gwyn (I really hope we get to see more of her , Nesta and Emerie btw, I love them so much). So when I read the bonus chapter my first thought was “SARAH, YOUR SMARTASS”. So yes, to me she was just messing with us and it worked super well, right? In one chapter, she initiated a war about who is ending up with whom, established a forbidden romance and got us thirsty as hell for the next book. So smart. I love her.

I also love her because she writes about choices. Feyre is always talking about how Rhys respects her choices. In ACOSF we get to see this as well. And this time it will not be different. We’ve seen Elain reject the bond, maybe not formally, but she is not interested in Lucien. I also think he is not truly interested in her and the bond is the only thing between them. There is no spark. None. In four books. Sarah would probably give us some moment between them by now if it was going to happen.

And then in Az’s POV we get to see that she wanted that kiss, too. She wanted him. She chose him. And he could be interested in her for more than a year. Honestly there are so many moments in ACOSF when Az reacts different when it comes to Elain. All of this is in the book. And after that we have the Blood Duel mentioned and it is basically two males fighting over a female, but the female doesn’t get a saying??? This is against everything SJM stands for in her books. So I honestly believe that the next book is going to be about Elain making her own choices and growing up as a charater.

After helping your shark-like friend prepare for his confession, you finally arranged a meeting for him and Bob at a nearby café. Of course you were gonna be the wingman since you wanted to see if he was really that much of an airhead.

You had your doubts, but then again you'll never know till you see it first hand.

Once the three of you arrived, you got food and chatted at the café for a bit. There were smiles and laughs exchanged between Bob and Bosip as they recalled their latest adventures in the games within Amor's computer.

"Man, I really love going on adventures with you!"

"Yeah..we've been going on them together for so long." Bosip lightly scratched his neck, eyes briefly glancing at you and seeing your small nod.

Time to move the plan forward. It was now or never.

You excused yourself from the table to buy something else at the register, but you watched the two closely, listening the best you could.

"Bob, I...damn, this is gonna be tough to say.."

"Huh? What is it, Bosip?" The blue-mouthed male looked at him in worry

"I know I've mentioned my feelings about you before but..." Taking a moment to compose himself, Bosip sighed and put his hand over Bob's. He refused to back down. "I don't mean any of that as friends..or best friends. You remember how we met Boyfriend and Girlfriend? Seeing how much they love each other just...makes me want to have that same love. With us. After all we've done together it's all I could ever want. So..do you understand now? What I've been trying to tell you this whole time?"

For a few long moments, Bob seemed to be pondering over his words, looking at his hand and then back to Bosip. Even you were holding your breath as though you were the one confessing.

Time moved on for everyone else, but it seemed to completely stop for you three.

Then Bob smiled and chuckled a bit. "Ohhh, I see now."

"You do? Oh, I'm relieved-"

"You wanna be super best friends!"

Just like that, Bosip's heart felt like it dove straight into a pit of spikes.

"..n-no..." It was quiet murmur of sheer heartbreak as he took his hand away. His ability to keep calm and composed was rapidly failing as he looked away from Bob and to the window, trying not to let him see his watering eyes.

"Bosip? What's wrong?"

"Are you that dense?"

"[Y/n]???" Bob saw you return to the table, confused at why you looked so livid. "You heard us??"

"Let me spell it out for you: Bosip. Is. In. Love. With. You." You huffed. "I thought it was obvious when he mentioned Boyfriend and Girlfriend. He wants a romantic relationship with you."

"H-Huh????" His voice only rose an octave more as he glanced between the depressed-looking Bosip and you. "They were actually dating?? I-I thought those were just their names!!"

With an exasperated sigh, you just lightly smacked the side of your face, shaking your head. "I don't know what Bosip sees in you, but I shipped you guys from the start. Amor did, too."

Finally realizing his mistake, Bob shut his mouth and looked at the other male, feeling guilty for being this naïve. "Bosip..I-I'm so, so sorry!! I'd l-love to go on more adventures with you as your boyfriend, not best friend."

Bosip perked up, his eyes widening. "Y-You do?"

"Yeah! I understand now and agree with all that stuff you said." Smiling, Bob took his hands into his own, but seeing the tears in the latter's eyes made him feel even worse. "I didn't mean to make you cry. I'm sorry."

"It's alright now, Bob." Bosip smiled back at him. "I'm glad you understand."

Your heart swelled at the sight of the two finally realizing their love for each other. But in the back of your mind you were doing a victory dance, eager to text Amor about the news--and maybe provide photos as proof.

Ok so I decided to finally post the promised: defending Romione (🥺💗💕💖💞💘) against Dr*mione (ಠಿ_ಠ) shippers.

So I've read a few posts about Dr*mione shippers, talking about why their ship is amazing (which had nothing to do with canon btw) and bashing Ron (for no reason) and I'm literally shaking out of anger.

Here are my thoughts:

1. "Ron is too dumb for hermione"

Stop- Just-

Stop.

RON IS NOT DUMB.

Yes, he might not be very interested in school subjects, but 👏 that 👏 doesn't 👏 mean 👏 he 👏 is 👏 dumb 👏.

He is actually very smart! He beat McGonagall's chess game, he is logical and quick-thinking. There's MANY examples of this that I won't name right now, but it's a canonical fact. Ron. Is. Not. Dumb.

And consider he was dumb. So? Would that stop Romione from happening? NO! Hermione didn't mind Ron not being smart. She was just upset that Ron was lazy and wouldn't study anything until the last minute. She wanted to get both Harry and Ron to study according to a schedule.

Is it clear? Intelligence doesn't determine love.

**And this is something that confuses me. This doesn't have anything to do with the point, but why does nobody realize that Harry isn't much smarter than Ron? Yes, he was better at DADA but that requires TALENT, not intelligence. And I'm pretty sure we all know that Ron is talented as well (hopefully everyone realizes that). Nobody uses the fact that Harry wasn't intelligent against Harmione, but everyone uses the fact that Ron wasn't intelligent against Romione. The double standards tear apart the fandom.

2. "Ron bought hermione perfume and Draco could get her something better."

Soooo, you're saying that just because Ron didn't have the money that Draco had means that Hermione didn't deserve Ron?

Wow, this just says a lot about you dr*mione shippers. You only care about the money that Draco has, not his personality. You don't like Ron because he's poor (and I know how FanFics give the "kind Draco" Ron's canon personality so the only "problem" with Ron is his looks and lack of money). And you don't see Hermione nor Ron the way they are. This "point" of yours is literally stating that Hermione should be a gold-digger and get Draco because he can get her the expensive presents that she deserves. Yikes.

3. "Draco can understand the emotional side of Hermione while Ron can't."

Wait

What?

WHERE DO YOU GET THIS IDEA FROM-

Draco is only EVER concerned about his own self, he is a NARCISSIST. He would NEVER care for someone (let alone Hermione) as purely and truly as he cared about himself. He didn't even care about Crabbe, Goyle, Pansy Parkinson etc. He was selfish. The only reason he could express his emotions was because he had to go through a lot since he realized that killing Dumbledore wasn't as easy as bullying Hermione. This would never ever work.

And even if Ron didn't understand her as much, he STILL comforted her. Take the beginning chapters of The Deathly Hallows as an example. You'll see.

4. "Ron is too immature."

I need help.

Of course Ron was immature when he was 11!! Yes, he acted immaturely many times, yes, he made many mistakes, but guess what? He changed! He changed for Hermione!! Draco didn't change at all, not for Hermione, nor for anyone else. He remained the same bratty bully.

If you could reread the books and read prisoner of azkaban vs deathly hallows, you will definitely see how much Ron has matured. He doesn't argue with Hermione anymore, he comforts her, he's there for her. Yes, he made a mistake but he was manipulated by the horcrux! We don't blame Ginny for what tom riddle's diary made her do, do we? So stop blaming Ron!

Anyways, I think if dr*mione shippers have read the books, they'll know what I'm talking about when I say Ron changed for Hermione. I honestly don't know how you could miss Ron's character arc.

5. "Ron would be jealous of the brilliant Hermione."

What?

If I remember correctly, the reason Draco bullied the trio was because he was jealous of them. His jealousy turned into a 7 year torture for the trio and now you're saying that Ron is the jealous one? Please.

But anyways, Ron has been jealous of Harry and has made a few mistakes. But there are reasons behind them and I can defend him for each of these with arguments other than "everyone makes mistakes" (cough cough* Draco stans* cough cough).

First of all, Ron has admitted being jealous of Harry's fame because he lives with 5 older brothers who outshine him. But that's not really a mistake because he never let it get in his way. There were only 2 situations in 7 years when he left Harry out of jealousy but I think these have different explainations.

No1 Ron left in goblet of fire. I think the real reason that Ron let his jealousy get in his way this time, was not only because Harry got to participate in the tournament which could bring him eternal glory, but more likely because he was disappointed that his own best friend didn't even tell him that he was entering and didn't even help him participate (which wasn't true, but Ron thought so back then).

No2 Ron left in deathly hallows. This one was 100% because of the horcrux and I think we should all accept this by now and stop hating on Ron for being affected by dark magic.

And just like that, Ron never let his jealousy get in his way of friendships. I can't think of a situation where Ron is jealous of the brilliant Hermione so if you remember, please let me know so I can argue against it. <3

6. "Ron and Hermione would break up and remain friends, it's easy to imagine because they didn't have a strong relationship."

This was actually said, someone actually said this-

I'm just going to say that Ron and Hermione are happily married to this day (which definitely proves that their relationship is strong) and give the dr*mione community a moment of silence.

7. "Ron didn't do anything for Hermione and was just a jerk."

Coming from a person who has read and reread the books multiple times, I can assure you that Ron did many things for Hermione.

Of course, he was immature at first, he was mean to her, but slowly he started seeing more of the good in Hermione and started changing for her.

And even when he was immature, he still cared about Hermione and would protect her no matter what.

Let's remember how many times rubbish Ron stood up for Hermione against the brilliant bully Draco. 🥰

Let's remember how cowardly Ronald faced his fears of spiders to help Hermione (and the rest of the school, just how jerkier can he get?). 🥰

Let's remember how ridiculous Ronniekins stood up for Hermione against sensational Snape and got himself into detention (oh yes, this is the book version of the movie moment where Ron agrees with Snape about Hermione being an 'insufferable know-it-all'). 🥰

Let's remember how rotten Ronny comforted Hermione when she was worried about Hagrid and Buckbeak (and he even let her hug him and cry on his shoulder, how rude). 🥰

Let's remember how revolting Ronald sacrificed himself to save Harry and Hermione in the chess game. 🥰

Let's remember how horrendous Ron attempted to hex Draco when he used a slur that was meant to offend Hermione. 🥰

Keep in mind that all of these were done when Ron was still immature and still argued a lot with Hermione.

And these aren't even all.

8. "Ron and Hermione have a loveless marriage."

What the-

I'm sorry, I'm trying to be respectful here but this is crap. And the fact that the person said they also had "proof" from the c*rsed ch*ld but didn't want to spoil it-

As much as I hate the c*rsed ch*ld, I can tell you that it did its job portraying Ron and Hermione's unconditional love. Even in alternative realities, where they didn't get married, they were still in love.

And why would you even think that Ron and Hermione would marry and have kids if they didn't love each other? I need explainations.

Next.

9. "Ron never listens to Hermione."

I'm sorry, what? I'm genuinely confused??

What do you even mean by this? Yeah, they used to argue a lot, and? Ron thinks Hermione is brilliant and wonderful and he follows her advice. I can't recall a moment where Ron won't listen to Hermione, doesn't agree with her and ruins her plans. Anyone else?

Since this one is a big mess and a confusion, I'll move on to the next one until someone explains the points and arguments.

10. "Draco could make Hermione laugh while Ron couldn't."

....

Do I really need to say anything for this one?

Ron was the funniest one from the trio, that's why Harry enjoyed his company so much! Don't you remember the line in goblet of fire where Harry thinks about how much he misses having Ron as his best friend, because without him there's less fun and less laughs? I do.

But what I don't remember is finding Draco's sense of humor funny. I'm sorry but his intellectual level is almost as low as Crabbe and Goyle's. His insults are none other than Potty and Weaselbee, he only got 3 O.W.L.s and all of his jokes were stupid and dumb and their only purpose was insulting people he was jealous of.

These fanfics have rotten people's brains...😬

Anyways, I'm going to stop here. I've delayed this post for very long and I'm so excited to finally post it!

I read a book on wattpad by a dr*mione shipper and it was nothing but a giant headache. That's where I got all of these statements from. Most of the garbage in the book revolved around Draco and Hermione being inseparable and getting over all obstacles (wth) and other stupid stuff like that which really annoyed me. The book was called "why we love dr*mione" and it was by Bittenwizard. You can read and enjoy! Trust me, you'll have lots of content to post about after that 🤠👍

*I always try to be respectful to all ships, but sometimes some of them really anger me because the ships are either toxic or the arguments are plain trash. I'm sorry if I offend anyone.

Maybe one of these days I'm gonna stop complaining about the completely unbelievable narratively bizarre decision to jump from "Oh hello I'm from the commonwealth" to "Oh team family has been here for 30 days didn't you know?" but today is not that day

I rly cannot believe that I'm actually hoping for a lazy retcon bc I fuckin hate lazy retcons but like actually what the fuck were they thinking? Like what the actual fuck is going on with the complete narrative disaster that is season 11. And I'm not even talking about shipper goggles either like I'm speaking as a general fan of the show outside of shipping.

If I were insane I'd write a manifesto of every single mistake they've made thus far and the choices they should have made instead and create a Twitter account specifically to post the manifesto and tag every single writer and producer on the show but sadly I have my wits about me and thus shall not voice my complaints outside of Tumblr

Not sure if it's considered a head cannon but if they were to do a Willex kiss in a future season I feel like it could have similar vibes to the Peter and MJ kiss in Far From Home. Like a little awkward/nervous but clearly they care a lot about each other?

OH. 

I know that you were only comparing them (I am a huge Spideychelle shipper btw), but here me out:

Spider-Man AU where Alex is Spider-Man and Willie is MJ. 

The vibes are there. 

Like how drumming helps him become a more confident, less of an anxiety-ridden person. That’s what being Spider-Man would be for him in this AU.

And Willie is like MJ, pretty chill, resourceful, and down to help (his hijacking of the MudSlide tour bus is like MJ wielding the mace.)

But getting back to canon. Or canon-ish while I’m coming up with how a Willex kiss would go down... 

It could be set at HGC, the aftermath of a very intense battle against some big ghost baddie connected to Caleb and soul snatching. Everyone’s checking in on each other, and Alex’s first thought was: ‘Oh no- Willie’. 

Too weak to poof, he’s darting around the place, searching amongst the ghosts who have recently gained their souls back for that familiar brunette mop. 

He finds him on the balcony overlooking the dance hall, near the entrance. He’s slumped over against the railing and Alex almost misses him. 

Willie is battered and bruised, having had gone up against Caleb earlier in the night before being flung across the room Alex comes to find out. 

Alex yells out his name, helping the boy rise to his feet. Once upright, Willie finally notices it’s Alex, and lunges at him, encasing him in a tight embrace, relieved.  

“A-Alex, you’re ok,” He pulls away and gently cups the blonde’s face, “You’re ok, right-?-” he asks while searching for signs of injury. 

Alex tenses from the sudden contact and Willie seems to realize his mistake, immediately retracting his hands and transferred to holding onto the bannister. 

“Um...” Alex clears his throat, remembering the situation at hand, “Forget me! Look at you! I didn’t think ghosts could even get hurt.” he gestures to the bruises tattooed up Willie’s arms. 

The skater waves it off, “Ghost magic. But I’ve had worse injuries. Don’t worry,” 

“But I do,” he says, “Worry that is. About you,” Alex runs a hand through his hair, “I don’t think I’m going to stop being worried about you,” 

Willie stares at him, “...really?” he barely whispers. 

His eyes widen, “Oh, I mean. Like in a healthy way. In a totally not overbearing way,” he starts to ramble, “I hope it doesn’t sound like I’m angry. I mean I am. I’m mad at myself. I came too late. I had to help Julie find the amulet to stop Caleb. But look at you. If I had been here, then maybe you wouldn’t have gotten hurt, you wouldn’t have-”

Alex’s words are stopped short by Willie’s lips on his. 

It happened quick. Barely a second, with the skater looking abashedly on the ground. 

It takes a second for Alex’s mind, his body, to catch up with what just occurred. He doesn’t know what to do. In a case of madness, he laughs in disbelief, the laugh itself coming out in short, shaky intervals. 

“You...” he draws out slowly, “You kissed me.” 

Willie nods, “Yeah.” 

“Why?” 

“Because...” 

“Because?” 

Willie finally raised his head to look at him, “Because I care about you, Alex.” 

Hearing that brings Alex back to the night outside the Orpheum, after Willie told them what Caleb had done. The words were had weight to them then, but feel heavier now. 

“I care about you too, Willie,” He responds. 

“...” 

“...” 

“... you know I mean like, more than a friend-” 

“Oh thank god,” Alex doubles over, hands on his knees, letting out a sigh of relief, “We’re on the same page.” 

This causes Willie to laugh, now more at ease, “I mean, wasn’t it obvious?” 

“From running me over with your board and you calling me ‘Hot Dog’- no. It wasn’t,” 

“Yeah...” Willie scratches the back of his neck sheepishly, “I’m not good at this.” 

“Me neither,” 

“Maybe we can help each other through it,”

“Sounds good to me...” Alex draws closer, his hand hesitantly reaching to frame Willie’s face; the other boy doesn’t resist. He drapes his hands over Alex’s, staring at him intently. 

“You know also sounds good right about now?”

“If you say hot dogs, I swear to God-”

Willie raises an eyebrow, “You’ll what?” 

Alex only smiles before closing the gap, their lips meeting for longer this time. He angles his head to deepen the kiss and he could feel Willie get caught off guard before getting with the program. Alex’s heart skips a beat upon feeling his partner’s lips transform into a smile against his. 

They break apart, but not before Willie chases after him, stealing another quick peck. They laugh, resting their foreheads against each other, catching their breaths. 

“Um... I think I’ll be making a lot more hot dog jokes now if this is my punishment,” 

“I was trying to go for the thing in the movies, like when the person is like ‘shut up’ and the other person goes ‘why don’t you make me’?” 

“But neither of us said those things,” 

“I... know that now,” Alex groans, “Like we were bantering, right? That’s what I was getting at.” 

“Yeah no. I got that.”

“I’m a dork,” 

“And I love that,” 

“So...” Alex starts. 

“So...” Willie repeats, still unsure how to proceed. 

“So...”

A third voice cuts in. They turn their heads to see Julie, Reggie, Luke, Flynn, Carrie, and Nick, in various stages of dishevelment, staring at them. 

it had been Luke who interrupted. He’s sporting a toothy grin whilst crossing his arms and playfully bumping into Reggie who’s giving him a thumbs up. 

“So you dating or what?” Carrie finishes off. 

Alex and Willie share a look. Then they grabbed each other’s hands, making sure their friends could see, “I guess we are.” 

“Finally!” Flynn exclaims while Julie tries to usher everyone else away to give the new couple some privacy. 

She slaps an overzealous Luke upside the head as he lingered to applaud the two. He begrudgingly leaves with everyone else down the stairs. 

“I’m sorry about them,” Julie shakes her head, “You two just... carry on. We’ll go clean up I guess. Help afterwards. Please?”

“You got it boss,” 

“And thanks, Julie,” Willie expresses, “For everything.” 

“No problem. But you take care of that soul now,” 

“Will do. I’m not making any more deals,” 

Julie gives him a pointed look, “I wasn’t referring to yours.” and she winks at Alex, causing him to blush. 

And with that she waves them goodbye, leaving them alone once more.  

Willie sighs, “I need to go and check on everyone. Make sure their souls are back,” 

“Right. And I should go back to Julie and the others,” 

“We’ll definitely talk later,” 

“Yes,” 

“See you,” 

“Bye,” 

The two move to leave in their opposite directions. They both made it to about a couple feet away before they’re rushing back towards each other. 

“One more for the road?” Willie asks. 

“Duh,” 

And they kiss quickly before parting for good. 

Alex may have skipped down the stairs on his way to his friends

(And maybe he pretends to not have heard Willie let out a whoop once he rounded the hallway). 

Yep, they’re both dorks.

Right before they left to fight against Nilfgaard Yennefer went to rest in a hot tub, not because she was stressed, already lived long, so dying wasn't really a problem, but her muscles were stiff, so why not heal it normally and leave all the magic for tomorrow. She untied her dress, let it fall on the floor and stepped into the tub, a little bit of water spilled out when she sat down.

The hot water was intoxicating and so was the quiet, that was broken from time to time with sounds of splashing water. 

Tomorrow I might be laying on the field lifeless and cold, so let's enjoy the last moment of warmth.

Yennefer was lying in the tub with her eyes closed, when something else broke the quiet. Steps. She didn't have to open her eyes to know who it was, she heard those steps many times before. 

"Yennefer" Voice seemed to be cold before, but now it's full of warmth and caring.

I opened my eyes and saw a powerful sorcerer's next to me. Worried look flashed in her eyes, but disappeared as quickly as it showed.

"Yes?" 

"I'm glad to see you are capable of relaxing"

"Wish I could say the same about you, but you seems uptight as always"

The older woman suppressed a smile and walked to a small stool on which was sponge lying. 

"Sat up for me Yennefer" 

"Never believed the day will come, when rectoress Tissaia de Vries, will wash my back."

"Don't get full of yourself, when just few seconds ago you followed an order from me without even blinking"

Tissaia was standing behind Yennefer, gently washing her back. There was quiet for some time, before Tissaia broke the silence once again.

"Are you scared?"

"Of what?"

"Dying, tomorrow"

"No, not at all"

Tissaia just nodded on that and moved the sponge to wash Yennefer's arm.

"What about you?" 

"No, I will not fail to save people and if it means to die, then be so"

"This might be my last chance to feel warm, last bath, last conversation, last few times for everything we regret not doing"

Yennefer turned her body and head to face the older sorcerers behind her. Their faces were so close.

"I might have hated you for a while, but in the end I actually somehow admire you."

"Yennefer" 

"Aren't you cold? The water is really nice actually."

No more words needed to be spoken.

Yennefer turned completely to Tissaia and pressed her lips on her neck, planting soft kisses there and made her path to her jawline.

The older woman slowly dropped the sponge to the water and closed her eyes.

She wasn't going to stop her, wasn't going to think about anything no more.

Yennefer's hand traveled on Tissaia's back and slowly undone her dress, while planting kisses on her neck.

Tissaia let out a deep breath like she was holding it for years and tilted her head to side to give Yennefer more space.

The younger sorcerers used her both hands to slowly pull Tissaia's dress down, made sure to kiss every new bare spot.

She was trailing kisses down her body till she reached her stomach and let the dress fell down completely. Yennefer looked up to see Tissaia's face again.

She had closed eyes, but when she felt Yennefer was looking at her she opened them again and let out another breath. It was almost like she forgotten how to breath normally.

They were facing each other again, touching foreheads. Tissaia's eyes were jumping between Yennefer's lips and eyes, till she closed the little gap between them and finally kissed the younger sorcerers. 

The kiss wasn't rough, wild, just passionate, but calm. Tissaia broke the kiss for a second just for Yennefer to press their lips together again. It felt like hours and seconds on the same time till they parted their lips again from each other.

Yennefer took Tissaia's hand and led her around the tub to the side.

"Join me, step in" 

She did as she said and they sat together in the tub. Tissaia leaned on Yennefer's body and let her head fall back onto her shoulder, closing her eyes.

Yennefer was right, Tissaia didn't realize she was cold till now.

"We are not going to die, I will not let that happen to us"

Yennefer whispered into the older sorcerer's ear.

That made Tissaia genuinely smile.
